I enjoy coming to Elements Massage and have been for over 8yrs for me. Ashley provides great energy, outstanding customer service, friendliness and she is very knowledgeable. She always provides excellent relaxing massages with good techniques which allows me to fall asleep and for me thats a good indication of trust and that I am in good hands. Her massages are definitely a health benefit to the mind and body. Ashley is phenomenal in her skills and always consistent. Thumbs up!!!! Hands Down:)

Walking in the front door gave me a calming feeling. The Receptionist was welcoming & relaxed both in her voice and mannerisms. As soon as I stepped into the hall, I felt some of my stress fading. Christopher was wonderful. He took the time to understand my situation & needs before the massage began. I just happened upon them through Groupon, as my daughter is in ICU in Nashville (I am from SE Michigan). I had already been here just shy of 4 weeks but have been referring them to anyone I come in contact with since. I really cant say enough kind words for Christopher. The best I can say is Thank You! You allowed me to relax during a time I really didnt think that was possible.

I cannot say enough great things about Brittany P! After receiving my first massage from her, I immediately booked the membership, so I could manage the constant issues that come with raising kids and working from home on a computer. Every month after my appointment I feel so much better and look forward to my next visit. Brittany is informative and always ready to tackle whatever problem I walk in with. Shes the best!!

Ive been going to Elements Massage Brentwood for 10 years. About a year ago I started seeing Brittany P. and shes amazing! She uses the right amount of pressure, so I end up relaxed instead of getting a headache. Keep up the excellent work, Brittany. I look forward to our monthly sessions.

All the ladies at the front desk are always great. Saw Tami for the first time, she was amazing! She used the Himalayan Salt Hot Stones on my neck and shoulder areas. She got all the knots out. She was very knowledgeable, made sure it wasnt too much pressure and adjusted when it was. Ive already booked my next session with her!

Ashley used the whole 90 mins of our session really well, I left feeling relaxed but also that I got a real treatment for all my aches and pains. She listened to my areas of concerns and gave them adequate attention and pressure without causing me discomfort. Highly recommend.

Britney‘s 90 minute deep tissue massage is life-giving. Her knowledge of anatomy and attention to specific pain points is why I come back time and time again. Halie recommend!

Hot stone massage with Tammy was great. She was very pleasant, she checked in with me several times during the massage, and incorporated deep stretching that I haven’t had from other therapists at Elements. I would definitely book with her again.

I had a massage with Ashley at the Brentwood Elements location. This was my second session with Ashley. Her demeanor alone calms and relaxes me. Her massages are also wonderful and clearly thought out, especially if your primary goal is relaxation through light to medium pressure. I fully recommend Ashley.

Brittney is a godsend! I train my body hard through martial arts and Brittney is a major source of healing, comfort, and kindness for me. I have pushed my body too far more than once and she gets me back up and running with her soothing presence even when I stop in just to maintain a healthy habit of self care. I highly recommend Britteny as she goes above and beyond for her clients, as well as Elements Massage of Brentwood!! :-)

Tammy is the BEST! I see her every other week (sometimes even more). I have a lot of back issues and I feel ten times better after a session with her. She does amazing deep tissue and uses the Himalayan salt stones to really work through those knots!

I love how friendly everyone is. Every front desk person my husband and I see when we come in is so nice, just genuinely nice. My husband and I have been coming for years, we love our massage therapists. I’m so glad Stephen got the Elite certification 🎉🎉 He deserves good things. Jonathan’s great, too! We like that we can get advice on exercises and stretches to help our bodies not hurt. We work from home so bad posture happens and so does tight muscles from lack of moving and bad posture☹️. One stretch Stephen gave me helped tightness/pain in my lower back. It was such a relief to not hurt! I need to keep it up but I’m so glad I know what to do. My husband and I like to talk to Stephen and Jonathan during our massages and we love hearing how the body works/explanations for tightness/pain, etc. Very great overall experience.

Sarah Jane does such a great job with my pregnancy massage. I felt so taken care of and relaxed! Great experience! I will recommend to all my expecting momma friends and will be back!

