My fiancé and I booked a facial massage and body scrub. We were able to rent out the private couples room for one hour with the Jacuzzi, which was great. The hot tub and sauna was relaxing and we left there rejuvenated you can bring your own bottle of wine, which is a plus, My massage therapist Jay did a fantastic job with my neck and shoulders. I am a licensed massage therapist and business owner, so I definitely will be back. Another really good thing is that they have snacks, tea and coffee coffee available for your enjoy. There are spas that I’ve gone to that are way more expensive, but for the value, cleanliness and experience, I think this was a great place.
This was my 4th time here!! I drive all the way from PA to come and get a massage. The prices are unbeatable and it is by far, hands down, the best massage Ive ever had. This last appointment was a private spa couples massage. They upgraded us to their bigger private suite and gave us an extra 30mins in the jacuzzi! It is truly worth every penny and the staff is incredible. I will never go anywhere else.
My boyfriend took me here for a couple’s massage and it was AMAZING. We arrived early and were able to use the massage chairs before getting our massage. The chairs were great. We had an 1 hour massage + 1 hour with our private room w/ jacuzzi. Amy at the front desk gave us options for the jacuzzi - whether we wanted it hot or cool (to enjoy as a pool). We chose the cooler option which was perfect because we had a dry sauna & sweat sauna in our private rooms. They also offered complimentary snacks & a bottle of champagne. Jay & Ana did our massages and they were amazing. We will definitely be back and we recommend this to anyone who needs to relax & unwind.
This is one of the best spas I’ve been to so far. Tania at the Front desk was always really Polite, friendly and very helpful. The massage therapist were really good. My husband fell asleep during the massage, I went in with back pain and it totally went away after the massage. We also got a hour in the private room, which included a bottle of champagne with pineapple and chocolate, the Jacuzzi, the dry sauna, and Steam room. Had a wonderful time at this place!! We will definitely be back again!! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!! 🙏
Came for a relaxing Saturday night with hubby after a couple of long work weeks. we booked the 60 min couples massage and 60 min private spa. Massage was wonderful and took all the stress away. We then got to enjoy a private spa room with a jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna along with a private lounge area with snacks and sparkling wine. Place was clean and staff was friendly. It was exactly what we needed! Will definitely keep this place in mind for another romantic evening!
I have a few things to say about this spa. Mostly a good experience.When I first arrived at the spa for my 12pm massage I was kind of disoriented. There were two people working at the front but no one greeted us. They started shouting for someone in the back and after a minute or two someone came to help up. By this time there was another couple waiting as well. The girl helping us seemed a little flustered and tried to lead us to the locker room while also trying to help the other couple. (Got a little confusing LOL)As a massage therapist myself I can nitpick the massage itself but for the price it was fair. I would just say the massage tables themselves could use updating. While my arm was being worked on I felt the wood beneath the cover digging into my skin.There was a language barrier between me and my masseuse so I wouldn’t recommend coming if you have any injuries that need prior explanation to the masseuse.The steam sauna and dry sauna were great.The Jacuzzi was a little cold? So that was disappointing.Over all it’s a good price for a fine massage and steam/sauna. I just think there are little things they can update/improve
Update:After a week of waiting to hear from someone the kind girl that was working the day I was there that gave me the credit called me. She explained she was away and apologized for the inconvenience. She told me to come down and she would make sure to take care of me and give me the credit I deserved. I really appreciated her taking her time to give me a call and explain things to me. I will be going back and giving them another chance because it was nice of them to resolve the issue.Was a valued customer for a long time. Didn’t go for about a year to do being pregnant. My first time back the place had upgrades which was nice but the prices definitely were higher. I decided to give it a chance with the new prices in June. I booked a 1hr massage and 1hr facial. My service was no different then past experience so other than inflation I’m not sure why it’s so much more money. I’m fact it’s was worse. Online it said my service was $180 she charged me $200. I was confused and said something because that’s not right. She said she couldn’t do anything and being a new mom I needed the break so I just did it. My service was cut short by 30 minutes so I said something when leaving and then also noticed that the sign about her head said $190 so there were 3 different prices for this service but I paid the highest. She gave me $10 coupon for my time being shorter. And 2 $10 coupons for my overcharge saying she couldn’t refund it. I just came back today to be told the one coupon is for a body scrub only which I don’t do. And she could only use one of the coupons that I couldn’t use all them explained to the lady the circumstances and she apologized saying she can’t do anything because the other lady didn’t put in the notes that that’s why. I unfortunately left without having a service done after driving 35 minutes here and having arrangements made to watch my 7 month old. Aparently there is no manager and you can’t get information for an owner. Now I am a manager and all of this to me is unexpectable. The lady while not helpful today was trying to make phone calls to help me and also brought to my attention that being shorter 30 min is actually equivalent to $60 dollars so the fact that I even settled for $30 dollars in coupons when I should have been refunded $80. Very disappointed and would like to be contacted by the owner.
We came for our first time here (fiancé and I) and we loved it. As soon as you enter you can feel the calm ambiance which was one of the things i looked for when choosing a spa. We love the access to both sauna and jacuzzi. Massages were great also. Overall its so calm, relaxing and tranquil.
I’ve enjoyed my body scrubs in the past, but I wanted to share some concerns from my last two visits. I noticed hair floating in the jacuzzi, the steam room wasn’t operational, and my recent scrub was done in a cold room. I hope the management can address these issues to ensure a better experience in the future.
We recieve amazing service at Aria Spa! My friend and I went for her birthday and got the deep tissue massage. Hands down, the best massage i have ever had. Amy was the hostess that helped us out she was amazing. The amenities included two saunas and a jacuzzi. We loved our experience!
This spa gave us an amazing experience that I could never forget. The private room with saunas and a jacuzzi was beautiful and perfect for a couple. The masseurs for our massage did a great job of hitting all my pressure points. I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep. Thank you to Amy for being a great hostess and very accommodating. I will definitely come back soon.
Did the couples spa w/reflexology. Place was very nice and clean. All was pretty good for the most part besides we felt really pressured to leave a %20 tip that seemed or felt mandatory which we were going to tip but it felt awkward to have to be forced to do so and seemed like only cash would have been accepted as a tip (quite weird). So be prepared that if you are purchasing a package of $250+ like we did, make sure you bring cash for this mandatory %20 tip. Also massage was good along with private spa but our backs were achy for like 3 days after but can’t for sure say it was their fault or not although we did absolutely nothing different or strenuous besides this massage so take that how you want to because i’m sure they will respond with them saying it wasn’t their fault etc etc etc. Most would probably enjoy this place so I don’t want to slander them but over time I think this place will get better.
My husband and I decided to come here to celebrate getting married! We booked the paradise package for a couples massage, body scrub and 1 hour access to a private spa. When we arrived the receptionist said to get changed. I asked twice if we were doing the massage first and she said yes. She showed us the locker rooms and told us to wait in the lounge area once we were ready. So we did that.. waited for 30 minutes before asking when was our massage. She said “I thought you went to the spa first”. No.. you told us to wait in the lounge and we have never been here before so how would we know where the private spa is? Thankfully she was able to take us to the massage right away.The massage went well then we were taken to the private spa where we did the body scrub and then had an hour to relax in the private spa. We enjoyed it overall but the hot tub did have hair/dust floating in it. Overall, we would come back as the services were good but the receptionist was not very organized so that aspect could be improved.
Had a great couples massage in the salt room! Unbeatable prices. Friendly staff. We loved that the service included the use of the steam room, Jacuzzi pool and dry sauna. My only suggestion would be to have small bottles of water available in the spa room with a garbage can. There was some empty drink bottles and napkins, laying on the floor in the spa since the previous guest did not carry them out to the main garbage. Facilities were clean otherwise. Other than that, I cannot wait to go back for more services!
From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome. Ruby. The receptionist was amazingly friendly and helpful in helping us choose our services. May and Lisa, my husband and my massage therapists were absolutely amazing. The place is spectacular, clean and very comfortable. You will be impressed.
It was my first time here. The spa is clean and nice. The process and service were quick and smooth. The design is okay(could be better/maybe need a bit of updates). I had a swedish massage. It was excellent with adaptive warm stone additions. One complaint is that the massage oil was a bit cold for my liking. Maybe it was because the AC was on during summer. The pool looks clean and the stream sauna was super HOT. Overall I will go back again!BE NOTED : you MUST bring your swimsuit because there is a nice warm pool and you cant go in without swimming suits!
I booked for my sisters birthday. I booked the private room.The day prior I called to get the itinerary. The woman stated we would start with a massage, next would be the facial and we would finish in the private room with the jacuzzi for 1 hour. The room was to have a bottle of champagne fresh fruit and chocolates.We arrived, were asked to lay and TIP prior to receiving any services which I felt was inappropriate and a red flag. I was also asked to provide my id or car keys to receive a locker keys. Second red flag. We proceeded to the locker room which consisted or broken lockers, typical local pharmacy products, soft soap and lubraderm lotion, a broken container of shampoo and a basket with two hair brushes filled with hair on the counter. We dressed in the robe and we guided by the host to the “Spa” we were not given a tour so I assumed we were going for the massage as I was told the day prior. When we arrived at the Jacuzzi, we did not have our bathing suits on, I thought we were going for the massage first. The host stated “ I told you we were going to the spa” . I said “ I was unaware of what the spa was”. She brought us back to get changed.We arrived in the private room and it was still decorated for Valentine’s Day even though I told them it was my sisters bday and we were already in March. The jacuzzi was nice but the wet steam room smelt like floor cleaner so we quickly left. The dry steam was nice. The fruit consisted of one sliver of pineapple for 2 people, 5 chocolates and a bottle of wine that you could purchase at CVS (Verdi).When we got to the room for the spa. There was a tub of body butter that you get from the Dollar store. No massage oil. They did not introduce themself, did not ask how I wanted the massage. The massage was okay. We proceeded to the facial. In a room with no sink. We sat there for 20 minutes. I went to see the host and she apologized and when to get someone. A woman arrived with a basket and a bowl of water. She started on my sister providing a face massage nothing of which was a facial. I googled the product that was used and they can be purchased on Amazon for $1.00.After 20 minutes I went to the host and asked why I wasn’t being serviced after now waiting 40 minutes she said “ oh the woman’s English isn’t good, we only have one person she is going to do you after she finishes your sisters I explained that we had booked and paid for a joint service and that there was no communication. She apologized and refunded me to my facial.In total the services were upwards of $400. This place is not a spa by any means. Do not waste your time and money. I am underly disappointed and embarrassed to have brought my sister here for what was supposed to be a spa day.
The overall atmosphere is relaxing and definitely helps you forget your troubles which is why I originally gave 5 stars. This was my first time back in 2 years since it was my first day off and to myself and I was looking forward to relaxation and my knots to be taken care of. Unfortunately, I had to change to 3 stars though as my masseuse, Monica, seemed to be in a rush this time. I paid for an hour swedish and received only 50 mins and my neck still doesnt feel relieved. In fact, it hurts more than when I came in. I also need to add that she never once asked me if the pressure was okay and ignored my pushback if she was too rough on my shoulder and my arm went back in pain. She also pushed on my belly without even asking if I was pregnant or if there was a possibility of being pregnant which put me off emotionally. About 1 minute was spent on my feet, not even. Im on my feet all day for my job and was hoping to get some relief if any which I did not. She even rushed out of the room so fast, the door didnt latch! The last time I was here, I left refreshed and no pain. I wish I remembered that masseuses name because she did the whole nine yards and brought me water afterwards! I was going to come back with my husband but will now request that neither of us gets Monica. Thank you to the customer service desk who called and understood the importance of Monicas negligence.
10 out of 10 would recommend. Beautiful scenery, very cozy and relaxing. We did a couples massage package. The massage was good, and the private hot tub room topped it off. They offer hot tea or sparkling wine and fruit. The steam room was down so they came us money off since the steam room was part of the package. I would definitely go back when Im in this area.

