This business I wouldnt recommend. I became a member. Covid hit. Business canceled appointment and they shut down for a while. I was still charged twice $120 for the monthly membership. They refused to refund me or honor the canceled appointment. I have a 200 gift certificate for these folks that I refuse to use. Poor business policy.. my money wasted! And of course management could care less!

My husband and I had some family things to take care of and cancelled our membership after fulfilling our contract agreement. When we canceled we had some unused massages to use. Due to massage envy not having adequate staff we were always unable to get an appointment. We had to schedule our a couple months and the manager informed us not to worry that she would extend them as to not expire before we could use them. I booked our final appointments with her that day. I had this massage on 5/21/22. When I went to check out and leave a gratuity, the staff told me my charge was for over $100. I informed her that it wasnt correct that I was trying to use my credits. At this point Emily stepped in and I believe tried to contact a manager. The customer service at this point starts to go downhill. Her attitude was like I was an imposition. She tells me I can leave and if there is a problem that she would call me. When I got out of my next appointment I find that she has called 3 times. I call back to be told that my credits have expired and theres nothing they can do. She informed me that the manager was on vacation and not in until Monday. She demanded that I make payment again. I explained to her that I was in no way paying twice. I told her that it didnt make since. She accused me of stealing, Im serious......and told me that she would call the police and press charges on me. I have to say that Ive been a customer since Ive lived in Texas. I think I joined in 2007. Massage envy used to be amazing. Since I joined this location almost 2 years ago it has been an awful experience. They cant keep a knowledgeable staff who will listen to your concerns and give you the massage you need and to top it off I had this nightmare of an experience yesterday. All I was hoping for was to give myself some self-care and destress. After that threatening phone call it completely did the opposite and the massage I got was for nothing. Who was ripped of here? And in more ways than one. Thanks for reading such a long review. This is my first stop before I contact corporate office to file a formal complaint. Hopefully it saves someone some hassle and money.

I just had my first massage here, and these lovely ladies exceeded my expectations! The front desk ladies were very friendly and welcoming! My massage therapist did a fantastic job and really paid attention to the areas I felt needed the most attention. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing a massage! You won’t be disappointed!

Listen, I moved out of the Tulsa area and I miss Massage Envy BA so much. The front desk girls were the nicest, the manager was awesome and super customer satisfaction oriented, and they had some of the best massage therapists Ive ever been to. You didnt feel like you were going to some big, average chain. They really cared about your experience. Only one time did I not quite get what I asked for in a massage - the girls at the front asked, and I told them. I think it was the therapists first week - no biggie. I wasnt trying to complain or anything and I still left gratuity but the manager called me the next day to come in for a free massage. It was so kind! I wish I was still in driving distance of ME BA.

I love this place. All the staff have always been very friendly to me. I see Sarah G for my massages and Mackenzie for my facials. They both do a fantastic job. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. I have been a satisfied massage envy member since 2013.

The massage therapist I had was garbage. Not to mention I gave her 3 trouble areas to focus on, and she focused on ZERO of them. I was in a time crunch so I paid and left, but not before the woman at the front tried to use my lack of time to her advantage and sign me up for a membership that I knew nothing about. She asked me for my card to charge and keep on file!! I started to and then was like, what?! What are you charging me for?!?! and refused. When I had time I contacted the company and told them everything that happened, including the fact that I had to go to a different therapist the NEXT day, and requested my money back. We went back and forth a few times and the manager refused to refund my money. Unbelievable.

I have had 2 gift cards for over a year now. Every single time I call they never have openings. The one time I did find a time that worked for me, it was online. And there was no place to use my gift card to secure the appointment. And no one answered when I called. It’s just an absolute headache to get in unless you have a completely open schedule or a schedule that allows you to book months In advance. Idk how I will ever get to use these gift cards. I wish my boyfriend could just get his money back for them at this point. I really really need a massage. But I’m giving up trying to ever get in here.

Too high pressure to be relaxing. I did enjoy the massage - even though it was cut short. My appointment was at 6:00 for a 90 minute massage. I was taken to the room to change clothes at 6:00. A few minutes later the massage therapist came in and when she left I looked at the clock and it was 7:23. I paid for a 90 minute massage and it was under 80. What I really didnt like was the high pressure sales while checking out. The pressure to sign up for their program soured the experience. When I called to set up my appointment, I was told about the membership then and asked what the penalty would be if you sign up and then decide to cancel. I was told you can cancel at anytime with no penalty. When I went to check out and was again told about the membership program and asked the same question the lady kept saying well we work with you. She would not stop beating around the bush and FINALLY the other lady at the desk said it is a 12 month contract and you can cancel anytime after those 12 months with a written 10 day notice. Not only was it high pressure sales, it was out right shady. She was telling me on and on and on what I need to do for me and would not stop. She didnt want to take NO for an answer. I just wanted to pay and run out the door. The check out experience felt like a bad date that would not end.