This place got me in the same day I called. My therapist added an extra hour, not for free, but I was so tight I needed. They really listened to me and met my needs. Prolly most effective massage I’ve ever had. It’s was tough, I was in rough shape. But after I feel lighter and tension is gone, slightly bruised but feeling a whole lot better. :)

Elements massage was able to squeeze me in for a 90 minute massage on short notice. I was booked with Brittany P, whom I havent used before. Im not one to book my next massage afterwards, but this massage was the BEST one ever. Im a nurse and I use my body a lot. Brittany was amazing!! Just the right amount of pressure and 100 % relaxation. Ill be coming back to her for sure..already have my next appointment booked.

The therapists are awesome and amazing. Five stars for the quality of the therapists and the massages and the friendliness of the staff. The rating is for the owners. They change the policies at random on the subscription service without notice. If you are busy work a demanding job and accumulate visits, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM. you are better off paying as you go. I lost over $1000 in accumulated visits (old and current owners) when they changed the policy that they expire after a year, and they made zero attempts to contact me before they made the change that I was about to lose my accumulated visits. (I was told when I signed up more than five years ago that visits never expired), and I have been a multi-year subscriber. I had not been jn in a while, got a call about an appointment availability, then got a text that my therapist had an upcharge, asked about my number of visits and got a huge surprise. I have a text from an employee 5/2023 stating this policy change was made in June of last year. Used to be able to use unused visits for gift cards, which was a bonus, and they changed that without notice, too. NEVER got a call about stacked up or expiring visits. Was a huge fan in the past and highly recommended, but cannot still reccommend. No grandfather protection for long term subscriptions. All unused visits scheduled and will be canceling my subscription as soon as they are used and looking elsewhere for massages. Recent upcharges for specific therapists have also occurred. They have lost a long term , multi-year customer. All of the benefits i loved are gone. Therapists are great. Business model and subscription service iard abysmal. Zero support for long term and loyal subscribers from this company. Sign up with extreme caution!! What they tell you is not to be believed and could change at any time without notice. I have never been presented with a renewal contract or change of terms contract stating that visits expire after a year!!!! Business has changed hands at least times during my tenure, and NO customer considerations, contract renewal info, ir change management. I would not subscribe again, given the choice.

My boyfriend went the other day. This was his first massage ever. The receptionist was so nice and sweet, but once he got inside the room where the massage was gonna take place the masseuse had a bad attitude. She was leaning against the wall and didnt even bother to give him any instructions. Mind you this is his first massage ever. She didnt even bother to give the simple instruction of get undressed and under the blanket. I would like to call her out by name but unfortunately she didnt bother to give her name. Will not be going back. Very displeased.

Do not buy gift cards from this place because if you try and upgrade, they have unethical business practices to make sure they charge the most out of you.I didn’t write about my visit on 8/21/21 sooner because I like my therapist and I didn’t want to cause any issues. Since she’s gone now and I’m still annoyed over the incident, I thought I would share my experience and warn others before they purchase or ask for gift cards from this place.For my birthday, my mother paid a $100 dollars for a 1 hr massage session. I usually go for 2 hrs and called the place to make sure the amount was put to the 2 hr session price, which they told me it wouldn’t be a problem. When I paid and went back to my car, I noticed the receipt displayed two separate 1 full hr price massages versus putting that $100 toward the total balance of a 2hr massage (which is cheaper). To me, charging the second hour at full rate is just taking advantage of customers.I went back in and spoke to the girl at the front desk, she said that’s “just the way system works and that there was no way around it”. I left but it has bothered me ever since.Massages aren’t bad, but steer clear from getting a gift card there and have people just send you the money for it.

The owner was unprofessional and unkind. The atmosphere of the studio was hostel and uninviting. I was shocked by the behavior of the owner.Edited.Not being able to accept a gift card because it’s was for a different locationis reasonable. Belittling me by asking me “can you read” because I booked at an incorrect location is unacceptable. I would never give you my business. People get massages to make their spirits and bodies feel better, not to leave the place of business and cry in the car. Maybe you were having a bad day & you took it out on a customer who made a simple mistake? Your future clients deserve to know what type of person you are.

Went here for the first time today for a 90 minute massage with Erika. She was phenomenal!!! She hit all the pressure points I put on my client sheet and has hands soft as buttermilk. Lol. Put me to sleep a couple of times. Very pleasant personality as well. I highly recommend her.