Got a couples massage and spa as a gift. Received 3 phone calls from spa days before to remind us to pay the tip in cash. Upon arrival we found out there was a Bachelorette party going on. Our appointment was delayed 30 minutes. Our gift card was for more than the service so they persisted in an up charge service which we bought the hot stones. My wifes massage was very good. My massuse failed to massage feet and head. Spent too much time on back. When massage was completed they failed to give us the upcharged hot stones. When told they said there was no time they were too busy. We were given a $30 gift card for the next visit. They refused to give us our money back. In our private spa they told us the jacuzzi was set at pool temperature purposely and not hot. If we wanted hot to use the public one which was occupied by the Bachelorette party. I as a 60 yoa man would never go into that jacuzzi as I feel it would be inappropriate. We found out later that jacuzzis heater in the private spa was broken and we were lied to. We where rushed out. Also, there was a mouse loose in the hallway to the spa. At check out the woman attempted to persuade us to tip on the total cost (spa service with no assistance) not just the massages and to tip 25%. Place is a rip off! Avoid!
I’ve been to this spa twice for facials and once for a full body massage and lemme tell ya. This place has the kind of vibe you want. You can show up early to enjoy their amenities like the jacuzzi, massage chairs, and sauna orr you can enjoy them after your services. They always go above and beyond what I think I’m going to get and are so pleasant. 10/10. I love coming here.
Overall, great spa. I really enjoyed the private couples package as you get your own giant room with a separate bathroom, a very large hottub, a dry sauna, and a steam sauna all for yourself! 4stars because we found hairs floating in the hottub (obviously not ours!!) and because the staff left in the middle of my couples masaage to take care of a customer at the front desk?! Although overall the massage was relaxing, the interruption was a very odd experience, and it definitely messed up the relaxation vibe, so I will likely be looking for a different spa next time!
It was very nice and clean. The people there were very nice especially the front desk lady! I did the couples massage and it was the first time I feel asleep during a massage. We enjoyed it so much and would love to go again. A tip though is either answer your phone when they call to confirm the details or call them day of your private couples massage. We had a mixup because of this, but besides that, I loved it! Will go again.
Had the best couples massage here. My boyfriend and I left so relaxed and we loved the atmosphere. Jessica and Helen are incredible and have some different techniques from other masseuses I have had in the past. Overall a wonderful experience. They even upgraded us to the special sauna room upon our arrival which was completely complementary and so beautiful.

