Got lucky to book a massage with my girlfriend and we had a great time. Leslie and Elvira both made our first massage experience one to remember. We will definitely come back, we left feeling brand new, refreshed and overall amazing. We got the 80 min session with hot stones and aroma therapy and would recommend it to everyone. Also this place by fair had the best customer service, we called at least 8 other places and this is the one we felt most cared for. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer.

We booked a spa day in Charleston months in advance, but along came tropical storm Debby and the spa was closed. We were staying near Zendulgence, and left a message late one evening as a last ditch effort to have a spa day the next day. We received a call from the owner first thing in the morning and a few hours later not 1, but 2 therapists arrive to provide massages for the 4 ladies in our group. Elvira and Maurice were prompt and attentive to our individual requests. Highly recommend them and hope to see them on our next trip to SC.

Although Im usually not the biggest fan of massages, this time was a delightful exception. Danielle, the owner, was absolutely amazing. My daughter booked me a massage for a birthday present. I had Leslie and will say she was good at her job but I did not appreciate how distracted she was by paying so much attention to her cell phone. When she was actually conducting the massage I was pleased but she stopped too often to tend to her phone. Will not ask my daughter not to book me here again due to this unprofessional and disappointing experience

They were able to get me in for a last minute (next day) massage appointment and were very professional and kind during the scheduling process. Since it was at the end of a truly awful week, I am so grateful for that. My only hesitation to 5 stars is that my masseuse did not seem very friendly. I couldn’t get a smile out of her and in all honesty, she seemed annoyed that I was there in the first place. However, none of us can be in a great mood all the time so maybe she was just having a bad day. That being said, she gave one hell of a massage- great pressure, added stretching, very thorough. Thank you for making the time for me to get some much needed relaxation time.

We hosted a womens retreat recently and had Zendulgence folks come out to our retreat space twice and both times, we had a phenomenal experience. Sara, Leslie, Elvira and Maurice were all on time, professional, kind and talented. I would highly recommend them for a group event or for you as an individual.

From beginning to end, the booking, location and massage experience was top tier. Zendulgence provides a plethora of services (all legit) for both in spa or mobile. I specifically had the masseuse Elvira and she was phenomenal from her energy as soon as I met her to the very skill and knowledge of her profession. I am STILL relaxed well after receiving the massage which is quite rare for me. 6 out of 5 stars from me!

My girlfriend and I came here and it was an amazing time. From the drive up until we left they were attentive, friendly and were all about giving us the best experience. I would and will most definitely be referring other to . Also, just a side note, the inside is decorated so nicely I immediately felt so peaceful and comfortable. They have calming music, the smell of oils, the offer of tea, the zen-like decor. All and all it was just awesome here. Infinity stars!!!P.S - I personally had Lindsay here and she was incredible. She was very professional and you can tell she is a master of her craft. She loosened up spots on my back that have hurt for years and even today I feel so much better. I will definitely be coming back and seeing Lindsay again soon and regularly. Thank you Lindsay!!!

Danielle was amazing!! I booked a facial with her the other day and she was so kind. She offered me TONS of helpful advice to get my skin to where I wanted it to be. Shes super knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend booking with her. The spa is super clean and cozy as well :)

Excellent service and professional, they came to my business Kempton of Charleston to do chair massages for Nurses Week and CNA week the staff loved it and felt so relaxed afterwards. We’ve already booked them again for another session in June.

I booked an appointment to have much needed massage therapy and cupping done. My provider Leslie was amazing not only did she use an awesome massage technique She knew exactly where I was feeling pain her cupping technique was awesome I like how she move the suction cup over parts of my body and then let them sit for a while. She also did some stretching with my legs that I didnt even know was an issue until we started stretching them and it felt awesome. Definitely recommend giving her a visit.

I had my first experience here and facial and will definitely be going back!! I was impressed with all of the steps that were in the anti aging facial. Danielle was also extremely knowledgeable and kind. Everything was very clean and relaxing. Really can’t wait to go back :)

By far the best massage I have ever had. I love a good massage and unfortunately I live 4 hours away from this place. However we love Charleston and we visit often. With that being said Zendulgence will also be a place we continue to visit. My massage with Louise was perfection and well worth the trip. 💕

My husband and I each had individual massages with Sara while staying at the Pinch Hotel in Charleston. He has had very few massages in his life and came back to our room wowd by Saras therapeutic massage! I had the Himalayan Salt massage and it was heavenly! It was super easy to book through the Pinch concierge and so convenient that Zendulgence has a spot on site at the hotel. We would do this again when we return to Charleston and most definitely ask for Sara!

