This salon is amazing my sister and I just left and out scalps have never felt better. We got a hour and 10 min scalp treatment and it was worth every minute. Thank you so much fashion point I will definitely be coming back :)

Me and friend traveling from Ohio- Went to Fashion Point in MA for the scalp treatment! They got us in early and they were able to have our treatment done at the same time. Was exactly what we needed after driving in MA traffic! Lol Great service, friendly, professional! Highly recommend if you’re in the area!👏🏼👏🏼

I had heard about scalp treatments online and wanted to try one. I live in Providence, but gratefully found one close by in Boston. I ended up getting the scalp treatment and a facial and it was so relaxing. The employees were super nice and helped answer my questions. Would definitely recommend this spa and will be back in the future!

Went to the fashion point spa for a scalp treatment today. Everyone in this spa is very kind and helpful. The woman who did my service was extremely detailed and took amazing care of me. The place was very clean as well! I would absolutely recommend coming here. The only part of this experience that was not perfect was that the bed was a little firm and I prefer a softer bed. Other than that everything was excellent.

Great relaxing experience! I got to see my scalp under a microscope and then enjoyed a long scalp massage, facial and neck massage. Parking may be an issue so if you drive in, go early to make sure you find a spot or a garage.

I have visited Fashion Point Spa twice and both experiences have been exceptional. My first visit was for a scalp treatment, and I left feeling refreshed and lighter. The results were fantastic!I returned for a straightening treatment, which took 3.5 hours, but it was worth every minute. Parts of my hair are colored and not in the best condition, but they were extremely careful not to cause any further damage. A nice haircut at the end also helped keep my hair looking amazing.Despite the rain, they provided me with an umbrella, which was a thoughtful touch. Their service is outstanding, and I will definitely be back. Ive already recommended Fashion Point Spa to several friends.

First time getting hair scalp treatment and let me tell you it’s one of the best experiences ever, friendly staff, the service is out of this world. My hair never felt so healthy. I was visiting Boston and I might go back just so I can get another hair scalp treatment ♥️♥️♥️

Mia!!!!!!! I literally just left the spa and omg I feel like I’m on cloud 9. My scalp feels hydrated, healthy, my hair is soft, I’m so so relaxed I almost cannot write this lol. My head feels very light. I really recommend and book with Mia! She is so nice, so caring, kind!!!I did the 100 min treatment, I really recommend it to the ones that I looking to relax. But I think next time I’ll do 70 and add another type of treatment on top. 🤩 I’ll def be coming for a pedicure and manicure here too. Look at how nice my scalp is. Just had a scalp treatment and it was wonderful. Ive never done something like this before but have always wanted to try. My experience at Fashion Point Spa did not disappoint. Everyone was very friendly and professional. It was very relaxing. And seeing the difference on camera afterward was so interesting! Ill definitely go back in the future for this and other services! (As an aside I do have curly hair about a 3a/3b).

All in all I would not recommend the scalp treatment upgraded with the neck and shoulder massage.1. The scalp treatment itself was ok. The video of your scalp was interesting to see but the treatment was anything but relaxing. The person who did my treatment did not speak English or understand me as I tried to tell her the water was too hot or to turn the water off as it was hitting my neck for too long and water was getting into my ears.2. The upgrade for the massage was pretty nonexistent. It seemed the person doing my service was new because there was another person watching the entire time so maybe thats why it was the most unrelaxing treatment I have ever gotten?3. I shared my experience with the person who seemed in charge and they did nothing about it. If they would have not charged for the upgrade I wouldn’t have posted this review.Honestly, just go get your hair washed at your salon and asked for a little head massage and that would be so much better.

Hidden gem!!I came here because I had a Groupon and I had such a relaxing time! And my skin looks so refreshed from the Korean facial. The space was welcoming, had a lot of really nice technology, and the staff was so wonderful. I had such a nice facial that I booked a manicure as well. My tech was very precise and did a great job taking care of me. Will definitely return!

Did I live until today? I felt like I was in heaven. I came for a spa and treatment for the crusts on my scalp. Nana took care of me and was so kind! I was literally at peace, there are not enough words to describe this experience. I will definitely come regularly💐

I received the scalp treatment! Cee cee was amazing. They do a scope of your scalp in the beginning then do the cleaning and scalp massage followed by a scope of how clean your scalp is in the end. I would definitely make this a routine every other month to get a deep cleaning on your hair. I did the 70 min session which was $98 dollars not including tip but it’s always great to do 20% percent

Highly recommend scalp treatment and ear soothing treatment. Went there with my husband and had scalp treatment together and he had a ear soothing session himself and it was a very relaxing experience for both of us. Prices are listed on their website. Very transparent. They accept credit card. Can use Venmo or cash for tips.

