Ive been coming for a while and have never been disappointed by the selection or the service everything is clean and friendly in this store Tone with the cool gages who walked me through the store today and Dez were working and were super helpful they did not mind me taking a long time with my purchases and even explained how different items worked and their prices very nice people superb customer service

Hands down the best smoke shop in Carlsbad they have every smoking accessory possible. Very impressive selection of heady glass pieces and electric rigs for concentrates. Friendly and helpful staff, but they are not as knowledgeable on the products they sell as they should be. I bought an e-nail, and wasn’t satisfied with the way the product functioned. If the rep who had sold me the product had accurately informed me how the product worked, I would not have purchased that product. And of course they didn’t offer me a refund, return, or exchange when I went back the same day with the product.

First time Ive been to a dispensary and Im glad I chose this one. The presentation and professionalism of the way they handle the whole situation was great. You even get to shop with them one on one in case you dont want prying ears. Dont let that make you think that if youre like me and make friends with everyone you meet that youre forced to be mono y mono though. The whole staff helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for because they all had their own little opinions about everything and when you need something to handle you a specific way having three opinions is better than one. Will definitely continue coming back to this shop. They sold me on the first go around and thats hard to do.
