First time ever getting my hair done and it was the best experience! Hannah did a really great job not only that she makes everything feel more comfortable while you’re in her chair. She did an amazing job!

I had a wonderful experience at Terra Bella. I needed a special hairstyle for family photos and LeAna Brown far exceeded my expectations. I showed her my inspiration pictures and she knocked it out of the park. I felt like a princess the entire time. Everyone at the salon was so nice and it was a wonderful experience.

My first visit with Kaylee will not be my last. She listened and not only did she achieve what I asked for but she did above and beyond what I ever expected. I did partial highlights, toner, cut, layers and thinning. We also talked about future goals for my hair and how to get there. Such a great experience! Cant wait to see her in October!

This establishment is really nice and clean, it’s my first choice for hair anything!I decided to try them for my eyebrows and I have to admit I was rather disappointed, the young lady was super nice and made me feel comfortable so no issues there. When I got home and looked at my brows close up, I had to go in a tweeze there was no defined brow line on the bottom or top. I went in for a sculpting and feel like she just waxed the skin around my brows, never even touched my actual eyebrows. Since I can’t see my brows without glasses on (a little had to pluck with them on) I will have to make an appointment somewhere else to get my eyebrows done which is pretty stupid considering I paid Trends to do them.

Had my hair cut by Hannah. Shes the best, and would definitely recommend. Shes friendly and pleasant, and goes above and beyond to do great work even with simple cuts.

Got my haircut done by Libby - she was personable and so friendly, definitely made my experience more enjoyable! I love my cut! Very friendly service. Will be going back.

My visit was for a Swedish Massage with Grace. Grace is very sweet and eager to please. She is very attentive to my comfort level. All the staff at Trends Terra Bella are professional, caring and friendly. I highly recommend their services!

I have been going to trends for quite some time and have been going to Hannah for the last few years. We recently did color after several years of no color. She listened to and looked at all of the pictures I brought in and matched the color and the cut I was looking for perfectly. She goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients are happy and is a great listener. She’s done a great job with all of the referrals I’ve sent her including my mom who has not had much luck finding a great hairstylist that listens and is kind. Kennedy was awesome! Very attentive to my needs and concerns for hairstyle. Much needed face lift and framing with style. With humidity these days, Kennedy recommended a product and explained and even showed me how to use it. That was a first for me. Definitely going back. Thank you Kennedy for an awesome experience! 🙂

Got my nails done here by Chloe and she did amazing! I came in wanting something basic but after talking to her and explaining what I usually get, I ended up being a little more adventurous and let her freestyle a design that was a little out of my comfort zone and not usually what I get but it was so cute and she was so professional! Shes so talented and creative with nail art! I won’t get my nails done anywhere else!!Went in for an eyebrow consult with LeAna and she was amazing and so knowledgeable! I’m excited for my micro blading appointment soon!She squeezed us in to cut my 2 year olds hair and did an amazing job! I always have so much anxiety about taking him places because he’s so difficult sitting in the chair and everyone who cuts his hair seems annoyed but she was so patient, NEVER seemed annoyed, frustrated or anxious with him. She kept letting him have breaks, massaging his head to try and calm him and tried to talk him through it. She did an amazing job despite him screaming and moving the whole time! His haircut came out absolutely perfect! I won’t go anywhere else.

I always have a great experience at trends! Staff is always friendly, caring, and they listen so well about what their customers want. I have been going for the last four years, and the one time I wasnt satisfied they helped me find a solution. This past time, Grace did my hair and it came out absolutely perfect, havent been this confident in so long!

Everything was great. Hadnt had a haircut in a while and went back to LeAna who I had been to a few times previously. She always listens and cuts my hair exactly as I request. Showed her a picture this time and she did it just like I wanted again. Whole staff is very friendly and professional. I appreciate the reminder emails for appointments also. Hannah is the greatest and probably the best hairstylist I’ve gone to around here. I first started seeing her after I went to a stylist elsewhere, and she was able to fix both my cut and color.She has also been a godsend when it comes to cutting my grandson’s hair. She is very patient with him, and he can be quite the handful.

