Ive spent probably 1200$ in this store this year on Vapes and everything to go with it. I had a problem with a vape and took it back into the store to see if there were any options on returning it or getting it replaced. I really didnt care about the out come of what happened. I was just asking. The manager came up and was so rude. With a sarcastic and very mean tone I was told that all sales were final. Guess what.... Thats ok... I was just asking. No need to be rude. Also there is no need for you to sell my family and I anymore product. If you were a halfway decent person I would have just purchased another one from your store. A simple Im sorry but we have an all sales are final policy sir, would have went a long way. As we have 5 people that vape in the house. Its your lose.Dont go here if you want good customer service.
