Great local shop. Super fair prices and super friendly staff!! Highly recommend. Plus I love how this shop dont throw away the packaging my juice comes in. Its a reusable bottle that a lot of companies either keep it throw away. I find lots of uses for them

I already have a good amount of knowledge of what I want or like so I dont usually need help with anything but I always see them using their knowledge to help other customers and Im always impressed. Super good employees and they followed CDC guidelines strictly which was nice to see.Update: 3 years later and this place is still my go to. Been a patron for a long time and their knowledge is still just as impressive. They sell reliable good products for sometimes a cheaper price than what I find everywhere else. They probably know me by face at this point I think but I places like this always deserve the best praise.

By far the most diverse & plentiful selection of nic salts in the area!! Great rewards program. Always have my nicotine strength in stock. Laid-back atmosphere with helpful employees. Wish you guys had more locations south of Butler, but definitely worth the trip.

Absolute great service and prices on all their items. I used to go the one down on Pullman, but they aren’t very good helpers when it comes down to vape juices or vapes. Cloud 9 helped me decide what I would enjoy for the long run! Absolutely love these people!!

Sold us faulty batteries that burnt out our mod and they blamed the mod. We asked other vape shops and they all say it was definitely the batteries. Lost my business. Very unhappy with the owner.

I have been buying yaya Max’s a few times a week from a different place in town for the past year. I was referred to cloud 9 vapor from a coworker who said it was a very nice place with great variety of flavors. Cloud 9 vapor is a few miles further then the other place I was buying from but is well worth it! Everyone that works there is super nice and helpful!! They also offer a loyalty program so almost every time I buy one it’s at least a few dollars cheaper. The store is very nice, clean , and organized. I went in the other day and had at least 5 people in front of me and thought for sure I’d be there for at least 10 minutes because they do focus on helping the customers with what they really do need and answering any questions but as always I was in and out in two minutes tops! I would highly recommend cloud 9 vapor to everyone I know!!

Honestly I was a regular customer previously at another Vape shop until my first visit to Cloud 9. My boyfriend actually was the one to recommend me and Im so glad he did. The guys that work at this location are so helpful and kind that they have definitely won our business from now on. Great job guys and thank you so much for being so kind!

This place has got to be one of the best run businesses in Butler. Customer service is unreal. Its like a time warp of decency. I wont go anywhere else for my vaping needs. Did I mention 15 percent discount every day for veterans?

Customer service is great, I have trusted their judgment since my very first day vaping. Staff is always very helpful and willing to spend whatever time needed to tell you all the options available. Brokedown the differences of every mod when i asked them which one i should upgrade to awhile back. Couldnt ask for better service.

Honestly, best vape shop around but today really showed me yall got some great employees.Brady took the time to help me fix an issue w my vape and was super cool about it. You can tell he cares about the customer and not just making a sale.Jesse and Joey interacted w me as well and unlike most places you go to they actually made me feel like I belonged there. They didnt ignore me just bc Brady was already helping.

This is where I go for almost all of my vaping supplies these days. Great folks, good prices. My only complaint is that my favorite flavor, Xtreme Ice, begins to thicken into a gelatinous state a week or so after opening. Typically I go through the stuff quickly enough that its not a problem. Other than that, I love the place.Edit: several months later;Bumped my star rating up to five, as the issue I described with the X-treme Ice is no longer an issue. Every one of the bottles Ive purchased in the last 3 months or so has not crystalized. Still love the place and the staff.

I’m from Iowa, I wish we had vape shops like this at home. The selection is amazing! Largest shop I’ve ever been to. Anna was great and very knowledgeable. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll be sure to stop back. I got one of their in house e juices and it is amazing!! Great place I highly recommended it!!

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who vapes. The staff are super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I have gone both on busy and slow days and always receive excellent services no matter what. They have a ton of flavors including regular cigarette flavor (which can be hard to find). They also have a rewards program that seems to rack up quickly..I always get something free or discounted being in the program.

We recently moved to the area and this is our closest shop. Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable. You can try all of their juices for just a quarter a visit. They have a ton of different juices, mods, tanks, accessories. Theyre great.

