Updated review 6/30/24:My best friend and I decided to finish my birthday weekend by dining here and stopping by for Sunday karaoke brunch. We were greeted by a pleasant hostess at the door. Our server Norma was great from start to finish and our experience was made better with her bubbly and sweet personality.I had the wonderful opportunity to meet Chef C who is the executive chef at 333 Lounge. He assured me that this experience would be great.The music was really good. My friend and I sang along with the music and I even did a little dancing. I enjoyed the ambiance of 333 Lounge.Now let me get into the details about the food. I ordered the Cajun wings with ranch dressing on the side as my appetizer. The wings were piping hot and absolutely delicious. My friend only ate one and I finished the rest because they were really good.I ordered island chicken and waffles and my friend ordered Cajun shrimp and grits. My friend enjoyed her food. She said the grits were the creamiest grits shes ever eaten. She stated the shrimps were really good as well. My island chicken was jerk spiced fried chicken and oh my goodness, it was crispy and scrumptious. It sat on two waffles topped with pineapple salsa with Captain Morgan maple syrup. To say that we simply enjoyed our meal would be an understatement.We truly enjoyed our dining experience at 333 Lounge. Thank you to 333 Mgmt, Chef C for the amazing food and Norma for amazing service and hospitality! We both agreed that we will be back again!6/8/2024: It is Saturday at about 6:45 PM. My friend and I decided to stop by to listen to music while we dined because we were hungry at the time. Our server came over to take our order and most of the items that we wanted to order were not available. In my opinion, weekends tend to be the most busiest for businesses so how do you not have food on a Saturday? We decided to not stay because of lack of menu items. We went to Sweet Chick and had a great time with awesome food.

Good morning. Last night I went to 333 lounge for the first time. The vibe was amazing. Great live music but TOO loud for a conversation with your company. The service was top tier. Our server was very attentive. Lastly the food, I had an appetizer and it was good. I then ordered a chicken sandwich to go because I was told it’s amazing. The food smelt and LOOKED amazing. When I got home I took a bite and I naturally look at my food I immediately noticed the raw chicken. It was significantly undercooked and I had to throw that away. I take spending my money on outside food very seriously and for me to waste my money and it was unsafe was a major disappointment. I don’t know if I will return to 333, but I might to try something different.

The live bands sang songs that made my heart sing: some of the greatest songs ever recorded! I couldn’t sit down!The DJ followed—everyone was moving! Hadn’t had so much fun for years!The food is great, too!

Went to this place by chance and it was lit! Music, drinks and good vibes were all on the menu lol. I didnt eat because I ate prior to and the drinks were standard price...and delicious! I will be revisiting in the near future.

Didn’t heard of the place until Sunday the rum punch was delicious, devil eggs need more seasoning, didn’t taste salt fish in the fritters, cornbread tasted stale however the Mac n cheese was delicious. Maybe we got there too early but I will definitely visit again at a different time.

Update: My last review was a five-star review and now I have to give this two stars. This was once one of my go-to dating locations nearby but it seem everything went downhill. They completely change the menu to something much smaller. The service was terrible they waitress kept ignoring us and I request she asked for and she would seemingly forget what we request like our bill. We I had the burger from the new happy hour which was terrible they claimed it was a smashburger but they must have put a handful of salt in there because it was incredibly salty. Above the normal limit. The performers were horrible. One performer kept reading the lyrics off her phone for multiple songs. Even though they did a sound check the microphone kept squeaking which annoyed my date with so we eventually had to leave. I can honestly say Im never going back there.... below is my review from before to show the difference:Great location. I was there on a Wednesday night where they play live jazz and soul music. The performance was great, great vibes and black excellence. Very unexpected for this neighborhood.

Music was on point. D.J that night shuffle through new and old school perfectly. Chatted with bartender, told him out celebrating anniversary and he said I cant charge you for these two drinks. Its on the house. Good spot

On Tuesday was great experience ( Fire food, fire music, and very good energy and environment).I truly enjoyed the music. I will be back again n my 40th birthday is on July 4th hopefully it will be open so I can come celebrate with yall .

Every cocktail I had was mediocre which was sad. Rum punch tasted like artificial fruit punch syrup with liquor and my friends mocktail was just lemonade with simple syrup :(. I would recommend Charm Bar for great well crafted cocktails. Service was kind but not enough to make up for the bar missing multiple items needed to make drinks and the kitchen being out of several items. Wings were good though. Wouldn’t come back because there are so many better places nearby.

Went for Isiah Kellys 1st comedy event which he aspires to have a recurring weekly room. The bar didnt have Hennessy VSOP BUT it was all good. Food was great and came out in a timely manner.

The staff and bartenders were excellent. Only had the appetizers but they were good.Drinks were on point!

Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it inside because the bouncer on the night I went to was very rude (4/5/2024). I went with two friends and we were dancing to the music (we could her it from outside) as we were showing our IDs. My guy friend started dancing and the bouncer proceeded to tell him to only let the women dance. Mind you we were not twerking or anything (even though we can dance however we want), but the bouncer just seemed annoyed and homophobic towards my friend. The bouncer ruined our desire to go inside. This place identifies as LGBT friendly, but that bouncer was not welcoming at all.

I recently visited 333 LOUNGE me, my wife and her two friends had the misfortune of encountering this balled head brown skinned bartender at this lounge and let me tell you, she were a complete nightmare. From the moment we entered the lounge we took a seat thinking they have bartender on the floor to serve drink, however we sat there for like 10mins we have t saw anyone, so I decided to go at the bar to ask a question and immediately I regretted it. I asked the BALLED HEAD bartender if they have anyone who serving drinks, she rolled up her eyes on me as if she disgust of me. She then shouted at me and said I have to order from the bar and she walked away, bear in mind she is the only one making drinks there. I kept calling her again she took forever to acknowledged me, however I then proceed to ask for 3 moon indigo drink from the menu, she then said with a DIRTY ATTITUDE!!! how they don’t sever cocktails after 10pm, I didn’t know they don’t sell cocktails after 10pm this was my first time at this spot. I then said to her this don’t make any sense because I arrived at the club at 1:25am the girl at the door said I have to pay 20$ per person, I was a bit hesitant to pay the entrance fee, however I asked her what time the club closing she then said 2am I said ok. I then ask the girl at the door since the club is closing soon do u have to charge us full fair she said yes. I paid the money we entered. With little bit of time on my hand less than 30 mins away from closing that is where I encounter this rude, dismissive, and downright condescending BALLED HEAD bartender that helped wasted the time we had in the lounge. It was as if they were doing me a favor by serving me a drink. After we said tht we leaving she then decided to make the drink she said she wasn’t making earlier, she made 3 of the cocktails I asked for, I told her I need a beer she do up her self and dash me a beer as if I was begging I felt so bad because I didn’t meant no harm to anyone there. I asked her how much is for the drinks same dirty attitude she then asked me if is card or cash I asked her how much she kissed her teeth and walked away. I had like 49$ in my wallet that is the reason I asked how much I had wanted to pay for the drinks but I was unsure how much it cost, I end up giving her my card she then charged my card. Not only did they ignore my drink order multiple times, but they also made snide remarks and rolled their eyes whenever I asked an question. It was clear that the bartender had zero respect for their customers and thought they were too good to be working in 333 lounge bar. I left feeling disgusted and disrespected, and I will never set foot in 333 lounge establishment again. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this balled head bartender – unless you enjoy being treated like garbage.

On a Wednesday I went for Jazz night and enjoyed some amazing musicians and got the opportunity to sit in and jam... Sunday for Karaoke was so much fun... The DJ host was so cool and helpful and can sing too!

I love this place, the vibes are excellent, staff are friendly and funny, and the Rib was OMG DELICIOUSNESS! As an entrepreneur myself, I love 333 caters to other small businesses so they can vend at their establishment: totally awesome!

333 is the spot!!!! Brunch, unlimited drinks… plus the food is the truth!!! Sunday’s they have karaoke too?!? It’s giving outsideeeeee!!! The photographer was snappin all the pics, did you say angels?! He got them!!!🙌🏾

Nice spot to just kick back and enjoy a delicious meal, always great vibes. Nice drinks and theyre never watered down. My frozen Rum punch was sooooo good. Want a nice place to enjoy some Karaoke as well and to meet some nice folks, definitely check out this spot. My cousin and I along with a friend decided to stop by after we got off a boat ride last Sunday to have drinks. It was so much fun listening to a few other patrons singing Karaoke 😂🤣😭😭been there quite a few times and always had a blast!!

I like 333, it’s a vibe. Sometimes the DJ plays a little out of whack, sometimes the crowd is there, sometimes not, but it’s a vibe. Drinks are good as well 👍🏽

Walked in and got seated right away , ordered the spicy gyal which was very good , had the jerk wings which were amazing, Mac and cheese was crispy on top and very cheesy , the fried shrimp was tasty as well , the food took a while to come which is okay cause it wasn’t rushed and tasted well , the music was karaoke which was very entertaining, I will definitely go back!!!

We decided to go here, because Sweet Chicks had a wait. I am so happy we did! It was karaoke brunch! The food was amazing, the service was impeccable and the atmosphere was super dope! Did I say the food was amazing! We will definitely be returning! 10/10

Brunch was amazing!! Service was good & music selection was great. I was a bit thrown off by the chicken & waffles & one mimosa being $25 but it was worth every penny. I highly recommend this place for brunch

Amazing place to vibe and chill on a Sunday! Karaoke always litt. Food fresh and delightful! Quick service. One time a server forgot our drinks but in her defense the place was packed! Only mentioning because I like to give full and honest experience.

