Great stores. Clean and organized. Most of the staff Ive encountered have been wonderful and it seems they weed out the bad ones pretty quick. If my products are not on hand I can get them fairly quick. The new owner bought right before the pandemic started and has weathered through it. Of course youre always going to have a disgruntled former employee but I think this is a great chain of stores and I think theyve shown us theyre willing to do whatever they can to satisfy the customer even of the worst cases. 😉

Very knowledgeable staff. If they dont have what im looking for they normally order it and have it within a week or two or are able to transfer it from a different store. Most of the staff that I have met are super friendly and easygoing. Ive been going to this business for 6 years, they are the most respectful and prices are way better than the competition.

Ive always had a good experience walking in to any of the shops they own. Freedom vapes has been around about 8+ years. Even with a change of ownership Ive always encountered good people at the Taylorville, Chatham and Litchfield locations. Ive never shopped Carlinville as a customer but Im sure its awesome there too. Prices are always better at freedom vapes too. The owner is pretty cool too.

Ryan has always been super helpful every time Ive spoken to him. Very nice store and everything was well displayed. I will definitely be returning!

My favorite vape shop! Im always greeted warmly and talked to like a friend, unlike other shops around. Very helpful staff, great selection. Id suggest giving them a try if you want great friendly service.

Spent/wasted 75 bucks on an i joy saber that within about a month atomizer issue/ was defective. I dont even live in chatham shopped there because i work in that town. I also just moved last week and things get misplaced, due to not having the receipt on me im out the money. Will stick with trippy drips in lincoln treated better.

Amazing workers. So helpful and friendly. Amazing atmosphere. I always come here for any of my vaping needs and will continue to come here.