IM BLOWN AWAY!!!! We tried to book a last minute weekend appointment for a couples massage, and despite their best efforts we could not make it happen. So we booked late Monday night and it was worth the wait. Our massage alone was 5 star and targeted both our problem areas leaving us relaxed and with no pain. The private spa was unlike anything we expected. It was beautiful, clean and so private that my BF and I could not have been more comfortable, they even went above and beyond to bring my BF the most delicious piece of Tres Leches cake for his birthday. We are so happy and recommend this to any couple looking to escape for a little while. We can not wait to go back and will definitely be going frequently. thank you aria for making his birthday one to remember!!!

Stay FAR away!!! So disappointed. My sister chose this place because of the amazing reviews. She treated me for a couples private spa and told them that we were celebrating my bday. It costs her a lot of money.Upon arrival, the receptionist was quick to ask for payment and also wanted us to include the tip even though we didn’t even have any services yet!!!! We told them we wanted to tip at the end.The day before my sister called to ask what our itinerary was and they explained1) massage2)facial3) 1 hour private spa that was supposed to include fruit, wine and chocolatesAfter my sister paid over $400 they asked us for an ID so we can obtain a key for the locker room. They took us there and told us to get ready for the spa. However, we thought we were getting the massages so we came out in our robes and when they started taking us to the private room, we inquired and the girl turned with an attitude and said I TOLD YOU… SPA. We were shocked at the way we were spoken to and said that they said something different the day before.We also thought maybe she would have given us a tour.After putting on our bathing suits, we went to the private room which we had for one hour. They showed us how to use the buttons for the jacuzzi, the steam room and sauna. Then told us that they would comeback and knock 5 min before our time was up. We popped open the $5.00 bottle of Verdi and shared the one sliver of pineapple that was cut into several pieces and shared the 6 pieces of Lindt chocolate variety that was probably bought at Costco. When we looked around there were still Valentine decorations around the room. We thought they would have decorated for my bday since my sister said she was booking it for my bday. (they never even wished me a happy bday) There were extension cords hanging through the ceiling and bizarre wall decor which I considered had a camera in it. Hot tea was advertised on their website yet there were no cups other than the cheep plastic they offered for the Verdi. They never came back to see if we needed anything and I was uncomfortable to walk around in a wet bathing suit to find a worker andI needed drinking water!They returned when our time was up, to tell us that we had 15-17 more mins bc they were behind schedule.Next, we went for our massages. Initially they told us to keep our wet bathing suits on. We said no, we never had a massage like that. We were in a room that had a sliding door for a divider. The woman who massaged me obviously was not licensed. She never told me her name, she never asked me if my body was hurt anywhere or if I was on any medications. She massaged me for the first 10 mins with the rough sheet. Then she massaged my back using $1.00 body butter with no label on the packaging. She basically rubbed her elbows into my back and at some points I flinched from pain but she continued. At times she would pause to hear what was happening outside the door and then speak in another language to the girl that was massaging my sister. There was also a towel placed around my head and I dont understand why. She didnt massage my feet and only spent a few mins on my legs or arms and. She also bent my leg in a very strange direction. She placed a blanket on me when she was finished and I was so elated when it was over. Then we were suddenly directed to leave the room.The last room we were brought to was exactly like the room we were in. We sat there for 20 mins waiting for someone to arrive. We inquired as to which products they were going to use and they couldnt tell us. There was also no sink in the room. A woman came in with a cart of products and began on my face with sponges. my sister asked her to see the products. She googled them and they valued a $1.00 for the masks. Other items had no label. The woman said 1 second to my sister since we were supposed to get our services together. After an addition 20 mins my sister went and got her money back for her facial. Aria Spa is so unprofessional and Im pretty educated to realize no one has a license to perform any services.
I booked a couples massage for Valentine’s Day for my fiancé and I a couple weeks ago. The actual massage was fine but everything else was below sub par. For starters my email confirmation was for 12:30 and when we checked in they said it was for 1:30. No big deal, we wanted to check out the saunas so we were going to just do it before hand. We were handed sandals, small towels and robes that both looked years old with some discoloration and minimal holes. We went into the public pool room, there was debris floating in the hot tub and the tile floor was soaked. Went in the hot tub for a few minutes and then the sauna. Went into the hallway to check out the salt sauna. We were told they were renovating and if we didn’t mind the noise we could go in. We opted not to. Went to use the massage chairs in the seating area and the remotes were broke and they didn’t work so we sat on the couch waiting until 130 because there wasn’t anything else to do. A couple minutes before we asked if they were almost ready and the receptionist said soon. 145 we went into a massage room. The receptionist came in and offered us a couple different conplemetary upgrades because they were running behind and we opted for the hot stone. Pretty quickly realized what the renovations were .. full on construction with hammering. When the masseuse walked in we were getting ready to get up and leave. She left the room and it stopped when she came back .. just to start up again and continue for about half of our massage. When her banging on the wall didn’t stop the hammering she left the room again to ask them to stop. Massage finished and there was no complementary hot stone. Upon turning in our locker keys we told the receptionist when she asked how everything was. She offered us the private spa if we wanted to come back on a Monday or Tuesday. We said we wouldn’t be returning. Overall both masseuses were good but doesn’t make up for everything else.