Wasn’t all that impressed with this place. I really had in mind that my friend and I were going to have some what of a spa day when we booked both massages with hand , foot and scalp treatment add ons as well as pedicures. The massage was OK it wasn’t one of the best i’ve had. The hand , foot and scalp treatment were basically just warming mits and socks for hands and feet and oil being ran through your hair, basically this should have come with the massage, they weren’t much of an add on service at all. The part that really has me upset is, the pedicure. Firstly this place is so small and they do the pedicures basically right where you walk in, in what seems like a rolling office/desk chair over a glass bowl, there isn’t even running water nearby? The polish selection was small and seemed like old polish. They did not tell me I couldn’t have gel polish on my toes , so needles to say they had no way to remove it . Although I have had salons remove it without tools, the massage therapist even said to the woman who was supposed to be doing my pedicure that she could soak it off with aluminum foil and cotton balls , the woman’s response was “ What do you want me to do , run to the store” and an eye roll. My friend had also messed up her toe and the woman had a major attitude about fixing it. She said right in front of me “ well I was planning to leave after this” with another eye roll. What do you expect when you do a pedicure with regular polish before you give someone a massage? How do you keep your toes from smudging ??? Then they skipped the add on foot treatment for my friend because her toes were wet, but still charged her for it! It all felt really rushed and so disorganized to begin with so clearly not the spa day we had been looking forward to. To make matters worse they also had the audacity to charge us $25 for a missed appointment fee because THEY were unable to provide me with a service I showed up for! After all the money we spent and tipping generously still , even though I did not even get a pedicure and had to drive over to marshalls to shop and occupy myself while my friend got a massage because there was nothing else for me to do at this “spa” while waiting for her 🙄 Totally disappointed and would never return. Overall just did not care for the vibe of this place on top of the shady charges to our account for a service they did not perform and a MISSED appointment ? Insane!

Elvira did an amazing deep tissue massage. She hit all the spots that were feeling sore and paid attention to all my concerns.

Highly recommend! Danielle was kind, professional, and listened to my needs. She did a fabulous job and the facial was so relaxing. I especially love how many extras were incorporated into the facial- hand treatment, upper body massage, hot stones for the feet- amazing!!!

My mother-in-law and I were visiting Charleston for a week and I surprised us with massages after spending so many hours driving down from Pennsylvania. I am so happy we found Zendulgence!!!! The 80-minute therapeutic massage was one of the best I have ever had!! Louise worked out every sore muscle I had in my back and was so sweet and nice. The eucalyptus essential oils was such a great touch too. It was hard to peel myself off the massage table/bed when it was over because I was so relaxed! My mother-in-law has not stopped raving about Danielle and how relaxed she was after her massage. I think her actual quote was, “I feel like I’m walking on clouds!!” We also loved the lavender and chamomile tea they gave us after our massages. A+++ For Danielle and Louise for the fantastic service.They have a mobile service too, but we don’t think they come all the way up to PA ;) I will absolutely be booking another service with Zendulgence when I come back to the area. I highly recommend this local hidden gem!

Louise is a great masseuse!! She gave me a deep tissue massage. She has great massage skills and uses just the right pressure. Shes professional and really wants you to have a great experience!!

What a wonderful experience for my daughter & her bridesmaids! They were staying at a local Airbnb in Charleston for her bachelorette weekend and I decided to treat them to a surprise spa day. They loved it!! The girls all enjoyed their massages and my daughter especially loved her facial! The “mobile” feature worked perfectly since Danielle and Deonte bring all of their equipment to you… Extremely convenient! They were so professional and accommodating with scheduling! I spent a long weekend on Kiawah with friends and was looking for massage therapists that would travel to our house. I am so happy we found Zendulgence! Danielle was super easy to coordinate with and was very communicative, and we absolutely loved our massages with she and Latora. Definitely would recommend!

I had a massage with Emily on Saturday. I have to admit honestly that I was under impressed. Maybe a personality conflict, however I personally found Emily to be rather distant and non personable. The massage itself was average and the room was cold though the massage table was warm. Even though the massage wasn’t that great in my opinion, I still tipped generously out of respect for service. In the future I would not choose that particular massage therapist again.