I love the food and atmosphere of this super fun black owned lounge. However, having frequenting here the past few years, I must comment on the hospitality of the bartenders/waitresses. The service is extremely subpar, with the staff primarily catering to males. Last Saturday, I was at my wits end with the rude/nasty service. My hope in writing this is for the management team to reevaluate the training and skillset of their hospitality group.

Amazing atmosphere. DJ was rocking all night and kept the crowd up on their feet dancing seamlessly switching from genre to genre. For a night out with friends, really good music, really good drinks, got there too late to try the food but the overall vibe was dope!!! Will definitely be back again soon and to check out the weekend nights as opposed to the week night crowd.

It’s my First time coming to 333 Lounge and not only was the experience was amazing but Kyle the photographer was amazing !!!!

Met with friends to watch the game. Atmosphere was nice. DJ was good. Our waitress was friendly and looked out. One draw back tho, they kept messing up my order and it took long to fix. Said they were short staffed. They did comp a drink for the delay, which was nice, but I was kinda hungry and my friends that showed up much later than me got their food and I was still waiting? Went outside for a quick smoke and then they tried to make me pay a cover to get back in..? To add to the frustration, I had to argue with the bouncer inside to get the guy to understand that I was already in there and had just stepped out for a few minutes. It wasn’t the first time I stepped out that evening. That combo put a damper on the experience for me.I’d probably give this place another chance if friends want to hang there. But I’d eat something first to be safe.

Pretty chill spot on a friday night, great mix drinks.

Came here on a Friday and they had a happy hour from 1-8PM! Can’t beat that. Had a $7 mango margarita during it and it was good. Place looks like it’d be a fun time at night on the weekend too

Stopped by on a Friday night to grab drinks with friends. Sat outside as it was very noisy and enjoy the warm summer breeze.Great service, and the fried mushrooms were extra crispy. Love it

The bartender attitude is disgusting. It wasn’t busy and the bartender was acting as if she didn’t want to serve me. I was sitting by the bar for the longest while waiting for my boyfriend to arrive and the bartender was just using her phone. Mind you it was my boyfriends idea to come here I dont know why but it was a BIG mistake coming here. After awhile of just sitting at the bar staring at the bartender just using her phone she finally acknowledges me but was so rude about serving me a drink! She never said hi, she had a blank look on her face, never smiled & then rolled her eyes when I told her what drink I wanted. At that moment I knew I should’ve said forget it and left! When my boyfriend arrived while I was using the bathroom. I came back to the bar and she was flirting with my man! Legit leaning in towards my man face with her breast damn near hanging out of her shirt and smiling in his face and proceeded to do that in front of my face like I wasn’t there. She kept asking him if he was ok and if he needed anything and smile at him and yet never asked me if I wanted another drink or wanted anything she would just walk away after asking just him…as there wasn’t a freaking human being beside him. Just trashy behavior and attitude! I was pissed and when I tried talking to her she rolled her eyes AGAIN and acted as if she couldn’t hear me & walked away WHILE speaking to her. Absolutely gross I will NEVER EVER come back and don’t recommend coming here! I never been disrespected by a bartender in my life till I came here and cannot relate or begin to understand the positive reviews whatsoever! Seem like bartender picks and chooses who she likes and who she wants to be nasty towards which is weird behavior!!!

The bartender is rude and has an attitude. Closing the kitchen early when the chefs said to place the order. Refused to take my order.

This place has a great vibe! The staff is so warm and friendly. The salad with black eyed peas was delish. I had it with the shrimp. I love the live music and the lighting and artwork makes this a true Brooklyn staple. This is going to be my new hang. ❤️

Came to 333 lounge on 9/30/23 everything is 5 stars for me! Food , ambience, drinks and vibes are on point . This spot is dope and the restrooms are extremely clean. Our server was so beautiful and professional it was my sister’s birthday we came to NYC from Baltimore spent the whole day in Brooklyn and this was our last stop. We watched the Charlo vs Canelo fight here and everything was wonderful. We will be back! The salmon cakes were delicious and the Duse mixed drink we had a few drinks and shared a few food items.

It was cute. Atmosphere was great. Music was great. But they stopped serving food mad early. They had games on the table so I played a lil uno and that was a vibe.

Had an amazing time celebrating my husbands birthday on 6/4. This was everyone in my group of family and friends first time ever going to 333 Lounge! We all loved the food, the drinks, the music! It was surely a vibe. We will return.

Great vibes and good times at this bar. The karaoke was super fun everyone engaged in it. However, the food was horrible. I ordered the fish sandwich and it was very bland. It’s lacked any seasoning what’s so ever. Other thank that it was great.

