I have been going here for years!!! They always have what I need and the staff are always helpful and know what they are talking about. The prices are great and the in house juice is amazing. I honestly have not found any other juice that compares to their juice. If you want great service and great products this is where you want to go. If you buy a new mod or tank they are great at explaining into detail of how it works.

Excellent store! I usually buy a disposable vape unfortunately Ive been able to get it. Benny who was absolutely wonderful today not sure hes an owner or manager help me out buying a very easy manageable reusable vape pen that is not one of those humongous unit type rechargeable things. You show me how to use it, filled it for me, and was able to suggest a flavor that match the flavor profile of the disposable vape I like since I only like one flavor. He didnt try to sell me something extremely expensive which I know many places do tend to do. Set it up for me and told me by the time I got to the car it should work if not to come back. If there were any questions or issues to please call they would help me out so far so good but Ive always had a possible wonderful experience with the store. Whenever I needed my disposable in the past I will call and if they had the need hold them for me. I love getting my business to a local shop that is a mom & pop take business. I love the flavor it totally fits the profile. I will be back to get more of it even though he says it should last a while. Since I will be having upcoming back surgery and unable to drive I want to make sure I have what I need. They also have a rewards program when you buy the refillable liquids they give you a card and stamp it when you buy certain amount I think you either get one free or discount Im not sure I didnt read the card but thats a bonus in itself as well and their prices are extremely reasonable. I had stumbled on this place about a year ago and Im so glad I did. I highly suggest anyone in the area to go there. Its not like one of those places that has 500 million things to choose from but theyre extremely knowledgeable, educated and like I said will not try to oversell you and push products on you like Ive heard from other people who have gone to other vape places in this town and surrounding areas.

I realized I never actually wrote a review to go with my rating! Ive been analog cigarette free for over ten years thanks to E-Six. I almost accidentally quit using their products, and recommend them frequently. A few quick points for anyone browsing:E-Six has been 100% dedicated to providing smokers an alternative since they opened. They are constantly ahead of the times as far as quality of production standard and safety, and believe in and advocate for adult access to vapor products.They have gear for people who strictly need a high functioning nicotine replacement, as well as those who treat vaping like an Olympic sport, and treat everyone with the same professionalism, which alone sets them apart. They only sell genuine products, and theres never any knockoff ebay exploders. Ever.This is not the dark, windowless elitist neckbeard cave that you may expect if youve visited different stores, it is super clean and bright.I dont go anywhere else. If I need to travel, I just make sure I swing by and stock up first. The service and products are unparalleled and it would be a waste to try a different store.

I love this place! A co-worker turned me on to it and I am now 2 weeks with no cigarettes. These guys are crazy helpful I broke my pen and they didnt have a replacement part so they gave me a good deal on a replacement pen. Every time I go in there they go out of thier way to help me. Fantastic, never going anywhere else, I live a half hour away and still wont buy juice or accessories anywhere else.

Great location and knowledgeable staff. Really treat regulars, like myself, extremely well. No need to go elsewhere they have tons of options. Their signature liquid line is not only price friendly but rather varied and flavorful. Will gladly return anytime I need products or help with using any equipment.

Not a huge selection in my opinion, but that’s a positive thing because what they carry is mostly good quality and a very good hand-picked selection. Good place for beginners and advanced vapers. I vape, and I vote.Inventory is only exceeded by staffs knowledge, patience (I had a lot to learn when I switched from cigarettes), and friendliness. My friend discovered them around the time I began baking. I found several other shops as I explored but always went back to e-six. Unless I break something when away from home, I exclusively shop there.They never push expensive new products I dont need and at times have told me that what I have is sufficient, which I appreciate as a sign of an honorable establishment and owners.They know my needs because the whole staff knows their regular customers.Theres a good shop a block and a half from my house but I drive to the next town to patronize e-six.