We booked the couples massage (private) it was AMAZING, customer service 10/10, masseuse 10/10, ambience 10/10, spa services 10/10, if your looking for a spa to come unwind visit here. Couples private when we first came we signed in, our room was waiting for us we enjoyed 1 hour of one of the best massages I ever had, after the massage you get a whole area to yourselves for that includes a steam room, dry sauna, Jacuzzi, fruit, wine, lounge area. I will be back, I love this place it was worth every penny.
Aria spa is wonderful.Ive been coming here for five years now and have recommended it to many of my friends. The ambience is calm, open and lovely and the staff is incredibly friendly. Ive never had a bad massage here and having all the saunas and the hot tub pool included its really great.My favorite is the Himalayan salt sauna - its gorgeous. We usually go there after our massages to sit and chat for a while - its absolutely wonderful and relaxing :-)
We had a great time at our private birthday spa party for my mom and I. Our massages and all the staff we encountered were great. The entire experience just really made our day. We can’t wait to go back.

This was my first time at Aria. And definitely will be coming back. Was greeted by Erica and Connie at front desk. And they both were very pleasant and welcoming. Check in was a breeze, Erica gave me a tour of the place as this was my first time here. The place was very clean with plenty of lounging areas.I changed into a robe that was given to me at check in. The massage was amazing and Connie has hands of magic. My muscles and aches had diminished and felt great. After massage decided to check out the salt room, which was clean and comfortable. The heated pool, dry and wet sauna, which was also clean. Overall had a nice relaxing morning with two great host. Thank You Aria
Very disorganized, someone entered my room more than 3 times during my massage to see if I was the correct person. The hot tub was dirty and had tissue material floating around. This was my third time here. The first time, I was not offered a tour or made aware of the spa. The second time they failed to have my appointment on schedule even though I called the day before to confirm. And the third time was noted above.
I really love the place. The only problem I have is the jacuzzi. Every time I went the water was cold. I wish they would keep it hot. Otherwise it is a great place to relax.
I booked over a month out. When I called myself a few days before the appointment to confirm, they didnt know who I was. The lady I had booked with was apparently fired. Ok. Then I called the day of to make sure we were in the books and they said again they didnt know who I was. Told me to come in though. I paid for me and my sister in laws for spa/massage package. First wed all get massages separately, then it was going to be 2 at a time at the same time then we were shuffled around and had to do 2 at a time an hour apart from each other. One of the girls had to leave earlier than the others so we didnt get as much time together as we wanted. The jacuzzi wasnt hot so we asked if they could turn up the temp. No, it was as hot as they could put it she cant. Ok? The jacuzzi didnt look so clean and she said she needed to put chemicals in it while wed go for massages. She didnt to my knowledge. The massage therapists were not professional at all. One commenting on my tummy and then saying something about the glass of wine we had saying we must be real party people?? She pulled, yanked and twisted our necks and legs in positions that should not be done. My one sister in law is a physical therapist and it was the first thing she mentioned. After all of that, we went home and got severely sick. 102-104 Temps, vomiting, body aches. All at the same exact time miles away from each other. I strongly believe it was from the spa, wether it was the dirty jacuzzi or the the dank air in general not being clean or sanitary. I called to tell them we all got sick a day after being there and the man was so hostile on the phone and dismissive. Ill never go back there again. I paid almost 1,000 for an experience Id like to forget entirely.

I came here with my girls for a relaxing day. The atmosphere was cozy, the employees were very warm and inviting. I enjoyed my prenatal massage + a mask treatment and face massage that came with the service. If you’re looking for a quiet, serene area without a lot of traffic, I highly recommend.
This place is fabulous! Very clean and wonderful service by the entire staff. My group of 4 came in last Saturday for body scrubs & massages (Bronze package) and we absolutely loved them. We also enjoyed the public sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and massage chairs all at our leisure. I had a million questions about the spa & services when booking and Dan was extremely helpful and very kind every time I called. Thank you to Aria Spa! We will definitely be back!

We went here for our anniversary and wow! Best massage we have had. The spa itself is clean, spacious, well designed and lit. They have public sauna, heat and jacuzzi and private ones as well. They have massage chairs in the waiting area and a really nice salt room. We got the private jacuzzi, sauna and steam and it was worth it. The room was clean, the setup was awesome, the complimentary fruit and wine were delicious. We got it for 1 hour prior to our massages and really enjoyed the jacuzzi. My wife loves the steam room and she said it was great. The massage we had was deep tissue but this deep tissue involved stretching and a complimentary face massage and mask. I didn’t get it but my wife did and she said that she has never gotten that treatment at any of her other spas and she has gone to a lot. She said it had her glowing and it definitely showed . We will definitely return. We live in the poconos and it is an hour and 15 minutes away but soo worth the drive . We got the couples deep tissue massage. My massage was nice and relaxing. My wifes was a little too deep tissue as she was still sore for a couple of days later. Also, the massages were interuppted a couple of times by clients that arrived early for their appointment, and apparently there being only 2 staff members working at the time, which happened to also be our massage therapists. Causing one of them to have to pause the massage to go attend to the early arrivals. We will return as we still have funds on our gift certificate, but my wife is now reluctant to get a massage and is only planning to try a facial.
Perfect mother’s day gift from my husband. Lisa gave me such a thorough massage, my whole body feels lighter and looser. First time customer… I had a deep-tissue therapeutic massage today with Kay. I have been to different spas seeking the perfect massage on vacations over the years. After all that I will say that the one closest to home takes the cake. I can’t recommend Kay enough…I feel like I got years back on my life. This place is AMAZING!! The staff is super attentive and very nice. I got a massage and my mom got a facial done and they went above and beyond with both our services. Definitely recommend this as a girls spa day, or a date with your significant other. Very relaxed and calm area to enjoy before your service, and after your service they have areas to relax to in like a sauna, jacuzzi pool, himalayan salt room, & a steam room.

I think the price for couples was extremely reasonable considering all that they offered. They had little snacks & the locker room was beautiful & everything was clean!! Went for the first time for a 30 minute facial and 30 minute massage to treat myself. Kay was wonderful! She provided education on how to take care of my skin and made me feel comfortable. Facilities were clean and provided more than enough amenities. Very good experience.

Had my third massage today, and I have had Lisa, Michelle and Erica. I think each deep tissue massage, while slightly different by each worker, were beyond my expectations. I especially enjoy the other amenities (jacuzzi, sauna, massage chairs, salt room and steam room). I go on weekdays, and I am never rushed! They do a great job, and the place could not be cleaner!! I’d recommend them to anyone.