One of the best brick and mortar vape shops that I have ever been in. The prices are as reasonable as they can be, but nobody can compete w the online shops. The selections of both juice and hardware is huge, and replacement coils etc are there (for just about all of the popular tanks). They have tons of flavors to try, and the house line of juices are super good (and reasonably priced). Worth the stop for sure.

The girl that helped me when I broke the glass and needed a new coil was super helpful. She fixed it right there and then. Great experience. Only vape store I go to and would recommend Cloud 9 Vapor to anyone.

Awesome service, the employees are the best part of the shop. House juices arent going to blow you away but are reasonably priced. They just moved to their new location next to Skate Castle a little farther down the road from the high school, and their selection looks greatly improved although I didnt have time to browse. They have juice, mods, CBD (I think), RDAs, cotton, tanks, coils for tanks and prewrapped coils for RDAs. Its the best shop in town by far.

This has become my favorite local headshop - go here, trust me, you will not regret it. The selection: they have a vape showroom thats 2 connected rooms with vapes, mods, parts, accessories, anything you need for vaping. Then, theres the juice: they have A LOT. I mean A. LOT. 😂. Then they have a corridor that shows off their CBD products on one side (tinctures, lotions, topicals, edibles, etc.), and their tabletop and handheld, concentrate and flower vapes on the other side. Then comes the glass room. 4 floor to ceiling glass showcases of glass pieces of every size, shape and for any use. Awesome designs, huge variety compared to most shops around. Any and all accessories and tools you might need are all there too. And of course, plently of papers and rolling tools as well! Best part: they actually know what their talking about. The guys working there are really knowledge, willing to talk and figure out the best piece for you and what you could add or what you need. They have never push unnecessary products at me, theyll always tell me when something is nice to have but completely optional. Im still learning, but these guys are awesome to go to. 2nd best part: they actually have decent prices. Most nearby shops are ridiculously expensive for glass, it sucks. And they have a wide price range of products too, so if your broke af or looking to spend, you can most likely find something awesome here. Highly recommend.

This store was the BEST vape shop ive been to. Very clean, prices were very reasonable, and staff went above what they needed to! Most retail stores just try and sell you more things you dont need. Such a friendly staff! Huge selections to pick from! I first started going there when the one guy sold me my smok stick I was new to baling at the time! I asked a lot of questions and he answered every single one of them! He even showed me how to change the coil and add the juice to it and even priming it! I’m addicted to the funnel cake! Everytime I go in there the one guy knows what I’m in there for and he goes and grabs it Everytime before I even get to the counter! Always coils and my funnel cake house juice! Best vape store ever! Very in my opinion rude staff when I was new to vaping they seamed to treat me like an idiot and it wasnt appreciated I was in religiously for about 4 months had a reward card and everything the last time I went in there mind you after going in for 4 months straight I got carded.. I did not have my ID as I was carded my first couple times and never after and since I didnt have my ID the guy tells me you cant even be in here without an ID , you need to get out.

Yeah i went in and they said theyre no longer selling glass pieces and stuff in the back room and pretty much shunned me out the door immediately, weird experience shout out to cloud 9 for being weird hahaha

Every time I went in, the staff was very helpful!!!They sold me a faulty coil for my vape, which it popped off and broke my glass chamber. I went in and spoke to them about it, and they gave me a new glass and new coil. I was super happy!!!

Prices are about double for what you can get off the internet. They offer 30ml of free house juice with purchases but they still charge you $8.99 for it.Despite what you want they still push more expensive items on you.Doubt I will go back...

I lovw this vape shop.. Great prices and great selection if juice. I bought a small smok prince and it kept leaking through the breather and everytime i went in to see what they can do they were all so helpful and helped me figure out y it was leaking and found it was the coils.. The baby ones for this vapes dont always work they gave me one from a different company and hasnt leaked since.. They are all so friendly.. The only thing I need to go get now is a big baby bubble glass and so coils for my smokes 12.. Thanks for being awesome everyone there!!!
