I love this place! I have been getting all my vape and smoking accessories here for years. They have a huge selection of disposable vapes (lost Mary is my brand of choice) or mods and juices for the best price in town. There accessories have their own shop next store and have everything from top of the line glass to a great selection of papers. The staff is knowledgeable and ready to help. Make sure and check this place out you won’t regret it!

My wife and I went in looking for a rig. We were greeted as soon as we came in. I didnt get his name but the employee was incredibly nice and helpful. He gave us a good deal and full setup. Were really happy with what we got for the price, especially, and they were really cool to us. Very relaxed atmosphere. That was my first time shopping there and Ill definitely go back. The prices were really fair on everything he showed us in a wide price range, so it didnt feel like he was trying to sell us something expensive or bad quality. Also, he didnt act like hed rather be doing something else like other shops Ive been to. No one there did. Everyone we interacted with was really nice. For sure recommend checking them out.

The first time I went in there it was a weekday, and the lady in there was extremely sweet and helpful. They have alot of stuff in there so it takes awhile to look. The next two times I went was a much different experience. I went once in the late afternoon and the employee was outside with a guy. I could instantly tell she was annoyed bc she had to come back in the store while I chose what I needed and spent around 30.00. Im a small business owner and I would be really upset if any of my customers were treated this way bc every dollar counts and losing customers should never be an option.

All of the staff is super friendly some of the best people. They have the best kratom in town and when my cousin needed a new vape they answered all her questions and helped her pick what she needed instead of just trying to get her to buy the most expensive like alot of places Ive been going there for almost 3 years

I love this place so much! They have a variety of anything you may need, the prices are reasonable and the employees are very helpful as well.

The guys at the store a pretty nice, but last time I went in to buy a pack of coils they asked me how many I wanted, and I said a full pack. Well... they didnt check the pack, and I didnt think to check it before I left either. Got home and they had already sold out of the pack they sold me. Im sure theyd make it right, but I shouldnt have to go back in. If youre selling individuals from a pack you would think you would separate that from your full packs. At least thats my opinion. Could have been an off day though.

Yo I hit up Buzzin Smoke & Vape Shop the other day and it was straight up lit! The staff was super chill and they knew their stuff, helping me find the perfect vape kit and ejuice. The shop was pretty dope too, with tons of options to choose from and a clean setup. I gotta say, the flavors I picked up were freaking amazing so much flavor and sick clouds,I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid vape experience.

I come here pretty often and the owner and one other are always nice and I get charged the same price. But there are days he will have workers that are completely rude! Charging 7.99 for a small pack of incense. When I said you guys always charge me $2 he told me the jumbo incense are cheaper. When I asked to speak to the owner he said good luck we don’t know when he will be in. Customer service at this is absolutely rude. This has happened on many occasions!! Check your staffing they are making you lose customers!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable.Edited review: The product they sold me didnt hold a charge longer than 3 hours barely used. I returned three next day with my receipt and he refused to give my money back. I had to use store credit even though I didnt really need anything else they sold.

My normal vape shop has been sold out of a specific vape flavor for a while now so I was frantically calling around town all morning to try to find it in stock. I called buzzin and was greeted by a very pleasant voice. He assured me that he had the flavor I was looking for in stock and offered to put it aside for me since I would have my infant with me and would be in a hurry. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the same employee. He was very educated about his products and extremely nice. I actually used to be very heavily into more intricate vapes/mods and formerly played a pretty big role in the vaping community, obviously he did not know that I’m already quite educated about ecigs so it was a breath of fresh air seeing someone give correct and helpful advice. This is the only place we go for smoking accessories. They have a great selection of pretty much anything you could want, even little oddball things you probably wouldn’t expect to find. Their customer service is excellent, and the guys there are so knowledgeable. They always answer all of my questions, give great recommendations and their pricing is the best around. Back in December I wanted to stop smoking and so I went in and talked to Alex based on the reviews of this shop. He was very informative and gave me a great deal to get started. I haven’t looked back since! Alex you’re fantastic and I owe you a HUGE thank you! Today, I brought my hubby in and we had Mack. He was also very informative and gave us a great deal as well since it was my hubby’s first time buying. Hubby is trying to quit as well so I am happy we were able to get someone else who also was very informative since Alex was not in the shop today. Worst customer service Ive ever received from a business. Was looking to buy a couple vapes as a first timer. Couldnt get any help at all! Had 2 employees walk by me not even asking if I needed help or interested in buying anything. Will never spend my money here.

They have an interesting selection of juices, mods, and accessories. Customer service is decent but not going out of their way for you. This shop is consistently running out of specific higher end juices and will not have them for long periods of time. They need to learn how a stockroom works.

Spent half an hour looking around and speaking with Alex. They have a great selection of glassworks and hookah products. Customer service was excellent. All products were fairly priced and of top quality. Would definitely recommend visiting.

I bought two batteries that I couldnt get to work, so I brought the batteries back and two guys up front helped me figure out that it was my specific type of cart causing a short. They were very honest and told me to talk to the company that sold me the cart in the first place. The cart still worked in an old battery I had and they were nice enough to help me find a new battery that functioned similarly to the old one. That fixed the issue! So I was still able to use the product I already had. These guys are awesome!

