I recently got to visit Diamond Vape when my brother and I were done shopping. Lots of great selections available. The gentleman running the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products he had in the shop. Prices were reasonable and will definitely come back when we visit again!

I love this little shop. The owner is so helpful, if he doesnt have what youre looking for in stocks he will go out of his way to get it for you. Super friendly and accommodating. Plus, his prices are great. I went to another shop in Sacramento and they wanted almost double the price for my vape pen cartridge refills. Now I wont go anywhere else but Diamond Vape.

I was one of his very first customers and it will be the last time I visit the store. Not sure why the owner has a bad attitude towards customers. I purchase many batteries in the past and I got a bad one last month. It failed within a month and the owner told me there is nothing he can do. I thought he would simply swap it out to keep a customer. Not! I mentioned going to another store and he yelled, “good and don’t come back”.Shop somewhere else that appreciates long time customers.

Any vape that I have gotten here has auto fired the second I take it out of the box and then after bringing it back to them and showing that it was broken they offered no refund or a replacement for it