I attended the lounge after a great R&B concert last week so I was on a high coming in.. but left with a sour taste..It wasnt crowded but I was disgusted at how long it took for a waitress/bartender to even acknowledge me and help me place an order. All I saw was the backs of the ladies for over 25 minutes. With a fake kindness someone took my order and handed me a slip of paper... I asked about payment and was ignored.. I then took cash out and when I looked up- no one was around to make sure I settled my bill. Everyone was busy but no one really doing anything...

Event manager Tyeshia is AMAZING. She is the heart of this place, she has great ideas and keeps the atmosphere LIT! One of my new Favorite spots to go!

I liked this place and I love their food but a bad taste was left in my mouth when on my most recent visit . I walked in to place a to go order and was charged a mandatory 20% gratuity fee. I have no problem paying for service if I’m dining in, but an automatic 20% on a takeout order is not cool. And they had the nerve to add an additional $1.00 on top of the 20% for a delivery fee ,even though the food was not delivered & I picked it up. It made me view the establishment as money hungry and now I’m a bit turned off.

My first experience there wasn’t good it was packed waited 15 min to get a drink , and ended up leaving. Well it’s may 19 2023 and this place is awesome , salmon cakes were good , nice music , I really enjoyed myself

You will get charged some made-up fees. $2.99 for a delivery fee for the waitress to bring your food to your table. Watch out for the automatic mandatory 20% added to your bill. My husband and I visited here on Fathers Day there were so many made-up fees added to our bill I will never come back here and I will tell all my friends about my experience here. The shrimp and grits were not worth it Ive had better.

The walls have this great art on it. I love the look the drinks could be better. I didnt have any food so I cant tell your about it. The dj was a hit

Everything is great about this place. The atmosphere, the setting, the food all tastes amazing. The mac and cheese is absolutely the best mac Ive had around brooklyn. The drinks arent watered down with juice like 2/3rds of other restaurants and even bars do. Which is rare and amazing.Only reason this place didnt get 5 was because their food options are limited to choose from. They need more variety other than that great place especially when they have a band playing

Went in with my boyfriend & the waiter told me three times that I couldn’t sit next to him . As if I was a child who didn’t understand the first time . When our food came . We were only given one utensils we literally had to share . oh yea when ask for napkins we were given exactly two . We had to go looking for her to get our bill . We were literally waiting for her for more than 30 mins .

Went to the 333 Lounge last week Saturday for a birthday celebration. Welcoming staff and a nice atmosphere! Nearly all of us ended up just eating yucca fries as the items we ordered on the menu were not available. Would be great if they had a wider selection of food items for non-meat eaters, or even a couple of salads to choose from. The DJ played a nice selection of music. Nice place to visit for a drink, although I wouldnt recommend it to my friends as a place to dine for dinner.

Brunch tasted Amazing! I had the granola French toast with eggs and Turkey bacon. DELICIOUS!!! Sunday brunch with Karaoke..Fun $25 with 1 sangria or mamosa

This place was somewhere I felt good enough to apply to work at and however it turned out to be a disaster! They made me do 3 weeks training just to not pay me or give me the job! They claim to empower the black community when they just want the girl with the best body to work for them! I would never return to this establishment and always encourage my friends not to as well!

I went there the first sat of this month for my birthday. My guests and I had the best time. I came in the night before and spoke with the manager about seating and bottles. He was very polite and patient...i had a million questions. The night of my birthday celebration, we ordered a bottle package and was given a huge seating space. The bottle server came every 15min to check on me and my guests even tho the place got so packed they had to stop letting people in. She was very personable. The music was great...it was reggae night. The crowd was very mature which made me and my company comfortable. We ordered food which tasted great. We even ordered more bottles because we were enjoying ourselves so much. There was no charge for me bringing in my cupcakes, and the server brought them out the time I requested. I received so many texts the next day about how much everyone enjoyed themselves and how we need to do all birthdays there. Lets just say you wont be disappointed if you visit 333.

Went here for brunch on a Saturday afternoon , had island chicken and waffles. The chicken was nice and juicy, the waffle was good with the pineapple chutney however it could have been a little crispier. The rum punch was delicious, but a small serving for the price. The Dj played a variety of music. All that said I will definitely be returning.

Great music all reggae if your into that. I am, and the drinks are pretty strong. It gets extremely crowded. The cons about the place is its very small on the inside, no seats not unless your pay $2500 in advance for a Saturday night gathering and theres only 1 exit.

This place was so much fun. Theres karaoke and the Mic is just passed to different folks. You can chose to stand or sit at your table and sing your heart out. The hostess was awesome. We went for brunch and had an awesome time. They ran out of shrimp and grits but the chicken and waffles were great.