Been going here off and on for years. Purchased a monthly membership a few months ago. Massage therapists are great; I’ve had many various ones due to availability. But this last visit- the receptionist was so rude. Shoved a paper at me, with zero explanation. All she stated was she didn’t have one on file for me. After I asked numerous questions, she still acted prideful and unapologetic, as if I should have understood what it was for. The other lady at the front watched the whole encounter and seemed empathetic, smiling at me occasionally. Please educate your reception staff on how to have courteous and communicative interactions with clients.

Lacey does an incredible job! I came to her with lots of pain from my trapezoid muscles and neck. Over this past few months she has helped me tremendously. Before regular visits to Elements I struggled to drive more than 45 minutes without incurring pain in my neck. It is much better now. Regular massages do make a difference.

Everyone is so friendly and makes the setting very comfortable. Not to mention the quality of your staff. My massage therapist was at the Brentwood location and he was super professional and really knew his stuff. Very high caliber of employees. I was so impressed that I signed up for a membership right after my massage and will definitely be going back and bringing family/friends with me.

Excellent service, friendly and professional staff, and very clean facilities. The massage rooms are cozy and no frills which aide in focusing on rest, relaxation, and intentions for the massage.I love their membership plan. If you intend to treat yourself or a loved one as a routine wellness and appreciation routine, I suggest you take advantage of their membership.

Ashley was amazing and I definitely recommend her. My only problem with this studio is the walls are very thin so I could hear every door shutting outside the room, some employee talking on their phone or to another employee, and other customers in the hallways. This does disrupt the calming environment.

Once I was able to afford a monthly membership, I incorporated massage into my wellness routine. Very glad I did - Elements makes it easy. If you like firm/deep pressure like me, I recommend Rebecca and Megan as massage therapists!

I went in for a prenatal massage and was blessed by the hands of Keisha. It was honestly the first massage I have ever had that didnt hurt or cause the rest of my body to tense up. She was so good at knowing what was the right amount of pressure for me. The staff was so sweet and kind and after my massage the owner even came out to bring me water and see how I was doing. I had a such a good time that I bought my husband a gift card for a massage. Were thinking of becoming members once the baby is born, especially because its a month to month program. We wont be going anywhere else!

I was very pleased with my experience at Elements! I hadn’t had a massage in over 4 years and finally took the time on a Sunday to get one. First, I was incredibly happy to find that they offered weekend hours, so many other spas don’t, and it was open. Second, I was happy to see that they had some same-day availability! Not exactly a “walk-in” situation, but within a couple of hours of when I had called.The receptionist was very courteous, personable and accommodating. She emailed my intake form to me so I could have that step completed when I arrived.Upon arrival, I saw they requested that you call from your car to check in- but I didn’t see it till I was walking in the door. I poked my head in to ask if she wanted me to do that, she said no, that it was just to minimize clients in the waiting area due to Covid.I waited for a couple of minutes and my therapist, Ashley, came to collect me. The rooms were comfortable, with soothing music playing and a sound machine with ocean waves in the background. Ashley went over my intake form with me, taking the time to ask about go/no-go areas that I might have, and during the massage she was very respectful of those areas. She used the perfect amount of pressure and my massage was 90 minutes of bliss.After our session was over, she offered me a choice of cold or room temperature water and escorted me to the waiting room. As I was checking out, I was given information on their membership program, but not a full court press sales pitch- which I appreciated. Even though the Brentwood location isn’t the closest to me, I might make the trip and go back just to have Ashley as my therapist.Thank you, Elements Brentwood, for a lovely experience!!!

Everyone was great! The receptionists are friendly and personable which is so important! Matt was phenomenal and was able to hone in on my neck and shoulder issues and provide some relief. No one was pushy about adding more services. But of course I wanted to, so i signed up for the Wellness program. Thank you again!

I have been to several professional massage centers from here to Boston and this is one of THE best. The receptionists are very professional and extremely kind. Today Bryson worked on me and did a fabulous job! He addressed all my problem areas as well as areas that I didn’t want touched due to medical issues. The atmosphere was very relaxing and more importantly CLEAN! I highly recommend Bryson and this location to anyone in Nashville would wants a fantastic relaxing massage that literally melts the stress away.

Sarah Jane was my therapist for this visit. She has been my third therapist since I started going to Elements Massage. I was so relaxed during the whole experience that I am pretty sure I fell asleep. I cannot wait to book my next session with Sarah Jane!

