This is now my go-to store. The manager, Taura and the staff are all so helpful and friendly. The store is also always incredibly clean and organized and it makes it so welcoming. I tell everyone about this location. I now have friends and family that stock up there when they come totown. 😊

Taura was outstanding from the moment I walked into the door. Was a little taken away from the friendliness and enjoyment of my experience overall. Very welcoming. The sign up program took a little longer than I wanted it to, but hands down, the best Wild Bill’s I’ve be to so far as a Detroit a local.

I had a really great experience here not to long ago. Great selection of awesome stuff. Great staff as well. Taura was super sweet and very knowledgeable. Also very polite. Would definitely recommend going here again 🙂 10stars

I will most definitely be returning after my most recent visit. Ive been struggling with finding a disposable flavor that I can enjoy, I was irritable &- most definitely came into the store with a bad attitude until Dana absolutely SAVED the day. She was kind and full of patience for my ridiculous self. She took the time to let me know different flavors and brands. I walked out feeling brand new. Thank you SO MUCH Dana. Youre a real one.

Tauras by far the best and most informational manager theyve had thus far! I never leave dissatisfied or with any questions unanswered. Ontop of which she sets a very uplifting tone in the environment, I always feel welcomed!!

When I was seeking lower prices for cigarettes and vapes entering Wild Bills months ago I was greeted with a very polite and smiling young lady named Dana. She has faithfully been helpful with a positive attitude towards myself and every customer I have witnessed her attentiveness to. If every employee mirrored this young ladies work ethics the tobacco & Marijuana industry would be a happier place for everyone!!!

I like the selection i dont like that the employees are a bit rude to customers and my problem with that is when you drop 700 some bucks in the store you shouldnt be treated rudly !! And we bought a 600 dollar hookha thing and its missing parts and bought a 22 dollar bowl thats cracked and not so happy about those things !!

Store looked amazing, staff was very welcoming, Taura runs a tight ship and deserves a raise!

I really like the friendly people that work there, Taura and Pat. Lovely people with great customer service. It always smells so nice in the place and it has a great selection of pipes.

Changes their policy every time I go in there. One day they give discounts for mmmj cardholders one day they dont. One day the offer rewards if u give them email. I have yet to get a single one. Im a frequent shopper here. Oh and get this their 3 for $10 vapes are also 1 for $10 if you only want one, yet theres only 4 left of the sh___iest flavor, banana mint, wont even discount the last one. Also dont have ooze pen chargers so i got the last one of a brand that wasnt chinese breaking junk with the corners raised on the threads which break the charger. so +1 for that. Also carries both amanita mushrom products and non amanita mushroom products like lions mane and reishi. I was accidentally sold the non amanita reishi and lions man products when I asked for their cheapest amanita product. Also asked the difference between their brands of cbd, they had a lime green one and a orange one, they didnt know the difference. Overall Its a reliable place to get my tobacco simply because I hate wild west tobacco. But literally if there were any other place in town to go for this stuff than those two places, I would go.

Always have had good experiences but watched buddy buy bong yesterday glass is defective and leaks slowly from bottom and told once leaves store cant return. I understand that when its someone trying to return something broken not something that leaks from a spot not visible to eye

Theyre fine, prices are okay, staff is always friendly and as helpful as possible BUT a warning about a specific provider for people who vape!!!If you break you glass tank on you mod they dont carry just the glass replacements, youll have to buy a whole new atomizer if you come here, which is fine, whatever, it is what it is. Just DONT GET THE $30 SMOK ones, theyre AWFUL! The juice NEVER tastes like its supposed to no matter what you set the wattage to, it always tastes like youre either running it too low or youre burning your coil. There is no delicious this is how its supposed to taste in between, kind of, sweet spot. If you JUST NEED SOMETHING for the 2-10 days while you wait for your online replacement to be delivered that IS the cheapest option but youre STILL spending $30 and then youre stuck with it because you cant return it and its straight useless. If I were you I would spring for a more expensive atomizer OR just BUY A BUNCH OF GLASS TANKS for your mod BEFORE YOU NEED THEM lmfao Because I found out the hard way youll sit for like a week without any 😭

The selection is good if you can stand the manager. He is very rude, doesnt listen to the customers and drives away sales.
