The staff was friendly and professional as soon as I arrived. The waiting area was fully stocked with tea and coffee, which I enjoyed. My massage with Jessica exceeded expectations. She took the time to ask questions about where I felt pain to do her best to alleviate it, showing care and compassion. She’s amazing, and I highly recommend her.

Rachel was great! She kept in mind my goals for my skin, talked me through each step, and provided tips to maintain until my next visit. Plus she was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to!

Let me start with the employees at the front desk. They are always very attentive and helpful. Both in person and virtually always professional and quick to respond. Ryan and Shavana are wonderful. Therapists medium too hard pressure perfect!! Always amazing. Leave there feeling great! I hesitate to share their names. Because I can barely get an appointment myself. But they are wonderful

I’ve had a few massages in the past, one at a hammam spa. David was hands down, the BEST, most INTUITIVE massage I’ve ever had. I have a very sensitive spine with a lot of pinched nerves and he, without mention, focused on that. And he found the muscles causing my shoulder discomfort! These kinds of massages aren’t necessarily meant to be “relaxing” in the moment (for first timers). However, he gave me the most relaxing leg and foot massage I didn’t know I needed!He literally might be the reason I get a monthly membership.

I had an appointment scheduled for 1:15. When I got there, they looked confused. They called my therapist who they said has just stepped out. They had me wait for 25 mins when they finally came back and asked me if I would be willing to switch appointments to a 2:30 slot. I had already acquired childcare, and couldn’t move my time. So they just cancelled my appointment- wasting my time, gas, and child care. It was super disappointing all around. Even after calling up to discuss after the fact, they have done nothing to take ownership of it foul up

I took my mom on a day of pampering. Started with brunch, then a mani and pedi, and then a massage at Massage Envy in Hyde Park. The massages for both of us was wonderful absolutely no complaint there. When we were checking out they charged my mom for 90 minutes instead of 60. I made the appointments I know what I requested and the lady who booked the appointments even said that I was correct and wasnt sure what happened. The other lady just kept saying it was 90 minutes. So instead of it being $132 it was $212. This was our first massage from there and our last. Guess once you are back in the room and have no concept of time they can do whatever.

Young, flippant, disrespectful représentatives identifying themselves as managers. Natalie does not know the meaning of customer service. Not to mention having any interpersonal or conflict resolution skills.Natalie was rude and kurt and because of my interaction with her I will not be renewing my membership with this Hyde Park location of Massage Envy. I refuse to patronize an establishment who displays no coutesies. I will take my business somewhere where people appreciate my business and know how to treat thier customers. There is too many competitors for me to tolerate this kind of treatment.I would not recommend this location.

Shavonna was my massage therapist for my prenatal massage last night, and it was the best massage ive ever had! She was so friendly, welcoming, and we had great conversations. She listened to where i needed focused on and did amazing.

David was very professional. He was excellent at taking care of his clients and I would recommend him to anyone!

Very professional. Used too much pressure at times when I specified medium. But she worked my designated target areas. Never touched my arms which I thought was odd. Overall it was ok.

Thieves. Very poor management. Have gone through COVID, closure of the location due to water damage, and despite this loyalty it is impossible to cancel and get the remaining credits transferred to another member. Everytime they come with a different excuses. You have to pay extra. Then sorry it’s not corporate it’s a franchise, so rules are different. Then sorry it’s the first time we hear about it (despite phone calls and emails to track). Avoid.

She is very sweet and easy to talk to. And her massage techniques are super. I will be back to see her.

Very displeased and upset. I was told my appointment was at 1:30. I got there at 1:30. My therapist was in the reception area talking with the two front employee. They checked me in and told me to go to the waiting area. Ten minutes later I was escorted to the room and was then told I had 15 minutes left on my stretch session which was supposed to have been at 1:10. I couldnt be her statement and went on to tell her I had been told 1:30. I was told I would have to discuss it with the front desk. Well I did! The two young ladies looked at one another with smirked faces and dismissed me. I have been a member for many years. I WONT BE BACK!!!!!

