Tobacco 4 Less

I bought a vape and 2 days later. Completely Mal function and I brought it to the store. And they told me there is nothing they can do which I think is completely wrong and Im calling the better business bureau because how can you sell something and when it breaks 48 hours after seems like theft

NEVER BUY FROM HERE. You can choose any smoke shop besides here and youll have a better experience. Bought a 60$ vaporesso vape 7 DAYS after opening the package the vape got hot as a stove and shut off permanently they dont tell you all sales are final so they can keep your money, this place is full of thieves, IF I could give less than 1 star I would. FORGET THIS PLACE

All the staff are nice but if you get a defective vape the store doesnt give replacement/refunds. I got a blood orange esco bar that tasted off in the store but didnt say anything (should have) and tasted burnt after ~20 hits. Id recommend godfather vapors, I got a defective vape there and got a replacement no problem even tho I had that for like 2 weeks and only had the esco bar from tobacco4less for 24hrs and couldnt get a refund/replacement.

This review will be very simple!They have almost ANYTHING you may need for your vaping and tobacco needs!!! The employees are the nicest people!!! I havent met a single employee that didnt go above and beyond most employees at other stores. I love these guys and the store... Incense to boot! Hats, lanyards,and everything in between!!! Again always a pleasure shopping there and always walk out with a smile on my face!!! If you need anything??? Just ask, you will always get what you are looking for,or if they can they will order it for you!!! What a pleasant experience everytime!!.

The manager at this Butler location is just absolutely rude with a really bad attitude. Sold me a system with a cracked tank which they replaced. But when the tank cracked again she was not even willing to help me figure out why this happened. She completely dismissed me even though I wasnt asking her to replace the device again. Went to my normal vape shop, talked to a NORMAL human and was given assistance. This manager just couldnt be bothered! TERRIBLE service on her part

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Although I quit smoking cigarettes and are now vaping they have an enormous selection of vapes and most importantly coils!!! They are the only store in Butler that honestly has Geek Vape coils so yeah until I change my vape which I wont in a while. They will be getting my business all of the time! I cannot speak more highly of the staff!!! They were so kind and helped me so much.

Very nice place and the staff is friendly and eager to help but the overall store is very obviously geared more towards the wacky variety of tobaccee, if you catch my drift. Very small selection of traditional tobacco pipes and a small decent selection of cigars but has a wide range of water pipes and tie dye. Not my thing, and as far as the traditional tobacco products goes there are much better prices around. As a tobacco store I give it a 3 but if youre into that side of things, Id give it a 4 Id guess..

What a great selection of cigars! Nice walk in humidor also. The gentleman working there also ordered my cigars I love that he didnt have in stock. Complete professional treatment here. I definitely recommend. See again. You have gained my repeat business!

By far my fav store for good quality products. I’d highly recommend this store to anyone that is interested in great customer service from the moment you enter until you leave! The staff was more than helpful and very educated on all products I had questions about! I was the guy that broke the small glass peice and raised my hand and said add it to my bill lol. The short younger blonde haired woman deserves a raise! You know who you are shout-out you you!

The employees steered me wrong and gave me false information. They told me that salt nic juice was fine with a 0.15 ohm coil.There was even a warning on the box to not use it as the employees had instructed, and demonstrated, for me. Either they didnt know and were incompetent, or they did know, and were malicious.

I love this place. Every employee is consistently helpful, friendly, and willing to find me a better deal even if it’s less than i was planning to spend. i’ve never had a bad experience here. One of my favorite businesses in the area.

Everytime I give this place a chance I bring home something that works for a day or two then breaks. Definitely selling low quality products and seriously overcharging. Gouging at its finest. They hire looney tunes that blurt out very stupid things and tell the customers how terrible some of the products taste lol I couldnt believe it when he said that.

Well i thought i was happy with the place.... but i bought a glass pipe with a price tag that said 15 dollars on it. Got charged 34 dollars.. said nothing. But when i finally went to use the pipe it has a big chip in the mouth piece. So i would be careful of purchases from here. And watch the price tags that was my fault for not speaking up but the chip in my pipe was not.

The new guy at tobacco for less he doesnt know what he is talking about with coils for crown 3 vape and also a Argus gt 2 vape.

Great service everybody has a smile when they greet their customers I’ve shopped there more than one save help me with what I need help with I’m glad they’re around I hope they never close permanently because they’re the best place ever for all the CBD needs that I need and I think them greatly and I appreciate every employee there

Alot of what the sell is broken before u open the package.... Ive bought 4 batteries 1 worked.... Their glass is low quality an breaks if you look at it too hard. Low quality goods means low quality supplier!
