I must say that my experience was absolutely great. Very professional..courteous..informative. I will go back for any of my vaping needs or advice. Its a NO-BRAINEROK..so I returned today 6/8/20 on an issue. I was treated like my satisfaction was 100% important. Action was IMMEDIATE and i left satisfied. Truth is I WAS WRONG. On further investigation I got my answer. It mattered not to VA and they took care of me. I called about 2 hrs later and issued my apology. I WAS IN THE WRONG. They were so gracious I was called back by management not just thanking me but assuring that I was happy. They are the BEST.I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

I picked up a eGo A10 and I love it. It was exactly what I was looking for . Staff at the Chatsworth and Dalton locations are very friendly and they will be the only vape store I will be using. They can get a bit technical but they are willing to explain everything. An believe me its worth it to take a moment and listen to them!!
