The place is cozy and has nice calming music playing. The masseuse used several techniques and even had hot stones for the foot reflexology and full body massage. The deep tissue massage was a bit strong for me, so I had to ask to reduce the pressure. The masseuse was very nice and compliant. They were even prompt with the services and started on time for the appointment. After 10 massages, you get 1 free massage for an hour.

Had a great massage. Comfortable quiet place. Very nice staff. The masseuse May was amazing great massage, got stretched, my back cracked. Feel much better now.

This place was just what I needed. I was a walk-in client. They attended to me right away. I received a 1hr full body massage by Linda (I believe). She was thorough. I carry a lot of tension in my body so I appreciated her pressure. I have every intention of returning again.

My experience at Beijing Spa was incredibly disappointing. The masseuse not only had a terrible attitude but also provided a lackluster service. I went in for a massage, but the foot massage duration was ridiculously short, and the effort put into it was minimal at best. It felt like they were just going through the motions without any real intention of providing a decent massage. Save your time and money, folks. This place, or at least the particular masseuse I had, is definitely not recommended.

I called and made a reservation before I went here. When we got there, there was a slant-eyed woman. After we went in, she spoke very angrily to the gentleman at the counter. As if we didnt have a reservation. I understood that she didnt want to give us a massage. I dont know what language she was speaking, she pointed angrily to the room. Even though we had booked a body massage for two people, they gave us a half body massage, not hips and legs. I can say it was one of the worst days of my life. I couldnt sleep at night and the next morning I had a bruise on my arm. This is not a massage, this is damage. I still ache and hurt everywhere. The massage is very hard. Its very painful. At the exit I paid a tip of 10 dollars for so much pain. And I paid a total of 110 dollars for two people. Im not satisfied at all. I dont recommend it.

My experience was not amazing overall. Firstly the lady who gave me the massage was very sweet. However, she seemed very rough and it did not feel like she was trained, she kind of just did what felt right. I was not able to relax at all during the massage. My entire back is very sore and stiff today which is the opposite of what a massage should achieve. I could not sleep at all last night because my back was hurting so much after the massage. It is affordable, which is why I decided to give it a try despite multiple bad reviews. Moreover, they forced me to tip $10 atleast although the amount you tip is a personal choice and based on my experience I thought $5 was more than generous. Safe to say I will not be going back.Edit: I had given this place 2 stars but now I am reducing it to 1 star because my body is so sore as well as my head. The head massage has lead to a severe headache and I have been feeling sick all day because of this massage

It was an excellent experience. I always get massage and this is the best place so far!!! They are very professional and the price is surprisingly affordable. If your body need some work you should definitely book a section with them, highly recommended! 别忘了加采耳！

Went in for a couples massage. I made an appointment for 3:00. Had us waiting in the room for more than 30 minutes before they finally came in and started the massage. Considering how long it took for them to start the massage I decided to time how long the massage took. I Paid for a 60 minute massage and they only gave us a 45 minute massage. Not only that the two ladies had a conversation with each other the entire time they were doing our massages and kept leaving the room and coming back in which made it not relaxing. At the end they asked for a tip so I gave them a tip in consideration of how I felt about the service and them not doing the whole hour. The ladie had the nerve to ask for an extra $$ in tip. That is terrible service. You want more tip? How about you don’t rip people off for what they pay for!

This place is so good. The front desk of the store has already prepared the room for me. After waiting for a while, the masseur came in. The technique is very good. After the massage, the staff will ask you if you need ginger tea or water. The decoration and service are perfect , I will make an appointment next time

Unorganized manner of massage. Visited for couple massage and they did not take us seriously at all perhaps because we were in our 20s and evening appointment. They started late and did not seem to know what they were doing at least the second one. We felt very uncomfortable it turned into a comedy show. Gave us different gender without asking too and did not seem like he was a staff either!! So crazy i dont want to think about it. No one spoke english so could not share concern. Very disappointed and feel violated. Do not bother regardless of the tempting price.

I saw Kelly today, she was very professional and did an excellent job on both my facial and massage . The room was very clean and I feel like I got more than I paid for. I went in with a sore shoulder and left feeling very relaxed and had reduced pain. My skin looked better immediately after my facial. I will be returning to see her.

We went for a morning couples massage and they answered the phone twice during our massage and the massage bed was very uncomfortable ( paper towel material). They also kept the door open and it was very loud and not relaxing at all. Did not have a good experience at all. They got mad about the tip and demanded we leave them more even after the way they treated us. Customer service was extremely bad.

My massagist Nicole was very kind and attentive and has a lot of experience and skill. She mixed different techniques to attend to me better. My facial was porpousfull and relaxing; she did a great job with the extraction and applied a moisturizing mask.

This place is great! So relaxing, great massages, very good at getting deep in the muscles.

As I was reading the receipt, the girl behind the counter must have thought I wasn’t leaving a tip or something. In a raised voice she told me I had to leave a tip of ten dollars or more. I looked up at her and said excuse me? She said no less than 10 dollar tip. I told her I was going to give her 15.00 but now I will only give her half at 7.50. If you ask me, she was lucky she got a tip after her rudeness and her lame message techniques.

As we thought, it is a new location for Rainbow Health Center chain. Today we went there and we loved it! The staff knows what they are doing without asking too many questions and end the session with hot stones (which is a nice bonus)! The place is sparkling clean, will be back.

Was very accommodating and honest gave me my money back after paying because my newborn was not feeling like being quiet but went above to try and help me and my wife out she enjoyed the whole experience and was very happy!
