Owner is a good guy been going here for a long time.Recently this new biggerlady got hired and this place has gone downhill very quickly.Don’t waste your time going into this placeAlso she has the most pissy attitude ever, perfect example of if you don’t want to work somewhere you shouldn’t!I’ve taken my business to Trophy’s down the street and can say i am much happier with the experience.Highly recommend the other smoke shops in town avoid this place.

The only good worker here is the owner and his family when they occasionally came in.The new lady is too lazy to get up and pick up the phone, too lazy to double check if products are out of stock before saying they are and is rude and unpleasant.Haven’t gone to this smoke shop in 3 months specifically because of her, hopefully she loses her job soon so i can delete my review. But until then this place deserves 0 stars.Don’t waste your time or bother going into this place, you’ll end up going somewhere else anyways.

Came by early Sunday evening. Was greeted and assisted by the gentleman working at the counter. He had great customer service and was very helpful. From snacks to novelties, I was able to find what I was looking for with ease. Definitely better customer etiquette than other places I’ve been to.

Visited this location while on a business trip to the area. There are several smoke shops in Castro Valley, but this one was by far the best. Customer service was excellent and store has a variety of products to include clothing and accessories available for purchase. I recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

Great customer service and the owner, Diab is very pleasant l. They carry snacks, limited clothing but enough to put an outfit together. Many other assorted smoke shop items for a reasonable price. I highly recommend.

Terrible humidor for cigars. This place should stick to Swisher sweets and black and milds. Nothing worth the price offered in any of the cigars and very lackluster customer service.Do yourself a favor and take the trip to Danville cigars.For a better selection and a nice lounge

Owner is super nice and helpful!! If you like incents this is your one stop shop! He has the SUPER LONG new ones that lasts for hours!! Hes open later than most to accommodate the working folks. Go see him!! 😛

Beyond glad to discover this location, conveniently close to me & the new staff is a plus, was greeted from the door, purchased the rolling paper that I was searching for & was persuaded to try & purchase other products that I have not seen before. Thank you for your friendliness you’ve made a new friend.

Over priced and would not sell to me unless I took off my mask during a pandemic after checking my ID to buy raw rolling papers will definitely not be back and will inform my friends and family not to shop here.