Hubby and I love this restaurant. The decor is perfect for date nite and a great conversational piece. The music is lively and tasteful. Food is delicious and the staff is courteous and helpful. Well definately be back.

I went to a comedy show. it was hilarious.. I seen this comedian Chocolat Chi she is amazingly funny funny funny the food was great the atmosphere was great.. this is a must go see black owned establishment.

The vibe, music, and drinks were good the night before Thanksgiving. It was my first time here. We were able to walk from our dinner venue. The location is convenient and the atmosphere is nice. Its great if you like hip hop/r&b/afrobeats/soca.

The blues band tonight was incredible, it’s always been a cozy plaice to get drinks and food. But tonight was special, I walked out smiling! And that’s rare!

333 is a pretty chill spot. The bar has basic drinks but the bartenders and security is decent. The dj is good and knows how to keep the crowd dancing. There is enough room that you can dance or sit back and enjoy the view.

Overpriced drinks not mixed well. Lots of girls that come out after 1am so if you are going before 1am its not a good idea. Also there is very limited space and no where to sit in lounge unless you reserved a table. Music is really good ! Nice spot for a quick stop and go or to end your night. Parking is limited but available in area. Security is very particular about who the let in so dont come out in sweats looking to get in. They have food also but sadly no hookah

Pay attention. They dont give you an itemized bill from the bar unless you ask. First time, I noticed my drinks seemed a little high in price. When I asked for the itemized bill, I saw gratuity of 15 or 18 percent was already added to the bill. I would have added another 15% not knowing. So on the second visit, same thing happened. They gave me the merchant and customer copy for signature but not the itemized bill. So I asked if the gratuity was already added? The server said yes. Why yall not giving people their itemized bills? Imagine how many folks adding extra tips tonot knowing it was already added to their bill. Its the dishonesty for me.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went during my birthday weekend,.The day before, we called and made reservations for a table so we would bypass the brunch crowd. When we get there the following day and told the host we made reservations, she looked at us like we had 3 heads. So our reservations did not even matter. So we had to wait there for an hour before one of our friends that was there got up and gave us her table. Mind you once they saw we was at the table, nobody came to bus them. The server came and took our orders. Then 10 minutes later she came back and asked us what we ordered. We ordered a pitcher of Mimomas and that didnt come until 15 minutes after we ordered our food and our food didnt come until 15 minutes after that. Then when the food came she forgot a part of my order. If you dont have the staff to handle a brunch rush of that magnitude, either put a time on your tables or dont serve brunch at all. And if you cant memorize orders, you write them down so you can get them right the first time. Crazy part is the food was not bad but not good enough to override this experience. Id rather gone next door to Sweet Chick or down the road to Woodlands before I step foot back in this establishment. Never been this inconvenienced in all of my years of dining

333 Lounge is trash. I made reservations for my birthday party weeks ahead of time. We paid said deposit plus extra for the reservation. Most of my guests arrived during said reservation time. However, when the rest of my party including my elderly mother, sister and other close relatives showed up, the bouncer and manager REFUSED to let them in. They told my family there was a 30 minute wait which turned into about an hour wait because the club was already crowded. However, many visitors left while we were having said discussion, leaving a lot of room in the lounge. Even when members of my party left,they still would not let my family in. Even though we paid lots of money they would not let them in. Even after I, my boyfriend, and my sister tried to negotiate and talk sense into the manager about letting five (!) more people in, the manager kept saying that they couldn’t let them in because people were already waiting in line. This doesn’t make sense because they essentially were turning down money and business as we already ordered more bottle service. I would not recommend this bar for any party or birthday event. They do not know how to handle business and are very unprofessional. Aside from the way they handled my own party, they were very frustrated and even openly cursed at the crowd waiting to get inside. They do not deserve any respect or further business. I would give zero stars if allowed. Also forced a friend to check coat for $2. Would not let her enter unless she did even though others had coats. Also, another friend in my party left and didn’t enter venue because he wasn’t allowed with his hat inside (not baseball cap) although there were several men inside with all types of hats. This place is trash and very disappointing.

Stumbled upon this place earlier today with family from out of town. Great atmosphere with karaoke that was playing a bunch of old school R and B and hip hop. Split the chicken and waffles with my husband and they were delicious! Nice fluffy waffles with perfect fried chicken on top, not greasy or over fried. Nice slightly spicy kick at the end. Service was good and liked the fun atmosphere of the place. I couldnt drink because Im on antibiotics but my husband said the cucumber fizz was really good. Will have to come back for that, the rum punch and more chicken and waffles!

Nice chill spot. The Shrimp & Grits were amazing! Saucy, well-seasoned and shrimp cooked to perfection. Was able to have my 4 year old daughter there. Major cool points for that!