Yoon and Erica are THE BEST!! We have never had massages like these! I had yoon , I have a rotator cuff injury and I was just so happy and comfortable and appreciative of her detailed work. Literal magic!!! My husband had Erica and was so happy with his experience, he prefers a deeper massage and we both LOVED the great stretching!! We did the 90 minute massage and private spa package, coming into the private room with fresh pineapple, chocolate, and tea was a really nice moment to sit and take in the great experience we just had then got to enjoy the hot tub, sauna, and steam room together! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
To be honest I’m REALLY upset, my brother and I use to go there all the time. We came one day to get facials and massages and there were no therapist there. Everyone had an emergency. That’s not even the issue. I went ahead and bought a 100 gift card for my sister in law to get a facial. The guy at the register advised me to tell her to book an appointment. So, I did. She booked an appointment for 9/13 10am but had to wait because all staff was not there. Also at the end of her $100 facial she tipped the therapist $20. Which is 20%, which is also an appropriate tip percentage. The therapist told her next time 25%. That is totally rude and embarrassing for me because I spoke so highly of Aria Spa and was actually trying to bring in another regular customer for business. That kind of business makes me not want to return. Your establishment is beautiful but the hospitality and energy presented with just one employee really but a bad taste in my mouth.
The staff is very nice and helpful. The massage chair area seems to be newly renovated, which looks great. The hot stone massage was excellent. I felt so relaxed. Afterward, I did enjoy the salt room and sauna room. I did not take advantage of the jacuzzi this time. There were not many people since I went early on a weekday, which was definitely to my advantage.
We had a great experience at Aria. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. I received a massage from Julie who was absolutely amazing. The facility was clean and tranquil. It looked small on the outside, but the interior of the building was quite roomy. Even though it was fairly busy when we visited, it didnt seem busy at all. They have a wet sauna, a dry sauna and a pool all in the same room, which was convenient. The massage chairs also have an airbag feature that massages your arms, which my friend and I really loved. We will definitely be going back!
Tony did my massage ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!! I forget the lady name who did my facial she was amazing as well. All staff was kind, relaxing atmosphere. Its a whole VIBE! I went on a Friday for my bday around 1:30 barely anyone there which I loved I had the sauna and jacuzzi all to myself and the lounge area. Prices are very reasonable for outstanding services will be going again and bringing my man friends mom and aunts but they cant have Tony !
Great service, clean facilities, and relaxing ambiance. I had an hour long massage and 30 minute facial and left feeling rejuvenated. The sauna options and jacuzzi were an added bonus. I’ll be back soon!

My husband and I went for a couples massage. When we arrived we were greeted and explained any additional packages they recommended and explained the use of the facility. We paid a small amount to have the private room located in the back just the two of us. The package included, sparkling wine, pineapple, and chocolate. We enjoyed the privacy and the amenities. They provided slippers, towels, and a robe. It was so relaxing. Then we went on to our massage. WOW amazing how good we felt after all was done. Definitely will go again. A jewel of a find. After a long flight from UK crunched up in my little economy seat my legs were on fire for three days until I found Aria, Lisa, and Julia!! I’ve been to Korean spas and Turkish Hamams before and I also was a manager at Burke Williams in Los Angeles and worked there many years - this is to say my expectations are high! Aria definitely exceeded them, they went as we used to say at BW “beyond the spa”! Even though the whirlpool steam and sauna were communal (bathing suits required), when you have a scrub they take you to another wing that has a more private whirlpool, steam, and sauna. I was in heaven. Lisa’s scrub was fantastic! We chatted a bit too and she was super nice and personable. She made my skin clean smooth and felt so good! Next up was Julia a true magician with technical ability and energy to match! I’m pretty sure she was on the table at one point using her magic! We did tons of stretching as well as some amazing chiropractic work. Julia new how to get all the knots out and her knowledge is outstanding. I thought I would be in pain the next day from all the body work but I felt so good. As soon as I got up from the table I was floating and had lots of energy. She is a true master! Would see these therapists again next time I’m in the area and definitely recommend!!! The relaxing waiting areas are so nicely taken care of and last but not least the absolutely amazing and zen salt room. It was warm and cozy - a living space I would love in my house one day. The tile work and decor is so beautiful too. Top marks for all the finer details, cleanliness, and even the tea and snacks they provide. The reservation process was smooth and Danny and Erica helped me get situated and gave me a tour. I only wish there was delicious healthy Korean lunch to eat while here. Though across the main road was a natural food store that I loved too, and paired well with a day at the spa. I got the gold package which included 40 min sugar scrub and 60 min massage. Well worth the money. Wish I lived closer. Good reason to visit again from Sayre, PA.

I originally had a facial booked for somewhere else today and it got cancelled last minute. I went online and found aria and so glad I did. I had the deep cleansing facial and it was beyond my expectations. Erica was great! She made sure to tell me everything she was doing as well. This was the worst massage of my life. The “therapist” appeared to have no professional training, yet she was very confident about attempting chiropractic maneuvers to suddenly yank my neck, knee, hip, shoulder in painful positions without warning. She had extremely long nails and left scratches all over my body. Half of the massage I only felt her nails digging into me. She massaged over my spine with her knuckles and a hot stone often which was very uncomfortable. She would start haphazardly squeezing and pushing the muscles on one side of my back then move randomly diagonally across my spine to the other side. This was supposed to be a deep tissue massage yet she did not use any trigger point release or tissue lengthening techniques or strokes. She did not massage any one muscle group long enough to relax it. I don’t even think she knew the difference between the muscles vs bone she was pushing across, much less the origin or insertion of each muscle. I would have paid not to get this massage. I didn’t not know it was possible for a massage to be so incredibly stressful.To add to it, she started wearing a mask so I did not wear mine. However, as soon as I was on the table, she removed her mask and was breathing in my face.We went here because spa was able to get us a last minute appointment the night before, but it would have 100% been worth it to wait to get an appt at Hand and Stone, Massage Envy, Spavia or the Urban Muse. Even $20-30 more would be worth every cent. My husband and I have tried coming here 2x now with the same poor quality massage each time.The amenities like sauna, hot tub and steam room are very nice here, but do not come for a massage.
My best friend and I came here and booked a massage . The massage was good however they put lavender oil on my bestfriends face that irritated her . They tried to make the moment right for her but at the end when we were collecting our things the lady Lisa ran to the front to see how my b gratuity we were giving . When I said 15.00 they said that’s not even 20%. I changed it to 20.00 and they said if the service wasn’t good we’d accept 15.00. That was honestly one of the most uncomfortable interactions especially after they knew that a part of their service wasn’t up to par . The massage was already expensive as is and the service was def not 5 star

I had a massage with Sam, an extremely educated and talented Massage therapist, which was by far one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I have had thousands of massages in my lifetime and I could tell immediately it was going to be amazing within the first few minutes. He offers medical massages which I am eager to try my next visit (which I pre booked). He informed me about the imbalances between my shoulders, hips, and legs while stretching and massaging them in the exact way I needed! If you do anything good for yourself, let it be booking with Sam!-Sincerely, a very satisfied customer who never leaves reviews for people!