The ladies that work here are awesome!!However, the owner Rick very rarely keeps up with replenishing stock...I drop by at least once a week, they seem to be the only place in Tulsa area that stocks my coil for target mini.over half the times theyre OUT OF STOCK.. coils & my favorite e-juices

My mod broke and I did not have any replacement, so I came in here trying to find an emergency replacement. They did not have the mod that I had but they found a different one that fit the tanks and batteries that I already had and had me ready to go in just 10 minutes.The customer service here is amazing!!

Had a decent experience until the guy rang up my total. He attempted to make me pay $20.00 for a product that I could get for $2.99 at Starship or Sassy’s. Go in there knowing the price of your item so you don’t actually buy something way over the price at any other store.And the fact that the person who replies to these reviews can’t find the $20 purchase in his invoices today proves that there’s something very sketchy going on here. Love that theyre open on Sunday, very helpful and knowledgeable staff that dont believe in rushing you out the door with something youre not 100% happy with, plenty of selection on vaporizers and oils. Came in looking for an electronic concentrate device. The manager told me they just got one in today, opened up his phone and showed me the price he bought it for. Been going there since they opened and they always look at me as if i am going to steal something. i never thought it was a big deal until he told me to empty my pockets infront of him and when he found nothing he still insisted i took something. never ever going back very unproffessional and inconsiderate

I bought batteries from here once, when I got home, charged them up, they barely held a charge, took a look at them and inspected them and the batteries were Re-Wrapped. They had been used before, took off the re-wrap and it was a completely different brand then the ones that they sold to me.Second Experience- I thought okay maybe it was just an accident. Went into the store to buy juice since they have a pretty wide arrangement. Ended up buying a bottle that was priced wrong in their book, okay im fine with that, then I ended up getting Charged TWICE.Third Experience- I always give a place 3 tries, so I went in to buy a box mod. Seeing that I was about to spend $100+ I wanted to know a little bit about the boxes they have, and the young girl who was working behind the counter at the time (the stores owners sons girlfriend) knew absolutely nothing. Whenever I asked her a question about a box mod, what coils it should run, what kind of batterys, etc. she had to constantly pull out a new one, open it up and read the pamphlet inside. When I was about to buy one, she didnt know how to show me how to lock it, use it, turn it off, anything. And this is what made me to the point where I would not return. If you are going to sell your customer a product you better know about your product.TL:DR Ripped off on batteries, Charged Twice, Unknowledgeable

Called to see if they had coils. Asked if they had 3 pks cause I was shopping for 2 people and denied me picking up that much cause they are so scarce this is ridiculous this is not no necessities like toilet paper or meat. I have only shopped here once months ago I will never go back. And I have a medical card could have gotten some decent business from me.

The BEST headshop in Tulsa! All the 5* reviews are saying basically everything I wanted to say: Alex provides an incredibly friendly and positive atmosphere for everybody who walks in. He doesn’t simply stand behind the counter and wait for you to ask for something, he interacts and genuinely wants to get everything perfect! I’d like to add that he orders the best CBD products on the market (gummies, oils, vape liquids) and will order whatever your heart desires if you just explain your needs. No to mention he’ll set up your vape, fill up your liquid, troubleshoot any issues you’re having with your current mod and ensure everything’s working correctly before you walk out the store! This is one of the best reasons to go here versus gambling at other similar shops. Anyone who needs to start small can learn the pros and cons of each product and make the best selection instead of spending too much and hoping for the best. There’s absolutely NO pressure to just make the sale like I had previously experienced at Staxxx BA (seriously don’t even bother, they have the worst customer service/management EVER) but after I explained my difficult experience over there, Alex decided to knock a few bucks off the total which gave me incentive to go back and give these guys my repeat business. You don’t need to waste any time going anywhere else, it’s right at 91st and Elm!

I was in for a juice that their website says they carry and to my surprise they didn’t have it. Matter a fact, the shelves. We’re bare. They had a total of MAYBE 7 juices to choose from. Last time I visit that location.

I purchased a battery here last week, and it suddenly stopped working a few days later. When I brought it back to the store, I was told they would do nothing about it, and I needed to call the company that made the battery. Dont purchase products from them: they cannot even guarantee their merchandise FOR ONE WEEK!!! Take your money to a company that actually values your business. I know I will.

Staff is very honest, and very knowledgeable about CBD, products! Ask questions? I use 25mg. gummies, works great on my neck! And they only order quality CBD oils and edables products. Do research, on CBD and its benefits you will be surprised. Pain meds now just the CBD.

Buzz Smoke, Vape & CBD is literally a one stop shop. I get my vap juice, CBD oil and they have so many different choices to choose from. The best thing is that the owners have so much knowledge of every product. From what I experienced they actually try everything before they put it on their shelves. I went from being very skeptical of getting the CBD oil mostly because of lack of information. When I went into Buzz Smoke, Carrie & CBD they educated me on the products told me that to expect and now I would recommend Buzz Smoke Vape & CBD.
