This happened about a year ago, but it still burns me. I bought a glass rig on a Sunday, I was the only customer there so I asked a few questions and needed some assistance from the only person working. A few people came in as I chose my items, no one seemed in a rush. As I cashed out, the attendant seemed unreasonably hurried to help the other customers, so he told me Id have to wait for him to wrap my glass up, or do it myself. With years of retail experience, this is already poor service. I proceeded to pick up the rig, and he hadnt put the nail in securely. It fell out and broke as soon as I touched it. He refused to replace it, called his manager and she yelled at me over the phone for making a scene and thought it was reasonable for him not to package my glassware before moving on to the next customer. Ill never go back.
Corporate needs to give the ability to let more than just 1 person be able to to a return or or swap if there is something defective by the manufacturer. Especially with labor shortages at least let 2 people at a store be able to. A manager cannot be there 7 days a week.
They sold me a broken product I went back in and asked for an exchange or a refund. The guy tells me it’s store policy that I can’t exchange it even though you could clearly see it didn’t work.
Nice little smoke shop, staff is very friendly. There are always stocked up in zig zags which I appreciate. However the last time I was there the girl behind the counter did not have a mask on!? I get that everybody doesnt agree about masks, however I do kind of feel like you should be protecting not only yourself but the public.
I went there at 4:50pm on Sunday the sign said Open (Also says closes at 6pm) the door was unlocked, but they said sorry we are closed when I walked in the door. It was a disappointing 30 minute drive for nothing. They could have allowed me to make my 2 minute $50.00+ purchase. So if your going here you might want to call ahead this has happened to me a few times. I might just see if I can purchase from somewhere online from another company.
The past 2 times that I have gone to this store within the past 6 days, I have paid for my purchase, only to get to the car and realize I was overcharged $20 one day, and $60 the next. Both times I turned right back around and had to ask for a copy of my reciept, and then go through the exchange process to correct it.The female manager was present the time I was overcharged $20, and had already yelled at her employee in front of a very crowded store full of last minute Christmas shoppers. She then seemed quite inconvenienced by my request to refund the amount i was overcharged, and she had made it appear that she expected me to just accept the blunder.The 2 regular guys that are sales associates are always friendly, however, so thats one thing they have going right, I guess.

I got the cherry peach hyde from there and first when i first opened it the juice was spilt everywhere and now it wouldn’t hit and now it’s automatically hitting take better care of your products won’t be purchasing from there again
Tried to sell something that was not what they presented
So I stopped by at 6:45pm, within stores hours. Door is locked. Sign said bathroom break, be back in 5 mins. Hmm. You cannot afford to have two people on during store hours? And they have very heavy turnover of people who dont know anything about tobacco. I wont be coming back. There are other companies who care more.
I dont believe every employee knows exactly what theyre talking about. I was sold the wrong coil for my vape.. went outside to change it out, and it was the wrong size. Luckily I didnt have to eat the $20 i spent on the wrong pack of coils. I was given the correct size in return, even tho it still wasnt the exact one i preferred, as they didnt have what i wanted in the first place... Which is why this whole fiasco took place. But thank you to the dude who allowed me to exchange the wrong for the right coil.
My usual vape shop closed, I stopped here to get juice and new coils for my vape. I took my coil out and handed it to the salesman, in which he looked. He said he had the right coils, however had to buy the box they dont sell individually. I go to pit the new coil in and its the wrong coil. I go back and advised wrong coil the woman said all sales are final. I told her I wasnt looking for a refund only exchange for the right coils. She said cant do that. I can understand if it was my fault, but if I hand you my coil and you look and give me a sealed box of coils that you as a sales person is giving me the right product. She said I can call corporate in which I did. I get a voice mail. Waiting for a call back. Very dissatisfied
The employees are great and extremely helpful and patient with costumers as I ask a lot of questions lol. They have plenty of great products and great prices. I highly recommend them!
These guys sold me 2 bad coils out of three I’ve bought and they won’t take them back. They say you have to contact the manufacturer. So I’m pretty much out 12 dollars and there’s not much that can be done. Vapor world in brockport takes back bad coils and sources coils from different companies when problems occur. I will be buying coils from vapor world from now on.
On Saturday February 9 my vape broke so I went to Smokers Choice to purchase a new one. I usually go to Vape World in Brockport. I purchased a $70.00 Armour Pro brand new sealed box along with a battery. I got home all excited to try my new vape..put the battery in..press power ...nothing. So I brought it back to store hoping it was just the battery...the clerk confirmed it was not the battery but something was wrong with the vape. He then proceeds to tell me I have to contact the maker of the product for a replacement.I said i just want to exchange for a new onehe said NO all sales are final. I did not know this crazy policy before the purchase. I said it is a brand new sealed product i should be able to exchange it. He saidits not our fault its not working. Well its certainly not my fault its not working...I find it mind boggling that they push this back to the customer. So now I had to purchase a different vape (from a different store) while waiting to hear back from Vaporesso the maker of my vape.I will never purchase anything from them again. Horrible policy.
I have been here so many times before they close at 9pm and they just decide to close early whenever they feel like it apparently and not put signs up or say anything online. So I arrive here and its closed almost an hour early, and it has happened about the past four times live been. Im done with this place, super unprofessional and rude!

I bought a Vape pen from the one in Brockport New York less than 24 hours later the battery died and I even had the receipt showing that I bought it the day before and they still wouldn’t return it and give me a new battery or exchange batteries for my thing told me they had a no return policy and I just paid $53 for the product the day beforeWhat a scam artist

Biggest selection of glassware and vape products in town. They have the odd brands of cigarettes and cigars you cant get at the gas stations. Great staff