I was very happy to find a Korean spa here up north Jersey. Very convenient location for me. So I wanted to try it. Awesome experience! I received a Korean body scrub and a massage. Both technicians were very good. I had Helen for the scrub and Michelle for the massage. I must say it was one of the best massages I’ve received in my life. Michelle was very good, professional and hit all the right spots!!! Highly recommend her!!! The spa was very clean and not too crowed during Covid times.

My experience was really nice today, I called in the morning and scheduled a massage and facial for same day. Overall everyone was really nice and welcoming. Julie did my facial and Gloria my massage and they both were wonderful. I also used the sauna and got a complimentary smoothy because it’s my birthday. The place is clean and quite and I will definitely go again when the jacuzzi is ready.
It was my first time at the spa, and I love it. I went with my bestfriend, and the staff was super nice and kind. It was a very intimate experience; we never felt rushed or watched. The staff was really amazing, we both got massages and they were good too. I cant wait to come back with other people. It is also really clean, and COVID-19 precautions are taken as well which we appreciated.
I did a couple massage with my daughter to celebrate her birthday and boy was it a treat. We were greeted lovingly. Employees were extremely kind and thoughtful. The massage was AMAZING! I treated my daughter and I to a smoothie and as we waited we were instructed to relax on their massage chairs. A wonderful lady named Julie gave us a throw blanket to keep us warm. I had a pleasant experience and plan on coming back with my other daughters, I might make this birthday tradition for us (I selfishly like this idea 😉).

My fiance and I went to the Aria spa to get some relaxation before our wedding. The moment we stepped foot in the door, the staff was very attentive to our needs and were very friendly. The facility is immaculate, with COVID-19 rules in place that made the experience worry-free. We have been to other larger spas in the area, and I think this will be a new favorite spot. I recommend the Aria spa for couples. Prices are reasonable, and smoothies are GREAT!. We will be visiting again soon!!!.

Me and my boyfriend had the couples massage yesterday. He had Blanca and I had Henry. Both massages were amazing and we were so relaxed. Afterwards we were able to go to the sauna and pool area. We enjoyed everything this spa had to offer and were not bothered at all by employees checking up on us. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

Booked a couples massage. We were told that to be in the same room it would be extra. They used bath towels instead of sheets, the room was cold and my friends table was broken with no heat. She was actually given a warm stone to hold to keep her warm. The jacuzzi was lukewarm. Sad to say we will not be returning.
This place is amazing and so affordable. I went here with my girlfriend for my birthday and I highly recommend going. We got a couples Swedish massage which were amazing. I have bad knots under my shoulder blade and Yumi worked on them until they came out. My girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed her massage as well.Also, the establishment was very clean and maintained. We used the sauna and pool which were included in the price.Speaking of price this place is very affordable. Much cheaper than the other high end spas in north Jersey.Well definitely be going back!
I absolutely love this spa! My cousin and I came here back in August just to unwind, relax and get a full body massage. The atmosphere was so clean and quiet. The service was excellent. Due to the covid-19 precautionary measures we werent able to use the hot tubs only the sauna. I cant wait to go back again.

Honestly, this was the best massage I’ve had in two years and I receive a Massage frequently. I am really not sure where to begin because everything was WONDERFUL. So I paid for a 60 mins hot stone massage, 30 minute reflexology and 60 body scrub. All three services were amazing. I am so reflex and my body feels amazing. During the body scrub, I literally seen the dead skin roll off my body. It was so fascinating to see. We don’t even realize how many how actual skin changes. Next, the location was about 30 mins from my house. The ambience cleanliness of the facilities were top notch. The receptionist were very pleasant and professional. Overall, I am pleased & my body feels amazing.** I am super critical of facilities and this place definitely met my standard.Can’t wait to go back
The saunas: dry and stream were Clean! The Hot Tub jets relaxing, the whole place felt inviting. No foul smells.They dont make you feel like youre part of a of cattle the way they do at other spas (Kings). They cater to your needs like you are the only one there. I will be back and I will tell friends. Rates are reasonable along with their gratuities. They insist you pay gratuities according to their scale...that was the only thing I didnt like. I feel that should be a suggestion Not A Demand.I had the Asian Body Scrub and Foot Reflexology. Rate for the combo included entrance as well, only extra were the tips. Service was Excellent! Staff Professional. It was like a Mini Vacation!

I’m not one to complain, but when it comes to services at a spa I will say how you treat the customers matter. When we first got there we were charged ahead of time for the type of services we wanted. That’s a little strange but whatever. So be it. We let that go. Then, during our massages our therapists were speaking their language throughout our massage. Extremely rude but again, the massage itself was decent. (I’ve been to others that are better but hey, can’t beat a groupon deal for a little pampering once in a while.) But the kicker was when we were leaving and returning our locker keys. They handed us envelopes to tip. Again extremely rude considering a tip is not to be expected. But, I was a server so I understand tipping is important. I gave about a 10-15% tip and on our way out the door was hounded to pay more! Yes, you read that. They chased after us to ask for a higher tip. They showed us a sign in which they posted a recommended amount which in doing the math was a 30-40% tip for their services. Now I can understand if it was the best massage in the world but they didn’t check any health issues before beginning, they spoke throughout the whole thing and frankly, the massage was not great. I will not be returning to this venue. I feel bad because it was a great hidden gem by looks and amenities but custom service matters. I will not return.
I have had many facials over the years. This was the worst facial I have ever had. She was very rough on my face and when she was massaging me. I didn’t need that much of a massage. I paid for a facial, did not want a massage. When I was leaving they actually had the nerve to say I wasn’t tipping enough and that it needed to be more. Very unprofessional and I would never go there again.
Loved my experience here. It was very calm and relaxing. My favorite part was the massage chairs but the hot pool was nothing less. The staff was nice and the man at the front desk very welcoming. I was visiting from Texas and I will definitely come back on my next visit!
I called at 10am and asked if there was availability this morning for the Korean body scrub and a 1hr massage. The lady who answered said to come in at 11am. So I come in at 11am and the person at the desk said the body scrub is unavailable today and they can’t accommodate me for a massage until 12pm. I don’t understand the miscommunication between employees. This was going to be my 1st experience here and that was a complete bust. I will probably never come here because of this poor experience.
This was a mess from start to finish. I booked services for myself and three childhood friends 2 months in advance. When we got there, they hadnt written down what anyones services were. What one friend wanted was no longer available. We chose this place because of the pool. We found out upon arrival that the pool was closed by the towns Board of Health Department. We were told we could only have 20% off a future visit, which we didnt want. Our appointments were at 11:00. One of us wasnt taken in until 12:15. Two of my friends were put in a couples massage room, which they didnt want. During our massages our massage therapists left the room multiple times and other employees came into our massage room to talk to the masseuse more than once. My massage itself was rough. She muttered to herself several times unintelligibly. I could hear my friends massage therapist asking her about how she was going to pay in the middle of her massage. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything going on around you. There are massage chairs that you can use as long as you want. They were great. Other than that, I have nothing good to share. When we checked out, the person questioned us about why we werent tipping more. It was not at all professional or spa like. This is the first time Ive ever written a review, but I really want to save someone else from an awful and likely unsanitary experience.
Aria spa is exactly what we were looking for. Close by, intimate, relaxing and peaceful.The staff is helpful, and behind the scenes.If you in the area, give them a try. We’ve been there 3 times already.
I was searching , for a nice spa for my Pastors to be able to Relax and enjoy themselves. When I called, the person on the phone was very professional, really sweet. My Pastors were VERY happy with the Place , that they recommended some member of our church . I also made an appt. for a massage , to be honest , I would not mind going at least once a week , I loved everything about it. Price is very good compare to other spas, place is clean , quite . PERFECT place to go Relax. Staff is excellent!!! DONT LOOK FOR ANY OTHER SPA , ARIA SPA is the place you should go , you wont regret it .