After explaining that my legs were extra tense/sore because I run a lot, Erica paid extra attention to my legs and made sure to customize the massage specially for me! She continued to check and make sure the pressure and heat of the stones was perfect as well. Such a great experience and I cant wait for my next massage!

I have been getting massages for a few years now and I know what a massage should be like. Massage was very poor and If you are looking for a good quality massage for the price they charge. Elements massage is overpriced and service is not what I expected. The two receptionists are judgmental and they are selective as to who they choose to be friendly. The receptionist at this location pressure you into “ leaving a good tip” and getting their membership. I never ask a lot or am one to request anything special but Elements massage In Brentwood is not a place I will be visiting again.

I love everything here. From the ladies at the front desk who are always so kind and accommodating to my therapist who is thorough, exactly what I need AND likable on a personal level!! I’ve had a membership for a few years and as my schedule ebbs and flows, they always touch base with me if I go too long without an appt. They’re getting my $ anyway; they don’t have to do that so it’s appreciated as a reminder to fit it in and take care of myself!

Great therapists to fit every level of need, whether for gentle relaxation or physical healing and therapy. The front office staff are very in-tune to which therapist to recommend for the clients needs. Friendly staff. Easy to make appointments, gentle reminders, the perfect amount of communication from the staff, and always a great experience. I also love the membership program, and that I can use it for gift cards or share with other members of my family.

Holy mighty massage, batman! Tanya provided, quite possibly the greatest massage of all time. Highly recommended. If you like your knots kneaded into sweet, supple dough and your muscles massages into an ache-less oblivion...you need to try this out.But also dont book it up too much cuz I need my massages too and yall cant be making her too busy!

Excellent studio. I have gone 4 times and received massages from both Matt and Jonathan. Both therapists did an extremely good job of fixing knots, tension, and tightness in my neck, shoulders, back, and hips. One spot on the right side of my neck had been in pain with limited motion for 8 months and now it feels perfect. Finally!The front desk is very professional, too. They call you to remind you about your appointments. Kris at the front desk even took time out of her day to help me find out the name of the music that was playing during my last session! Best studio I have been to in Nashville

My masseuse was Noelle. She is very professional and knows several massage techniques which she applies as needed. She always asks how Im feeling, what is hurting, and what if anything has changed since the last massage. The entire staff is most polite and considerate of clients. Getting a massage at Elements Massage on Old Hickory Blvd is like a short vacation, just more relaxing!

Staff is always professional, friendly, and efficient. The facilities are welcoming and pleasant, while always being clean which is important. 10/10 every visit, I will continue to frequent Elements Massage!

I LOVE this location of Elements Massage!!! Ive had quite a few car accidents in the past and have always found massage to be an essential ingredient of my recovery recipe.Because of this, I like a therapist who will tell me what is going on with my body during our session. Having said this, one of the best things about Elements is their ability to tailor your massage experience to meet your individual needs. My very first massage didnt really do it for me. I was paired with a therapist who barely said two words to me and who didnt work deep enough. I was asked about my feedback though and the next massage was night and day better, with a deep tissue therapist who told me exactly what was going on with my body.Since then, Ive worked with two different therapists (so I can cover my bases schedule-wise), and they are both EXCELLENT!!! I walk out feeling like a newer person!Ive also had several minor injuries since I started going to Elements (sprains/falls/rolling my ankle) and my therapists have been instrumental in my recovery process.Like a lot of folks in Nashville, Im a musician and Im also a piano teacher. Because my therapists see a lot of our species, theyre also able to speak to (and work on) the unique needs of people who are standing a lot during gigs and/or hunched over their instruments (a piano or keyboard, in my case). I really appreciate this!My sister came to visit (from Seattle) and was nervous because she had never had a professional massage before. She came out of the door grinning from ear to ear because it was such a great experience. While I like a deeper tissue massage with more of a medical approach, she wanted a relaxing massage with a light touch, and what she got was perfect for her.All that to say, this business is GREAT about working with you to get you exactly the type of massage you need. And if your first one doesnt hit the mark, chat with them afterward and theyll match you with someone different the next time.These are wonderful people who deserve much support, respect and praise. I cant speak of them highly enough! :)

I have been a member for over three years now. Highly recommend Daniel if you want/need/can handle deep, DEEP pressure. The rare issues have been rectified by management without question. Its a complete 180 from our previous experiences with Massage Envy.

