This place used to be legit. The last year or two its gone south . Unless you dont mind some snot nose brat talking down to you. She Hardly looks for the product you want. Or she will give you the wrong one and blame it on you when you mention it. Oh but when the tip option comes up on the check out youll get a hows your day going. Carson Vape has tons of disposable vapes, juice flavors, and mods to choose from. They also have a hookahs, vaporizers, cart pens and a lot of other smoking necessities. Theyre open until 9pm which is pretty late compared to other vape shops around Carson City and Reno. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable about the products theyre selling.The iJoy disposable vape is a pretty popular choice from what Ive heard, specifically in the mint candy, peach lemon, and white gummy flavors. They have a small screen that shows the juice level and battery charge too, which sets it apart from a lot of other disposables. The battery life lasts forever and it only takes a couple minutes to charge +50%.This place also has a great rewards program compared to some of the vape shops in the area.

This vape store is the best! The guy there Day was super kind, helpful, and picked out some great flavors for me. Their prices for disposables are unmatched, can’t wait to go back!

The guy Day has no idea what hes doing.. Anytime you have a question about a product he literally says idk anything about it, while he watches the TV behind you. Hes super unprofessional and uneducated about their products. Get someone who knows the product to work there....

We have been purchasing from here for YEARS! Years before all these young kids started working here. For some reason... all of a sudden out of nowhere they accused my husband of stealing money from their tip jar. He was threatened twice by the black dude behind the counter, who left the door unlocked after he closed up. He threatened to kill my man twice. Of course after the second time my husband basically told the dude if he threatened him again there were going to be problems. what do you expect when your life is being threatened. So my husband goes back this morning to make a purchase and the banned him from the shop!? They did not bother to check the security cameras, they didnt bother to talk to him about anything. He walked in and they called the cops. We are extremely upset. And I feel my husband is owed an apology.

Ive been to other smoke shops, and none have had employees as helpful and friendly as this smoke shop. Ive always been directed to what I need (Im new to vaping!). I wont go anywhere else. BUT...for disposable vapes, hit up JM Liquor on 5th next to the juvenile court on Saliman, they have well over 100 styles and flavors.

Carson vape has everything! Decided to try an elfbar strawberry banana. I love it! The staff are very knowledgeable about the products, prices are fairly decent!

They have what you need and if you live in the area maybe they will work for you.. however, they will overcharge you and be sure 2 lock your doors.. Carson isnt as safe as it once was. the area attracts alot of vagrants be safe.

The mangers were both on duty and did an amazing job helping me find a new juice. They no longer carry Beard no.32 and hopefully they will get that back in soon. The staff was so helpful though they really did a great job of helping me find a temporary replacement for my regular stuff. I felt like they both went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you

No refund policy is not a good business practice. The manager is super unprofessional and was swearing at a customer who was sold faulty vape. No de-escalation skills at all. Go somewhere else.

Just had an awesome experience at Carson Vape! Mitch hooked us up with some juices and a new vape; they were so kind and extraordinarily patient in answering all of my questions and requests. Definitely recommend - great selection and helpful, knowledgeable staff!

Terrible vape store. Sold me a broken vape and then told me the only thing they can do is give me 10% off. Lost a customer for life. I could see if I came in the next day or something but it was literally 20 minutes after i purchased it. They know there products suck and dont care. I could tell when i bought it that they didnt even believe in their own product.

Easy to find and a huge assortment of juices. Some of the harder to find brands were available. I was just in for some juice so didnt look around much, but it did seem to be well stocked in all vape and hookahs items. Prices were a tad higher then I expected. Was greeted quickly and friendly. Quick in, quick out.

Friendly as always! The ladies that work back there are very cool ladies. They make good eye contact, remain friendly even when a little escalation happens (I witnessed a little comfrontation). All the meanwhile keeping it professional the whole time. You rock ladies!

Good customer service while buying product but bought a yocan Trio that wouldnt charge, noticed on the receipt it says all sales final, no returns so be careful what you choose if I would have seen this or known this I would have never purchased anything from them. They were nice people but you have to have some sort of return or exchange policy. You cant just sell stuff that doesnt work and leave people dead in the water. Hopefully they can change this in the future. Not a bad shop just need better after purchase support.

Very professional and have done whatever it takes to make sure they know that I am valued as a regular customer of theirs. Any time I have had an issue with a product, they have always done what they could to make sure that I am satisfied. They let you smell the vape juice to see if you like it before you buy it and are very patient, continuing to help you until you find the products you want. Their pricing is very competitive, they have great sales, and even a rewards program to reward you for being a regular customer. Highly recommended.

Always had a great experience in this shop. All the employees are very helpful and make sure I leave the store satisfied. One day I had had a pretty bad day and wanted to get some more juice. Having very particular taste in juice, which happens to be popular, it seemed they were completely out of my MG level, but Kaylin (unsure on spelling) helped me exhaust all options looking for it and she was able to find it. Even if they had been completely out I greatly appreciated the effort and kindness especially after such a day, and that’s the reason I’ll be continuing to come here whenever I need supplies.In short, great employees and environment with good selection.

