I had my first Massage in years, It could not have been better. Sadie listened to me about my neck and shoulder pain. As I was driving home, I realized I wasnt in pain. The spa was everything you would want a spa to be. Calm, relaxing, and very enjoyable.

Relaxing and perfect place to clear your thoughts. If you haven’t been to Renew Day Spa you’re missing out on truly something rewarding to yourself. Since being pregnant I have experienced leg pain and I need to to find something to relax and release tension. Hilary made that happen. Not to mention they had a Father’s Day special so, I went ahead and got my dad a massage on me. He truly loved her and what a better way to get dad something other than BBQ tools or whatever. I have my next session this weekend coming up and I got facial to go with it. This mama is looking forward to her monthly massage and/or facial. I’d much rather spend money here then at a nail salon 2x month lol. Thanks ladies for all your services and hard work put into Renew Day Spa.

Had a great experience getting a couples massage and facials on our anniversary. The staff was wonderful, and I also wanted to thank them for getting another esthetician to come in to accommodate both of us at the same time. Definitely will be coming back.

I had a massage with Rochelle. She instantly made me feel comfortable. I believe it was the best massage I’ve ever had! She had a nice amount of pressure, but seem to know when to be more gentle. I think I might’ve fallen asleep a few times. I highly recommend her!

I cashed in my gift certificate for two hours of bliss. This included a 60 minute float and a facial.The facility was nice, a few stains on the carpet but the comforts were very spa like.I have never done a float before and didnt really know what to expect. They walked me through everything and I did it! It was a bit unnerving at first but once I got the hang of it.... it was like existing in a void. The great nothing.I then had a facial which was fantastic. Face, neck shoulders and hand massage. So wonderful.The staff was great. If I ever do try a float again, I think I will be better at it knowing what to expect.

My boyfriend got us a couples massage for Christmas and let me tell you it was amazing. The listened to our needs and it was perfect for both of us. The atmosphere was so calming and relaxing! We will forsure be booking again!😁

To busy worrying about getting there tip. My daughter and I both had a massage, I finished up last on my way out to payup front 3 theraptist were wondering about there tip. I left my tip in the room and my daughter had hers in her hand. I paid with my card for both us, I was asked by receptionist, arent you going to leave a tip?Needless, to say I found this to be unprofessional. My massage was wonderful and I left a nice tip..

The new location is amazing and the staff is great at accommodating the clients schedule. Jackie is the best massage therapist.

I received a gift card that I could only use at Renew due to the limited available options in this area. I called and scheduled a massage. No one asked about any medical conditions. Nor did they have me sign anything as a new client. I thought it odd as every other massage ive received there has been paperwork. The massage therapist did not ask what kind of pressure I preferred. I told her that my shoulder was tight. It felt as though she avoided my shoulder blades, where my knots usually are.I tried again thinking I did something wrong. I scheduled a deep tissue massage. Again, no one asked what kind of pressure I wanted. Again I told them my shoulders needed attention. Again, it seemed as though the knots were avoided. Not the experience I was expecting.

Went in for a 1hr float. Unfortunately it was so hard to relax while hearing a slamming noise against the wall even with the wax plugs in my ears. I tried to wait it out over 10 minutes, but unfortunately it did not cease. Being aware that the establishment shares a building with a local gym, I tried scheduling myself for an early morning on the weekend. Despite my consideration of this fact, it was of no consequence. There is far too much ambient noises and distraction to enjoy the purpose of a float. Unless Renew can work out an agreement with the gym that keeps its patrons from slamming medicine balls against the wall, this will be a deal breaker for me.

My wife and I have gone here several times. They have a great atmosphere; great staff; and on point prices. Neither of us have had a bad experience or massage yet.It can be difficult at times to get afternoon and weekend appointments on short notice. This isnt meant as a negative comment... just something to keep in mind when planning an appointment.

