Went here today first time. Friendly and knowledgeable. Vape oil selection 🔥. Bought a whole new set up here today and I gotta say👍 on it . My new favorite vape shop. Hopefully this review brings some extra biz for u.

I have relied on them for vapes and nic salts forever. They are reliable about inventory and knowledgeable about vapes for ex-smokers and have great flavors. Ask for Ryan or Kayden!

I just moved to the area and my first time visiting this shop was a great experience. Ahmad was very friendly, funny, super knowledgeable and didnt make me feel rushed. They had a wide variety of juices which always makes me indecisive but he made great recommendations. Parking was easy and prices for juice, mods, coils and batteries, were the best Ive seen around. I was very happy with my purchase. I would return again and recommend this place to friends and others.

Im incredibly happy to have a Good Guys in town, and my first visit yesterday was wonderful. Erik (employee there) was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with tending to my broken vape. (He managed to get it temporarily working again!) I definitely recommend his service if you ever go there. It was all around a great experience. Thanks again Erik. :)

Used to good a few years agoThe guy is great the girl not so muchEvery time u go there they never have what u need ..been there 3 times for coils and told the same thing well put them on next weeks order go back the following weekOh they didnt come in .save the time go to madvapes they always have what u need never go back

I was sold the wrong pods even though I asked for the exact pods I needed. Pods are still sealed. They wont do an exchange. Please train your associates better. This is the second time in a row now and Im tired of eating the cost every time. The boxes are basically identical to me.

Coming from out of town trying a local shop, I highly recommed stopping by and talking with Ahmad, he was very patient, highly knowledgeable about the products, and professional. He was able to multi-task, take calls and handle business like a true professional. Ran through roughly 7 customers within the 30 minutes I was there by himself. So if youre short on time he is the person to talk to. Great atmosphere with variety of juice and mods!

Drove all the way to get a replacement lost Mary. Turns out this store has zero flavored vapes. The location in Flemington is way better with a huge selection of flavored vapes.

First time coming to this location, excellent customer service and a great selection! Overall, an awesome experience 😊

Wilfred is the best at good guys in Bridgewater. Enthusiastic and well versed in vaping knowledge. Has helped me numerous times and I’ve always been happy. I’ve even held him late and there is no sign of frustration.. when usually people would start to try and check you out faster or push you out the door. No he will sit there with you until you’ve found the vape/tank/juice that’s right for you. Awesome experience

One of the reasons a person visits a brick and mortar shop is to consult with someone you think is knowledgeable in the products being sold. Unfortunately, I misplaced that trust going to Good Guy Vapes in Bridgewater.Despite showing my vape to Ryan, I got home to discover that the replacement parts were incompatible. When I returned to the store the next day, Ryan apologized but told me there was nothing he could do. No exchange. No store credit. Even after calling the boss, I was denied a return/exchange.Very poor customer service - especially when their own employees admittedly sold me the wrong item.

First time i came to this shop i never bought an actual vape always got disposable devices the guy who was behind the counter was great i walked in told him what im looking he showed me the devices he made recommendations and i went with one of them i told him what flavors i like he showed me the juices explained the differences also think the prices were very reasonable i will be back for all my juices and coils!!!

After having some issues with a newly purchase vape device, I contacted the Good Guy Vapes Customer service and spoke with Jerry and within moments he handled the matter like a true professional. Although my dealings with the in store clerk was not of the utmost pleasing situations I have dealt with, Jerry made up for it. I felt like I was talking to a friend.I have a great vape and a happy fiancee so all is good with the world today. Thanks again Jerry!

Ahmed was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Place is clean and professional. Prices are great, highly recommended. I did not feel pressured or rushed, which is usually the case for other shops.

Bought a disposable that had a burnt coil after just 1 day of light smoking. Went back the next day and was just told too bad, couldnt get a replacement or any partial refund. Wont be going to or recommending this shop.

Firstly, I would like to state that when I came to this location, I was an out of state traveler (Also born and raised in NJ but now live in PA). This vape shop is absolutely amazing. It has everything for your vape needs and wants. I literally went to multiple vaoe shops in Central Jersey to find quality juices before returning home and Good Guy Vapes was the only one to deliver such amazing quality products

Terrible customer service. Sell me a broken product and then tell me caveat emptor? No refunds and no exchanges for off the shelf mass manufactured goods is no way to run a business, plus I am certain the clerk was stoned. I will NEVER shop here ever again and thats too bad as I have given you plenty of business over the years. I will make sure to tell all of my friends and neighbors as well, AVOID THIS SHOP!

With a handful of choices for a vape store around the area, sometimes it’s hard to decide which to go too. Well I’m glad I chose good guy vapes in Bridgewater friendly knowledgeable staff. Always have what I need, and it’s a great vibe inside the store . Highly recommend choosing this store

My favorite place to get ahold of vape juice, maintenance products for vapes (coils, tanks, etc), and delta 8 products. The prices are the best and the products are good quality and trusted brands. I love Good Guy.