Chill lounge, Caribbean music blend with of hip hop & a little bit of other genres. It gets pretty busy on Friday/Saturday later at night. You can definitely dance the night away. Its can be hit or miss from time to time. Not a spot you would dress up for, but it is the city still keep stylish.

Great vybzz, food and drinks. Had the frozen “Rum Punch” and it’s everything they claim it to be. The bartender was very nice and accommodating. She suggested the “Flatbush Burger” and it was 🔥🔥.

I have been to 333 quite a few times. Its a good neighborhood spot. Its good for a quick bite to eat and has good music. I recently went there for a brunch and it was crowded. We had reservations but half of our party could not be seated because another group was still present. We had to wait for them to leave. With the exception of that piece, the experience was ok.

Was there early Saturday afternoon last week and I guess I came when the bartenders were changing shift. The lady that came on shift had a very nasty attitude and extremely unprofessional. I wont go back there again. I went to Sugar Cane. So sad because they have live music but the bartenders in there need a hospitality class QUICK!

Never have I ever been so disrespected and embarrassed. Not even by a regular staff employee, but the managers and most definitely the security guards are the rudest people on earth. As a black business, I pray that they do better and begin to attend professional development classes to help enhance their communication etiquette. A group of friends and I wanted to support black business lounges so we decided to go out to 333 after hearing about the amazing music they play. (Even though we were informed about the security guards being a little “bitchy” although they are men, we decided to go anyway assuming that maybe the security guards just had a bad night) However I was definitely wrong. This security stopped my friends and I for wearing “sweats” when CLEARLY I had on cute fashionable black slacks with a stylish line on the side. I told the security that is wrong and even took off my jacket so he could see that they were in no shape or form, any tights and or even sweats. And the security laughed in my face and said “you have on adidas”. I was surprised and somewhat embarrassed because my bottoms were in no shape or form, sweats or athletic attire. Thankfully there were many people outside waiting on line who even vouched for me and said “Hey man, those are not sweats and she looks amazing”) . At that point, I wanted to speak to a manager before I left because I can only imagine how many other people he’d embarrassed while trying to come support this lounge. Although I thought I would be getting a better understanding and comfort with a physical employee at 333, I was rudely dismissed by the manager who didn’t even take 2 seconds to look me in the eye and listen to my concern. Never will I ever come back to 333. But I do truly hope that they learn to speak with people better, ESPECIALLY because we as PAYING customers are the sole reason why that lounge can effortless continue to stand in the “New Flatbush”

This bar is really nice. The dj was nice and lit!! They have 2 for 1 drink specials. I would of given the 5 stars but the drinks werent very strong.

Went Friday night to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends. The drinks were good and the food (especially the jerk wings and codfish fritters). Everyone was dancing the night away thanks to the fantastic DJ. I will definitely go again.

Wednesday night Jazz was amazing. Service was wonderful and the ambience was very inviting. I cant wait to go back!

The atmosphere and music was great but the service was horrible. The bar tender named Michelle Boyce was very rude to us and even spilled someone elses drink on my wife. When confronted she was unapologetic and confrontational. When we asked for the manager a security guard who claimed to be the owner was also very confrontational and aggressive. He didnt help us in any way and informed us that the incident wouldnt be resloved and wouldnt give us a refund. The place has the potential to be a great spot but the service will definitely ruin the brands reputation. I strongly suggest to go down the street to 1 of the more hospitable lounges...

Cozy lounge located on Flatbush in/near Park Slope. The place has a good feel to it. Attractive AND attentive barkeeps with a young vibe. I was here as a surprise by my friends and family for reaching a milestone in my personal development. I was thoroughly entertained and recommend this spot for any venue or after hours gathering - Just keep your party numbers low.

Ive been to 333 a few times. The music is great and the appetizers are delicious, especially the sliders. Bartenders are attentive. Its a great place is you want to party or just hang out with friends.

It was pretty hot in the back even though the AC was blasting. The Dj for me was not making sense and was switching the music way too fast. The vibes were good, but then I saw a bartender punch someone and was like ok 👌🏼.

Best Karaoke brunch Ive been to! You must try their frozen rum punch, it is sooooooooo good!Menu is amazing

The drinks are incredible but I never had macaroni and cheese used with spaghetti noodles. I tried to overlook it but the bread crumbs looked like Graham cracker crumbs and the bucatini noodles soaked up whatever little bit of cheese existed in the dish. The staff was really nice but next time Ill stick to the patties or chicken. Definitely get the slushie drinks, particularly the tequila one. The rum one will make you have a good nights sleep 😂😂😂.

