Great for managing stress. Clean and pleasant atmosphere. The employees are friendly and happy to answer all my many many questions.
My beautiful wife gifted me a membership for Christmas and Ive enjoyed Massage Envy ever since! The front desk ladies are always helpful and they do their best to be accommodating. The therapists I have had have been great and do a great job. One thing that is nice about Massage Envy is there are therapists with different styles which offers a nice variety. I recommend trying them out and if you like your trial session, I recommend signing up for their membership!
I have been using massage envy for some time now. Although I was always greeted with a friendly staff and never had any issues even after serval appointments I had scheduled for over a month were canceled on me the day before, I was always understanding and accommodated to them. But just the other day I sent my mom to get a massage. She’s been there several times before no issues. She gets discriminated for not speaking fluent English. She checked in to her appointment and when Amber notices that she’s not fluent denies the services, even after my mom explained to her that she is able to communicate with her. Sorry but this time I can’t be so understanding. Sad they lost business over something like this. I hope they learn from their mistakes and don’t make someone else feel the way my mom did. Called a few other massage envy’s explained the situation and was told that a language barrier wouldn’t be a reason they would deny services. Time to take my business else where.
Although front staff was pleasant, No one Informed me that you are required to wear a mask throughout your entire massage until I was 5 minutes in to a 90 min massage! It made my entire experience miserable. Because I was so uncomfortable & couldnt breath freely. The room was freezing & my therapist was way to rough & used way to much pressure! I would have never scheduled and waisted my gift cards if I was informed of the mask mandate! I waisted $150 and will never return.
My wife had recieved a gift certificate to Massage Envy but after back surgery she was reluctant to go & so set me a time which worked for me. All was good & I had a good experience overall. It is a bit pricey for retired people on a fixed income.
Oh my WOW! Brittany was amazing, true deep tissue, attentive to my body and a genuinely sweet person. Great customer service experience over all from the inital phone call to check out. Location was easy to find, plenty of parking and the rooms are peaceful, clean and clutter free. Happy to have found my place!
Amber is the person I regularly see. Shes wonderful. You tell it where it hurts and shell take care of it like a pro. Shes friendly and always in great mood. Scheduling an appointment is never and issue and I recommend visiting the Brentwood store ASAP.
I could not have had a worst experience. When booking my appointment I had asked for a woman to do my massage. When I arrive at the front desk staff was very unwelcoming. Straight Faced and rude. I get to the back and meet the person who’s going to do my massage. It was A person who was born a male but dressed as a woman. I in no way stereo type or anything like that. But having a man tell me to undress and doing my massage after I already asked for a woman very very uncomfortable. I struggle with ptsd and I was extremely uncomfortable. His pressure was way to hard and I the next day and I’m extreme pain. He was leaning over me breathing heavy and getting his hair stuck all over to my back covered in oil. It was DISGUSTING and an awe full experience. Not to mention I was trying to be friendly with the masseuse and conversation to lighten up the tension and he was extremely rude and unfriendly. If you get assigned “Juana” please ask for somebody else….
Absolutely amazing experience! Highly recommend Esthetician Jessica! First visit was in June 2018 and I decided to try a Microderm Infusion Treatment. I was a little nervous and had no idea what to expect but Jessica did a phenomenal job! My face/neck look and feel amazing! Jessica was super sweet and very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Shes extremely thorough when explaining everything shes about to do and her comparisons to what youll feel, are dead on! I hardly had to ask any questions because she did such a great job explaining the entire process. I enjoyed it so much I decided to sign up for their membership as well as because they had amazing membership benefits. My second visit was tonight. I decided to do a facial (again booked with Jessica), and yet again it was wonderful! Ive never had a facial prior to this and it was so relaxing and my face feels so soft and looks so much better! So far all the PCA products Ive purchased through recommendation are outstanding! The facility itself is very clean and organized and the staff Ive encountered are all extremely friendly.
Oh my gosh. I love this place. I get monthly massages with my membership. The front desk staff is always super friendly! I have seen a few different therapists. Some have been good, others have been great. They book up super fast unfortunately but as long as I book in advance I can get the therapist I want. Otherwise you can try calling the day of which doesnt usually work out great but you can sometimes get next day appts but its with whomever is available. Hence why Ive tried so many. Also they do facials. I think I got one with Andrea she was awesome. Loved the facial. My favorite therapists so far have been Tyre and Karen and when I wasnt pregnant diamond and Julius! Heck try all the therapist they are all different!
Very professional, down to earth and friendly not to mention affordable. They take the time to ask questions such as what do you expect/want from a masseuse? Brittney gave me an excellent, relaxing massage - not fluff. I was so relaxed and happy afterwards. Sometimes Im sore the next day after a massage but not this one. I will be going back.
I was able to book same say and had a very great experience for some much needed TLC. Ive only been to one other spa and I wasnt really sure what to expect. I will definitely be back to this location.
OMG, Just found out Stacy left the company. Best massage I ever had. Heard that she has moved to Hand and Stone. I will definitely be moving my membership. The only reason I stayed at Massage Envy was because of Stacy. Poor management and the front end employees only stay a short time. Hand and Stone here I come.
I made an appointment I also asked if this appointment was ok because I was coming there before work they said YES several times, however once I arrived i was told to have a sit so I did then when I asked whats happening they finally said after 20 mins O WE CANT FIT YOU IN. I said wait it was your voice on the phone so I am definitely talking to the right person why did you say I could have the 6pm slot. He just stood there looking at me while im looking at him so we just standing there looking at each other in a completely stare down. WOW. IM GOOD WITH THEM AS WELL SEEYA. YOU WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME.
I do so value that I can invest a little money in my mental & physical wellbeing by taking time for myself & go to a place like ME. Today was, initially, a stretch session, & my 1st time experiencing this new Streto Technique (I think thats the name), with Amber. Then, a full body message-. Thanks Michael. He was amazing! I usually schedule it where I get either a facial, with a few extra enhancements &/or a message; now Ill add stretching sessions as well. I ALWAYS, as a member, upgrade to 90 minutes & I utilize ALL the services. And as a clinician myself, its imperative that I stay up on my own positive self-care & this is one of the ways I practice such care. This is a wonderful investment, in me, & Im forced to slow down, just for about 90 minutes, & do something solely for me, & no one else. I am soooo basking in the ambiance of todays seasons. Suggestion, Do it! Do it! Do it, now! And get the membership, its totally worth it!

Nice establishment. Staff are friendly. They need to come up with a back-up plan for their staff need to cancel appointments. Unfortunately, the customer suffers an inconvenience by having to try to reschedule
The quality definitely varies on which therapist you get. The prices are double what I have paid at other places, so for me its not worth the chance.
I requested the same therapist and my request was not granted. I needed lymphatic massage and there were not many massage therapist that had that particular skill.
Great place to relax and check out of life for a while.
I had not been since February due to injuries and chronic pain nurses and he health in for both March and I for a couple months s jysr stated back in July and we are both getting weekly Energy and Aromatherapy as well as Hot Stone Massacre are telling our pain and increasing our pain tolerance during the hearing phase.
