Elements Massage

I was in for a massage yesterday the therapist, Brian C. spent the entire hour lecturing me. First it was you need to drink more water. Next it was I need to sleep on my back. And when I said my doctor told me to sleep on my side, Brian replied that he really didnt want to contradict my doctor but I REALLY should not be sleeping on my side. Then he went on and on about office chairs and posture (I’m rarely sitting at work). Finally, and this was the most obvious body shaming, is that he said I really shouldnt have cupcakes right before bed. This guy has no idea what I eat or don’t eat. He doesnt know me, because if he did hed know nothing could be further from the truth!What should have been a spa treatment that was relaxing and had me leaving refreshed, left me feeling annoyed. I was hoping for a hour of luxury (especially given what I paid!) but had to listen to his constant lecture. I really should have asked to speak to the manager in the moment and I wish I would have. I wrote an email to the manager and have yet to get a response.While Elements might be good, stay away from Brian C.

I had an incredibly relaxing massage session! Stacey worked out all of my tension using the perfect amount of pressure. All of the staff were professional and helpful. I highly recommend Elements!

The therapist are great but the customer support is the worst I ever experienced.I purchased a package for 90 min massages back in October 2023. I booked a return for Nov 27 and when I showed up the front desk told me I booked for December 27. I tried canceling membership then and was told I need to give 30 days notice. I gave another chance, but was never able to book another appointment to a time it was convenient for me. In January I wasn’t charged as it said my CC didn’t go thru, although all other charges was going thru. February charges didn’t go thru. I didn’t give much attention as I was not planning to return and I figure it will auto cancel. For my surprise March debit went thru. So I decided to book a massage to use the amount, and I received a very nasty call saying that in order to use services I need to pay Jan and Feb. and in order to cancel I need to pay all overdue amounts and give 30 days notice.What it was supposed to be a relaxing moment for me became a nightmare. I will need to hire a lawyer to go thru abusive practices of not allowing a customer to cancel services.Do the fall for this trap. It is a scheme.

Massage was great but customer service was horrible-My Mom wasn’t feeling well after massage and they had to help get her dressed and moved her to couch because they needed the bed, after an hour, 911 was called.My Mom felt very uncomfortable and staff seemed more concerned with next client than my Moms situation.I understand this is a place of business, but your clients safety should ALWAYS come first.

I’ve been a member since March 2023. I started at this location and switched to hingham. When I signed up the made it sound like it would be easy to transfer from one to the other. I had a card compromised and needed to update my credit card confirmation. They told me I only had until the end of day to do so. I did not feel comfortable providing over the phone and their website wasn’t working to update it there either. They threatened to bill me $129 as my account would “not be in good standing”. They literally gave me less than 24 hrs to do this.

I love everything about elements! Ive been a client for over ten years! Brian has been my primary therapist, but I have seen others. Their staff is very professional and skilled. I always leave there feeling great! Rachel

The couples massage we received was very professional and engaging. Our therapists were communicative about our needs and helpful in providing advice on things that we were dealing with in our bodies. They were both warm, friendly and professional. I felt safe and well-taken care of when our session was over. I was so happy with the experience that I signed up for the monthly membership and will be back again in a few weeks! Highly recommend!

David is awesome. Great hands. The first massage I have ever had that I didnt hurt the next day. Elements is great. The people are so nice and the rooms are so calming with soothing music. Try them you will LOVE IT!!!

Jennifer at the front desk was so friendly! The location was a clean, calm inviting environment - I would have been happy to sit in the waiting area longer, it was so calming. Stacey was wonderful - great pressure, communicated clearly with me, I was very comfortable with her, and left SO relaxed. I was very pleased with my first visit to an Elements location.

My daughter purchased 3-$49 gift cards for a 55 minute massage. They expire 12/22. My husband went in tonight and they charged him $119 and said that because they were purchased a while ago that they wouldn’t honor what they sold to us. Buyer beware. So they took all 3 of our gift cards for one 55 minute massage. I read earlier not to trust them and it’s true. I would never go there and will encourage everyone I know not to.

This was my first visit to Elements Massage in Bridgewater. The intake process was fast and easy; all my questions were answered by the wonderful staff. My massage therapist was exceptionally accommodating and focused on all my “problem” areas. My session was so enjoyable it felt it went by so quickly - I should have booked a 90 minute session instead of a 60 minute.I did end up signing up for their monthly massage package and can’t wait to go back!