This is a great place . If you dont know anything about Brooklyn you probably never heard of this place and would pass right by it . It is a great little spot with good music and a good day.It is a great place and it says its busiest days are Thursday and Sundays . I would recommend this place .If I had to say one negative is that at least when I was there the drinks were to strong

Cool spotThey have a $20 min to use your card which turned me off. It force you to double up on drinks or buy food. Just to use a card. Best to walk with cash. I purchased my last set of drinks at 3 then all of a sudden the lights came on. No announcement the lounge is closing early or last round of drinks at 2 or 230. Then they have a worker going around picking up drinks snatching chairs up. The food was ok dj was cool the place had a nice amount of people by 12 then got empty by 130 then people started coming at 2 They were charging guys 10$ even up to 230 just to turn the lights on at 3. Better communication is needed

Ummm, prolly wouldnt go back. While the staff was super friendly and attentive, the happy hour drinks were not so happy. The liquor used was super strong, like rubbing alcohol strong. The food was good. Music was also good. I just dont think its a spot for me. Round about 8ish, it started to get a lil crowded.

Its a nice lounge, located on Flatbush Ave on the way towards downtown Brooklyn. The bartenders made our drinks really fast and strong, that was really good 👍🏽.The only bad thing about the lounge is that they let anyone in dressed in anything, I think there should be a little discretion with the attire requirements ; and the promoters did not honor the fact that everyone was free before 12 a.m. with rsvp, the bouncer said that wasnt being honored that night 🤔🤔🤔🤔. Thats false advertising.

Amazing food. Chicken wings and fries are to die for. It is the only thing holding this place together.The music is way waaaaay too loud. I nearly lost my hearing. This greatly lowered my rating.. and my ears began to hurt from 20 minutes of the blown out speakers. It was unbearable. The DJ is great though despite the volume. When you only hear the treble and no bass you know the music is too loud. Also the theming could be addressed.. the logo is nice and the name of the bar is catchy. The inside is bland. Boring vintage lights and red lighting. The reserved section is a joke. Not controlled and the tables there are small. They piled food and drinks on small tables while other bar customers walked into the area and knocked into others who paid for the reserved area.This bar has potential. Great food and drinks.. too loud music. Bland theming.

I havent gone in awhile so stopped in with a friend. We were able to secure seats in the back so we could order. We had sticky and jerk wings both still good with a side of fries for about 30 dollars. I believe they switched DJ s at some point. Music was ok, a mix. When we got there it was Soca, R&B, old jams Scrubs included. The majority of the crowd was a bit young ,early to mid twentys... and a sprinkle of others. But everyone did their thing..no drama.

This place is so lit. Music on point. Mostly dancehall/ reggae. Staff is friendly. They ran out of the food ordered, but my second choice was great. Drinks are strongggggg. They close sometime after 2am if anyone’s wondering.

Its a chill spot to go out on the town and enjoy with friends, have drinks etc. I went on a Saturday night with my friend, it was packed, music was not bad but the vibe still did not make the experience unforgettable. So many beautiful girls were there, and men too but the men stood and so did the women, standing alone or dancing alone. I expected everyone to be dancing with eachother and having a great time but everyone was kind of lame to be honest. We left early and went home. The lounge is ok to hang out but I wouldnt go back for a party vibe late night. The night before, we went to Katra and that was littttttt! So much fun, cant wait to back to Katra, check it out!

Nice vibe centered around African American culture. They have a limited assortment of alcohol. I asked for a mojito and they told me, We dont have that. Food was decent. I ordered the shrimp and grits but it wasnt seasoned enough and they only gave 4 shrimp for a alot of grits. Poor ratio. However, if your a single guy and you like beautiful black women, you will find them here.

This place gets 2 stars for the music, all reggae for the few minutes we stayed. When we inquired, we were told there would be a mixed gender of professionals on Fridays. We got there and it appeared to be 90% women, and 6 couples. The bar w as packed with 1 overwhelmed bartender who could not meet the clienteles needs. There is a semi circular couch in the rear that were filled with the coats of the dancers and a few tables in the front of the establishment. We intended to eat and enjoy the night, but there was nowhere to sit, and we were never acknowledged, not sure if there was a hostess. The crowd was extremely loud, the place was small, and the clientele seemed mostly in their 20s, sneakers and baggy jeans and some well dressed ladies. We had to leave. Went to Manhattan and had a great time.

This place is terrible. DO NOT, I MEAN DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!!!! They are disrespectful, don’t have no manners. Smoking weed in here, the drinks is nasty and over priced. The customer service is horrible. They don’t follow any COVID rules. No one was wearing a mask including the workers. If it was possible to give this a review zero stars I would because one star is too generous. Waites almost two hours for food and it came back BURNT. Overall nasty experience.

When prepared right, 333 might just have the best sticky wings on the block. Its a fun place when you bring your own fun. Dont expect quality service, its a great spot for year round events, rain or shine.