Trying to call to book a massage for my sister and the girl asked me to repeat myself too much, so I hung up in hopes of getting a different person. Now they wont pickup and they just keep letting it go to VM. Can someone please let the front desk whoever is there rn know the importance of picking up the phone w/a friendly and helpful manner. And also the importance of picking up the phone when it rings. I tried twice and keeps going to VM. I will go book the massages w/anybody else f off.

This place will charge your credit card even if you don’t get the message I canceled appointment and they still charged my credit card stay away from this place it reeks desperation definitely do not give your credit card information cause they will charge it!! Stay away from this place I consider this fraud! And it’s being reported 👎🏾

Its hard to pick between my favs, David is the best but I really enjoy Dave too. They specializes in different styles of massaging.

I called and booking Mother’s Day visit for my friend based off internet price of $80. When I called I was never asked about membership or anything. After my friends appointment I was charged $134 and when I called on Monday the lady who booked the appointment swears she told me the price and when I asked for call to be listened to she stated there calls are not recorded (How convenient).

Jessica is so knowledgeable in treating tension in different areas that are contributing to my chronic muscle pain. I will definitely see her again

Love my therapist, Jeannine (Kristine H). She is awesome. There are locations closer to my home that opened after Hyde Park but I will drive a little further because of her. Had a great experience! Very clean, tidy shop and friendly staff. My masseuse Kevin listened to my problem areas and addressed them with pressure levels that we agreed on. You may be able to use your FSA or HSA to cover the cost of services, which is a smart way to address chronic issues or injuries tax free. Online scheduling through their website was very easy.

Front desk personnel were very friendly & helpful rescheduling a future appointment. Shavonna is a 5+ !!! I like a very firm massage & she knows how to find every hidden knot. I always feel GREAT afterwards. Our lively conversation is a fun bonus, ;)

I was really upset with my massage. I repeatedly asked Shavonna to be less firm. I asked for light to medium. She was polite and quite, but my back is in pain today from how forceful the pressure was from the massage.

David nailed it!!! Listened to my needs, perfect pressure and I left 100% better than when I arrived

She has great energy and a friendly spirit, and the pressure is perfect. She checks in with me throughout and is flexible with addressing any problem areas. Last minute appointment because my normal massage therapist was not available. Went for a 90-minute massage that turned out to be 80-minutes (the therapist was 5 minutes late getting me to the roomAnd then another 5 minutes as she left and I got on the table; though she did stop exactly “on time” resulting in only an 80-minute massage).Massage was ok. I don’t see myself making this a regular visit, but it’s ok in a pinch.

I like the service but hate the $10 transfer fee they charge for you to share your prepaid service to someone.The Tippy app for gratuity payments via credit card is also a Rob-job! This discourages the practice of tipping altogether.Id rate Kevin a 4.5 because he started the service a few minutes late and ended earlier than 5 minutes before noon.I saw Samara on 5/10/24 and give her a rating of 5 (Great)!

Tamar was very professional & made me feel very comfortable! She applied pressure in all the right places. I requested she focused on the hip area. I was able to put weight on that area once she complete the massage. I plan on returning!!!!

I’ve had a membership with Massage Envy in Hyde Park for at least 8 years now. My Masseuse Micah, had taken a leave of absence and so did I due to work schedule. I kept paying my membership fees and racking up credits. Through those credits I’ve gifted my girlfriends free massages, a Mother-to-Be and Significant Other, along with Bonus Daughters. Micah had told me if he wasn’t available to ask for David. I made an appointment with David and it was yesterday. David did an excellent job using Light to Medium pressure. On a scale of 1-5, I would definitely give him a 5 and recommend him to anyone. Great job 👏 David!