I LOVED IT. The experience in a whole was great. The float was interesting but I for sure will do it again, next time Ill wear earplugs and book an hour instead of thirty mins. The relaxation massage by Jessa Holland, was VERY relaxing. It was my first time for both experiences and Jessa was very professional and I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely recommend and will return.

The massage was nice, I enjoyed that the therapist listened to my needs. The float however was NOT as pictured. It was in what looked like a refurbished industrial freezer. It was stinky, loud and slimy. I gave it a shot but I couldnt do it. After 5 minutes I had to exit. Staff was really nice but I feel like it was false advertisement. It definitely was not as pictured.

I’m not sure what is going on with this place but it has gone down hill. They canceled a massage on me within 24 hours of the massage. I canceled my massage for the following month and they charged me $20, I assume as a cancellation fee. No one will return my email or text now. Super frustrating customer service experience.

I had a great experience with Renew. They got me in quickly for my appointment and the staff and therapist were great. The room was clean and calm. Very welcoming. The prices aren’t out of line with our geo area. Definitely will be using them for future massage therapy appointments. Also I have never tried the float therapy but it sounds awesome.

I have gone here a few times and had a good experience! But I had two prenatal massage appointments canceled on me. The first one I had booked the day before so I wasn’t too bummed… the second one that I rescheduled for was booked far enough in advanced. I didn’t want to take the risk rebooking for a 3rd time. Taking my services elsewhere unfortunately. Great place if they don’t cancel on you numerous times.

I scheduled an appointment with my mother for Mother’s Day last year. She informed me that float spa re scheduled her 3 times and never returned her phone calls after trying to contact them on several occasions. 110$ down the drain and havnt got a refund

Went in for a mini facial for mothers day and i was extremely happy with the service. Elizabeth is so awesome. She gave me some pointers for my acne and was nice enough to gift me a cleanser. I was treated very respectfully starting with the reception to the very end. I will definitely be going back. The rooms and lobby are very clean and well maintained.

I just had the most amazing experience here! I feel like a new man! I work at the hospital 🏥 and I’m on my feet every day and always using my body and I started to hurt every day so I came in for a 90 min deep tissue massage and it saved my life! I love ❤️ the atmosphere and the friendly staff and my masseuse Renee is absolutely wonderful!!!! I look forward to my next appointment!!!

So disappointed. I went here once for a massage and it was the worst I’ve ever gotten. She was literally “petting” my back, rather than massaging it. I asked for more pressure, and she started scratching my back…? I figured it was just a bad massage therapist and didn’t hold it against the business. Next, I booked a Brazilian wax several weeks in advance, as I am pregnant and wanted to have it done before a specific appointment. I drove 20min to the spa, then right as I was walking in, 10min before my 11am appt, they call to cancel saying they ran out of wax, and can’t do it. I was frustrated that they didn’t know this hours or even the day before, but I understand things happen. So I rescheduled for 2 days later, confirmed they had the wax available before the appt, but once again, right as I was walking in, 10min before, they called to cancel, saying that the esthetician was still at home and throwing up. As if she couldn’t have called hours before the 2pm appt, knowing she was sick? The receptionist apologized both times and offered a discount on future visits, but at this point they are just wasting our time and gas money. Not to mention, my husband also had a massage appt canceled on him 1hr before the week prior. Ridiculous. And seeing the previous reviews, it’s clearly a trend with them. Terrible business and service.

I absolutely love this place! I have been getting deep tissue massages as frequently as I can for the past year, due to my back issues. Brian is AMAZING and has been a therapist for 17 years. He definitely knows what he’s doing and will give you the type of massage your body needs. I tried to go to another therapist once but now, I will always stick with Brian. He gets to know you as a person and exactly what your body needs and is very open to suggestions and what you prefer. He also doesn’t talk a lot unless you engage in conversation first. Which is nice if you are or aren’t a talker. All around I give this establishment five stars! I will be a forever customer and I will always recommend them.