This is an amazing spa and very relaxing! Let me first start off by saying Danielle called me back to say she rescheduled one of her regular clients just to fit my husband and I in at the same time for a couples massage. We were in town to celebrate our anniversary and that spoke loud volumes of the character of their staff. Maurice is the Best massage therapist ever!! He was very professional, a good communicator and attentive to my needs. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I had an amazing facial with Mariana today. As a fellow esthetician I highly recommend her! She gives one of the best facial massages I’ve ever had. Also, instead of leaving you just sitting there during the mask she massages your back. My skin looks very refreshed and isn’t red from the extractions.

I had a 90 min massage with Latora and it was fantastic! I booked the appointment a few weeks in advance (maybe about a month or so) through my hotel where I was staying. I’ve never had an in-room massage appointment before, but Latora had everything to make it a pleasant experience and it didn’t feel awkward at all. She was early for the appointment, communicative, and my massage was super relaxing. I even dozed off, which is rare but makes me so happy when it happens! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a spa service with Zendulgence.

Had a great experience at Zendulgence this past weekend with my mom, sister, and one of my bridesmaids before my upcoming wedding. We each enjoyed facials and massages and had a great time relaxing by the pool! Danielle, Katie, and Juliana were all fantastic and I would highly recommend their services. Hope to make it back the next time were in Charleston!

Itd been a while since I had gotten a massage and she was very helpful and professional and made me feel comfortable. Superb massages! Bethany and Cindy were very professional, polite, kind, caring, nice people. Bethany focused on my wifes shoulders because she was able to tell thats where her discomfort was coming from and my wife slept better that night than she had in a while! Cindy did a great job on me, she seemed to find all the knots in my shoulders and calves, even ones I didnt know I had!

Lissa is a wonderful massage therapist, a terrific listener, and a professional in her field. The Salon and Spa was clean and intimate with lavender water and a smile to greet you. The room was comfortable and tidy with relaxing music playing. I recommend this spa and Lissa for a massage session. I chose to add aromatherapy essential oils to my 50 minute massage. Lissa worked on my entire body and focused on the areas I had mentioned in our consult beforehand. I left feeling open, relaxed and rejuvenated. Will return on my next layover in Charleston! Much appreciation and peace.

My cousin and I are visiting Charleston for the weekend and found it’s very difficult to book massages online and to find a place open on Sunday. But we came across Zendulgence and found it had great reviews so we decided to try it out. I very much appreciate the flexible hours and online booking! My therapist Rebecca was amazing! I was so relaxed I definitely caught myself snoring a few times. Highly recommend her for a deep tissue.

This place is amazing. Danielle did my facial and maurice did my massage. Both were extremely professional, fun, and are amazing at what they do. They really took care of me, made sure the whole experience was enjoyable and I was comfortable. The place is small and tucked away which is even better for me, its more personable. They fit us into their schedule with only 24 hours notice, arrived on time, and set up an extremely calming atmosphere in our room. Our therapists did a wonderful job and we both felt extraordinary after they were done. I would recommend Zendulgence to anyone visiting the Charleston area; its my understanding that they will do in-room visits to almost any hotel in the area.

Danielle was great coordinating the mobile massage at our Sullivans beach house for my mother on Mothers day. Joseph is always fantastic, as well! He was on time, prepared, and flexible enough to work on the upstairs porch. My mother said he was great and the massage was wonderful!

Probably the best facial and massage Ive had in Charleston. Kara gave me an all around amazing facial and had a few techniques that improve lymphatic drainage which had immediate results. Deonte is a wonderful massage therapist and asked questions beforehand that I think really improved my overall massage. (Kara was thorough too and asked great questions) Ive been to Woodhouse (both locations) and the spa at Belmond Hotel, and I consider this my new go-to.

Amazing service! Sometimes spas can be a bit intimidating, Zendgence is not one of those places! I felt extremely comfortable and every step was communicated well. We are visiting Kiawah Island on vacation. We scheduled a mommy-daughter Mobile massage and it was great! Joseph and Leslie were both amazing! The business was responsive, prompt and flexible. ThI highly recommend them and will use them again next time I am in town.

What a treat to have such talented professionals come to the hotel. After a long drive to Charleston my hubby and I enjoyed a 60 minute reflexology session. Jordan C did a great job for me and Tiffany was great too. Will definitely use the mobile service again when in town.

