Cloud 9 Cigarette, Cigar & Vape shop in Brentwood

Prices are insane for subpar product, might as well go to a dispensary with WAY better quality. Customer service is up and down. Used to be a regular, now I wouldn’t recommend.

They don’t stand behind their products, I purchased a product that THEY recommended, (which was pricier than what I normally get) as it would “last longer”, it worked for a week and a half and it stopped working, all I asked was for them to give me a discount on a new one, they refused... So I disputed it with my bank and got a full refund! So I guess I won anyway, but they still suck as a business.

They have a very poor selection of anything really related to tobacco. Prices are to the moon, dont bother.

Outstanding service!!!!!, called in to ask for a certain item, and they had it ready as soon as I got to the register 👍🏾. Couldn’t be more pleased.

I’ll take my business somewhere else there’s like three of the cloud 9 around the area. It’s like the third time I came inside to buy something and instantly felt like a bother! The fair skin lady with red hair always on the phone but can’t even greet her customers. I get it people have bad days but damn everyday is bad for her hahaha

You need stop buying from this place, they be selling burnt vapes, how come after 5 hits is going to taste burnt, and when you go try a get another one, they won’t change it, it Could be a proveedor fault but they can report it and get a refund as well, and at the end of the day it’s not about money it’s about how they make business, because if a seller doesn’t even try to solve a costumers issue that’s a problem. If you see this, the guy who works/owns, he’s chill.

This is place is awesome! I stopped by here on my break and wanted to check it out. They were so friendly and helpful! Im not from Suffolk county but I would definitely take a drive out there. I walked in and was greeted and asked if I need assistant. I was just browsing but they told me if you have any questions feel free to ask. Jason the Owner even came out and showed me a few things and some of their customers favorites! They were so professional and I love it there! Definitely would recommend people coming to this place!!

The customer service is really bad . they dont make you feel welcome and they always give u a hard time . the women look like they always high . i brought my family and they didnt feel comfortable at all . last time im shopping there . they need to stop selling to underage to ive seen my sibling go there and buy stuff even when hes 16 years old. They always making a scene to when they give u a hard time is not even professional at all. I reccomend going to vape escape on Suffolk ave its way better and the customer service there is 100% better and they have better prices

Love coming here to get my Vapes (Box mix berries) the workers here are great people from the beautiful lady’s to the Spanish guy to the guy @ the door hands down will definitely recommend this store…

I spent a whole bunch of money thinking I’m buying something new. the box was ripped but he assured me it was new then I bring it home it doesn’t come with batteries. He says I have to pay for that. So I go back because I live relatively close. I get batteries and it burns out. Go back he fixes it. But I can already see the merchandise he sold me was faulty and stuff was missing out the box. I asked the owner for an exchange or refund. He tells me it’s not possible then proceeds to point to a sign that says that. I told him I can’t get a refund and i was sold a faulty product he proceeds to fix it and say I don’t sell broken stuff. I go home hoping that I won’t have any problems but of course when I go to sleep I look at my G320 and it’s not charging or turning on. I left it and it turns on and shows all batteries are at zero and says low battery. I plug the charger in for an hour it stayed at zero percent. Until it fully shutdown. I can’t even turn it on anymore. Don’t buy here if you want something you can guaranteed give back if it doesn’t work. Go online and you’ll get a warrantee and, everything that’s suppose to be in the box. Now I have to go back and see what’s wrong with it again. Instead of getting my money back on something that i don’t want and is faulty

I asked if they had myle ecigs and immediately the cashier answered with a sour attitude telling me he didnt have any so I asked if he could sell me anything similar and he just said no once more. If you dont want my business so be it trash attitude cashier. Not to mention all the employees sat there with no masks on.

The only reason why I didnt give this business 5 stars was because they are never wearing mask in this establishment. Great products and great service. Just the whole no mask thing drives me a bit crazy.

This new spot is dope. There isnt too many vape shops in the area so to have one so close to home is great. The owner Jason was very helpful in helping me out with a couple of products. I would definitely recommend anyone to check the spot out.

This store is great. Prices are amazing I recommend this store to everyone I know. As soon as you walk in they make you feel at home. I been to plenty of smoke shops, I have never seen such amazing customer service and prices.

The picture on this Google page shows a bunch of vape juice and products, none of which exist in the store. The staff were friendly, no complaints there, but hopefully theyll update this business page as its drastically outdated.

Very friendly staff always on point. Best place for your rolling paper variety. Still wish they carried very expensive glass like other shops maybe in the future.

Went in looking for a new kanger tech vape but instead they put me onto the smok vape pen and I couldnt be happier with it! I received excellent friendly service and I will absolutely be going back again:)

I PURCHASED A MYLE DEVICE EXACTLY 13 DAYS AGO AND IT’S ALREADY DEFECTIVE. I BROUGHT IT BACK, AND WHAT I THINK WAS THE OWNER, SAID THAT I BURNED THE BATTERY BY CHARGING IT OVER NIGHT. I NEVER HAVE CHARGED IT OVER NIGHT AND HE’S REALLY GONNA GO THERE AND BLAME ME. IT’S NOT THE BATTERY, IT LIGHTS UP AND DOESN’T EVEN HIT. HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE REFUNDED ME IF IT WAS ONE DAY LATER BUT 13 DAYS SN’T A SHORT ENOUGH TIME???? SERIOUSLY BIGGEST DOUCHE BAG. I’M A BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF AND THIS MAN DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO BUSINESS.

They have nice hookah flavors, which are called socal smoke, no other smoke shop carrys them, all smoke shops are the same it just depends on what they carry, and I like there selection