All in all it was a good experience. They are weird about tipping, and demanded a 20% tip. Which was a bit awkward. My massage was good, it was a swedish massage, and honestly she was a little rough! She cracked my back, and stretched me. Next time I would probably say go a little lighter and no cracking please! Also, want to add that the door was ajar, I didnt notice until the end, but felt that was odd. But, very clean, and affordable. Al
Great place, extremely relaxing and love the atmosphere. Massage was very good and highly recommend the deep tissue massage. As another review mentioned they are extremely pushy with getting tipped. I tried to tip at 20% and they responded with no you need more then that and refused no for an answer. Which left us feeling a bit awkward. Other then that the place is amazing I will definitely be going back for the day spa portion but the massage I may leave out based on there improper etiquette. I will definitely be back and will have recommended to friends but have advised them of my experience.
The place is amazingly beautiful from the minute you walk in to the girls locker room to the massage rooms -everything is clean and beautifully decorated. After sitting in the massage chairs for about 20 minutes I then went for my hour massage and then went to the hot tub/pool and steam room for a while By myself ! I could have stay there all day in the steam room and hot tub but I had to get somewhere. I will definitely go back
Sauna and Salt room were awesome, they have a steam room too and plunge pool. The massage was good but I felt they could have had better linens for my taste.
Definitely show up 15-20 minutes early to get yourself situated. Once you settle in, ahhh. Also would recommend going at an odd time to ensure maximum relaxation. Thats what my husband and I did. We can imagine it gets busy there in the evenings and weekends. We will return! Thank you for a relaxing and restful experience!
This was a great celebration we had here for a bride to be. The only thing I noticed which was a bit uncomfortable was there was a very tall staff member that kept standing in the door way watching our group. He didnt watch the other people that were in the spa, just when we came into the public setting to sit in the lounge chairs. Hed come in the door and just stand there for 2 min then come back 5 min later and do the same thing. Hed come in and get a snack and water and just stand at the entrance door to the lounge and watch our group again. That was awkward and weird. He paced back and forth in front of the door glancing into the room at our group. Not sure what that was about. But, if he had a question, we would have been happy to answer it for him. But that popping in, glancing and pacing in the doorway was a noticeable and questionable regarding intent.
My girls took me here for my 60th, yesterday. We had such a good time, the staff was very, very nice they were fun. The Mgr. made sure we knew where everything was. It was CLEAN, atmosphere was very calming. We all had the reflexology service...it was awesome. Each tech was just as good as the other! Cant wait to go again!!
Massages were great! I got a foot massage and deep tissue massage. The facility is very clean and the waiting chairs were fantastic. I do miss a rob though. They give you a t-shirt and shorts instead of a robe and I wasn’t a fan. So my only suggestion would be robes, robes, robes please!!
This little spa is FANTASTIC! The place is so relaxing, they have instrumental music and are willing to work a great price for groups. I went with women from my church to celebrate Mother’s Day and it was an amazing experience. They have a separated women’s areas and coed area which we loved and the natural fruit smoothies they sell. Great experience.
Don’t waste your money. Very upset about my last experience. Bought my services online and once I got there was told the pool was out of service, due to it not passing inspection for being insanitary. I also bought a massage and scheduled it for 7:30 pm, I wasn’t taken till at least 8:30 pm, there wasn’t even any other customers getting massages either at the time. During my whole massage the lady kept whispering but I couldn’t understand her. After the massage I went back to the desk to leave, the lady gave me envelopes for the tips. I put $10 in each envelope and she wanted me to leave more, I didn’t even want to leave a tip in the first place since I didn’t get to use the pool that I paid for and i was taken an hour later than I made my appt for. It was very unprofessional for her to ask me to leave more money after paying for services that I ended up not being able to have. Very rude and ruined my night completely. I won’t be back.
This place was beautiful and clean. They were friendly and really thought of every detail making it a really relaxing experience!! Specifically Tony gave was so kind and wonderful massage. We highly recommend this place and will return!!
Do not ever go here! We were charged for our services before even receiving them which was a red flag to me right off the bat. We then sat around the spa for an hour and a half at which point they tried to put me and my friend into a couples room which we didnt want. So we were told it would be 5 more minutes while she cleaned the rooms. They offered me a smoothie flavor they didnt even have and then proceeded to give the last smoothie away to some guy who was sitting near us before informing me they had no more. After another 20 minutes went by, which totaled to a 2 hour wait without receiving any services whatsoever, we decided to get dressed and ask for a refund. The manager begged us to stay, offered a voucher for next time and then pretended she didnt know how to do a credit card refund when we refused her offers and demanded our $140 refund. The only saving grace was the refund.
Great spa - offers a very clean and relaxing atmosphere. The customer service is unlike any I’ve seen. The entire staff is very friendly and happy to help. I’ve tried two different services and each time have been happy! It’s very quiet, not hectic and populated with people and very peaceful. The layout is nice And the lounge/snack/smoothie area is always welcoming too! Can’t wait to go back ☺️

