If you’re looking for a good massage that leaves your body feeling relaxed, then this could be the place for you! Couples massage with my husband went great. It gets the job done.If you don’t like a more rough massage and care more about a calm relaxing aesthetic, then don’t come here, go to a higher priced spa for sure. But a last minute get the job done, this is a great place.

I thought I would try and give these people a chance to redeem themselves after my horrible massage last time. When I walked in the door and asked, she was so darn rude to me that all I could do was walk back out the door. it’s fine if you were in the middle of a massage, but don’t put your head down on the desk and talk to me rudely because I asked the simple question of if you had any time for a massage today. She probably did me a favor.

Very nice place very professional! These people are not rude like other reviews have said, they are direct, seems to be their culture. Relaxing music. She rubbed me perfectly, not to hard not to soft. Very nice and professional lady very authentic experience. Good price! Ill be back!!

The whole thing was just bad. I saw other reviews talking about the woman coughing….i got a couples massage and i honestly think she was coughing up mucus during the massage. I also paid for 1 hour and got 45 minutes out of it. IT WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL.

By far, the worse experience I’ve ever had. Massage is not 60 minutes as stated. This is a very unprofessional place and the demand for a tip is intolerable. The lady did not let us go in til we gave a tip. I was left with bruises on my back. I would give this place 0 stars. This place must be shut down immediately!

I dont recommend to anyone! When i left the tip the lady complained about the amount. Then as i was leaving, she said i should go somewhere else next time! Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. 30 mins massage was more like 20 mins.

If you like it rough and tough this is the place. I love deep tissue massages but this was just rough. Also if you like being asked plenty of questions the whole time this is your lady. I prefer relaxing with ambience music. No interrogations. There is a $3 card fee. I paid for an hour and she charged for the service and tip before for the massage. She said she didn’t do that so I paid for 1 hour I got about 45 minutes. She also has a cough but said it was allergies. Not the best. I won’t come again

People!!! I am telling you never come here! The lady in front desk was so unprofessional, keep coughing while doing massage and I paid for 45 mins but I swear she did only 30 mins massage and just rubbing with no relaxation and deep pressure!! Very rude and complaining about tips! I cant believe this place. Waste of money!

Best massage place I’ve gone too. Was super relaxed after, considering I have a very stressful job. The conversation was also great and every need was attended to. I have bad knees to include my joints and back but the lady working there really did a good job. I hope to go back soon.

Booked a massage online for 9 am when google and the hours on the door say thats when they open. Thank the lord they dont charge until after your appointment because they never opened and I got there just after 9. I even decided to wait an extra 10 minutes and still nothing.

I came here with a friend to check it out. Had heard good things. I got the same lady people have said has a cough, oddly enough she still has it. I’ve had several massages in various countries, this was the worst. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing at all. I left worse than I walked in. She kept walking in and out, didn’t get the whole 60 minutes I paid for either. Then at the end she forced us to leave a tip.

Said I never got a massage before, didnt know what to do. Said she understood that but was frustrated and rude to me, something was up with her. She was coughing the whole time, not sure if it was because of the oils and if they had a strong scent or not. I felt kind of bad cause she seemed distracted. Probably shouldnt be working until the recover. Needless to say my first experience wasnt all that pleasant. Im not sure if the massage was good to be honest, it was sort of nice at times, but I didnt feel very relaxed at the end. If I get a massage at another place Ill update the view with the perceived quality of this one. Needless to say I felt like I wasted 40 dollars. Maybe my personality doesnt mesh well with these service only no talk types of Asian places.

I had called asking for a chair massage, which the woman told me she had. They don’t. I wanted a neck and shoulder rub. It was an OK massage. I feel like she didnt know much to do and only focused on one side of my neck. She was very nice, however, and chatted with me a little towards the end.$40 for 30 minutes, with a $3 charge for using a credit card.

They are so unprofessional. They don’t really do the 60 minutes it was about 24 minutes massage and really rude customer service. Plus they don’t massage you good. Don’t recommend it even to my worse enemy.

Unbelievable massage person commented on her tip amount really a tip is a tip! room was cold, used hot rocks only for a quick run down after I stated several times it was cold she said she was hot ...Wow Ill never be back here again

This establishment is very clean and welcoming, I choose the deep tissue massage, I came in with shoulder and lower back pain. The masseuse was very professional and also was friendly and fun to be with. I would tell all my friends to come here and enjoy the best message in Carson City

I went to massage here a few days ago. The masseur was very Nice people , she gave me a deep massage in place. He also gave me hot stones on my back. The environment here is clean and comfortable. I enjoy traditional Chinese medical massage. I will come again next time.April /27 / 2019

What a rip off. They charge an extra $3 to use debit or credit, but do not tell you this when they book your appointment. Then they want you to pay PRIOR to receiving the massage. Walked out & wont be back.

Almost everything was awful. The $60 hour massage price was upped to the $70 deep tissue price when I mentioned back pain from a long drive. Would have been OK if the masseuse actually knew anything about massage and the human body.She had a loud, flemy, persistent cough (allergies she told me when I expressed alarm); lacked focus and jumped around from body part to body part seemingly at random; ignored spots (massaged one arm, but not the other), did about 1/2 the massage 1-handed; left the room 4-5 times for up to 5 minutes (once to use the toilet?); and ended the massage at 55 minutes.Since Ive had over 100 massages in 5+ countries I know a good one from a bad one. This was simply a bad one from someone with a horrible cough. Ick!
