Rollies has become a modern day shopping experience. Selections of tobacco products⁴³ coupled with, delta 8,9and10 THC pens, edibles,and flower. Also to my surprise, a wide selection of medicinal mushroom products, Including micro doses. Lollipops,infused chocolate bars, and gummies to name a few. The staff is there to patiently answer any questions you may have.

Clean and organized. Staff is knowledgeable, even the old lady knew about items that I wouldnt think she would have knowledge about and she taught me stuff!! Prices are fair and comparable to other local shops. But they close at 6pm!! Only disappointment. Great experience 👍 👌 👏

Rollies- love the name!I had the pleasure of meeting Sherry, a plethora of knowledge behind the counter. I went in for a new 510 vape pen, Im new to the whole thing. She took her time going over the differences in the products she offers and which line sells replacement parts, etc. She answered all my questions. I left excited and planning my next trip.It has so many goodies locally grown, made, packaged and she has tested many of the products she sells. That personal experience is everything when it comes to recommendations, imo. While bodies may react differently, theres ingredients listed as well as testing info on the packaging. I will b returning. I highly recommend you stopping by Rollies have a look around, ask questions if u have any and find ur zen. Just may b ur new favorite spot. 🫶🥰

Sent my fiancee to pick me up some ejuice since the regular place I go to didnt have non-menthol in the nicotine # I needed. The juice was very runny and some of it got into my vape. I was swallowing the juice which was making me sick. Was finally able to get it all cleaned out since it got below the cartridge. Will not be buying from there again.

They politely works with her customer to satisfy them.They always are politeness and asking what they can help you with!!!!!! I just love it there....this is the place I have spent over at less $5,000 in product and other stuff.Which Thats because of the people who work there are awesome! !!!!!

DO NOT BUY VAPE BATTERIES THEY ARE FAKE. I purchased a stick battery it worked until it died. Then would not charge even used a different charger. Went to the manufacturers website and typed in the serial number for warranty info and it said serial number doesnt exist meaning it is fake. Tried to explain this to the rude employee and he was not having it. Save yourself a headache and shop ANYWHERE else

Great people work here. Never have an issue with the people. Very friendly and helpful. I typically get vape supplies from online, but I like to use local as well. Prices are good for retail, best selection around the area.

One of my very few regular visits. Cozy little shop. A must visit place if you like tobacco and vape products. Pretty nice selection of cigars and i stop by weekly for their large incense sticks. Love this shop.

Usually have a good experience but the other day i came in and bought a simple replacement coil for 5 bucks. When i got home I put it in, and it dosent work. So i brought it back in and I am told there is nothing you guys can do about it? Looking at it you can tell that it hasnt been used it is still completely white. This is an example of a complete wrong way to do business. So i recommend if you are buying replacement coils, however many you buy, test them all before you leave, because if you get home and realize you got a bad one, they wont do anything about it. I know it was only 5 dollars, but it is the point, selling a defective product and then not offering to replace it. Unbelievable. You need to review your return policies. I may not be the biggest customer that you guys have, but I do spend between 100-200 dollars a month with you.

This place used to be OK, aside from the constant cancelation of certain ejuices, but I supposed thats bound to happen if theyre not in demand. But over the last 2 months, both stores have been out of a certain kind, which seems to be a popular kind, as I have been told by a couple of different employees that people keep requesting it. A month ago a lady (manager I presume?) said they were about to order and everything should be there in a couple weeks. Which is all fine and well but at this point several juices have been sold out for well over a month now. Fast forward to last Thursday, where the same lady said they should arrive today, ok that kind of sucks but whatever Ill wait. I go in today and a different lady at the counter said they didnt have any, and also said multiple people have been asking about different juices that has been sold out as well. She said they were supposed to be ordered but she doesnt know where or why they are not there. Travel to the store downtown, and the lady there said the same thing. Keep in mind that all the employees are very nice and helpful to their ability, but does nobody seriously not know what is going on with an order. Furthermore, does management or whomever is suppose to place orders not understand supply and demand? I used to not bother ordering online because it was too convenient to just drive 5 minutes down the road and pick up your product. But apparently keeping popular items stocked is not a concern, as they would rather wait until just about everything runs out and order it in bulk. I guess its time to start ordering online, and I encourage everyone else to do the same.

Always a great experience, great customer service, decent prices depending on the product your buying, good selection of vape and smoke products, CBD in several selections from gummy bears to RAW rolling papers pills etc. Easy to find and in good area. I would recommend for anyone.

I have been a customer at Rollies for approximately a year and a half. I love when I come in here that I ALWAYS leave satisfied! If I have a problem Cheri always fixes it for me and for that I will always be a loyal customer to her!

I just love this place for my incents candles an hippie love. The customer service is wonderful. Especially the blonde girl I forget her name, but shes so helpful.

This place is common butler TRASH! Went in had one employee who was an amazing help took a lot of time to help teach us about the e-ciggs but that day when we left the ecigg was already not working so we went back the next day knowing they have signs posted EVERYWHERE no returns or exchanges but come on now i came in the next day and you dont want to help me out!. The trailer park trash blonde manager came out and gave me attitude right from the beggining lets just say i told her off and will NEVER take me buisness there again!

I am very dissapointed. This place sold me a knockoff ego twist marketing it as authentic. It even marked ego twist on the side. When sent into joytech they wouldnt fix or anything because it wasnt theirs.
