Wow, first time I’ve been here but definitely not the last! They beat the “guys down the street “ for pricing and staff was terrific!

This was my first time in a vape shop. I have a CBD tincture and I wanted to vape it. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helped me with a nice set. And didnt try to sell me an expensive set. Nice clean big store. Will definitely refer my friends.

The prices cant be beat, the fluid is never expired and Ty and the entire staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Love the store and the workers. They are always helpful, patient and chill with you and know alot about the products. Picked up a DRAG and it did not disappoint. Thank you guys for always being great. Been going there for years

Jennifer has a great store. Friendly people, grear products. What i really want to say is the CBD lotion is the best i have used. Her lotion is 3 times stronger than other brands i used. It is 1/3 THE PRICE. I have degenerative spine disease. I put it on my spine evernight before i go to bed. Wake up feeling great every morning. All it takes is 3 to 5 minutes to feel the differences !!!!

Come here regularly. Very clean store, nice employees. They will help you with any issues your having with your vape. They have a really good selection of juices.

This is where we go in Broken Arrow to get our vapor liquid and cartridges. I have found that this is one of the more reasonable places around here. Customer service is okay. Prices are good and the store looks clean and nice. Overall, would recommend this establishment for people who live in BA. Also, they do have curbside service you just have to call the number on the front door and they will come out to you.

This place is sick! Cheaper prices on initial startup kits for people quiting cigs and the vape juice for my Aegis system was 10 bucks Cheaper than my original shop. Their point system is extremely competitive. After math, its like 10% return in your account.

Noone is very friendly, i say this because youre not welcomed when you walk in. No one says a word till youre at the counter. I asked the flavors, because i couldnt read them that were on the shelf behind them. They were verbally unhappy. Another time i bought one that needed to be charge, a guy was putting together for me, a woman walked up to him, asked what he was doing he tild her and she said thats not your job its hers, he did go ahead and do it for me.I tried again a few months later, they acted the same way so i left. I am an older woman, not young and pretty any more, who knows, maybe thats the problem.But hopes this helps. My sister theyre not people friendly.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I am always greeted with a smile and feel very welcome. I will say a lot of there aftermarket accessories are very cheap (example mouth pieces). Other accessories are inconsistent and again cheap after market parts with low quality compared to the original accessories. I now order my accessories online.

Great place if you vape. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a very extensive stock of different types of flavors and mods. If they dont have it they will get it for you. I dont go anywhere else, if they dont have it, they dont make it. 💯

Staff is rude and VERY unwelcoming. From the second I opened the door I got nothing but attitude from your staff. I have been in customer service for 13 years and I have never been the type to right a review honestly this is probably my first time ever to do so but I left your business that upset about the staff that I felt the need to do so. Very unprofessional and definitely need some training on customer service. This is the reason I always go to Staxx because staff is amazing there. Wanted to give you guys a chance but I will not be coming back.

I love this store! Its my favorite vape shop to go to ,awesome people, super friendly and a great variety of juice to choose from. The prices are also pretty good and they have a great reward system so its always a pleasant experience. Not to mention theyre the only store in Tulsa/Broken Arrow that carries my favorite juice and at an awesome price.

I was a first time customer today and not only will I be a returning one, due to them being open later than any other place I know, but also due to the fact that, even though they were 10 minutes to closing, the guy working still spent time informing me and not rushing me at all! I was impressed with the cleanliness and overall variety they offered, as well as their low prices on not only their juices, but their other vape products as well. This place probably had the biggest variety of stuff than any other place Ive been. Ill definitely be back there! Staff was friendly, informative, and attentive and from experience, i know thats hard to find! Thanks for everything and I look forward to visiting your store again soon!!!

Excellent service, Jake was not only friendly and knowledgeable... But he also let me test some juices on a few of his personal mods. Gave me some excellent recommendations, and I left with two new juices and a Drip Tip thats out of stock everywhere online.... But happened to be in Stock there! I dont make it to Broken Arrow often, but now I have a great reason to make the drive.

Sure you can. I had an experience with a tall thin employee that was supposed to be a supervisor or manager that soured me on this store. This took place 4 or 5 years ago. I wont go into detail but Ill just say I wasnt exactly treated with respect.

I was in and out. They had a bigger selection to choose from. The cashier was very helpful in helping me find something i would like. He made a suggestion and it was spot on! I also paid about $10 less than i normally do at another spot for a 120ml bottle of e-juice. I will be back.