I’d leave 0 stars if I could. Their ethical practices in honoring packages and gift certificates is horrific and needs investigation. I reported them to the FDIC and MA attorney generals office on their practices after calling repeatedly to have this issue resolved. Don’t be swayed by the 5 stars - most of their therapist are great. There business practices are outright unethical.This is a review on the horrific and blatant thievery practices of the management and ownership. Of the reviews I read, the 1 stars were the same complaint. Pay attention people.I needed a therapist and found one there. I was encouraged by them to purchase the monthly membership for 90 minutes. It was great when I could schedule. It seemed like there was never an appointment. Each month we was charged and the massages would add up because they never had availability. Except when they sent their seemingly daily cancellation list. Even then you couldn’t schedule.When I finally decided I couldn’t afford to continue to pay for sessions I wasn’t receiving they gave me 2 months to use the accumulated sessions. 6 to be exact. Ironically they found sessions for me then.On 2 occasions they needed to reschedule due to their therapist unavailability and promised they would honor those sessions beyond the “expiration in” 2 month mark. They did not.One time gave me an hour session and did not reimburse me the the additional 30 minutes. The final one took place 5 days after the expiring time. A 3rd session I needed to cancel and every time I tried to reschedule they were booked - except my husband called and he was able to schedule all the times I had asked for. Just weird.The last session that they had rescheduled because their therapist wasn’t available I was called emailed And texted as a reminder I had this appointment. I spoke to them emailed and texted confirmation. Never was it said I owed. When I arrived at 7:15 pm for a session with Heather they said first thing your package expired and you owe for a 90 minute session.I said if that was how they were handling this I was in fact leaving. I had 3 unused sessions they they were stealing and I was appalled. I left a gratuity for Heather as she was not responsible for their poor business practices. And the thieves charged my credit card an additional $60. That’s over $400 they pocketed - not because I was late. Not because I didn’t show. Because they have poor business practices and Steal - after repeated calls I have finally reported to the attorney general office and the FDIC as well as BBB and of course my credit cards company

I enjoy the therapist so much at this place, that Im currently enrolled in a monthly massage plan. I see Shannon or Brian (most of the time) once monthly, and she has been an excellent match for what I need in a massage. No matter who I have seen, I have not been disappointed as everybody has been very open to what your needs are. I have yet to try a hot stone massages, but I have done the aromatherapy and the scents are amazing. I may not know the names of everybody at the front desk, but they have all been incredibly accommodating and very helpful whenever any concerns arise. I have nothing but praise for this business.

I have never had a bad experience here. Each masseuse is professional and very skilled. Each time I have come I feel listened to when we talk about what I am looking for and they have always done a fantastic job communicating with me about pressure. I have been back for the first time since the pandemic began and I have to say I felt very safe being there. They have done an amazing job keeping COVID in mind.

The front desk is friendly and very helpful. My therapist Melani is the best I have ever been fortunate enough to give a deep tissue massage. I go monthly now and would go more if I could manage the cost. Besides her skill she is a great person with an awesome personality. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience! Due to Covid the staff had me call to check in. I was brought right into the lobby and did Covid protocol of temp check. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming and walked me through paperwork that needed to be filled out. I was so surprised at how large the interior of this space was and it was so relaxing and calming. Before I went into my massage I was so relaxed and in a great head space. My masseuse came out into the lobby to get me and went into the space. The room was very clean and looked spacious. She was very professional and walked me through my preferences for the hour. It was a very relaxing experience! I would recommend this location to everyone.