Hannah has been doing both me and my daughter’s hair for years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it ! She always knows what I want, even when I can’t decide. I don’t know much about hair, but whatever “blending” ??? She does always looks super natural and grows out perfect ! 10/10 would recommend !!

Came in to get gray covered. Also my highlights were much lighter than originally done so I asked to tone down a bit. My hair is now very dark and I can hardly see the highlights anymore. Not happy.

Her expertise & knowledge provides me with services that are customized to my skins needs as they can be ever-changing, particularly with the seasons. The most recent service I received was the microneedling. I am incredibly happy with the results! When I’m complimented on my skin, I owe it all to her!

Grace made my first massage experience so comfortable and welcoming! She walked me through the steps of everything before we started and checked in with me throughout the massage. I got my hair cut and colored here yesterday and words dont do justice to how happy I am with the whole experience! LeAna was amazing. So thorough and detail oriented. She gave me exactly what I asked for. I dont think Ive ever been so happy with a hair cut. She was so sweet and fun to talk to as well. The prices are reasonable, the salon itself is so cute and well maintained. The whole staff was very kind. They have a great selection of products too. Highly recommend. I drove 2 hours to go here and I will continue to do so!

I am very pleased with this salon. June 28 2022 was the first time I was there. Jordyn was so awesome! She took the time to go over every step of the process she was doing. Her explanations were so understandable. I am from Chicago and I have had the same hair stylist for 30 years. So this was a big step for me. She made me feel very comfortable! One of the reasons why I love going to Kara is because is she always helping me with tips so I can do on my own hair and have it look like I went to the salon every day! She has always helped me achieve the cut and color Ive wanted. Some took a few times to work toward an end goal, but never felt like I had that awkward in between stage. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. Even the spa is relaxing and comfortable. Ive had almost every spa service they offer and those ladies have my praise as well! I highly recommend this salon and spa if youre looking for a place that offers amazing services and is extremely professional.

Salon was very quiet and relaxing on a Monday afternoon, but not the best day for a new client. I’d recommend skipping the online booking system if you are new. I followed the instructions “Looking to book color with hi-lights, hi-lights, a haircut &/or Blow dry? Using the booking link feature below and book the service called New Guest Hi-light & blow dry” (I think the second highlights was meant to be color and mentioned in notes I was unsure if I selected correctly) but get the impression they weren’t prepared to give me a cut. Also, I called ahead to see if they still want new clients to arrive early to fill out info and to see if we should still text when we arrive (as the new client website suggests) and they didn’t seem to be aware their website says this. I wasn’t given any new client forms to fill out. They also had no idea what I was talking about re: the $15 off for referred client offer on the website (turns out since I didn’t book the same stylist as my friend, I couldn’t use it anyway). I understand I didn’t read all the small print, but was frustrating they didn’t know what is on their own website and explained to me that I should have used a card that, as a new client, I would have no way of knowing ahead of time. Cut and color were well done. I can’t speak to blow dry as my stylist couldn’t find a diffuser and I left with wet hair rather than have it frizz up by blowing without one. I also wish they’d give an itemized receipt. I bought some product but wanted to tip on just the service. I don’t think the woman checking me out understood what I meant when I asked what just the service charges were and I now see I tipped incorrectly (at least it was in the stylist’s favor so no guilt on that!). Couldn’t decide if I should give 3 or 4 stars as the stylist was very good, but checkout a bit frustrating.

I love Trends Terra Bella! I always have a wonderful, relaxing time with each appointment. Kara does an exceptional job with my hair and is ready and willing to do whatever I request in a cut or color. She is the utmost professional and creates a fabulous look for me each and every time!