Great massage with Ryan that has to go by Bill because there are 2 Ryans that work there. He is very knowledgeable and does a very thorough job on the muscles I have an old back injury and he’s found a way to relieve much of the deep muscle tension. I would recommend anyone to go to him. I have been seeing Sandy at the Hyde Park location for years to help keep my skin happy and healthy. Because of life circumstances (moving an hour+ away, buying a business, family things, etc etc) I have not been able to see Sandy regularly for over a year. And let me tell you, my skin has unfortunately paid the price!As a woman in my early 40’s, I am once again struggling with acne and hyperpigmentation. These have always been issues for me since my late teens, but once I started seeing Sandy on a monthly basis back around maybe 2017ish?…my skin became healthy and beautiful for the first time in my adult life! Ive previously gone to multiple high end medical estheticians at various offices around Cincinnati/NKY, as well as when I lived in downtown Chicago for 5 years. Not one of those experiences have even come close to my experience with Sandy.She is truly amazing and genuinely cares about each person who walks through her door. I immediately felt comfortable with her as compared to the typical embarassment I’d feel about my skin when seeing other estheticians (FYI…none of these other people, except for one person who was NOT employed by Massage Envy btw, ever TRIED to make me feel bad about my skin or anything like that …but Sandy actually made me feel good and helped ease my self consciousness).We started a monthly regimen that included some chemical peels, the Obagi Microdermabrasion and the occasional Jan Marini facial. She also helped me get on the right skin care regimen with her honest product recommendations. WOW…what a difference that made! My skin cleared up and actually glowed!!! No exaggeration, but this was life changing for me. My confidence improved dramatically and I was also lucky enough to get to build a wonderful relationship with Sandy. I always looked forward to our appointments and swear I’d have been in every week to see her if my bank account would allow it!Yesterday was my first time back with Sandy in waaaaay too long. It was like seeing that long lost friend who you are always able to pick up right where you left off. She didn’t make me feel bad about the state of my skin…and yesterday was probably the worst she’s ever seen it, but she didn’t make me feel like that in the slightest. We did the microderm infusion and I walked out with a replenishment of products, including some new ones that she recommended. I find I don’t even bat an eye at the price of a product if Sandy recommends it. The results I have seen in my skin over the years since finding Sandy have made every penny spent worth it. Plus I have seen the difference of what my skin looks like when I’m not using the right products, on top of not coming in regularly like I used to. Never going to make that mistake again!With just one service back with Sandy, I swear my skin already looks so much better. It’s been a hard year, so to get to feel and look like myself again feels amazing. I didnt realize just how badly I had been feeling until I was able to wake up this morning, look in the mirror and remember how it felt to actually feel good.I cannot recommend Sandy enough. Cece was amazing! I came in with terrible upper back pain and limited neck mobility. After one medium/firm session with her, I regained some of my mobility and reduced the extensive discomfort I was feeling upon arrival. Her expert care made for a comfortable massage experience and her knowledgeable insights help come create a good after-care maintenance plan.

I have been going to Massage Envy for some years now…. I have been going to Kevin as a massage therapist for like a year now and those hands 🙌🏼 of his are amazing. Just a personal testimony I have been in 9 car accidents since the year of 2008 so my self care requires of a lifetime of massage 💆‍♀️ to my whole body so that the pain doesn’t stay inside my body or ache 😣 me for long periods without being tended to for a even flow of the blood 🩸 in my body. In just one visit with Master Kevin you won’t be disappointed at all! His technique is very calming and soothing for a whole wellness and rejuvenated body makeover. Yesterday I had a massage done by Tamarr for the first at time. She hit all of my painful areas without me having to tell her and guided me through deep breathing as she got into deeper muscles. I look forward to booking with her again!

I had my first appointment with Terry yesterday. I didn’t have a particular masseuse in mind because I have only been to ME a few times but Terry is now my guy!!! He was so incredibly skilled. He used the perfect amount of pressure, he focused on the areas I specified but didn’t forget the rest. I was on the chatty side (I would hate to doze off and miss out haha) and it didn’t seem to bother him at all. He engaged with me but also let me set the conversational pace so that if I grew silent for awhile it didn’t feel awkward. He has a great presence that put me at total ease, the best massages happen when you can fully relax after all and his vibe was perfect. I highly recommend booking him. I even signed up for a monthly package after our appointment and already have our next session scheduled. I also had a great experience with the other staff members. They provided great customer service, made the sign up process smooth and simple and made me feel like a special and valued client!

Pamela knows her stuff! Shes not there to rub lotion on you. She practices a DEEP tissue massage that will target the fascia,muscle, trigger points and connective tissues in a way that allows you to experience complete release in areas that may have been tight for years. Most importantly she listens to you and asks questions so that she is meeting your needs and keeping you comfortable.

