Alicia and Shayleigh did an AMAZING JOB! It was my first time getting a massage and Ive not ever heard of a back mask or foot exfoliating massage and let me tell you please add it on to your next visit cause its life changing. Im so sorry I totally forgot the front desk lady name I am horrible with that. She helped me get familiar with the office and what to expect when I went back there really eased my jitters haha I was nervous. They all did a great job forsure will be back started my membership that day haha

My one hour massage was wonderful. The only reason I didn’t give a five star review is because when I bought my $70 gift card for the massage I wasn’t told that was a member price. They did allow me to use it for my one hour, but you should be aware that typically a one hour massage would be $120.

Just moved from California to Indiana. I have been with massage envy for years and it has always been great until now. I showed up 5 min early for my 90 minute deep tissue. I sat there 20 minutes watching people walk by. Finally the therapist who I booked with (who had walked by me twice without saying a word) came to get me 15 minutes late. Once in the room she seemed very out of it or distracted. Almost in a daze. She told me to start face up which I thought was odd but ok. Once she came in she sat behind me and started kneading my shoulder then she just stopped. I was confused and waited, then I moved and that prompted her to start again. This happened over and over. I finally looked back and saw her completely slumped over eyes shut. She jerked awake and almost instantly I watched her nod off again. I sat up and said I was uncomfortable that she was passing out slumped over and ended the massage. I went to the front and they of course apologized and refunded my account. I rescheduled 5 days later with a different person. Having thought this over I will not be going back and have booked with Avon instead. It was a really uncomfortable and unfortunate experience. I hope they really do look into this person. The whole encounter was terrible and left me with a bad taste. I left work early looking forward to getting my first Indiana massage to go through that. Disappointed to say the least.

My facial was amazing and I felt very relaxed until it was time to pay. I was verbally asked how much tip I’d like to leave. I said 20%. I asked for a print out of the receipt and looked at it while walking to my car. The total for the facial was $105 and the tip rung up was $36. I went back in the store and said I only wanted to leave a 20% tip. I was told something about, oh that is for the non-member price and shown a flyer that had the different percentage tip amounts on it. I told the woman I wanted to leave 20% of MY total and they voided the transaction and re-ran my total. Made me feel like they were purposely trying to rip me off. Be careful and ask to see total and calculate the tip yourself when paying.

God bless these people!! My massage 💆‍♀️ was necessary because my shoulder and back have issues.After the enhancement I received the massage, my pain goes away for quite some time. I usually visit once a month. Nice, clean and safe environment.👌Self-care is not selfish its simply necessary for your overall well-being 💯

Dave was phenomenal. Ive had a lot of massages over my 38 year life and this was by far the best. Everything about it was better than I have had in the past. I feel so much better. I made my wife an appointment with him before I left. He deserves a lot of praise.

I love the Brownsburg Massage Envy! Im always so relaxed after my visits here. The receptionists are always so nice, polite, and helpful. The therapists are experienced and very professional. A gift card here makes a wonderful gift and a membership is a great way to improve your health/wellness.

I have enjoyed a monthly membership for several years and have always appreciated the skill and professionalism of the masseuses and masseurs. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facility is extremely clean. Massage tables can be warmed to your liking for your customized massage, which may include a 90 minute hot stone massage.

My experience could not have gone any better! The ladies at the front were so welcoming and knowledgeable. And, Scott addressed all of my needs. He was very friendly and professional. It was the best massage I have ever had. He knows his craft! Thank you all.

Worse experience I’ve had at this location. I booked afull body massage and was charged $115 for a serviceI did not receive. I had to mentioned several times during the session to touch certain areas because he did not. I would say this was a partial massage. To leave and feel completely the same way you came in is unacceptable.

Alicia and Wendy were AMAZING!! Me and my Wife went in for a 1 hour full body couples massage and it was the greatest thing we have ever done. Definitely took care of the trouble areas, especially in neck, back and legs. We will be back for sure. Thanks again ladies!!!

I have been to other Massage Envy locations and they were high pressure sales. This location wasnt. They worked with me over the phone to make sure they matched me with the right massage therapy person. Nice, relaxing experience.

I have been going to my massage therapist Dave at massage envy brownsburg for years and his work is superb. If I have and issue anywhere on my body, he five special attention to that area and works all the kinks out. I’d you’re looking for a deep tissue therapist he’s your guy💛💛💛💛

That moment our massage date went as planned!! The level of touch they used was beyond words!! Not only can my husband move his arm that has been messed up since Father’s Day but we can walk and our achilles don’t ache!! We are very pleased!! Aaron and Zoraya really showed out with our massages!!

I absolutely love the staff here. They have taken great care of me since 2015 and are able to recommend things to me that always end up making my outcome better than expected. Can not recommend more.

DONT USE THEM! I have been with Massage Envy for 6months. If your health insurance changes and you are no longer able to deduct through the HSA Program they will keep your money for services not received. I did sign up for a 12 month program but my financial situation changed when my health care coverage was dropped. They refused to provide me service unless I provided them my updated Credit Card Information to continue billing me. Currently they have $60 of my money and will not perform any additional massages unless I provide them new payment info. They are holding my own money hostage and wont allow me a final massage that I paid for. Bad Business!

EXCELLENT service. My facial was amazing and left my skin feeling soft. They did an extraordinary job on my massage as well. Highly recommend!!!

I go here to reduce pain and stress. The tension in my neck is usually reduce a significant amount when I leave here. Me overall body and mind feel m much clearer afterwards. Great professional staff!

The Massage Envy facility in Brownsburg is excellent. The office staff are friendly and efficient and the massage therapists really know we what theyre doing.

Great place, second one I have been too. I prefer this one to previous one. Ms. Laura and Zoraya are excellent at there trade. The receptionist staff is welcoming and knowledgeable.