I always like to have somewhere to go later that day since my hair looks perfect 🤩 Today I had my first bikini wax from Makenzie and I couldn’t believe how painless it was. I had my hair done by Kennedy todayI went into get my weave color rejuvenated once I got home and was truly able to look at the color I was very disappointed. Also once I looked at the bill and saw what I was charged I was astounded. I was charged for 2 toners (at my home salon either my stylist doesnt add toners or it is included, I was also charged for a haircut which was a trim at best) My color is more of a white/beige than a bright golden needless to say I look forward to seeing my home stylist next month. I rated the Salon a 3 as Kennedy was very nice and the Salon was clean.

This was my first visit and first haircut in two years. I was scheduled with Linsie C. who took her time, was friendly and interacted with my son, who at last minute had to come with me. The salon itself is clean, modern and all the staff were friendly and professional. Will definitely return.

Morgan Roth was great. She greeted me with a firm handshake and introduced herself. She was completely accommodating as I had my toddler with me, sitting on my lap even. I explained what I wanted, she asked follow up questions to make sure she understood. She made suggestions when I wanted and needed them. Since I came in with straight hair, but my hair is naturally coarse, thick and curly (did have time for a shampoo before kiddos nap) she said I could come back with it curly and get it touched up free of charge if something was out of place. I doubt there will be. Having just moved here, I feel like I struck gold finding her right off the bat. So happy. Thank you!

Kara is a great stylist! When getting a hair cuts shes very attentive and offers lots of helpful advice. She also does a great job with eyebrow waxes! Its always nice to find a stylist who makes the entire experience comfortable.

As a mom who rarely gets a minute to do a for herself I really look forward to coming in and having my hair done it’s a real treat for me so when I make a appointment drive the 25 minutes just to show up and be told they miss booked me and can’t do anything about it I’m extremely disappointed then I’m left waiting in the lobby for my husband to back and get me since he had taken our kids to dinner thinking I was going to awhile and I get the joy of hearing two other girls laughing that I’m still sitting there I’ll honestly probably never go back it’s one thing to miss book someone it’s another to be completely rude to clients noted this is my fourth time coming my other three appointments were fine but it only takes one terrible time to ruin it for me

Their online reservations includes the years of experience for each stylist and the appropriately priced services, given their level of ecperience. Professional but also friendly, relaxed experience. Thorough and meticulous. I had foils for hair coloring, cut and blow dry. The long-time owner is a local woman and was very pleasant. Chatham needs more great small businesses like this one.

Cari Perce has been cutting, coloring, and styling my hair for many years. I would highly recommend her, or anyone else there. They are all very good and up to date on new styles and trends!

The individual that did my manicure & pedicure was super nice, however, she lacked skill, precision, and timeliness. Nails not very smooth, missed some spots on my nails where polish should have covered and it took her a very long time. I would recommend you go elsewhere for nails.

Im lucky as I adpoted Trends when they 1st opened in 2005! I always book for the full year and if ever I needed to change an appointment never is there an issue. If I want to change things up like I recently did (a more graceful move to gray) I get a full rundown of the positive and if any, negative. There are 3 top things on my list, a great place for hair, mechanic for car and repair for home. Thanks Kara, you never dissapoint!

I absolutely love Trends and my stylist Kristy. I have tried others in the past, but always came back to Trends. I wont be trying any others any more, Ive never gotten the quality of color, cut, waxing nor pedis that Ive gotten there anywhere else. Got a mani/pedi for Christmas. The pedicure was done sitting on the most uncomfortable bench. The tech had poor skills. Nail polish was bumpy and lacking on parts of my nails. The sugar scrub was wiped off with a dry towel and not rinsed with water. After they applied the lotion, they had me walk across the dirty floor without shoes. Disgusting to say the least. The tools used were then put right back in the cabinet. Not sure they were cleaned or sanitized. Manicure was really just a change in polish, which wasnt much better than my toes. I would not recommend to anyone. Worst mani/pedi I have ever had.