Annie is absolutely amazing! I’ve gotten massages regularly forever but just moved here and i got her in my second massage session and haven’t looked back! One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time - she actively listens to my concerns and treats them during the massage - her pressure is a great firm pressure for knots but uses some Swedish techniques so it’s still relaxing.I also love the relaxation room before you go into the massage.The front desk seems a little new but they are kind and trying.Overheard a manager working with a customer over a complaint - the manager seemed to be helpful and the customer seemed happy once the issue was addressed - i only suggest having a conversation like that in a Private room or office cus the reception area echos so it’s distracting.Otherwise I’ve been happy with massage envy - been using them on and off for a while - it’s really just about finding the right therapist and receptionist - it’s a corporation so there will always be rules that they are required to follow even if they are annoying

Emily was amazing. She was running a bit behind but made sure I got my full time. She really focused on my problem areas and helped work through the tension. I left feeling very relaxed and will be rebooking with her monthly!

CeCe is the best! She listened to my preferences and executed with excellence. I went in with sore muscles throughout my body from over exertion the day before. I left feeling so much better!!!

David is a perfect fit for anyone! He can level with any form of communication needed, whether highly chatty or completely silent. He is gentle and will up the pressure to comfort. Highly recommend Massage Envy and David as a package deal!

My experience is ALWAYS great when I get a massage at Massage envy, but this specific time, it was really bad. I will not mention the name because she was a true sweetheart, but nothing went right this day with my massage. I was scratched while being massaged. I was pinched when the sheets were being tucked. The hot rag was too hot. And I was given no pressure while being massaged and I REALLY needed this that specific day. It’s been a whirlwind in my life and I wanted to relax like I usually do when I come to Massage Envy. Buy I received none of that. I was disappointed and didn’t want to hurt the feelings of the masseuse because again, she was SO sweet. The receptionist was AMAZING! I can’t remember her name but she had short blonde hair with glasses. She was SO welcoming!From now on, I will call for my appointment next time rather than do it online. I will still use the location because again, they are always friendly! Thank you all!

I have been getting massages and stretches from Jeanine since January 2017. I tried other therapists and I got good results but there is something special about her. She is extremely gifted as a therapist and a great listener. I always feel at ease during our sessions and I will continue to be a loyal customer of hers.

I have been to many Massage Envys because I travel a lot. It never fails when I go to Hyde Park, everything is great. I have never had a bad therapist. I do stretching, massage and facials and everyone there is so great. The front desk is always friendly and accommodating. 10s all around!!!!!

Terry did a great job. He made me feel comfortable and did amazing work! I had muscle pain in my muscle for 2 weeks prior to going into my appointment and now I have no pain! He is a miracle worker!

I cannot overstate how negative my experience has been with this franchise. I noticed a charge of $121 on my card. When I contacted a representative of this location, I was told that I scheduled a same day massage for 11:30am at 11:06am and then no showed the appointment. Logically, this makes absolutely no sense. Additionally, I received no phone call during the HOUR AND A HALF that I supposedly booked to alert me to said no show and give me the opportunity to present to the location. Furthermore, I received no email or text confirmation of the appointment to alert me to the fact that an appointment was scheduled to begin with. When requesting a refund, I was essentially gaslit on repeat and told that I consented to the cancellation policy when I made the appointment (that I didn’t make!) There was never even remote entertainment of the idea that their technology may have malfunctioned and absolutely no responsibility taken on their part of the issue despite the seemingly clear error that occurred. All of this to say, I would not go here. If you do, I would not use their online booking system. If you make an appointment and don’t receive any notification, call immediately. Otherwise, I fear you too will be erroneously charged.

Not worth the $$ at all. Booked an hour long prenatal massage and simply requested that we work on my feet and lower back when I filled out my paper work and with the therapist herself. My feet were touched for MAYBE a total of 3 minutes (between both of them) and my back was worked on momentarily before she moved to my shoulders. I wouldn’t recommend this spa.