I like many was heavily influenced by all of the tiktoks recommending scalp treatments - so I decided to treat myself to one! I booked the deep cleaning scalp treatment + spa (1 hour 40 minutes), and let me tell you I was so relaxed I fell asleep at one point during the treatment and was snoring 😅 didn’t give five stars because they started my appointment 40 minutes late. Was this a luxurious relaxing experience? 100 percent. Would I do it again? Probably not, it’s quite expensive and I’d rather spend it on a full body massage. Plus I don’t think it really made any difference to my scalp - the pre and post camera views of my head looked exactly the same.

Got the scalp treatment for the first time (did the 70 min version), it felt absolutely amazing!! Everyone at Fashion Point was so friendly and gave lots of tips on scalp care. Booking an appointment was really convenient online

Fashion Point Spa in Allston was amazing! It was my first time trying a basic scalp treatment, and it was fantastic. My hair feels great, and my scalp feels refreshed. Ill definitely be coming back for more services. I just referred one of my friends.

Update (09/29/2022): I went here today for a mani-pedi service and full face waxing and I can’t be happier by the excellent of service that I received. I wish I had the power to let more people know about the relaxing experience you will gain by visit Fashion Point Spa.Joey did my class mani and pedi. The pedicure chair is extremely advanced and was helping me to relax by a lot. Joey did an amazing job of exfoliating my feet and legs and also scrubbing and removing the dead callus under my footbed. She also made a nice toenails shape and removed all the cuticle. She also helped me with selecting a color after I showed her a color from my phone. This time we chose Zoya nail polish. She washed my feet and legs with special material and also used hot towel and then massaged my feet and legs. She did same for my hands however she went above and beyond and massaged my shoulder and upper backs. I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and today’s visit relaxed a lot of that tension. If you are looking for a massage service, I highly suggest working with Joey.Finally, I had a full face waxing with Ava. She was very thorough and was very listening. I have very sensitive skin so at the end it felt very itching but she used a special lotion and massaged my face which reduced the itchiness. The face waxing made my face glow and made me look so beautiful. She then gave me a face mask to take home to reduce potential redness.——This place is very clean, organized, and comes with all the necessary equipments such as a first-aid kit that you may not see it in many other stores. It is both a hair salon and also an spa. My beauty aesthetician, Kery, was very nice, polite, welcoming, and paid attention to details. Unlike many other places that treat customers with a Groupon ticket not very appropriately, she treated me fairly and nicely. I did a manicure service here and used OPI color. They also have SNS color for normal manicure and plenty of options for gel and powder manicure. The arm rest for when the manicure was done was very comfortable. They have high tech and new devices such as the one for drying the nail. Their bathroom was extremely clean and had anything you may need. It was very serene and peaceful to be in the salon. Staff persons were very well-dressed and well-groomed. Kery massaged my hands and listened carefully to my request to have round shape nails. She also used a hot towel after massaging my hands and lower arms. Potentially the hot towel was the highlight of my manicure experience here. They also have very newly purchased massage chairs for pedicure. I am considering to come here with a friend for pedicure. I highly recommend the service with Kery.

This was the best ever!!!! My mom and I went together and everyone here was so nice and helpful! I had cici and my mom had Nora we did the scalp treatment and they killed it! Every minute of it was worth it! and that was the best thing ever!!!! We will definitely be coming back

I had an amazing experience at Fashion Point! I did a scalp treatment and it was soooo relaxing, refreshing and overall a healthy refresher for my scalp. It was my first time doing it and the difference on how light and clean my scalp felt was AMAZING not to mention my hair smelled delicious after! I will definitely be adding this treatment to my self care routine! Highly recommend! Price is very nice too compared to other options I was contemplating!

