Smokers Choice (Chico)

There’s a lot of competition when it comes to smoke shops. Some are great! Others struggle with price. This spot has the right prices. Also, they have everything important in stock. I buy RAW cones…20 cones for $7.99. Both classic & black are available at the same price. Also, I was looking for some detox juice for a friend who was scheduled for a drug test. Found everything I needed.

Has the coils I want, prices are decent . Never an issue with counterfeit parts like *some* other vape shops. Has my fav pink cones.

Good selection of vapes, juices and salts. Cant speak for the rest of the merchandise, not my thing anymore, but its got a large selection for certain

Jenna, every time Im in there you are just amazing and you go above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. My daughter and I were in there and you were extremely helpful. Then my sister needed to call and ask a few questions and you were again fantastic. Thank you for your knowledge and your kindness. You were even having a hard day the other day and you were still so very helpful. You ROCK! I recommend this Smoke shop to anyone.

Great prices, great selections. Greeted with courteous, friendly staff that actually smile and converse with you casually while really available to give any advice they can based off of feedback from customers so let them know how whatever you get is on your next visit to help them help the next person to a more informed decision so we can all avoid a guess based disappointing decision and elevate the team members to always be at their best.

Very friendly and patient while i made up my mind on everything o wanted. And answered 100 questions in between for me. There always a good placw to go if you need glass also!:) they have beautiful wlek.

Ive been to a lot of smoke shops but the selection here is by far superior than anywhere else . So many cool unique vape flavors and the selection of vapes in staggering... I can. Also get cartons of hard to find cigarettes too my dad smokes camel 99s of all things and can only find the cartons at this shop .Must come here its worth it guys!!

The one lady who works here is rude as hell I walked in the door and immediately shes her me an evil glare from there on it was just rude attitudes and comments being thrown my recommendation is any and all avoid this place at all cost as these people have no idea about customer service and Chico has a hundred other smoke shops on my way better product and service

This place is the best in Chico. Since the first time I walked in the employees have been very pleasant and helpful. The selection and varieties of vape juices is unlike any other store in the area and for a better price. Im still a regular customer, and always look forward to going in there.

Very friendly staff. Using vapes can be confusing at times, they always helped explain the differences to me. Plus, they have the best selection in town and best prices.

I get my vapes from here every time, they have fair prices and nice employees :) also they let you try before you leave the store in case the vape is bad!

Sold me a disposable vape that was completely defective and refused to swap it out with a new one saying “it’s policy you try it in the store and make sure it works before you leave” but they never mentioned that when I was there buying it. I feel totally ripped off and won’t ever be back. I recommend everyone steer clear of this place.

I want to give a huge shout out to smokers choice they have a huge selection of product the people here are amazing they are all very very polite and know what theyre talking about they help you out on what your needs are this is by far my go to smoke shop

So this huge store is usually helpful. Nothing special on their prices. But this time I just walked out because the counter lady decided a customer was secondary to her personal drama acquaintance that just walked up and our conversation ended except for one brief, impatient hurried and slightly assisted moment. I was gonna purchase that m17 but you manners has me goiog shopping. You should of sent one of your other 2 coworkers to help me instead of standing next to me blatantly ignoring a customer because I heard your whole conversation you were mumbling under your breath with your drama partner. Inability to conduct politely business has me now skipping this store. And insulted enough to write this.

The store is always clean and very well organized. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful

My CC info appears to have been stolen from this place, and multiple small charges have been made at this location (maybe in hopes that I wouldnt notice? IDK) These charges were smaller than I would ever incur at this store, and were placed on days that I didnt even leave the house. Its a shame because other than this fiasco, Ive had no issues with the shop at all. Disappointing.

My usual go to for vape equipment and ejuices, huge selection of 100+ juices and 50+ mods from smok, ijoy, VGod... etc. and if you’re looking for something no one else has there’s a chance they have it. Rick, Jenna, and Hector are always extremely helpful and professional. If you’re looking for a new smoke shop check this place out.
