Shopped between 10-11pm Sunday 4/28. The person working was super helpful. He was working alone, juggling multiple groups of people. He gave me great advise and it didnt click until I was out of the chaos. So ten minutes later, unused with stickers on the item they wouldnt accept exchanges. I was ready to upgrade an unused product for something twice the price and they said no. I dont blame them, I blame the owner. Change your policy for reasonable exceptions. I have no reason to return and can no longer recommend. Sorry to everyone I sent! I didnt know they were like that!

Firstly, no one answers the stores phone anytime that I call after going through the automated phone system. Google shows that your store is open until midnight, as well as your storefront shows that Thursday Friday and Saturday you are open till midnight. We drove all the way down to King Street from downtown Summerville to find out that there was no way for anybody to help us. This is poor customer treatment when hours are stated that you are open. This is even more irritating due to the fact of gas prices, this trip cost us between 30 and 40 dollars, when it would have easily not happenedIf you took initiative to simply change your hours on your storefront and contacted Google to adjust the listing of improper hours.I recommend that you contact Google have them change your hours and also change the hours on your storefront or updatethe photos on your web page site if you have changed hours on the doors. Also, FYI there are other reviews stating no matter when the called the store it rang again and again. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, be it by not answering the phone and having unreliable store hours. This has highly disappointed me and left and extremely sour taste in my mouth for your business.

I bought a battery which was faulty in its design, which broke within 24 hours of purchase. When I brought it back I was treated extremely well and offered a replacement or refund. I took a replacement and hoped for the best. When that one broke even quicker, the staff suggested a far better solution for equal or lesser value. The issues with the original battery product were known to the store by this point, and they were clearly taking steps to make sure I was among the last to mistakenly purchase a flawed product.This was all the first time Ive tried to buy a vaporizer and Gallery Smoke made sure that my first time was a good time. Five stars.

I was extremely disappointed. Im not normally one to write a review but I was very offended by how I was treated when trying to purchase a piece. Ive been in before and the owner is helpful if you have the very rare opportunity to meet him. The staff was unhelpful, especially one manager with black, curly hair that was extremely rude and unhelpful. I simply asked one question about a piece and she told me she was too busy to help me. This shops service is very poor and I am surprised they can stay in business when they are unwilling to show you a piece or even answer a simple question. Do Not Spend your money here!!

This is one of my favorite spots to go, not only to make purchases but also to get advice on how to maintain and repair my previously purchased pieces. Very friendly staff and pet friendly since they allowed me to bring in Thor my little puppy husky. Best place to go in Charleston for great prices and to spend a pleasant moment in great company!

So this place has great staff first of all they are very friendly and on point about customer service. Secondly the selection of glass and products here are awesome great quality and plenty of custom heady pieces. Iif you like GREAT glass you should definitely take a look in here!

I recently got a name brand rig there for $300.00. Like a normal idiot I decided to research my product the day after I bought it.I was EXTREMELY happy to find this exact rig on the manufacturers website for $300.00!! The same price minus the wait and shipping!! Very happy to shop there and the staff is great.

I came here with a question about a vape I had bought elsewhere and maybe needing to buy something new. Ryan was very friendly and helpful and didn’t try to upsell, felt very genuine and I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Went to gallery looking specifically for a volcano desktop vape. Sheldon or Shelly or whoever was working in the shop told us they had just sold one and were out. He then proceeded to tell me about a pax 3 handheld vape. I told him we weren’t really interested in a hand held. He swore up and down that it was their most popular vaporizer and worked really well. I had heard bad things about hand helds so I was very skeptical. He assured me that they had a 14 day return policy and if I didn’t like it I could return it. 2 days after buying I try to return it and they say they don’t do returns unless it is broken. And by the way it’s a 7 day defective return so he was wrong even on the amount of days. Basically they stole $200 of my money. And if you read reviews below you will see similar complaints. This time they messed with a local though. I’m waiting on my custom order shirt to land that says gallery smoke shop store my $200 and I can guarantee you guys will be losing more than $200 on me. It’s really not worth my time to walk king with an anti gallery shirt but I’m not letting you thieves get away with this.

I’ve been shopping with gallery smokes for 4 years, back when they were shoved in a closet on king street. My prier experiences is the only reason you got the second star. I was sold faulty equipment and their “customer service line” hasn’t contacted me after emailing them. So long story short, buy your coils somewhere else. I spent 55$ on a coil for it to only last 3 days. The associate asked if I had dry fired a ceramic coil( which is common knowledge not to do otherwise risk cracking the ceramic) so maybe they have new employees that don’t know the products,nor are they in any rush to fix it. I will rereview if this is resolved but honestly looks like I should hold my breath on any sort of compensation for selling ether China made or bunk coils

Horrible. We had the very same experience as the previous customer...salesperson on the cell phone, and little customer service. The salesperson recommended we upgrade and buy the Exxus Vaporizer, which we did, as well as bottles of the flavored fluid to fill it with. We had the vaporizer for less than 24 hours, and the mouthpiece broke off. It had been used only 4 times, by one user. When I contacted Red Light, I was told there was absolutely nothing they could do. They refuse to take it back or exchange it (Once you walk out of the store, there is legally nothing we can do). They do not stand behind what they sell and make no effort to assist when there is a problem. There is no warranty, and you are told to contact the manufacturer for replacement or refund. Unfortunately selling cheaply made Chinese products and at high prices....stay away from this place.

I’m traveling and don’t know this area very well. I called the shop on King street to ask if they had what I needed and told the girl on the phone that I would be by around 4:30 and they are closed even though the sign said they close at 11pm. It’s just frustrating.

I called before I decided to make the drive downtown. I asked if they had a very specific item and was told pretty strongly that yes they had this item. When I go in a little later, the girl doesnt even move or attempt to look for the item. I tell her I called earlier and she didnt care to look up from the computer screen. I went in and they were pretty much sold out of everything, and had no selection and the girl behind the counter was a bit rude, and the selection they did have was extremely overpriced. I found what I was looking for much MUCH cheaper online. Will definitely not be going back to this place.

I purchased a 100 dollar vaporizer. The very next day it quit working so i took it back. This place refused to do anything about. Said it must be user error. They have nothing to do with the manufacturer and they apparently dont stand behind it. They have zero customer service And will stand and talk on their cell phone while you wait.the price of the mini vap was also way higher then when i looked around after at other places. i got screwed on both ends on this one dont let this be you. buyer be ware

Prices on gear and juice 25% or more above MSRP. Clerk couldnt say anything about anything vape related, he said he didnt know anything and the vape guy was there during the day... How can someone who doesnt know anything about vapes sell vapes?

Friend got a downstem slightly to large and came back the next day with it unused and they would not allow him to swap it out. This is the type of customer service you should expect when going here.