This is my favorite vape shop ever. Very professional yet fun staff, everyone has been super helpful and always have what I’m looking for. Great vape flavors and hospitality. The owner Ben is also a great guy, I’ve met him a few times and whenever he’s working he always make me feel comfortable and help me find a great product that best suits my vape needs. I come here very often, it’s basically the only vape shop I go to and I live in west haven so to travel out here just for a vape store says a lot. Worst customer service. A buddy of mine went in with his dad. (Hes 19) His dads mod broke so he went to get a new one. My friend was buying juice as his dad was buying the mod. My friend was asked for ID even though hes of age and definitely doesnt look like a 16 year old. He explained that he was there with his father who was getting a mod, and his dad gave consent (which wasnt even needed since hes 19) All because he didnt have ID both my friend and his dad were denied sale. I hope this place runs out of business. Im telling everybody I know to go elsewhere. Vape in East Haven is a much better place and isnt much further. White Buffalo and The Glass Cloud are great too. But E-Six. You need to work on customer service. My friend seen a guy being tossed out for having a disability BUT a dog can walk in just fine. This place disgusts me.

I discovered E-Six a few years ago by stopping in the Branford store. Super relaxed place, great juice and fantastic service. Once I found out they had online ordering I was hooked and Ive been ordering my juice from them ever since. Over the top customer service and great people. If you vape, this is the place to go.

I had two friends recommend this shop to me before the Middletown store opened, and I am glad that I got my start in vaping here. Clean environment, great menu of flavors, the vapor-baristas are knowledgeable and offer advice and recommendations that made the upgrade to smokeless nicotine very pleasurable. I now however frequent the Middletown store.

Great staff, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Interior is inviting and nice to just chill with some comfortable couches. Minus one star for having product on display though, seems very empty with product in the back

Best juice ever! Try Bennys Brew and Vanilla sky. They will customize your juice for Mg, PG/VG. The hardware selection was vast but the best thing is they ship anywhere. 1000 miles and I havent found a better shop for selection and customer service. Yes, I ordered a 120 ml bottle cause its that good. I went to shops in CT, And NY when I was visiting and nothing was comparable. Ill be mailordering from now on.

Called the store to ask if they could stay open 2 minutes past 8 because I was on my way to the store. The guy who answered the phone said he would stay open until 8:02 for me, I drove all the way there and got to the door at 8:01 to find it locked. I can understand you being closed at 8, but with me calling ahead so I wouldnt waste my time and gas to shop at this store and being told you would stay open to get there and door being locked is poor customer service. I will never shop at this location ever again, obviously you cannot trust anything these people say.

Its all right, but Ive been to other Vape shops that were better. Need more selection and improved customer service. I feel personally every time I walk in everyone isnt thrilled to work there so they project that to me when im buying or browsing.

Really kind people. Great store. Can vape inside and the selection of flavors is pretty good. Unfortunately, I purchased a flavor in store that I enjoyed through the regular vape but now upon coming home and continually vaping the flavor Ive gotten sick to my stomach. Grape a lope is good just too much cantaloupe and not enough grape. I might just have to throw it out. Somewhat disappointed because I cant even force myself to finish the bottle and bought a whole 100 mL bottle and I dont think they accept returns or exchanges. I would love to come back again and purchase the strawberry watermelon but I cant afford that for a little while now :/. Still very satisfied otherwise.

First off I came all the way from Boston Via Spain . I had heard from a friend about E-Six. I made a little journey.Classy, well organised place right on W. Main in Branford. They were courteous, professional and most of all knowledgeable. They dont deal garbage at all. The devices were great, much better than anything available in Europe. Great flavors mixed right there, they will even make it fresh on the spot. Totally different than a head shop. Absolutely no drug paraphernalia. Really nice experience. People are begging me to bring liters of Vanilla Sky the next time Im back in EUA. smooth feel to juice. Vapor has wonderful natural smell and is a pleasure to breath. This is a rising star business. I can not recommend them any higher. Excellent people, places and things. I got a feel they were Bill W. friendly also. Thank you E-Six! There is a lot of cheap real-estate in Spain to expand and folks will be lining up to escape the dubious Chinese juices here. They also have membership cards that add discounts! Well Done-Jason E.