I had my very first facial with Mackenzie and she was amazing! So calming and the most relaxed Ive ever felt. Will recommend to everyone ask for Mackenzie!I wouldnt recommend the south town location. They had a price jump from 75$ to 145$

I scheduled an appointment online, filled out all the information about my pressure preference, etc. Got the confirmation email that it was booked. Then when I showed up for my appointment they said they didn’t see it on the calendar. Said they could still do it but I would need to take 10 minutes to fill out my information again and they would have to cut the appointment short. Also, the girl I booked with only does light pressure and relaxation. What is the point of saying you want firm pressure if they’re going to schedule you with someone who doesn’t do that? Ended up just walking out and not getting the massage at all. What was supposed to be a relaxing, stress relieving experience just caused me more stress. Would NOT recommend.

My husband and I had been members of massage envy and always had fantastic experiences. Tragedy struck our family and we had to stop going. Tiffany the manager went way above and beyond to check on us and help us. We cant convey how much we appreciate her. 2 years later she still checks on us.

This is the worst massage envy I have ever stepped into. I was told that I need to come in 15-20 before my appt to fill out paperwork. I got there at 3:10. I sat there for twenty minutes in the tranquily room and no one came and got me. So I decide to leave, I stop at the front desk and told them that I was leaving and I was met with the rudest remarks ever. One of the girls keep telling me that my appt is at 3:30 and even thou it was 3:32 - my massage therapist is still in another session and she would be done soon. And it was my fault for being on time and expecting them to be on time. I ASKED FOR A MANAGER, BUT WAS TOLD THAT SHE WAS DOING INTERVIEWS AND ASHLEY WAS TOO BUSY TO HELP. I tried to call back at 3:45 and the same rude receptionist told me to call back in a half hour. Ashley was just to busy. When I called back, Ashley left at 4:00.The best part about this-My husband has a monthly membership, so the June massage is now on my account and cant be moved back (like I would ever go back to a massage envy). Plus the 10.00 fee that he paid to transfer it, we are out that money too.But apparently, they need the money more then me.

My masseuse was Micah and he was amazing! I work weekdays and I was happy to find that they are open on Sundays! I scheduled an hour and it was very relaxing. I also signed up for their membership so that I can come in more often at discounted rates. This Massage Envy opened in November so its brand new! I highly recommend Massage Envy and Micah!

I went into massage envy at this location this morning to get a gift card replaced that I had a receipt for. The staff at the front desk told me there was nothing she could do because she was new and I would have to wait until Monday for a manager to come in. This is problematic because I needed the gift card to take to Oklahoma City today. I was trying to find a solution. I am a manager myself and if I am out and I have a new employee I am available if they don’t know how to do something. I asked her to call the manager and she was very rude and upset that I did that. The manager said that I would have to wait as well which if that’s the case that’s the case. However customer service is extremely important at least attempting to find a solution instead of just shooing people off with attitude would be a good business practice. unfortunately this location was unwilling to help in anyway Such as offering to call another store since they are franchise etc.

Was a good place, but now as a member i cannot get an appointment when i ask for one, always booked they say. Well they take 60.00 a month out, i have several appointments to use, but not able to use them at MY schedule. Plus, therapists are not reliable. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I have been to some very nice expensive spas in my life...Sedona Arizona, Myrtle Beach South Carolina, Minneapolis Minnesota.....and this location of Massage Envy has better quality people giving facials (MaryAnn) and massages (Alecia) AND front desk staff than any of my experience! So, if you want to impress yourself by spending too much money...then go somewhere else. If you want to get an awesome value for your money, then go to Massage Envy in Broken Arrow

The staff was very sweet but I was very disappointed with the massage. Its actually the worst one Ive had & I truly hate to say that. Also, I too did not enjoy the sales pitch when checking out. But that wasnt a big deal. Unfortunately, I wont be going back there.

Buyer beware. I went to buy a massage for part of her Valentines gift. I asked blatantly to include a tip. When I said no, the receptionist acted offended. My wife wont go and wants our money back. This is a classless move and very unprofessional.

The staff is nice, but its hard for me to get an appointment for the hours I need. Also, occasionally they do have a masseuse for minors, but they are difficult to find.

I called today and asked a question and then got my answer then I made a appointment and then they refused to help me once I got there and I was in a room for 20 minutes then they came in and said I had to go and I didnt do anything wrong im not happy with them right now (yes I asked of I could bring my son and they told me sure no problem then I got there and didnt say a word to us I didnt like the fact they didnt tell me on the phone I couldnt bring him and it was broken arrow store...