Bought a mod and tank for 50$ which was a really good deal... the mod quit working so I brought it back to the store where they refunded my money but not without the plastic sleeve that I had to go back to the house and get. Overall it just seems like most people are pissed off that work there and the customers seemed pissed off that leave there. I did get my money back and took my business elsewhere. They didnt do much to help me even though I spent 140$ in total that evening. Wouldnt recommend this place.

Been going here since the beginning. Wonderful Staff that has ALL became great close friends, they genuinely care and take time to teach you and advise you on anything you need/want. I will NEVER go anywhere else for what I need. These people are like family to me.

This is one of the best Vape stores I’ve been to. The guys are amazing! They are very helpful with selections and take the time to get to know their customers. Definitely recommend!

Ive always had a great experience at this store, until I had a kid named Cruz helped me and my friend find a new mod for him. Worst experience ever. I want to buy something decent, and according to him, every product was horrible and not worth buying. Sell me something, dont make me want to leave. I came to help a friend, not put him off vaping.

Not a bad store the sales people are nice, they have discount stuff but its bad. They have a pretty good selection and are relatively friendly and assisting. The prices could be a bit better as everything I got there I totalled up with internet prices and I paid about 30 dollars more.Still much better than any other stores in Broken Arrow

The customer service is a hit and miss. Ive been in several times and have had about a 50/50 experience with the staff. There prices are great and the vapors you can purchase are of a wide price and quality selection. perfect for beginners and pros

I’ve been going to this since shortly after they opened. The staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They’ve had curbside service since the pandemic began. Bret store, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had a problem with a battery I bought here. Contacted manufacture, and they said to bring it back to retailer. Vape This didnt want to do anything about it. Wouldnt even talk to me about it. Sorry guys, but youve lost my business unless this can be corrected. I wont be caught running between you and the manufacture.I think a lot of your experience depends on who behind the counter steps up to help. My previous experiences have always been so-so. When you run in to grab a refill, no problem. But last time I went in to shop, i felt disappointed the next day. I think this defect/return experience just finally made me snap.

Very condescending staff. Had products I needed but couldn’t obtain without criticism from why my ID wasn’t sideways (?? Anyone that regularly checks ID’s should be able to verify a vertical ID with ease) to telling me to “use my eyeballs”

First time going here for juice and I was definitely impressed. The store was clean, the staff was friendly & helpful. The selection of products they had was incredible. This is definitely the most comfortable vape store Ive ever been in so far.

Horrible horrible customer service. The staff is only knowledgeable in ripping people off, have no loyalty to good customers, and overpriced. I found a wonderful vape store, Eco Smoke, that helped me fix the issue caused by this place and I have been going there now for over a year.

Best place in Tulsa for everything vape related. The staff is extremely knowledgable and very friendly. They also have a huge variety of both vape juices and vape devices. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who vapes. Check it out for yourself!

Great prices and knowledgeable, friendly employees. We have a specific juice that we can only find here and we drive from claremore to buy coils, juice and new vapes when needed.

Bought a smok osub for 65 dollars had it for no more than five days, ran into issues concerning software malfunction, the guy in there fed me a load of bullshit and tried to pinpoint every detail I gave him to turn against me and explain to me that that is how its working as in leaving the ecig in my car was the problem and charging it of my computer, took it back in again an hour later to speak with the boss as the guy hid behind her to be fed more bullshit and how they couldnt replace it blaming me for the problem, Im a smoker trying to quit smoking none of that is helping me they offered to ship it back to the company it came from then continue to ask me to dump more money into the store to buy a new ecig I mean seriously customer service was absolutely terrible, IF YOU ARE READING THIS I ADVISE YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, VEGAS VAPORS HELPED ME OUT AND EVEN OFFERED TO FIX ANY PROBLEMS I HAD WITH THE DEVICE I JUST BOUGHT TODAY. I ADVISE YOU IF YOU WANT QUALITY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSE WHERE BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET IT HERE.

So Vape This closes at 4 on Saturday my wife walked in at 4 with the doors still unlocked just to grab some atomizers the guy at the door was very rude she was already inside the store with the door closed behind her not locked at this point and was almost to the counter when the guy looked at her and told her sorry were closed get out he was very rude I mean if you cant help a customer at 4 when you close it for what kind of customer service is that