Nice facility upon arrival. The two ladies doing our couples massage kept talking throughout it. The massage itself wasn’t that enjoyable, and I doubt the woman was a licensed massage therapist. The worst part is the unprofessional and rude handling of tips at the end of your visit. If your tips aren’t the suggested 30% they have posted, they demand you pay more! My cousin and I are going to watch our cards the next few days to make sure they don’t tack on additional tip. Will never come back here after this experience.
My fiance and I scheduled a 2 hr massage. We asked for 2 females to massage us. Apparently it was only one female available so the front desk lady decided she was going to do my massage. My fiance wasnt all that satisfied with his massage because the woman applied to much pressure. In my case I had a horrible experience for the 2 hr, the lady who massaged me did not cut her nails!! I felt her scratching me through out the whole massage! Not only that but I also asked her not to apply pressure with her thumb in certain areas because theyre sensitive and she still kept going!! Until almost the last 30 min of massage she started using the the palm of her hand instead. Pool wasnt available and sauna was ok. Overall I was expecting better from this place. Very disappointed. Also they tell you how much they want you to tip them when I thought that was up to the customer. I dont think Ill be going back.
My wife and I went here for our 10th anniversary and loved it. We got a very reasonably priced massage and facial which lasted 2 hours! This place is a REAL spa, not like those other massage places that rush you in and out. There is a hot tub, steam room, sauna, massage chairs, smoothies, and TVs. Definitely will be back and highly recommend.

Went here for the first time for a hot stone massage and facial. The services were great. Sophia my facialist knew what she was doing and seemed to be very experienced. I would go back to see her. But I’m giving it 3 stars because of the front desk manager. I’m not sure what her name is, but if you’re looking for a spa to RELAX, she makes the experience very UNRELAXING. Very loud and constantly yelling at all the women working there. At the end of my massage she barged in the room very loudly and started yelling at the masseuse for taking longer than 60min. I’ve never seen anything like it lol kind of a circus. Again the services were good, but the management will run this place into the ground.

My friend and I (both pregnant) were looking for prenatal massages. We should’ve known by our initial phone call that we were in for an odd experience when the gentleman who answered the phone did not know what a prenatal massage was until after we explained it was for pregnant women. Although not on their services menu, they said yes they had staff trained in prenatal massages. Desperate for massages, we went and they were very accommodating with getting us in last minute for evening appointments. The facilities are very nice upon entering so we felt like maybe it was a good decision after all. We were there about an hour early for the massages so used the amenities like the pool and the massage chairs. The women’s locker room is pretty interesting where the door is a glass paned door you can see right into the room where women are nude. Maybe not the best planned out but at least it’s at the end of a hallway. Still, a male making his way around the facilities could peak in unknowingly so a bit uncomfortable trying to change while covering up. I’ll add that they had run out of robes so I was trying to manage the entire time wrapping myself in two towels after coming out of the pool and using the massage chairs. I asked multiple times for a robe to which they responded they were still in the drier and I never ended up getting one. The massage chairs were nice. We lounged in them for about a half hour before our massage time. We were in one set of chairs and a bunch of the off duty masseuses were lounging in the other set of 4 chairs which we found a bit odd. They were different chairs and actually much more comfortable than the ones my friend and I were in. When it came time for our massages it was 5 minutes past so we asked if we had to do anything to which they responded the masseuses had just gone back to eat dinner so it would be about 5 or 10 minutes more. We had nowhere to be so didn’t mind but again just seemed unorganized and odd. Our massages were literally rub downs - no pressure whatsoever and we were told it was because of the babies. My arms and hands and neck and shoulders were not touched. There was no methodical rhyme or reason to my masseuse’s method. I can say almost positively my masseuse was definitely not trained in prenatal. I’ve had prenatal massages before so know they are similar enough to a Swedish minus the pressure and positioning of the body. After my hour rub down which our eyes were covered a majority of the time, I read in other reviews the door was ajar and ours was as well. A little unnerving when our backsides were out being on our sides and not covered well by the sheet. Maybe to let air in since the rooms were warm but you expect privacy at these places especially when there are males in the facility as well. All in all it still was relaxing to lay there and get rubbed but being charged an extra $25 for the “massage” was disappointing. Will probably never go back again even though their regular massages sound fantastic from reviews and are reasonably priced but we felt we were ripped off and would rather spend the money elsewhere with legitimately trained staff.
Unprofessional. I booked an appointment for a 60 minute massage and 30 minute facial with the front desk. Then I called back to see if they provide robes, and the lady said that the booking was unavailable afterwards, after I just booked the appointment. They’re liars and unprofessional. Ill just go to a spa somewhere else. You just lost a quality customer.
Being in the business for years, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of services. I had a facial and massage services. Julies techniques were refreshing. Although conveniently located, once you pass through the doors, you feel like you are on a vacation.
Nice lil place. I went early in the morning which was great. Jacuzzi and Sauna to myself. Few lil things for a spa, the ladies locker room should have plastic bags for swim suits, more toiletries or at least available for purchase, they give you one towel but you should get at least two or be available to grab another in the locker room, spa drinking water would be nice. Generally when having a massage they ask you some questions: problem areas, allergies, etc. I was surprised there was no form to fill out. For the price, I can push those things aside. Very reasonable. Def worth a shot. Id go again

Very nice place. Best birthday gift for my moms 50th birthday. Felt clean and relaxing. However, they demanded at least a $20 gradituity on top of the full price we paid. This was afterwards without even mentioning that it was mandatory. Sign says tips are appreciated but never mentioned mandatory, wouldve given the girls a tip either way, but the way they went about it came off sort of rude. Otherwise a pretty good place

Its an ok place. Umm when you walk in you instantly get a swift of an odd odor and then you realize its through out the facility. I suggest they work on that. And the front desk clerks need to work on their customer service manners. They come off a bit bothered. I did enjoy the Asian body scub. I recommend that to everyone! And the lady whom worked on me was great (tad talkative for me, but sweet) and I also had a Swedish massage and the gentleman that worked on me was great and professional.
The massage and ambiance was nice but the jacuzzi had some weird dirt looking things floating and it got me a little concerned with cleanliness.
Had a couples masaage today , I’m never disappointed here ! Erica was amazing she knows her stuff and I’m a massage therapist and very picky 🤩 love the zen atmosphere it’s really so relaxing !!!!it’s nice to relax in the jacuzzi and sauna and steam shower before your service !!! I bought a Groupon with my younger brother and his girlfriend to Aria Spa, but something came up and I could not go with them that day. I went by myself yesterday and it wasnt as awkward as I thought going by my lonesome. The staff are all friendly and it was a very relaxing experience. $20 for a day pass is a very good deal. I highly recommend a day pass at Aria Spa to unwind and destress.

I’ve came here and had the women’s spa area all to myself. I also like the co-gender and the massage chairs are great. You get your money’s worth for sure. It’s great for those who aren’t comfortable being nude in traditional spas. I almost don’t want to let others know how good this place is.
