The staff and facilities were all very nice. They explained all of the services I tried. I got a coupon last winter and used it for some leg massage therapy, sauna and cryo , a facial.

This was my first time here and it was absolutely delightful. Carrie was attentive to my troubled area as well as other areas. I literally felt like I was levitating at one point. Once walking in the building, you felt relaxed. Everyone was inviting and pleasant. Thank you Carrie for the excellent service.

First time at Cryotherapy & Medspa and I had an incredible experience. I did the Fire & Ice with Leg Therapy and it was 1 hour of bliss. I did this through ClassPass however I am going to buy a package because of the benefits of the Infrared Red Sauna, his exclusive Cryopod and the Leg therapy. He even had eucalyptus cool towels and a lot of cold water in a fridge in the sauna room which I really appreciated. Carrie was great with me in the Cryopod and would give me how much time I had left during the session. There are additional services that he offers and I am interested in like the foot detox, variety of facials, laser treatments for sun spots and so much more.Greg, the owner, is very knowledgeable in all of the services he has to offer. He took the time to sit with me and answer all of my questions. Never once did he try and push me to buy a package or any additional treatments. Looking forward to being a regular here!

My very first impression was speaking with Greg the owner who has been nothing but accommodating and informative.After receiving an IV drop, infrared sauna and cryotherapy, finish by leg compression I am in heaven! The facility is immaculate and the staff is extremely professional. Great place for everyone needing some TLC!!! I’m becoming a member today!

First off, I suffer from intense neck, upper shoulder & lower back pain. This is my first time trying cryotherapy. The Infrared sauna helped loosen me up while the cryopod cooled me down, & then right back to my regular body temperature. Next I made sure to take advantage of the 30 min. leg compressions.I do not feel as tense as I did when walking in & a sense of calm has taken over my body. Greg was great with informing me about the benefits of cryotherapy & staying consistent with it! I will definitely be making this an ongoing visit & can’t wait to take advantage of the massages as well!

Excellent experience! Staff is experienced and professional. Spa is spotless and fully equipped. You can try lots of new things to see what is most beneficial without any pressure. A great place for relaxation and self care. Easy to get to and plenty of parking.

This was the best spa experience Ive had in Charleston! Carrie was amazing with her massage technique and I felt so relaxed and stress free after my services with her! Absolutely love and adore this facility and the staff. Both the cryotherapy and normatec have immensely helped with my Multiple Sclerosis symptoms when they arise. Symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, inflammation, muscle aches, circulation, and when these are relieved by cryotherapy, I have found that there are more joy and happiness in my days. I highly suggest these guys! Love that they are now in West Ashley too.

Had the sampler deal purchased for me for my birthday, so far Ive been twice. First time was the facial and then the Fire & Ice combo plus leg compression therapy and both experiences have been amazing. Its an incredibly relaxing atmosphere, everyone is so nice and welcoming! Went in for the fire, ice, and leg compression treatment due to a recent injury to my calf muscle. The treatments felt amazing, and I left with less swelling and more mobility. Greg was great at explaining everything to me and working around my injury, will be going back for more!

If I could give a 10 star I would. I see Julie for lashes and she never fails to do an amazing job. She listens to what I want done and truly cares about her craft. I am OBBESSED with the beam light method she does to adhere the lashes. Super light feeling, I honestly forget I have lashes on! I’m able to manage working, mom duties, going to the gym without any issues! Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at the med spa in West Ashley. I was offered a promotional for the “fire and ice” therapy. I am so happy I took advantage of it and will definitely be booking another appointment for myself and will be telling as many people as I can to do so as well! You truly feel incredible after the combination and there are so many health benefits. I also did a leg compression session which felt incredible as someone who is one their feet all day. The girls who get it, get it.

Got into a car accident on the way to my massage and tried to reschedule and they said I completely lost the massage. $60 down the drain. Will not be coming back.

I had a wonderful Swedish massage this morning. I had knots in my shoulders and Carrie was able to put pressure on them to alleviate the tightness. I was so lucky to be able to get an appointment. I hope to join their member club because I plan on getting frequent massages going forward. So relalxing!!!

