They have my business for the rest of forever. Its hard being a mom and having to take your baby everywhere, let alone being kicked out of the other smoke shop in town for having to take you one and a half year old in with you to grab your vape. Called them over the phone to ask and they said absolutely, and were incredibly nice to us the whole time we were in there. My son never left my arms, but I was absolutely appalled at the other shop for having us leave, while this one was super nice

Good selection, never anything out of stock. The only problem is the above the 45th parallel price hike resulting in prices about double what they should be. If not 5 star all the way!

Great service and they offer amazing deals with inferior products than some shops! And there’re staff is awesome every single member has been great! Definitely an A+++++

Went in and asked for some recommendations for a Salt Nic device and a box of extra coils I left with coils that were not correct for a salt nic juice and when I called I was lied to and told they would work just fine I will not be spending any more of my money here and will be exclusively shopping with Wild Bills as they at least can get me the right items when I ask

Went in to get tobacco and filter tubes for my husband and looked around at all the incense, burners, goblets, and tapestries. For the marijuana connoisseur they have scent-free backpacks and of course bongs of all shapes and sizes, pipes, they even cigars and cigarettes too! Lol

This is by far the cleanest store I have been in. Jill and Brennan are amazing to their customers. They have the best customer service. I highly recommend this fantasy establishment.

I love this shop. Every time I go in to Sweet Fire Tobacco, I always have the feel of a small town store. Everyone has always been very friendly and helpful. They have the vape juice I normally get, some supplies for my Zippo lighters and all at a reasonable price in my opinion. Im always treated well and they know the regulars by name most of the time. I cant say enough good things about Sweet Fire Tobacco in Cheboygan, Mi.

Bought a voodoo vape at another store, lost the top to vape. Went back to buy new top. They dont sell new tops. Cant get them. Went to sweet fire. They have tops that fit voodoo but they dont even sell voodoothank you guys.

This place Is amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me pick a new vape more suited to my liking. As well as helping me find new juice that was more my taste. They explained everything in detail even read off the flavors and everything!!

Thank you Jill! :)We stopped in on our vacation because our local vape shop doesnt get enough coils in every week so we have been struggling to get some. We cant get them via internet because (Joe Biden signed into law U.S. House Resolution 2471. Thanks Joe. That really helps small businesses and I am sure they love you for it.) we do not have a courier service in our area, and our excellent small local vape shop closed (Thanks again Joe).Jill was excellent. She was patient, extremely kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant to chat with. This is no exaggeration that I walked in with multiple vapes and a list of coils I was looking for. She was wonderful. She took the time to make sure we got what we needed. (She took care of other customers while I was there with my blessing because we had a big order to fill and I didnt want keep anyone waiting.) Jill was amazing. She was just awesome!The store was very clean and lit well. They have a huge selection of vape products, kratom, cigars (which I forgot to get some - next time for sure), glassware, and other goodies. I wish we lived a little closer because it would make my life easier.As it stands I am not opposed to making the 2 hour trip to visit here again because the service was just amazing, Jill was amazing, prices were great, just a overall excellent experience. I think I can convince Mrs. Hunter to take the trip with me in a few weeks when we need more coils. I would rather travel 2 hours to go here then spend money at my local vape shop.Great business and great customer service. Thank you again Jill!

Its the only vape shop I love and trustI just start to switch off of cigarettes and they helped me find the right vape for me and you cant find great price anywhere else besides their. I highly recommend them to anyone whos looking for vapes or just started vaping they know their stuff and they can truly help.

The staff are always helpful and patient at Sweet Fire Tobacco. I like that they have incense and a variety of incense burners, Nag Champa. They also have a variety of smudge sticks including white sage, birch, ECT. They have periodic sales and discounts and many eclectic items as well.

Excellent service evey time I visit. My favorite place to shop for my tobacco and products. Totaly recommended

Not help full at all there how is it funny when some one gets let go they Assistant manager laughed about it or smile about when you get fired or the assistant manager swearing at you and the store manger dont do anything about it pluse the store manger and the assistant manager clocks in for work and then turned around and leaves and tells everyone I got things to do at home leaves why he is still clock in at work or when you order something and have been waiting for weeks to come in and come to fine out it never got order thats bull even your district manager is rude the store in Cheboygan Michigan needs better people in there and people know how run know what they are talking about on stuff because your assistant manager rocky dont know

If it was possible I wouldnt even give this store 1 star. The sign on the outside of the store staying all sales are final is just basically telling you we sell broken merchandise checked my bank statements I spent roughly 210 a month at the shop not after my last experience revolving issue and Im over it. Say bye to that extra 2500 a month WILL NEVER step foot in again. Push your locals away and see where it gets yuh. Probably foreclosed.

Great place to shop for supplies. Breeze pro sales and kratom prices are decent.

I could buy my stuff cheaper online, but the staff is fast, friendly, and knowledgable. Samarra told me about the e-juice ban months ago and made sure I was stocked up. She is always hilarious and knows what she is talking about when I have questions. And they had buy one get one free deals at the time. Saved me alot of money. Dont approve of the business selling meth pipes 🤣 but the staff is why I keep going there.

Just came in to your store to look around, loved it could of stayed all day, my advice get some chairs and a coffee bar. Love you guys, peace the only shop in Northern Michigan that treats there customers right. #Big JayVapes

Awesome customer service the only flaw about this location is none of the workers know about and of the box mods they have they also don’t carry any coils for the vapes they have but other than that this is the best smoke shop in Cheboygan

Lol this place sells broken glass and incomplete bongs and nectar collectors... when confronting management they wanted me to pay extra to get all necessary things that come with something to make it functional.... ALL GLASS IS 3X NORMAL RETAIL HERE... considering place is under new management... they dont know how to keep their locals coming back they will be closing... I spend close to 1.5k per month here. Not anymore.. we got a new smoke shop in town...

They always have the tubes and tobacco I need but the glass pieces they sell are WAY OVER PRICED! A pipe they are selling there for $160 I got at Wild Bills for $30...

If you ever shop here, make sure you get the receipt. The cashier was off 20 dollars and said the manager would call me back, he never did. The cashier said he would put my name and number on the bored too.

Courteous staff and always have my brands of tobacco and tubes in stock. Employees seem knowledgeable about the products and will assist you.

Picked up some A.fuente cigars.. All dry beyond belief when I tried to smoke them would not even draw. They need to monitor the humidor a bit more closely.
