Worse exchange/ return policy which they don’t have written and expect all their workers to say by word of mouth. Wouldn’t take a pen which was bought a day ago though it didn’t work at all. I tipped also. We should be able to get refunded our tip if anything. The dispensary has better service on products that do not work. For being a chain as the employee stated it’s annoying. Bought at closing and expected to try the product immediately out the door and run back in if it doesn’t work. The policy is awful

Ive been buying from this store for over a year now, and I never had a problem, so the quality is great. The reason Im giving 1 star is that its my first problem and it wasnt fixed. The vape has been cutting the flow since the day I bought (Thursday night). I came this afternoon (Saturday), and the cashier didnt want to replace it. If I cant count with a store when I have a problem, I cant keep doing business with it. Sometimes, being flexible with the policy is better than losing a loyal customer, in my opinion.

They do not sell flavored vape which is great since they stick to the law. Engaging staff.

My experience there was amazing when Scott Rand was there very knowledgeable guy friendly and was easy to talk to, made everyone feel welcomed, I was very very upset when I found out he had left for Downtown the reason being the service and the quality basically died once he had left and I have refused to enter the shop, and I work at 279 Newbury Street. I have gone out of my way drove to where he works now just to have his service, what does that tell you about him as a person the best and there is none better.

My device stopped working only 4 days after purchase. They would not exchange or refund. Buyers be aware. I’ve been waiting for over a month for the manufacturer to replace the broken device.

I have reviewed this place once before, since then it has improved dramatically. They have multiple locations and endless amounts of product to choose from. The last time I was here Sam, the owner, was the only one running this location. Now he has a number of reliable and well versed employees. Definitely worth a visit.

A nice vape store on Newbury street. Maybe slightly more pricey than other locations, but that goes with the territory. They have a good selection of vape products as well as glass ware. The staff were helpful and friendly both times I have visited. Check them out.

I stopped in Boston Smoke shop today because I was having a problem with my atomizer and I was told that there was a guy that worked there that could fix just about anything wrong with a vape. The exact word used was guru. So I went there and not only was Mark incredibly knowledgeable and helpful but he went way above and beyond to help me.I was very impressed with everyone I encountered there to the point that they will be receiving all of my business in the future. I definitely recommend to anyones that vapes or is interested in starting to check this place out. It is truly one of a kind.

This place is truly awesome for vapes, e juice and tobacco pipes and paraphernalia haha. No seriously, this place has a huge selection. For a head/vape shop on Newbury St in Boston the prices are phenomenal, even better then deals you can find online. The staff is great and really helpful, they just didnt have a lot of samples compared to there stock. But the 2 for 30 deal they have going on for 60ml juices is unbeatable, beats out every shop in my city and other ones Ive been too.

I went in for some Kratom, which is an herb I thought I was very informed about, but Maryland (I hope I’m remembering that correctly) took that knowledge to a whole new level. Very informative on different leaf colors and what they do. Definitely will return next time i need some

Bought a charger for my pen when I got home realized it was already visibly bent and broke, somewhat my fault but still irritating nonetheless.