Everyone talks about the head spa but not about the facials. WOW! By far the best one I had! I had the German facial which had cleansing, blackhead sucking, sterilizing, steaming, and this creamy Korean like mask right after. For $118 that is a STEAL! Way better than facials at 5 star hotels. Sissi and Song thank you for your service!❤️

I came in and got the 70 min scalp treatment. First of all I got in at 245 and by the time I got undressed and the lady came in it had been 10 minutes. Then when she said all done I got dressed look at my phone and it was only 3:35. Why am I paying for a 70 min treatment when it realistically was only 40 minutes. Then they went to blow dry my hair. They barely even dried it leaving it wet and all in knots, never brushing the hair or using the moroccan oil they have sitting on the table. I overall think they need to maybe brush your hair and completely dry it especially since it’s cold out and my hair froze outside. Also the treatment should actually last the 70 minutes and not be rushed and only last 40 minutes if that. $100 for a 40 minute treatment and you leave with knotted wet hair is a rip off. Took me an hour to get all the knots out when I got home

Really great 1st experience here! I found this place via someone’s Instagram video and scheduled a scalp treatment for my husband and I and we both loved it. The scalp treatment was amazing and the staff was great. The pricing I thought was also great as well. I will definitely be going back!

My services were amazing and I will most likely be back. What was an uncomfortable situation was checking out and as I was getting the Venmo’s for the girls I had services with, I was told to Venmo only one of them and they would split it. They then asked how much I was Venmoing and further asked too see the transaction as well. Working in the industry myself, I appreciate my clients that tip me but never expect it and would never ask them to show me how much and the transaction. This seems to be the standard practice here, as someone else commented about it too.

This was such a lovely experience! I got the classic scalp detox. Included an oil (I think), massages, shampooing, and blow drying. It felt so nice and lasted about 45 min. I could visibly see the difference after!

I booked a few spa services as a surprise for my boyfriend for yesterday. Booking was easy as I called the spa and arranged an appointment. When the day arrived, I dropped my boyfriend off at the location and apparently no one was there at the time of the appointment. He waited a few minutes and then someone arrived from the back. We told them the name of the reservation and they asked us what we had booked. I told them the services and then he sat. They later called him in and asked him again of the services I booked. It felt like there was a bit of under preparation but we didnt care. I got to go in and pay for the services while he was having the services performed which was great. I left half of the tip I wanted to leave because I wanted to hear about my bfs experience before giving the full tip. My boyfriend really enjoyed the scalp massage, and the cupping massage he had mentioned was a bit painful but I think its because hes a bit new to the massage style. They then did a cleaning on his toe nails, and I had previously booked a manicure as well (primarily for cleaning). They told him that I only left half of the tip I was supposed to leave (TIPS are OPTIONAL and only meant as COMPLIMENTARY???) and that I should have left more of a tip. They then made him wait to get a manicure, though this service was booked a few weeks ahead because I hadnt given the full tip yet. MY INTENTION was to give a full tip at the end if the service was deserving of that. He waited and waited but then we just decided to leave (never got a manicure and still paid for it) because new people were arriving and being serviced immediately. This was very rude and I would not recommend the place for this reason.Other details: The location was right in the heart of chinatown, so parking is limited. They get busy so its good to book ahead. My bf said it was clean and he enjoyed the services he did get. I am disappointed they treated him like that, however.

Honestly, this place was overhyped. 3 of my friends went with and all of us had problems. Nail tech left bubbles and dents on both our mani and pedi. Came to get my dry feet soften but lady refused to help. One of my friend got the scalp treat and had to wait 1/2 hr after her scheduled appointment and we all came 15 minutes earlier than our schedule time. I wouldn’t come back.

I had an amazing hydrofacial at Fashion Point and highly recommend them. CiCi was the esthetician, and she was so skillful and caring. I was struggling with some buildup of stress and issues with sinus infection during the cold season, and honestly the massage and steam treatment aspect of the facial completely resolved my pain and fatigue. The skin care is also amazing; I’m purging now but I have sensitive skin and this isn’t that kind of reaction, so it’ll look great in a couple of days.

I recently visited Boston from NH and had seen several videos on Tik Tok about scalp treatments. I decided to book one with Fashion Point Spa. And it did not disappoint!!! It was one of the best experiences. I highly recommend it. Everyone was so kind and friendly and I left with my scalp and hair feeling amazing. Didn’t book an appointment for pedicure on a Friday afternoon and they took me right in. Cici(?) didn’t know how to spell her name, was really kind and took her time with the whole process, and I requested to do an add on foot exfoliation for my super dry heel and she did amazing! I’ve been looking for a place like this that would have the option for taking care of my crusty heel for a while and I finally found it! One of the best pedicure experience I’ve had with a simple pedicure, definitely will come back and highly recommend!

I got the 100 minutes scalp treatment and eyelash perm. The staff were very accommodating to a last minute booking, and always answers any questions I have. The scalp treatment was very nice and relaxing. It was exactly what I needed after building up a lot of neck tension, and I happened to have a headache the same day. The pressure on my heads acupressure points were just right, firm with strength but not too hard. I recommend booking an appointment here!