Therapist didnt show or call. When we called to get a refund, my bf who had made and paid for the appointment was harassed by phone staff because he paid for it on his credit card but the massage was for me. What differnce that makes I do not understand. I have health issues and need my massages routinely. We were not even offered any discount for future services or APOLOGY, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I had an amazing massage with Joseph last Saturday. I was a total challenge with stress tension and tight muscles from doing two workouts a day for 3 months and training for a 50 mile charity walk. He was willing to take a little extra time to make sure he worked out all of my knots. I like that he emphasizes on healing. I cant wait to go back!

The entire staff at Zendulgence is great! Very skilled and extremely professional. Ive had massages from 3 different therapists and theyve all been great! Ive been to zendulgence for massages, facials, waxing, and pedicures- all have fabulous! The small spa is quaint and cute; really easy to get to right behind kohls in West Ashley. When friends or family ask me where to go for services, I always send them to zendulgence. Definitely 5 stars worthy!!

I am the newest fan of Zendulgence Salon in Charleston, South Carolina. I am a traveling nurse who was very much in need of an intensive massage session. I recently had a bad experience with another therapist who I found on-line, and as a person not familiar with the resources of the area, I was at a disadvantage.When I called Zendulgence, I was scheduled for an appointment that very day, within hours of my initial call!The therapist who responded to my appointment was Patricia Markley, LMT. I have received many massages in my life, and Patricia was by far one of the best. This was one of the most intensive and stress relieving massages ever! She provided everything from a therapeutic environment to post-massage education, which included ways in which I could exercise to prevent excessive stress build-up between massages.In my opinion, Zendulgence surpasses five stars! I will definitely call on them again!

One of the best massages I’ve had! Danielle knows what she’s doing for sure! Great pressure and technique. Very accommodating and in a nice setting in an apartment building rental space. Can’t wait to come back.

Maurice is the man! I felt like a new person after my massage. I felt relaxed and he did a great job communicating with me. He was easy to talk to and he addressed all of my problem areas. I would 10/10 recommend.

I contacted this spa to inquire about mobile services for my best friends birthday. However, we wanted to support a local, black owned business. I asked the owner if this business was black owned and told her I wasnt from the area. She gave me the name of a black-owned spa and provided rave reviews about said spa owner. Now, THAT is a true businesswoman! She was completely unafraid to provide the contact of another spa even in the midst of a pandemic. Your professionalism and kindness are unmatched, Danielle!

Holy moly I am cured. I just saw Katie for a birthday massage that my husband surprised me with. Both my right and left arms have had almost no range of motion for months now. Ive been to the hospital for tension headaches turned to migraines, Ive had constant back, shoulder and neck pain for months and Katie worked it all out in 60 minutes. I practiced massage therapy in Florida for 6 years and have not had a real massage in over a year, but I can honestly say this is the best massage Ive ever received!

It was my first massage but it won’t be my last. Maurice was amazing, I left feeling so relaxed. I also didn’t want the massage to end lol. Definitely check them out it’s wonderful!

I just had my 2nd massage at this place & I Loved it! The staff is professional & skilled. The first time I went a month ago I had a stiff neck- fixed- this time I tweaked my lower back at wk- fixed! And I received a locals discount too.

Literally called to book 3 massages with this person and regardless of seeing reviews being bad i was willing to try it out. The customer service or lack there of was horrible. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITH ANY company who does not try to give great customer service to new or old clients. Being a business owner I could not believe the way I was treated over the phone and brushed off to check online and the short answers by the person over the phone. WORST!

Whoever was driving the white Genesis from Glenn McConnell pkwy onto 526 today (11-27-19) at approximately 11:45 should their license taken away. The car is plastered with the business logo, information, and the plate even reads the company name without the vowels. He/she was looking down at a phone while driving centered over the white line, then looked up to try and continue driving down the center line between two converging lanes of traffic nearly rearending my family, side swiping an SUV; just to cross over onto 526 and begin weaving in between cars! If I hadnt been without my phone at the time I would have called the police to track this maniac down. Ive never heard of this company before today and if the employee or owner drives with such little regard for human life, Ill make sure to never look past this incident. Absolutely abhorrent.

We paid for an hour massage and they cut the massage 30 minutes short with no explanation. Very disappointed in the service and very disappointed we were charged full price. Unfortunately would not recommend!