I have been going to this Elements for years. The front staff is always polite, helpful, and courteous. The facility is spotless. Most of all they have amazing masseuses. All are professional, listen, and help me recover from knots and soreness.

I’ve been coming here for two years now. It’s my go to place for relaxation and pain relief without medication. Therapists are knowledgeable about complex medical conditions. They have helped to improve my quality of life, Daniel and Rebecca are amazing!

Everyone there was amiable and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. I will not hesitate to go back or recommend them to friends in the area.I felt like I mattered as a customer, that the masseur really enjoys the work and doesnt see it as just a paycheck.

I’m being generous with 1 star and that’s SOLEY thanks to Sean who is no longer with the company. As a licensed professional, having a membership to care for myself was ideal. I split my 1 hour services into biweekly 30min sessions. Sean was great. After he left it was a task finding someone else to focus on my needs. The front desk was my main issue that caused me to terminate my membership. Not being allowed to book for 30minutes suddenly became a problem after MONTHS of doing it this way! Then it became a game of did you come in before draft date or after. If I came in before the 15th they counted it as an extra session and charged me. But after the 15th ran the same risk. So then when is it “safe” to schedule and not be charged for “extra sessions”? After my last situation of confusion I thought it was ok, until 1 hour after they closed, I got a notification than my card was run for an extra session!!!!! I did NOT approve this!!!! After that, I’m done. I never found someone else I liked and with the hassle of scheduling and money, I’m over it. Great place to go for convenience, but BEWARE!

I had a wonderful experience at Elements Massage in Brentwood. The service from the front desk staff to the massage therapist was wonderful. I definitely will be coming back soon to enjoy another great experience.

Lacie is fantastic, applying exactly the right amount of pressure and spending the right amount of time in problematic areas for me. For someone with athletic soreness and muscular tightness from the combination of hard exercise and sitting all day at work, shes amazing!

My husband and I had a massage at the same time same day. They took me back 5 mins after my time (I showed up15 mins early to do paperwork and make sure I was there on time). The massage was ok but since I was taken back at 1:35 instead of 1:30 and I was done and back in lobby at 2:25. My husband who had the same time I did was taken back at 1:45. And came out in the lobby 5 mins after me. I just think if we paid for a full hour we should get a full hour and not shorted 10-15 minutes each.Update: I feel its only fair that I update my review because the office manage Chris just called to view and talk about my concerns. Though our time was a little short we will try this location again and I get a great feeling it will be very rewarding and that maybe our therapists were a little tired (we all have those days). Because they cared enough about my experience and thoughts I give them 4 stars and we try again 😊

Wonderful experience - my massage was customized to fit my needs (migraine, tension and pain in upper back). I left relaxed and pain free! Will definitely return for another massage.

Charla is my excellent massage therapist at Elements. I want to underscore the word therapist. If you have areas of pain that are holding you back from fulfilling your true potential, this is the place for you! I also appreciate the friendly, professional staff.

I hate to leave a negative review on a place I haven’t been to. However, I received a gift card for Christmas a few years ago, and every time (at least 5 times) trying to set an appointment- they were booked and told me to call back later. Little did I know the gift card only last for one year. $89 down the drain for nothing. Bad business!

Stephen is an awesome therapist. He ALWAYS knows what I need when I come in. It is awesome when you can connect with your therapist to get the perfect pressures no matter what areas he is working on. He is awesome!!!

Easy to book. Comfortable space and tables. Attentive staff and therapists are exceptionally good listeners. My go to spot for self care we all require.

They steal from disabled people. BEWARE!I cancelled my membership which I was never charged for and never used, I was charged $69 on my disability benefits mastercard. I went to the store to dispute this and they denied ever charging my card saying their system showed nsf to charge card, and therefore refused to issue me a refund. Important to note I cancelled due to financial constraints on January 5th, and was charged two days later on January 7th.

I have a Wellness Plan with Elements for which I pay a discounted price for 1 massage per month. The massage therapists that I have been scheduled with are well qualified and excellent at their job. My only complaint is that, with my work schedule, I usually can only schedule a massage on the weekend. If I wait past Thursday to schedule all appointments are taken.