I did a scalp facial here and it was honestly one of the most relaxing experiences of my life. You get to see how your scalp looks with the high magnification camera they use (tip, dont wash your hair before you go) and they will use it again after the treatment so you can see how improved and squeaky clean your scalp is after!Super relaxing, you get a neck massage too, and I even got a mini facial while my hair was being treated. Scalp health is often overlooked and this is a great way to get it clean and get the blood flowing!You will not regret booking at Fashion Spa. I went on sunday and had the best head massage it was the 45 min treatment you get to lay in a massage bed that hits every point and she made sure to really hit all my pressure points. The price was 68$ I will most def be back!!

Such a unique and amazing experience! The women who did mine and my friend’s scalp treatments could not have been lovelier. The 100 minute scalp treatments were so incredibly relaxing and the mini facial and massage were wonderful! The only suggestion I would make that could possibly have made the experience even better was if the tables had been heated, there were a couple of moments where we got cold. But that is a small suggestion, and I would recommend this place 10/10!

If you want hair dye VERY IMPORTANTMy original hair color was orange (dyed) and I requested pink. They didnt tell me anything. The dye didnt show up and I was left with pink streaks. (1st picture) I didnt look at it carefully and left the salon after paying $110. LACK OF COMMUNICATION and TRANSPARENCY, if they couldnt do it, then TELL ME.I called and expressed my displeasure and was told to come back to fix it the next day. When I went in, they told me to schedule another appointment since they couldnt fix it and told me that there was another person who dyed hair coming in a month. I was promised a more talented person and more hair color and got $110 store credit.Just a day prior to my second appointment I got two miss calls (no voicemail) and when I called back, I was told to change my appointment that I scheduled a month prior because the hairstylist took a day off. I moved it to a week later just to get another call a couple of days telling me to reschedule again. (I refused because I had to leave.)The day of the second appointment. I showed two pictures (dark red and grey) I confirmed it twice with my hair stylist before if they could do grey. 7 hrs bleach in, I was suddenly told that they couldnt do. (LACK of Transparency.) I ended up with light pink, a color I didnt want and HAD to pay around $330 for the bleach session I wouldnt have wanted had they told me that they couldnt do grey. (2nd picture) There was no transition so I requested it to be fixed (3rd picture) and then was fed up, paid and left.ALSO, the color washes off super quickly. (4th picture, 2 wash in)Boss lady was very nice (1 star) and offered to give me on free hair cut.

This morning, I saw videos on TikTok featuring Fashion Point Spa and decided to book an appointment. I have never received a scalp treatment before. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and I am thankful to have experienced their scalp treatment! I have had a few stressful months and this was just what I needed. Thank you again!!

Had a wonderful scalp treatment here! They start by doing an assessment of your scalp before and are very informative. The session itself is so relaxing it’s more than just a scalp treatment—facial and neck massage as well. The salon is peaceful with calming spa music throughout and thoughtful with water and snacks! Will be back any chance I am in Boston again!

Fashion Point Spa on Lincoln is a gem. I’ve received excellent care, high-end service, and lovely manicures & pedicures over the years. I highly recommend this well-run spa!

I came here with a friend for their scalp treatment, and I have to say they definitely impressed me! The 70min treatment is not only about the scalp, but it also includes steamed eye mask, face mask, and neck/shoulder massage!Mia did an excellent job and I really enjoyed my experience there. She really cared about the customer and would customize your experience based on what you need. It was so relaxing and the neck/shoulder/head massage is exactly what I needed after a busy and tiring week at work. It was also very satisfying looking at their machine to see how clean my scalp was after the treatment. Thank you Mia! Plus, the price was very reasonable for what you get.As a bonus, they offered a free skin test before we left and the AI was pretty accurate and I love their recommendations! Very fun!

What a find! My wife uses them for full services from nails to facials to high technology skin care treatments. The staff members are welcoming, attentive, and professional. I have also been there for washing my hair and haircuts. Try out the head massages! The barber is efficient and precise. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing and the surroundings are clean and bright.

Used a Groupon here for the bubbling facial. Experience was so-so. The person who did the facial was courteous, although she did not appear until 15 min after my appointment, leaving me to wonder if there had been a mix-up in the scheduling since I had called an hour before to confirm the appointment. I would have liked to know about what to expect prior to the session. It was very painful at times and left my nose quite irritated/visibly sore. In particular, I was surprised and didn’t appreciate that a thick mask was applied to the eyelids. I also didn’t find it relaxing to be left with a thick mask caked over my face, including eyes and mouth, for ~15 min. At the end, the person at the desk asked to be paid tax on a Groupon, a first, and made the departure uncomfortable with his probing about tipping. Would not return, nor recommend

The most amazing experience I have had in a long time. The scalp treatment was amazing. The staff was so sweet and friendly as well as spa was so clean and comfortable.