Not going to take up your time with my feelings but I booked an appointment for 90 minutes with a gift card and they accidentally put it in for 1 hour instead. The girl confirmed my gift card was good for 90 minutes because even I was concerned that they wouldnt accept it for a 90 minute. (The only reason I choose to do a 90 minute is because my therapist highly recommended it) They contacted me 2-3 days before the appointment to confirm I was coming for 3pm with Shavanna but never specified the length of the session. 45 minutes through my session it was a surprise to find out I only had 15 minutes left. The main reason this sucked is because I choose to work on the non-problem areas first on my body and this left little to no time to have my shoulder worked on and stretched. My therapist (and eventually the manager) tell me that I must have forgot to say an hour and a half or that I must not have booked a 90 minutes. They made it seem like it was my mistake when I know 100% certain that this was on their end. When the manager asked me If I wanted to book another session I told him that my experience here was kinda lame and that they handled this a bit unprofessionally. He legitimately stared at me and didnt say a word. I felt awkward and leaned towards the door. I said Ill call you guys if Im going to make another appointment as I opened the door to leave. He continued staring at me. I will probably not return.Some feelingsThey never did offer the thirty minutes. They kept telling me I must have forgot what I booked. I feel like because it was a gift card he didnt care to be more accommodating. The worst part is that I was so excited for 2 weeks for this 90 minute session. When they told me that I must have said 1 hour when booking the appointment I honestly got so furious that they even questioned my memory. Like my therapist told me to book 90 minutes and I asked specifically if the gift card covered 90 minutes!!! Like hello am I that dumb! He could never admit his employee made the mistake while booking. It was very odd. Dude is super awkward to be honest and probably shouldnt be in the customer service industry. I was ready to book more appointments as well. The gift card worked getting me back in there after corona but man that experience left a sour taste in my mouth not even the york patty could change. Find somewhere else to give your money this guy is a scammer in my eyes.

Ive been receiving massage therapy for many years I find Elements in Bridgewater to be a step above the rest. Matt at.the front desk is a awesome young man. Always polite and professional Ive had many sessions with Brittany who is absolutely the best. I had Nikki today who was amazing. My husband has been going here for 2 years and I finally went a few weeks ago. Everyone is so nice and professional. My massage really helped my sore muscles from the previous days workout. Book an appointment at elements and you wont be disappointed.

I have been going to Elements of Bridgewater since Spring of 2017 and all the massage therapists have been great and recommend their services to anyone.

I had a monthly subscription and decided I couldnt afford it. I was unable to use the massages I accumulated. They wanted me to pay another month and only told me this after they knew I could not get my money back from my credit card m120 days have passed. Be careful they still owe me 2 massages and refuse to let me use without paying additional money. Shame on you. I paid in good standing and expect to have 2 more. Massages Now Im out my money and massage.

Everyone is so nice at the Bridgewater Elements. The staff at the front desk is always pleasant and helpful. Beth, who works with me once a month is amazing. She knows exactly what needs work and takes care of it for me. Flexibility with the hours helps me always get in my monthly massage. I always recommend Elements Massage to anyone who asks.

I can not review the actual massage because we have yet to receive one. My father gifted me and my husband a massage for Christmas. In February we booked a massage and planned a whole weekend around it. We booked a hotel room and made dinner reservations. The called that week to cancel. Ok things happen, I was very disappointed but we still had a great weekend. Well fast forward a couple months we had another appointment for our anniversary. We got a sitter, made dinner reservations. Well today I got a call canceling our appointment for tomorrow! I am so frustrated and disappointed. I dont know what goes on with their booking or staff calling in but I would not be going back if we didnt have a gift card to use.

Soothing and relaxing couples massage! We love to come here when we want a couples massage! Very friendly and quiet establishment. They communicate at the start of the massage about problem areas, and the type of massage you would like. They also make sure that during the massage the pressure is to your liking.

There are many choices in this world. Choosing a Massage therapist is so easy. Elements has taken all the steps to provide me the customer a real benefit. I was in a car accident 9 years ago and started going for massage regularly as a result. I got away from it when my long standing therapist broke his leg but I recently tried Elements and think there great. You thought of everything and the benefit of a good massage by respective therapists is the Proof in the pudding

Losing my job due to Covid 19 back in March was devastating to me! Working with the Greater Brockton Career Center was of great help to me!. My career specialist Lourdes Santiago was very professional, incredibly helpful and so very supportive! She helped me every week, I looked forward to my Zoom meetings with her. She helped me rebuild my confidence and with that support and help, I found a job and I cant thank her enough!!! I dont think I could have find a job during these difficult times without her, so thank you again Lourdes!Paula

I have been going to Elements for 5 yrs. This past 6 months. 2 MASSAGE ttherapists have quit without notice leaving many of us without a massage to go to. No phone call letting us know about this. Not happy with this business

Staff were friendly . Was offered a hot Himalayan salt stone add on for 30 dollars. I enjoyed it but I had told her I wanted a deep tissue massage . Got more of a swedish massage . Also stayed face down the whole time.
