I brought the tank in for replacement, and the employee blew me off with no recourse and would not provide the owners contact information - Please avoid as they will not warranty there products.Excellent Vape shop for both a variety in mods, tanks and flavors. Had a great experience when we went and was purchasing items from them on Dec.5, 2019. Two days later we left and have been out of the country for about 3 weeks. We started having problems with the screen on the mod going out and not working about the 3rd week of Jan. 2020. We live on the northside of Indy and have been busy with work so we came by and stopped today to find out about getting bit replaced or swapped out because of the defective mod. Bit was told, I dont know what you want me to do. It only has a 15 day warranty on it. And there is nothing I can do. We were never told when we purchased it that there was only a 15 day warranty.We have 2 sons that live in Brownsurg that go there regularly. One has purchased the same mod and has the same problems we are having. The brand of the mod is AEGIS GEEK VAPE.We nor our sons will be returning to this store for future purchases. Definetly not the customer service you would expect if there is a problem.

Used to go here often for my juice because they’re the closest to my house, however the last several months they haven’t been able to keep juice in stock. They “carry” my juice but it’s never in stock. Gonna start ordering online or find a new vape shop that carries the juice I use and is able to keep it stocked.

As a long term customer who had spent probably $2000+ at this establishment, I was disappointed to learn that my $50 loyalty reward on $500 worth of purchases was not going to be honored and that it had been reduced to $25. Not only that but apparently it was “my fault” even though this change was not posted anywhere and I have made multiple purchases for weeks with the same gentlemen at the counter who have said nothing as I banked my points until I tried to cash them out. This change was made instead of raising the price of every bottle of juice by $3 I was told which I was also supposed to “know” somehow, which I would applaud if they honored all the purchases made under the old system and if their resulting prices were under other competitors but they are not. This coupled with the availability issues that most vapes shops have means I will take my business elsewhere.

I visited Fog Life Vapor today 03/24/2019 for the first time. Ben and Constance (the owners) were very welcoming, helpful, kind, knowledgeable and patient. The shop is very clean and cozy with a large couch facing a fireplace. Youll also find a big screen TV and pool table in the shop. How awesome is that?! Ive been to several vape shops, and never seen such a layout. There is also a great variety of coils, juice, mods, tanks and more. Prices are very reasonable as well. Then to top it all off an excellent loyalty program that rewards you 1 point for every dollar you spend. Once you hit the $100 mark you get $10 off your next purchase. Fog Life Vapor has gained a loyal customer in me today. Thank you very much Constance and Ben! Ill be sure to spread the word about your 5 star service and top notch store.

My first visit to Fog Life Vapor was during the Slamology this year. I’m back in town for the US NATIONALS, so I had to come back through! What an awesome shop! Tons of juices (literally!), knowledgeable staff and a huge variety of devices. The shop itself is clean, well organized and has everything you need. 5 stars for sure!!!!!! ☁️ ☁️☁️

The people there are great, but I wish they would be more helpful in explaining the difference between certain types of vapes. I was looking at buying delta vapes and they have delta 8, delta 9, and delta 10. Ive had delta 8 from another store and I liked it so I came to this store to buy a second one, but I learned there were 3 types of delta and asked whats the differences are. I assumed the higher the number the better. The worker there laughed and somewhat agreed. I took that as a sign that it is correct, but boy was I wrong. I bought delta 10 and let me tell you. It is nothing like delta 8. If they took the time to explain the difference between the three instead of letting me assume this and nod in agreement, I would have made an educated purchase. Just make sure you know what youre looking for and educate yourself before walking into this store to buy something. They might be saying anything you want to hear to get you to buy something from them.

Absolutely love this shop! Great atmosphere, very helpful and happy staff! I only vape a certain kind of juice and I have, over the past few years, traveled anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes away just to find and purchase my vape juice... when my husband and I realized Fog Life Vapor had opened here in Brownsburg we immediately drove over to see if they carried my juice (Aisle 7 Noras Dream) unfortunately they did not carry it... But when we told the staff how hard it was for me to find my juice at times they actually started to stock it for me! Literally the Best service/vape shop Around Thank you so much!!!!Red

I had an issue with a product I purchased recently at Fog Life. When I returned to the store Ben quickly identified the problem and fixed it for me free of charge. At the end of the day it turned out to be bad eliquid I had purchased at a different store. I will be a returning customer at fog life from this point forward. What an awesome small business! The folks working there are always super friendly and greet everyone that walks in. They are never pushy when you’re looking to buy something and will help you find what you want and need. I highly recommend Fog Life! Their CBD collection is always awesome! 100 stars!!!

Very cool shop. I come in just to play pool sometimes. LOL The variety of products is insane! The owner is super cool and helpful. They have flavors you can test/taste which is always fun. I think its neat to have a shop like this.And there is an ice cream shop next door. LOL. Double win.

Sometimes they are out of the coils I want, but short of that this has been a great shop to go to. Very helpful/ knowledgeable staff.

I have shopped at a ton of vape shops and decided to start purchasing all my vaping necessities online. The main reason was the price point of the items I buy. But, I also have been severely turned off by almost all the snobby hipster kids that are employed at these stores.That all changed when I walked into Bens store. He has an honest, caring, no bs approach to his business. He hooked me as a customer for life when I walked in the first time and he asked me if I smoked cigarettes. When I told him that I did, he said that he does a buyback program to help with the transition to stopping completely. I couldnt believe it. He actually does want the best for his clients. Everytime you walk in the door you are treated like a client of his. Your not just another customer taking a number to get oversold on something you dont need. He has my business and is highly recommended to everyone who is trying to start vaping or to the experienced cloud blower. Keep up the great in our community!!