My husband and I have been going here for the past few months and wow what a difference it has made! I am currently 7 months pregnant and dealing with lots of painful leg & ankle swelling and can not recommend the compression therapy enough! It is the only thing that has given me relief. When I arrived here today I felt very welcomed. Greg greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, and told me everything I could ever want to know about Cryotherapy.I was nervous to try it out, but everyone made me feel comfortable. The experience was cold, but they had everything I needed to keep my main body parts warm.I recommend this practice to anyone that wants to try out cryotherapy. I will definitely be back and I feel skinnier already!

There is only one star because leaving zero stars was not an option.Scheduled an appointment for a couples massage. An hour before our appointment the first time, we were told that one of the therapists had covid. We understood and rescheduled. We had an appointment today and received another call one hour before our appointment stating that one of the therapists is out because of her back. Seriously??? I would not recommend you waste your time booking an appointment here because they will not provide their services. Very disappointed!!.

My daughter and I purchased promo coupons back in October that expired at the end of April, I called the week before it expired and Greg the owner answered and he was the most accommodating person I have ever talked to, he explained everything in detail that we would be getting done and scheduled us so that we could do it all in one day together, my daughter would get the facial while I got the toning then swap, lol. He was fantastic and so knowledgeable. Kristi did Cryo Toning and she was so awesome, we talked about several things while she did it and I did tell her from the beginning that I am ticklish and so talking helped keep me distracted so I didnt jump off the table, I had a main concern about an area near my hips and so she said she could focus on that if I would like, I can honestly tell you that 2 days later I can see a difference in that area and I lost a pound and Greg did tell us that we would pee it out the fat lol and I feel like thats exactly what happened. The next step was getting the facial and dermaplaning, I have never in my life had anything like that done, it was fabulous and relaxing and the products Merit used were amazing, she even waxed my eyebrows and it didnt even hurt. After everything was done, I got up and looked in the mirror and asked if the mirror was rigged because my face looked so vibrant and smooth, sounds ridiculous but I kept turning around and looking again because I have never seen my face look so great and healthy. After that I went to Cryotherapy room where my daughter was all ready at, Kristi assisted us with that, my daughter and I were like two little kids in an igloo, I loved it, we spent 2 minutes each in it and yes, it is cold but felt great. Last step we went to the massage chairs with the Normatec Compression Therapy, and we actually sat there quietly because we were both so relaxed. I am writing this review and it has been two days since the visit and I have not had any sugar or caffeine and I fight fatigue regularly from fibromyalgia and Hypothyroidism and even 3 days later I still feel energetic. I also was having issues with swelling in my knees and pain and that has been gone since I visited Cryotherapy and Spa. I honestly did not expect the full service like we received since we were there on a promo coupon, but we were treated fabulous, and they didnt skimp on anything. My daughter and I were there for nearly 3 hours getting pampered, I live in Summerville and it took us so long to finally schedule the appointment because we didnt want to drive all the way to Mount Pleasant but let me tell you that it is so worth the drive, I cant wait to go back.Thank you Greg, Kristi and Merit for treating us so well and rejuvenating us.

My Mother-in-law and I visited Charlston from Texas and found this place on Groupon and decided to get a massage and facial there. Ive had MANY massages and quite a few facials in my life but NONE have been as awesome as this. I dont say that lightly Im very picky. The owner was very friendly, knowledgeable and fit us in in the time we had available on our trip. We also did the cryotherapy and I think that helped a ton to give us more energy to explore the city the next day. The products used for the facial were made by the aesthetician and are non-toxic and natural ingredients which I loved and I can really tell the difference in the way my skin feels and the way my makeup went on today! If youre debating on trying this place out run, dont walk straight to their door they are truly awesome!

Greg, Christy and their staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I have been coming for the cryotherapy and face light therapy twice a week. The cryo has helped with soreness in my joints and gives me more energy. The light therapy has made a huge difference in my complexion. I highly recommend!!!

After researching cryotherapy, I wanted to give it a try. I thought I was hot natured but man was it chilly! But it works. I immediately felt a boost in energy and slept without my normal struggle. And don’t forget Greg and Christy’s staff also do facials (Merit is phenomenal) and massages (next on my list). I have done crying toning with Christy and I’m loving the results. With so much to offer, there is something for everyone!