Customer service is shaky. This place is more like a local bar/pub, than a lounge destination. During my visit there was Mandatory coat check randomly implemented half way through the night. The price was $10. I guess they wanted to seize on the opportunity and make the money by any means necessary. Most ppl just ended up leaving and going down the block to Woodland.

The space was pretty big and could fit a lot of people. However, the drinks were so watered down and Im not even sure the bar tenders even knew how to make drinks. The staff were just rude. God forbid you ask a question. I didnt enjoy my time here. I wont be going a second time.

Get rid of the door man from tonight! This place is hit or mess-to show up at almost 10 PM with a sign outside that says private party ending at 8 PM and still be dismissively turned away from the door in such a poor manner because they were still cleaning up was unnecessary. This is just one incident that has left a bad taste in my mouth. As the Brooklynite who prides herself on patronizing black owned spots in the neighborhood, I’m unimpressed with the lack of management at this lounge. This place would definitely do a lot better if they were a lot more polished. Hopefully they can step it up.

It was a nice place, DJ was good, but the credit card machine was not working and I had a large size party which I was ordering food and drinks for. Thennnn mandatory coat check turned into my coat missing. How do you give away someones coat???? A simple job, match the numbers and give the person their Coat. Unbelievable!!! And no help from the manager or owner who just watched us argue with the coat check girl; nor an apology. 20 degrees outside and I have no coat. I spent 200+ and left without a coat. Croaks! I will not be going back to a place that does not own up to their mistake and make right. I will take my money and company else where. I do not recommend this place. Bad business practice!

I always have such a great time here. However, I came on NYE and for the first time saw a line?!! The bouncer (short, with a temper)at the door was not a regular there. He seemed upset and quick to yell and complain. He deliberately refuse to let people in. I was disgusted by his attitude and the fact that he single handly ruined our NYE experience here. We were trying so hard to get in before the ball dropped only to hear a 5 second count down . I believe 30-40 people were on the line he announced that the price had went up and a mandatory coat check was included. The line dispersed after that. words to the wise if you are going to hire bouncers try to have someone go undercover to actually see how they behave towards your customers because I got to tell you I dont think Ill be coming back for a while because of this experience and its sad because I really enjoy this Lounge

I had an event for my birthday March 11 and the staff was wonderful . The food and drinks were great . Im back a week after my party Marxh 19 just to have the codfish fritters and a Pink Panther.

This is one of the only lounges in the area. The food is great, drink and dj are normally good too. Thursdays DJ wasnt the best but its always a good time here.

My friend and I walked in arnd 5pm on a Saturday. The place was empty except for an older couple at the bar. The girl (dark skin/bleach blonde short hair) and guy (dark skin/bald) behind the bar were too busy gossiping to acknowledge our presence as we stood at the bar. My friend and I stood there for about a minute before I kindly asked if they were open. The girl behind the bar gave me the BIGGEST stankface as she passed me a menu. My friend (who happens to be white) said she didnt want to stay because of the blatant attitude. We left! Two other people who saw us leaving asked us why we were leaving. We told them they had uppity customer service. All four of us happily walked up the street and found a more friendly bar!! **elitist vibes!!!!!** Terrible customer service! They lost paying customers!!!!

Hi community, I really never go into places that serve food if their grade is not posted in the window.. 333 Lounge do not have their grade posted in the window. Wow people! I decided to look up the grade to see what they were hiding. What a big shock!!!..I would like for you to see for yourself, go to NYC Health and Metal Hygiene, Restaurant inspection information...They need to be close down! What a disappointment.

Food was just ok. The server took forever to give us the check. The atmosphere is great though. Its brunch and karaoke which is fun.

Went to catch the happy hour drink specials but missed it due to bad logistics..Overall the place is roomy with sparse seating but its not a big place and Im thinking its to encourage dancing...only giving it 3 stars because it was a dead night...

Ive been here several times....mostly on Fridays and Saturday nights after 9pm the bouncers that we met at the door 1 different then the other nights we had conversation and both of them was so cool with me and my wife...I love my fitted hats but not allowed in the lounge its cool how they just put my hat on a hook above the entrance very polite and business oriented....me and my wife are Spanish....Puerto Rican....and we are use to Spanish salsa lounges.....but we decided to walk in here out of nowhere......and we loved it....I had such a good time here.....no drama good music we loved the Reggae lol....and felt very comfortable to open up and be ourselves....this is what an adult lounge is supposed to be.......

Fun happy hour. Decent drinks. The cod fish cakes and prawn spring rolls are a must! DJ was good too!

Its a hip-hop club, and they rarely play any hip-hop. People come to pose and talk instead of partying.

I go on Mondays for Tango Nights. They teach at 7:30. Tango dancing follows the class. The people are really sweet and they have a kitchen.
