I will be giving my business to these guys!! The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and very polite!! We live about 2 hours from Carson City and I wasn’t expecting to go in today but I needed a new tank for my vape and didn’t bring it with me. He didn’t want to sell me a tank that wouldn’t work so he let me take it. I told him that if it works I would come back in and pay for it!! You don’t find people like that very often!! They will be getting ALL my business!!

Nice store, good selection. Very helpful staff. Dropped my vape in the toilet, and a nice employee helped me get it working again.

Very friendly and patient service, nice selection. The sweet guy who helped us was very knowledgeable about all their products and gave us all the info and tips to make decisions that worked for my Husband and I. The owners are great and the staff are too. This place is close to our home & we love the service, will always go back. I got the cutest vape here, Ive never had oil last so long! Didnt even know about the new styles (went back to smoking for a while unfortunately) but the guy told me all about them, it was a fun experience.

Stopped by this place just because of the reviews I’ve read. They definitely are very professional and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very chill no one forces you to buy or leave. They have a little vape bar for you to relax. This place is awesome. Prices are great, selection is great as well many brands to choose from. If you’re a novice there knowledge is impeccable.

I wasnt just blown away with product selection, but they have the necessities, and a very good juice selection. I observed the young man behind the counter with a number of customers, he was very helpful, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I would have liked to see a few more of the latest mods, tanks and rdas, but they have a decent selection of tried and true products, and seem to be fairly stocked on the accessories for the tanks they have. The pricing is quite reasonable for the area as well.

Stopped in to try something different as a stop- smoking aid. The gentleman behind the counter offered a good selection and advice for what I was looking for. Ended up buying an inexpensive pod system. Staff was great and extremely helpful. His job, guys!

Awesome shop. As someone who has worked in the industry and being from out of state, this shop is top notch with great custumer service. The gentleman working was very knowledgeable very friendly and hooked it up with great deals i wish i could remember his name, he deserves a raise!!! If i could rate it higher i would.

The best vape store Ive ever experienced. I wont do business anywhere else but HERE. Great staff. Great loyalty program. Great prices. And they have a thing where you can make your own high quality custom juice from a ton of different flavors mixed however you like, at a VERY good price. Im legitimately impressed with this shop. Keep it up! Such a good vape shop.

The owner came through and remedied a little misunderstanding that happened with an employee. He made it right and so Im pulling the negative review I posted earlier and going with 5 stars. Seems customer service IS still important for some businesses.

Doesnt fully burn product, person running the counter could careless, I guess if you say it smokes different than all the sudden your product doesnt have to stand up to as advertised, lots of reviews like this

This shop was the second vape shop I visited trying to replace my shattered tank. They were so helpful in taking the time to replace the glass for me and super nice while doing it. I wish I lived in the area so I could make it my regular shop.

The lady must have been having an off day or something as she didnt seem interested in helping us as new vapers. We asked about different flavors and she just directed us to a pad that sorted by flavors or brands, which was a really cool system. She also didnt seem like she wanted to answer questions about mods leaking. The vapes we got taste yummy.

Quick in n out, seemed like the place to vape and chill since several men were sitting and tzlking about coil wraps, however they seemed to be staring at more than just wraps and the juice offered since the vapetender is extremely beautiful!

Love this place but Im 20, cant go in till next year. Thanks Federal law! The staff here are super helpful and welcoming to new users. Good selection, but they dont have everything. How could they?

Honestly, the staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable! Theyre willing to answer questions and patiently explain every detail. Their prices are quite reasonable, too, and sometimes they have cheaper stuff on clearance.

Love this place. Best vapor place in town. They really get to know you here and make you feel at home. They even remember what I get so usually its quick and easy.

Don’t go here I went to go get some juice and ask to see the menu they couldn’t show me the menu but also couldn’t tell me what they had so I asked for a flavor got juice but will never go there again! The owner and the old lady there today were so rude!

I wouldnt even give it one star but I had to in order to leave a review. The customer service was terrible to say the least. The people that work there are trashy and unprofessional. They where extremely rude so I asked to talk to the owners, turns out they where the owners. I will never go there again.