The scalp treatment was amazing, plan ahead to go extra early if you are driving because finding parking can delay your appointment. Really love how relaxing it was, the only thing is next time I’ll ask if they have any non-perfume lotion & face mask because I have extremely sensitive skin with product that has fragrance in it so my face did break out a little.

My usual places have closed or werent open, and they not only accommodated me but worked with me to make sure I was on time for my flight. Most horrible manicure experience I have ever had. They ripped off layers of my nails as they removed the gel polish and I literally had to stop them before they did that to all of my nails. No apology was to be heard. The rest of the experience was not much better. Not sure if it was the first time this person has ever done nails or not, but this was for sure the last time I ever set foot in this spa.Update based on business’ response: my unhappiness with the service extends beyond the fact that they ripped part of my nails off. The cuticles were not taken care of or the hang nails, the nail polish was applied badly and many nails have gaps making it look a week old rather than freshly done. I understand that they tried to make it better after hurting me, but the truth is, they did not. I was met with giggles when I said I was in pain and something was not right, and it left a pretty bitter taste in my mouth. I hope this was a strange one off and that others have a much better time, but this was not something I ever wish to repeat.

It was a wonderful day staying in here! Scalp treatment you have to try it !!! Wow So clean and you gonna see it clearly and they will give you a complete clean and massage. Try it and you would not regret!

1 star for the service. Minus 4 stars for the quality. The store charged me $50 to GLUE my stick-on acrylic nails that I brought myself, while two of which fell the next day, and none of them lasted over a week. I asked for a refund after I figured they have no time and to fix it for me. During my appointment, the ladies wouldn’t stop selling me their hair spa service. As I gave in to their insisted touting, the lady who sold me the service ditched me in the middle of the spa for her other chores. Thanks to the substitute massager who completed my experience. The procedure was pleasing but my scalp itched very badly the next day. Tbh, I was quite impressed to find this location with most cosmetic items one could possibly think of, and was hoping to have it as my go-to based on the reviews. The experience was nice, but I suffered such unexpected and negative consequences.

My boyfriend got a wash and cut service from here. The employees are friendly- they offer you water or tea. The place was pretty cute looking- nature theme going on with the green walls, green haircut chairs, wood flooring, and deer decor. The place looks clean and organized.My boyfriend usually asks for a simple clean cut so it was easily executed by the stylist without a problem. The price was pretty average for a guy in the Chinatown area so not bad. Communicating wasnt difficult as the employees speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. The stylist took his time assisting my boyfriend. The place wasnt busy with only 2 other customers on a Friday afternoon so Im not sure how business is on a weekend when places are usually busier and more chaotic. I think well be coming back for another cut as this one came out pretty good.

I went here for a facial and the masseuse seemed nice at first and the experiencing was relaxing at first. Then I started hearing noise outside and banging, it seems the other employees don’t respect when someone is getting a facial or massage and it can get a bit noisy.Also, THIS IS NOT a place for people of color, they left my skin with a white cast on it and I’m brown so it looks bad. The masseuse made it seem like my skin was beautiful after the massage by complimenting it but she clearly lied. I don’t know if they use bleaching chemicals or what it is they use exactly but I hope this white cast doesn’t remain on my skin. I’m nervous about the facial lotions and masks they put on me.Also! They will gang up on you to tip I just had a bad experience overall. Not sure if they’re racist

I got lash extensions by Ava and it turned out very beautiful. Took a little less than 1.5hrs and was relaxing, fell asleep. Also got my brows, which was ok. My right brow looks thinner than the left and there were some brow hairs still left. I would return for the lashes, not the brow wax.I’ve also been here before for the bubble facial in the past, loved it!

This was such a unique experience! I tried a free scalp massage, which included a face mask, decolletage massage, and hair wash. The hair wash focuses on stimulating the scalp and felt so comfortable while lying completely supine.

Went to Fashion Point Spa for the first time and was happy with the mani/pedi I received here. The moment I walked in and sat in the chair my body unwinded and I felt super relaxed. Everything was very clean and my technician was attentive and meticulous. Made my appointment the night before online and the process was easy. Think this will be my new go-to place for my mani/pedis.