I’ve kept my membership with Massage Envy for several years because the therapist are knowledgeable and well trained. This was my first time to have a massage in Cincinnati, OH and I was not disappointed. I walked in aching and slightly bent but I was pain free after my 60mjn session with Pam. That was Saturday. It’s Sunday morning and I’m still pain free. May God continue to bless you and keep you is my prayer, Pam.

The only thing positive about my experience yesterday was Jeanine H, my massage therapist. I was unknowingly charged $100 over the price I was quoted online and was not told the pricing would be different until AFTER my services during checkout. The front desk manager was extremely rude and unwilling to accommodate the fact that this establishment is operating out of false advertising. I have contacted your corporate office, the BBB and plan to contact my attorney.

This is my favorite massage studio. It has the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and a number of therapists specializing in different massage pressures, including Emily who is my favorite for deep tissue work. They also offer a variety of enhancements and I always get the Rapid Tension Relief because its such a great way to warm up the muscles and start to release tension at the beginning of a massage.

I havent had a massage in a long time so after a very stressful, physically-demanding 2 weeks at work, I decided to treat myself so I could address some areas of pain I was experiencing. For folks new to massages like me, heres a detailed review so you know generally what to expect. I booked my appointment online 2 nights before for a 90 minute massage. Booking online was relatively easy! Although funnily enough, I preferred navigating Massage Envys site on my phone as opposed to my computer web browser. The mobile site just felt a little more user friendly. When I entered my preferences, a list of available therapists popped up. Upon reviewing my options, I requested Davis at the Hyde Park location because he was listed as specializing in firm pressure. When I arrived to my appointment, I was greeted by Britta. She was lovely, welcoming and kind. She took me aside to go over what my areas of concern were and asked general health information so my massage therapist could know a bit about me before we began. The check-in process was quick and painless. Then I was taken back to a quiet room to wait for Davis. Once he was all prepped, he arrived a few minutes later and took me back to the room. We chatted briefly again about what my expectations were and what Davis general techniques, policies and goals were for our session. He stepped out so I could change and I hopped under the sheets. The room we were in was clean, quiet and cozy. The bedsheets were soft and comfortable. They had calming spa music playing (funnily enough, not my thing, but it didnt bother me enough to ask him to turn it off -which Im sure he would have done in a heartbeat if I asked). When Davis returned, he got straight to work. He focused on my back left side first and checked in about the pressure he was using. I knew instantly I made the right choice. Davis is not messing around when it comes to pressure. Ive had massages in the past that were meant to be more relaxing than anything, so the pressure was generally light to medium. I was there to really work some deep pain and ache-ness out as opposed to relaxing. During my time, we had an awesome conversation! I gave him a heads-up that I was a chatty Cathy and he totally went with it which made me feel really at ease. He concentrated on my poor, sad back for quite a bit of time. It was so obvious to tell that Davis cared deeply about the quality and caliber of his work. Next we addressed my legs and finally my feet. Right before the session ended, I mentioned I was still having a bit of trouble with my neck so he finished our session working on that. Check out was also nice and easy. Britta explained their monthly subscription service, but not in an overly sales-pitch kind of way. I decided to pass on it this time, but its definitely something I might think about in the future. I think the only drawback in booking with Davis is that his work is addicting and so helpful that hes often fully booked with loyal clients so it might be hard to get in to see him in the future. This just speaks to how good and helpful he is! All in all, I had a wonderful time and highly recommend both this location and Davis!

I have tightness throughout my back from a 2 year journey with cancer. I needed a good stretch and release of the fascia. Pam was wonderful. I felt 2 inches taller walking out.

I rated this place a looooog time ago - probably 5 years ago. Just updating this to a full 5 stars now. This was way overdue. The front office staff is always so cheerful and pleasant... And my massage therapist Crystal is the best in the whole wide world. Ive tried various other therapists at this ME, at other MEs around the city and country and at different massage places, but have never found someone so perfect to fix up all my aches and pains the way Crystal does with her deep tissue massage. Thank you Crystal!!! This ME earns its 5 stars mainly because of you.

