Only been here on three occasions, and each time had a very positive experience. It had been a long time since I had reason to patronize this type of establishment and I felt a little uneasy because of my ignorance of some of the products. The associates were very, patient, knowledgeable, and personable. They answered all my questions, even the dumb ones, and were instrumental in helping me pick out the product I was looking for. Its a great little shop for all your smoke/vape needs.

After my experience this past weekend I have to say this will be my go to store! Riley was wonderful in explaining all the coils that would fit my novo 3! She also went out of her way to help me find a juice i’d like because i’m so picky! Her customer service skills are excellent and she definitely deserves the praise! I hope this store will hire more people like her!

My husband and I absolutely love the shop. We’ve lived in Bradenton for three years now and this is been the main vape shop that we always go to. We just stopped in tonight on a whim, and Jimmy was working and we had never met him before but he was just so lovely and helpful and he took the time with us to talk about all the new vape brands and styles on the market so I actually tried something different and we love them. If you join their club, you can get discounts if your are a regular customer. I also picked up some nice cheap incense. It was a very pleasant experience buying from Jimmy, he’s a keeper thank you mad vapor. Excellent selection they always have new items and when you get the luxury of talking to a knowledgeable sales person, it just makes the experience that much more enjoyable.

I went into this store on July 5 at 2:45 PM to buy a vape I opened it in the store and tried it and it wasn’t working it was a dud. I asked the lady that was working there and she told me that her manager was out of town and there was nothing that she could do about it. It was not hitting at all and I spent over $25 for it when I asked if she could please call her manager or at least give me her managers number she refused to, and started calling me awful names, including the N-word, and was acting like she was gonna come from around the counter and try to beat me up just because I wanted my money back or for her to exchange, I am a palled, that she emotionally, and mentally attacked me like that. I am adding a photo of this lady and she was completely awful towards me and I am out of $25 now! One of the worst experiences I’ve ever been through!!! I’m hoping one of the managers sees this and can’t make this right she needs to find a different job where she doesn’t have to deal with customers.

Dont waste your time and take a drive to another vape shop.Lady was rude, not helpful, smart azz, and a miserable attitude. Try a warehouse job.Stopped by several times before and was never open when they said they were and finally got in and had a bad experience. Prices are on the high side also.

Love this place! They have a large variety of juice and vape mod set ups :) prices are amazing!!! The best prices I have come across! I got my vaporesso gen 200 for $70 and they had juices on sale for $3 a lot of them to choose from as well! They weee amazing with taking their time to help me with my purchase and helped me set up my vape :) they even gave us a veteran discount! I will be stopped in every time I am in the area :)

I arrived at the store a 0915 before work to get some e juice and a couple of batts . The sights were outside and on the door it said they open at 08:00am . However, the door was lock and I could t see any employees threw the shop front windows . I waited for 15 min , no one came and and unlocked the door . So I ran out of time and patience and had to go to work . I get if the employee needed to use the bathroom or something , but atleast make a sign for your customers so they know what’s up . Bad experience. Won’t be wasting my time and money there any more.

Strongly recommend to NOT GO THERE TO BUY ANYTHING. Today the young guy in the store let me stand there waiting for over 5 minutes because he was being difficult. He didnt even acknowledge me. He was talking to someone about nothing important and neither people were wearing masks. No excuse for making a customer wait for him to decide to ring me up. I took my $500 that I planned on spending there to another store.

The past 2 months I’ve been coming into this store and the new employee John is great. The store has been open on time. He’s very knowledgeable. He always has great recommendations and can hold a conversation. Totally recommend this vape shop!

I’ve been here 3 different days of the week (over the span of a couple of months) between 8 and 8:30am and it’s never open. Change your hours on the door and on Google if you’re never going to be open at 8.

Was sold a nectar collector with a crack in it. they refused to take it back the same day i bought it because i didnt notice the small crack till after i had used it the first time. It completely shattered later that day.EDIT: to the owners response it is also well known that stores should inspect their own merchandise. employees at almost all glass shops at least OFFER a water test. mine wasnt even taken out of the box before i left the store. yes i agree it is partially my fault for being dumb enough to trust this store in selling a complete and working product. i know better for next time.

I got my new Drag 2 from here and the guy that was working that day was very helpful and nice . Id just wish they had my one juice i really like . Carnival blue cottan candy .

My wife and I first visit, John was very helpful and friendly. Unlike Ellenton! I will drive the extra 10 miles and not go back to Ellenton. This is our new store

The store manager, Jon, is very helpful and doesnt waste my time trying to sell me something I dont want. He takes the time to listen and helps me find exactly what Im looking for. I drive across all of Bradenton just to buy at his store.

Awesome place to go best smoke shop Ive been to very nice and friendly and helpful and they use their own discretion to hook you up which in my book is awesome.

Decent prices, I purchased a bong there that broke after I knocked into something while holding, It was the inner perc. Cheaply made.Other selection of products are good.

If you want a shop that is friendly, look some where else. Went there 3 times, never once were they open on time. Always 20-30 minutes late opening.

Not a welcoming environment, over priced, one member of the staff was rather sarcastic and flat out rude to me while ringing up my purchase. Im taking my business elsewhere.

My boyfriend loves to come here. He always finds what he needs and the staff is friendly everytime we visit.

It’s a great place

This has to be one of my favorite shops to go to when it comes to my smoking needs! They have everything you can think of from lighters and papers to disposables and glass. Riley is amazing to talk to! She really goes out of her way to explain different products to me and I love that! Will 100% be back again and again.