I have to say this place used to be the best. Then mo left.Ive asked multiple times for specific juices to be ordered I like custard flavors I dont like menthol flavors at all and with that said I am a good customer I buy 4 to 5 bottles of juices 4 to 5 coils every two weeks and spend roughly 120-150 dollars every two weeks. I also prefer rebuildablesAt one point I was told no on the grounds they would have to order a bunch extra but with the amount I order this shouldnt be a problem.Let me explainslowly but surely theyve begun weeding out bigger bottle of juices in favor of disposables. Every time I go in there are less and less actual juices and more and more pods and disposable juices which you can buy at any gas station for half the price. Listen I get it youre pandering to a slightly younger crowd but at the same time a you shouldnt push out people who are your best customers.Unfortunately this means Ill be continuing my search for a vape shop more suited for my specific taste.Now why 2 stars instead of 1This shop still has a great selection of coils that are harder to find and not for smok tanks which have terrible qc this provides a service even if its the only one they currently provide.

Literally closed one hour early from posted hours. Worker and her boyfriend were just hanging out and refused to serve me. Boyfriend rushed to lock the door. This was at 8:55pm I literally just needed one thing and I knew exactly were it was. Unacceptable. Will take me and my family’s business here elsewhere.

Carson vape and hookah is absolutely hands down the best vape supply store in carson and surrounding areas. Great deals and awesome customer service and support.

Its always best to buy online because its way cheaper. But if youre in a pinch this place is reasonably priced with a good selection.

Nice place but the customer service and knowledge needs help. Every time I have went in there the person behind the counter sells me a CBD oil that is very harsh and/or convince me into a flavored oil. I’ve told them I do not like flavored oils. That say they’re always out of what I’m requiring about. Yeah the price is good, but what good is it sitting in my drawer at home. Such a waste. Guess I’ll just go to the other place in town where the knowledge is 100%.. and so is the product

I wanted to like this place but their customer service is the worst.I was ignored and never acknowledged so I walked out.There are way too many shops to take my business to, never again.

I stopped going here for a while because of poor service but I gave this place another shot last night and was blessed with the sweetest vape clerk named Angela! She was so patient with all my questions about disposable vapes and was all you could wish for when needing help with vape supplies!

Love this place! I always go in with a million questions and they are able to answer every single one of them and help me to make a smart purchase as to what I am looking for. Highly recommend!

Sucks they sell you the wrong stuff and dont refund or trade all sales are finally even if they where in the wrong.

The staff is very nice and always helpful. The stock of ejuice this store has is enormous! All the staff is pretty knowledgeable about the flavors. I also think thier rewards program is the best in town. They missed out on 5 stars only because they frequently run out of 3mg nicotine in the more popular flavors.

Never once had a bad experience here. A TON of options on liquid and great service! Discounts and a rewards program are great too. This is the only store I go to. They even answer my questions by phone and in store.

I called last night, 7/2/2020, and was told at first that they dont have the coils that I need for my vape. After I prompted them to look it up on Google I was told that they did carry them. Before going there today, 7/3/2020, I called again, to verify, and they said they dont have them. Neither gal seemed to really know what is in their inventory, as they both said, I dont think so. Even though they sell SMOK products, neither one had heard of the SMOK M17 and had to be promoted to just type it into Google. Both used the phrase, I dont think so. If you dont know something, ASK!!!I wouldnt give any star at all, but it wouldnt let me post my comment unless I selected at least one...

MOE ROCKS! I actually went next door to buy smokes and decided to stop in the Vape shop. So I Went in and bought a entire new setup. By far the best prices ive seen. Set me up with a, Box Mod with tank, RDA, 4 batteries, coil making kit, 5 bottles of juice, kanthal and extra tank coils. They know a lot, have a HUGE selection of juice and hooked me up with a great deal. I am so glad I decided to stop in today. I highly recommend this place. I live in Caldwell Idaho but I was born and raised in Carson City. When I first went to the vapor store I was shocked amazed and excited with everything that I saw in there different mods different rtas rdas tanks things that Ive never seen but only online. I give this store three thumbs up they have amazing juice lines amazing customer service and Im just amazed at the store its awesome keep it going and hope to see you when I come back

AMAZING! Best and largest selection of vape and vape products Ive seen under one roof. Customer service was beyond excellent. They really do try to sell. But in a friendly way and with deals so good you just cant say no.

I bought great products but he sold me the wrong coils even though I had a conversation with him to specify what tank I had. Id say to actually know what products youre selling to your customers.

I walked in with a problem i couldnt quite figure out going on with my vape. The girls their were very helpful and pointed me in the right direction and got me some juice. Thanks will come back.

Bought a Smok mod and tank from the owner who swore they were the best on the market and gave me a hell of a deal. (Price was actually lower than the wholesale cost which should have raised red flags).Within a week, the mod started leaking bad. I replaced the tank with a different brand and it too started leaking. (neither tank leaks on my old mod) Took it back and was told its normal, turn up the voltage.After a few months the USB port pushed in and broke. A week later the pin that holds the battery tray in snapped off.After reading up I contacted SMOK who told me to give them the code on the outer sticker on the box which is on all official SMOK products, but there was no sticker on mine. After more talking it was discovered that the mod wasnt a real SMOK mod but a cheap knockoff and that the price that it was sold to me was well below what they sell it to stores for. After further checking it seems this shop has had more than a few reports for selling fake SMOK mods.Went to another store in town, bought a new mod and no more leaking from either of the tanks. Wont do business with this store again.

Unfortunately after 3 years of going to this shop for vape juice I can no longer get the juice I like and they will not order it. I get excuses why they cant get it. Ill be looking for a new vape shop where I will not be wasting money on juice I dont want.
