Went in for a dab nail and before I could use it, it cracked to pieces. Called in and the dude that helped me was understanding and so polite. Replaced my nail for free and with one that was better than the one I paid for. Customer service and the shops appearance is 100%, 10/10 would recommend!

This place always has a great vibe and friendly atmosphere. And I had that impression for over a year before joining the team, IT ONLY GETS BETTER FROM HERE!

Everything about this little store is amazing...from the time you walk in to the time you walk out you will have a smile on your face they have so much more than just vaping products their jewelry is beautiful for all you ghost hunters there is sage, incense just go check out the store

These guys are awesome. Very helpful and the prices are good. If you are in Dayton or Bridgewater its a better option than going to Harrisonburg.

I frequent every vape/smoke shop around the area. Im always out and about all over the valley so usually I just stop in when passing by. I really like this one particularly. Maybe its the people. Maybe its the small town feel. This place is more of a smoke/head(not so much tobacco)shop. As with most of these places sell nic salts/juice. Not many electric devices. Cool local things featured for sale as. Such as handmade jewelry, art, geodes and other stones. They also have great soil for sale.

I have always been greeted with a smile and workers are always very helpful when I ask questions. They all seem to know their stuff. AND THE CRYSTALS ARE SO CUTE!

Bridgewater vapes has awesome products and is owned by a great person who really cares about the satisfaction of the customers needs and is very knowledgeable about the merchandise. I have never gotten 1 bad product from this smoke shop. I recommend their CBD to anyone who loves good quality products. I will always be a loyal repeat customer! 10/10 customer service!

I would drive all the way here to get my vapes but lately I have been going to Harrisonburg, the last few times I went to bridgewater vape my husband had to return hos vape twice, the one I got is the new Hyde supposed to be 5000 hits it lasted me 2 days, mind you I worked them 2 days 9 hour shifts so there’s no way I used 5000 hits. I may get 15 hits in on each break I get 3 breaks a day. The math don’t add up. Other than that the people that work there are friendly and it’s a nice clean store.

It is a nice place, friendly people. The store has a variety of items and room to grow. Excited to see what they turn into in the upcoming year. Definitely worth checking out.

Just moved to Bridgewater and needed to try vaping since I cant smoke cigarettes inside anymore. Joe helped me pick up everything I needed and was super cool. I was impressed with the variety of products they have in stock. Definitely my go-to shop from now on

First time here to check out what was available, for us smokers. What i found was a very friendly, knowledgeable employee, who helped me completely with my needs. I found a great sativa Delta 8 gelato, that was pretty comparable to the real stuff. thank you for the awesome experience.

Joey helped us and he was so very nice and started up a great conversation! We loved talking with him and will definitely recommend this place to others

This is one of, if not my favorite vape shop in the Valley. Every staff member Ive dealt with has been very nice & extremely helpful. They have a pretty wide selection of products, and very good prices compared to other local shops. While I havent tried any yet, they have quite a selection of CBD products. Anyway, give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

Best service I’ve ever had in any store I’ve ever went to man helped me out so much when I was there they are so nice an they really know what they talking about when it comes to anything they are selling in the store I drove 2hrs just to go there an now I do it 1 time a week

DO NOT GET GROW CONSULTING!!!! Dont make same mistake as me and overpay for a grow tent setup which coulda bought nicer better quality equipment online for same price and paid extra for grow consulting only because I wanted help and consultation since Im new to growing and had no clue what I was doing in this newfound hobby. Asked multiple times what was taking so long to reach out only to get my phone number taken and told hell reach out to you one of these days but its been months and nobody has even tried to reach out so I lost hope. If you are thinking of starting this hobby dont jump into it thinking youll get help just because you paid for it. I recommend YouTube and forums/Facebook its free and will actually help you get on the right path/tell you what you need and how to grow.

We moved here recently from Arkansas and were told about Bridgewater Vape. The owner, all employees, and the general public we have met while shopping there have been wonderful!! So knowledgeable and ready to help! Definitely worth a look!!!
