You can customize to fit your tired bodys need. She is very flexible and will provide suggested therapies for first-time and returning clients. She is very nurturing and also open to making referrals to other body therapists. Very thankful for having found her in my journey to being relaxed and pain free.

The massage was amazing but what I really liked is how she gave me stretches to do at home to help me get better. She was very informative and took the time to find the problem in the beginning to know what areas to work on.

Crystal is absolutely amazing. I’m a nurse and have suffered from severe lower back and hip pain. I see her every two to three weeks and she has done wonders for my back. OH MY GOSH. Crystal is AMAZING. I have only been in the Chico area for a few months & I was so hesitant to get a massage therapist because it’s hard to find a good one. But I wish I would’ve found her sooner. She was so good, listened to everything I needed & left my back feeling amazing. Its hard to express just how amazing Crystal is at her profession. I am 65 years old, and I have received treatment from Chiropractors, acupuncturists, accupressurests, and Nerosergeons. I even had epidural injections. Some of the people that have worked on me were also good at their profession, but hands down Crystal is the best. I had a treatment today, and I feel as though Ive stepped back in time. I honestly feel great. She is very knowledgeable at what she does, and is very willing to explain as she goes.

Im really happy I chose this place to start getting massages again. Crystal gives a great deep tissue massage. I had tight legs and she turned them into noodles. She is professional but also kind and has a good sense of humor. Her studio is cozy, clean, and has a nice relaxing atmosphere. But most importantly she is good at what she does.

Checking my range of motion and pointing out things that I was not even aware were an issue. Her hands were drawn to any tension that I was holding on to and she worked it away. I cannot say enough great things about Chico Locale Massage!