I was excited to receive this monthly membership as a gift. Every service I have had I a have been impressed. However, the front desk staff is rude and dismissive.My first experience here I was left in the waiting room for almost 50 minutes and all I got was “sorry.”While I get massages/facials pretty frequently, I really wanted to join myself. Massage staff and faciasts I have seen are top notch. Getting an apt there is not and not pleasant. I hope this improves or I will return to my previous establishment. Thank you.

Didn’t even get to make my massage appt because they cancelled it less than 24 hours before. I made this appt over a month in advance and it was a Valentine’s Day present for my boyfriend. They were not accommodating and no other dates were found to fit my schedule due to them being fully booked which is why I made my appt in advance to begin with. Very frustrating and will never be getting a massage here.

Wonderful 90 minute massage with Dave. I typically can’t handle a 60 minute, much less 90 minute, massage because they are too rough (I easily bruise). Dave has a great light massage that will leave you relaxed.

You know in grade school when you got that B- to just barely get by and not get a C to make your parents happy? Thats how I felt my experience went at this Massage Envy.My therapist got the job done and completed the service, but wasnt that friendly and didnt seem to enjoy her job very much. She did not attempt to above and beyond in any way at all. The session lasted 47 minutes so it wasnt like she was trying to get a good tip and exceed expectations in that regard either. The price of $70+tax not including tip for an intro session isnt cheap to begin with.In short, I tried this massage envy because they had openings and I wanted to get in late notice on a Saturday. I wont be back because you have TOO MUCH competition. High base price + bare bones service = bare bones tip + I return to your competitors.

Vasha!!!! Shes the best!! She gives the most beautiful comfortable and relaxing facials in the world. Shes pleasant helpful and has really helped with my skincare. I wish I could rave about her more and more. Shes considerate and gentle. She had a plan and when my skin wasnt cooperating she reassessed and altered my treatment while explaining to me what and why she was reassessing her treatments. What a beautiful soul. Shes the reason Im returning and returning again.

The Hyde Park location is awful! Its mainly with the staff and owner...the worst!! The staff entered in the wrong date on their computer system and then charged my CC $140 when I didnt show up to an appointment I never made! The correct date was 2/15/21 and she logged in 1/15/21. I am a new customer and bought massages for myself and two sons for Christmas and they treated me so rudely. The staff kept saying we no-called no-showed and I kept saying, please stop saying I no-called no-showed to an appointment I never made! It was staff error. No problem we are all humans and make mistakes, but the owner would not make it right and authorize a refund. He said, who should I believe, my staff or you? I was so offended. I said I am a new customer and purposely made it on Presidents day when my kids were off school. There was no mistaking what the correct date should have been as me and one of your staff had a very detailed conversation about it needing to be on a day when my kids were off school. I am a new customer...what ever happened to customer courtesy?! I said the 3 of us were going to become members and asked him if he would rather lose 3 customer memberships over refunding my CC for a charge that shouldnt be there in the first place. He said yes! Err. Bottom line is that I was charged for a service I never received and an appointment I never made! I then looked up this locations reviews and they are not good. And it has nothing to do with the massage therapists...its all front desk and management staff. One reviewer even went as far as to say they were thieves. The bad reviews consist of not cancelling memberships when requested and then not refunding the extra months they were charged, etc Look it up for yourself. Awful reviews for the staff/management/owner.The good news: Since I bought the three massages in gift cards, I went to the Newport location to use them on Presidents Day as originally planned. They were fantastic! It was going to snow and they went out of their way to call me and to stay if I wake up Monday morning and theres snow and i want to reschedule..it would be no problem. Very courteous and understanding. The staff and manager were very sweet and we enjoyed our day as planned. Trust me, go to the Newport location!update: owners response below is automated and laughable. I did reach out to you...multiple times and you did not make it right. This automated response is for the public to think you care but in fact your actions proves you dont care.

Had my 4th session with Sandra, my skin texture is getting better and better. Opted for Microderm infusion this time. My skin is plump very soft and skin tone brightened. Someone commented that my skin looked younger. Sandra did an amazing job explaining each step in the infusion process. I will try the Chemical peel next. Im hooked on both the skin care and massages now and trying to incorporate both into my healthcare regimen for 2023. I recommend getting the microderm infusion and Sandra. Thanks Sandra and massage Envy for the fantastic service received.