I had a 1 1/2 massage - then a facial scheduled. I live 30 min away, and when I walked in for my massage apt, the receptionist said she was just going to call me. They needed to reschedule my massage apt. I explained that I took the day off of work and was hoping for a day of pampering for myself. I explained that I wasnt going to hang around in Chico for 1 1/2 hours for my facial apt. Renew would be charging me if I canceled on them at the time of my apt! Very Frustrating.

I don’t have a review on the spa itself just a nasty employee named Megan!! She was sitting in her car while me and my 2 children, ages 5 and 2 got in our vehicle. My 5 year old said a bad word and she started SCREAMING from her car about what a horrible parent I am!! Screaming at the top of her lungs on why a child is talking like that, Grant it my child shouldn’t talk like that and I’m working on it continuously. I called to talk to a supervisor and have yet to get a call back, but I’ll definitely keep trying. This lady is manic and should not be working with the public.

Great place! The staff are friendly and welcoming, and very good at their job.Ive been here for floats and massages quite a few times, and I always enjoy my time. Also I found that I sleep way better for a while afterwards.I would recommend treating yourself to ab extra half hour whatever you do, because time just flies by here, and your one hour massage or float will be over in what seems like 15 minutes. The first time I floated, I actually didnt believe that an hour had passed and had to check my watch.I also booked my wife in for a float/massage/facial morning and the team looked after her really well, with prosecco and fresh fruit for her birthday. Great place.

Elizabeth is just fabulous! So intuitive to all the painful places that needed attention. Felt so relaxed and better days following my massage. Looking forward to going to see her again soon.

I felt welcomed and pampered from the moment I walked in. I purchased the 60 minute float and 60 minute massage and enjoyed every minute of it. Friendly and Caring staff. Thank you very much..Ill definitely be back again!!

If you have not done a float, you need to!!! It is so relaxing. Every time I book a float, I come out feeling like I have slept for days!! The staff is very friendly, informative & allows you privacy.

Justina has magical hands I enjoyed connecting with her. She is knowledgeable and genuine about her craft. The spa itself was very clean and the staff member at the front desk was very friendly.

They really go out of there way to create the best experience ever. So relaxing and benefits anyone who has endured physical body discomfort. This science helped me with my nerve compression and sciatica I recommend it to everybody and well be doing this continually throughout my life. This place deserves a 10 star rating.

Although there was a mix up with their computers as to my daughters appt on her bday they made it right & she loved her facial & massage, we are all booking appt now... awesome customer serv❤️

0/10 woupd not recomend. Three times in a row they have cancelled my visit and one of the massage therapists offer my husband a happy ending. Maybe its just my luck with this particular place.

I seriously loved this place! I went in for the float spa and it was amazing, frankly the water did end up being rather chilly and I got slight chills towards the end because the water was so cold, but despite that it was a wonderful experience with very kind staff.

Had a 90 minute couples massage on Oct. 28, 2018. It was great. Service was right on time, everything was clean and professional. Will definitely be going back in the future!

Booked an appointment for my girlfriends 21st 2 weeks in advance . I tried to call and confirm many times with no answer until the day of, just for them to tell me the appointment was never booked. Definitely booking somewhere more professional next time

Really clean and great staff. only 4 stars because you can hear loud banging from the weights being dropped at the gym next door. Not complete isolation when you can still hear.

The front desk is always friendly and helpful. I have always had great experience with all workers.

GOT MY FIRST DEEP TISSUE/HOT STONE MASSAGE WITH SEMO AND IT WAS WONDERFUL. I HAVE SCIATICA AND TONS OF BODY/EMOTIONAL STRESS SO IT WAS WORTH IT. IM GOING TO REQUEST THEM FROM NOW ON. THEY LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS, AND ARE RIGHT ON TARGET WITH WHAT I WANTED. I FELT SO REFRESHED THE FOLLOWING DAY.

Great place for a massage, they do couples massages as well. They know their stuff and will get you feeling great in whichever way you decide.
