I had a very hard time scheduling an appointment. Maybe it was because I was using a Groupon. When I was finally able to schedule an appointment, I got a text 20 mins before saying they had to cancel but I was already on my way. The following week, they rescheduled me, only for me to show up and the doors locked and no one answered my calls. I stood outside for about 20 mins before leaving and never hearing back. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I found this business very difficult to work with.

I had an amazing experience here!! Doila did my facial and I honestly didn’t want it to end. She explained what she did and was very gentle. She was very professional and communicated clearly. Loved it!! Highly recommended!

I had an overall very terrible experience with this spa. I used Groupon and had to call to make my appointment. It took me 6 months to get them on the phone and they told me theyd call me back to confirm a time (never did). Eventually, i booked online even though it asked me to put down my credit card information. I arrive at the location and theres no one at the front desk. I walk around and call and no one responds. Eventually I walk downstairs and the woman meets me and says shes double booked for the time that I booked online. I had to wait 2 hours to get an appointment with her. Numerous times I told her to cancel my credit card so they dont charge me because I used Groupon and she told me that they would not charge me. I recently found out that they did in fact charge me and now I have to dispute it with my company. Worst experience ever!

This is the Twins . I have known Tiffany for quiet some time and I never been supper happy with the results she has done for me and my sister. She never disappoints me and tells me exactly how my hair will come out and doesn’t harm my hair. I have always been about the protection of our hair before the look and she is able to provide me with both and I am very thankful to have her as my stylist. I have recommended few my friends and they love her and go to her for hair styles, colors and products . Love you 😍

I’ve been going to Toscana since the past two years and getting treatments from Doina (the owner); she and her staff are absolutely great, very knowledgeable, and they use only organic and high-quality products. I’ve been referring all my friends. I would highly recommend their facials!

BEWARE>>. Hair treatment may not come out as you like.. I paid $290 for my keratin treatment. My regular hair stylists were not available. Keratin treatment is not their forte. My hair damaged almost fall off. I am getting my keratin since 2010 and had no issues. The first person mixed products. The second person supposed to correct but he was reading the description to apply keratin treatment. The owner said it is an Italian brand Coppala but I used before and worked. I am a biologist and taught anatomy and physiology but they blame me as if I do not know what I am doing. Even they said maybe I should get my hair done by myself. I had a facial treatment and bought creme that damaged my skin after couple applications. I went to return the un-open product and open one they did not take it. They are organic. Covid etc excuse so said I understand even though it is very unusual for such products without a return policy per regulation even they can be reported with side effects. They are not cheap

Tiffany is amazing. Amazing! Ive never been happier or felt more at ease with a stylist. I had been trying out places without sticking with anyone until her, and what started with a promo for keritin led to her doing my hair for my wedding (which came out BEAUTIFUL). When I moved to the west coast I couldnt find anyone who made me as happy as her, and so whenever I came back to Boston to visit family I made sure to stop by to get my hair cut as well. She is a treasure! So kind and so skilled!

Hi everyone! Wanted to share a positive experience at Toscana with Stanley. I visited for the first time because I received a Nift for a discounted haircut/partial highlight. Stanley patiently colored and cut my hair, as well as giving tips on how I can thicken my hair (without trying to sell the salon’s products). When he finished blowing out my hair, the cut looked great but I didn’t notice any difference in color. Stanley handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. He offered to add more color (I declined because of time) and only charged for the haircut. I really appreciated how he handled this situation and would definitely return to Toscana.

This place is amazing, ask for Tiffani she is great and so much fun! Tiffani is very skilled at coloring and my hair always comes out great! It’s a relaxing atmosphere- not too hectic and you can get your hair done but also have a massage or facial too. Highly recommend!

Wonderful facial!! I go every month now and love how it is custom for my face each visit! I get great tips on how to care for my skin at home and have seen a great improvement ! I have now referred my fiance here. Worth every penny!!

Toscana Day Spa is AMAZING! They took such excellent care of my skin. I was well informed of what products were being used. My skin has never looked better. I seriously can’t recommend them enough. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Came in for a blow dry & trim. The haircut itself was fine but the guy that cut my hair lacked basic manners. Didn’t even ask me my name, barely said thank you or you’re welcome, barely asked how I wanted my hair cut. Won’t be returning. In response to me leaving a tip: yes I left a small tip because the haircut itself was good & I’m not that spiteful of a person to not tip at all. However, all I’m saying is, the customer service skills were lacking, as he barely even spoke to me or said thank you, or you’re welcome, overall didn’t seem that welcoming.

Met the owner of the spa last year during one of the closed street weekends on Newbury Street. She was so educational about the products she carried and her organic facials that I wanted to experience them. Just had another facial (and finally made a self commitment to wrote this review!) today and got products to help with maskne. This family-owned and operated local business is a gem amongst the chain spas of the city.thwy actually care about your individual needs and appreciate their customers.

Absolutely love Toscana. My skin has seriously never been better!!!! All thanks to Doina! She is so knowledgeable about skincare and the products they carry. I will never go anywhere else and look forward to each visit!

Ive had numerous facials in my life but Ive never had a horrific experience like what I had here. I ended up with an itchy rash and a staph infection. They did attempt to calm my skin down when I alerted them to my reaction, hence this being 2 and not 1 star, but there was little that could be done at that point and it mostly just irritated it more. I ended up seeing a dermatologist and getting antibiotic ointment to treat the infection for a couple weeks. To this day Ive still never had as horrifying an experience as I had here.

Doina is the best person you ever met. She was nice, helpful and kind; also my skin was absolutely glowing that I couldn’t believe it.

Had gone through a Groupon coupon for hair keratin treatment. Only 1 round of product applied. I have done keratin treatment before. I could say the service was extremely poor, may be because I had availed through Groupon but even through Groupon I had paid 135$ which is in no way less for a keratin treatment.

Stylist was in so hurry that m not sure whether he is listening to me or no,,the haircut was not as expected it came out I feel like I again have to style my hair by my self ,or find another salon .This doesn’t worth the money .