This location has always been an issue and it will be my last massage here as I’m moving to Columbus, OH but 10 out of 10 people would not recommend this place. The front office staff is rude and if you sign up for a yearly membership the company will steal your money if you don’t use all of your “credits.” You can only transfer credits once a month and you cannot transfer to the same person more than once in six months. Read the fine print or just avoid it at all costs.

It was initially not my first choice of massage parlors to go to but with the intense pain I had in my shoulder and neck, I decided to take a last minute appointment and Im so glad I did. The front desk staff was very kind, efficient and sensitive to my tight schedule. I had an amazing 30-minute shoulder massage with Mandy and it was almost telepathic how she hit every spot where I felt discomfort. The room was quiet with peaceful music and the table was set at the perfect temperature with soft linens; no better way to reset after a bad nights sleep!I am EXTREMELY picky about massages after having lived in Thailand and being completely spoiled with amazing massages on a weekly basis. Mandy only works during the day so if you want a good massage Tuesday-Thursday, book her soon!

HORRRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! This was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had from start to finish. From the time I called to schedule and appointment all the way down to the massage.First time customer, never had any services from this place. I recently just had surgery and a major part of my recovery/ post- op care is to receive lympathic massages. I called to schedule with these people and the receptionist who I spoke with when booking my appointments had very poor customer service over the phonezm. When scheduling my appointments she insured that they had a one 30 min (lympathic massage) & an hour(lympathic massage) fir the following day. I agreed that was fine and gave information to confirm the appt. towards the end of the call she mentioned that they were running a Mother’s Day special of (BOGO) and that it’ll be cheaper if I went that route as far as payment. I agreed!Fast forward to the next day. I got to my appointment on time, was confirmed through text message to go ahead and enter the facility. Doing so, the woman and the front counter was very very very unpleasant not very welcoming to clients checking in fir their scheduled appointments. As this was my very first time in this place it’s like she assumed I’d been there before. Once in the back the woman at the front desk came & got more information from me regarding my needs of service . I throughly explained & answered all questions pertaining to the massage regarding why I’m getting the massage, sensitive areas/ Focus areas Etc. As this is information being transferred to the person who will be doing my massage.Once I got to the room my masseuse was Davis,he briefly went over what was in my chart. Then he immediately started going into converasatjin about the surgical procedure I had telling me what I should & should not be doing as if he’s a doctor, nurse of some sort. JUST TERRIBLE! My eyebrows was immediately raised & I was in total shock that he was approaching the situation as he was.I WAS THERE FOR AN MASSAGE not there for a follow up with my surgeon or doctor. I’ve had lympathic massages before and the techinque used is Very light weight, light strokes very mild pressure pushing blood flow towards the Heart. This masseuse David was so horrible, his pressure so so hard as if I were getting a deep tissue massage. He never worked on the full parts that I needed him to which was my whole abdomen, he basically justpressed on my obliques. This was totally not a lympathic drainage massage.Once the massage was over and time to check out at the counter the women at the desk asked how I wanted to pay & I insured her that I purchased the two massages over the phone the previous day & mentioned the motherfms day special. She then pulls out a box with envelopes found one with my name on it and told me I basically purchased two gift cards that was BOGO. ( the lady I spoke with that scheduled the appointments never mentioned gift cards) i assumed I payed for my massages in advance & maybe it was some code or something for the BOGO. Nevertheless, the lady at the counter continued to check me out using the gift cards but she wasn’t having any luck .. long story short she ended up having to call the manager in which she said well it’s not working because the Mother’s Day promotion is only applicable for 1hiyr massages(mind you I had purchased one 30 min & 1 60 min) I then told her I was was never told that over the phone. I ended up having to pay $42 more for the 30 min massage that I had already bascucalky payed for. The promotion price total (BOGO) was $115 so I came out of pocket $42 more dollars because of mis- information . I wanted to refund the 60 min massage I had for the following day because at this point the whole experience had just been un- pleasant from start. The manager insured that there are no refunds on gift cards & how she had to contact her boss( who was out of town) to see how to resolve the issue blah blah blah... VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!I ended up keeping the following appointment with the very terrible masseuse
