My sister and I walked in for pedicures and Tony and Diane did amazing work. I am so pleased and happy with my pedicure. My sister ended up getting additional service and getting a manicure from Leslie. Very nice, relaxing atmosphere. Very kind and professional staff. We will be back! Best pedicures in town!

I absolutely love working with Holly. I don’t care much for long and colorful nails and she hit the mark. I went here once and struggled a bit with how they try to up-sell stuff so I didn’t want to come back. It’s just a part of the business so I understand how they have to do it. However, this time it wasn’t nearly as bad and I got to have a great conversation and get to know Holly. Her work on my nails was spectacular and beautiful. Just be okay with the up-selling tactics, and just be patient. They’ve got to do what they’ve got to do to work. Otherwise, thank you Holly for a very relaxing hour. I will come back and see you as soon as I can. :)

I went in for a manipedi about a week ago.One week. This is how my thumb looks now.The only thing keeping this from being 1-star was the girl who did the pedicure portion. She was kind and friendly. Very unlike the guy that did the manicure portion. First off, I wanted nail art done in powder. Specifically powder, because gel messes up my nails. Anyway, dude proceeds to completely ignore my request for powder, as well as anything else I was saying.I spent over $100 here, and as far as Im concerned, was the worst use of money I could have spent. Will not be back unless they seriously address attitude and, frankly, skill of the manicurist.

First time here. Tried a simple manicure. Terrible. They were nice enough. It appeared the girl doing mine was new as another women kept watching over her shoulder until she took over. Nails filed after polished so Im left with sharp Nails. The place is neat appeared clean. 2 stars for niceness of women. 20 bucks for a regular no gel.UPDATE. the business responded and apologized.Thats OK but not taking action to right your wrong doesnt change my mind. Doesnt change the terrible service you gave me. Does not make me trust you to go back to you.I just say everyone proceed with caution. Dont say I didnt warn you.

Holly always does a great job! Takes my Pintrest pictures, and she does a great job at recreating them for me. Its always very nice to sit with her for my 45-minutes to 1 hour appointment. My nails last for weeks. Her latest creation for the 4th of July!!!

Wow! All to often I go and get a pedicure at other places and feel ripped off. I feel like I leave with the same feet with minimal effort given. Today however was a much welcomed change. Had an amazing pedi and they really took the time to address my callus issue. Gave agreat leg and foot massage. Hot stones, and a foot mask.10 stars out of five. And you get champagne while u are getting it done. Cant wait to come back.

I went for a gel mani and let her talk me into dip. These look horrible!They are all different size and shapes and she didnt even do my cuticles so the edges are all rough over the skin.I had to ask her to dip one hand tips again bc half the white wasnt even on some nails. Probably the second worst job I have ever had done in my life.She made so many fingers bleed with the drimmel, they look worse than when I went in.Edit: dip didnt even last a week. Spots she made bleed havent even healed yet.

I love going to Mindy, she is so creative and sweet. And so gentle and caring with her service!

They were very nice but after 2 plus hours I left so sad. I wanted flat square acrylics and at the end of each nail is a lump/clump of acrylic at the bottom of each nail. They do not look sharp. One hand is nice an squared the other is not :/

My gel pedicure fell off of my pinky as soon as I got home!! Felt very rushed and the guy that did my nails had body Oder! One of the workers was getting her nails done in front of me because there were no customers. They great and offer a beverage but the quality of their product is not it!

Last time I got a pedicure here I got my nails filed so short it hurt for a few days afterwards. When it comes to getting manicures done they are even more disappointing. My fingers each have little scabs on almost every one and the nails their selves are too thick on some, incomplete on some parts as well, blending on my ombre wasnt done well but at least the glitter covered that up. I love glitter. Other than the glitter, the only thing I liked is they were quite welcoming to my preschool aged daughter when I got her nails and toes painted here.

I brought my two daughters here today. They both wanted to get them done...They give manicure/pedicure...nails...facials. The chairs are very comfortable. They accept appointments as well as walk ins...I youngest got the red dip powder with a white glitter for Christmas. She had Kim. Kim was very kind and took her time. She was patient and funny.I would recommend her.My other daughter got magnetic cat eye nail polish. I did not even know this existed.They give free drinks...mimosa..margarita...juice...ect...

An absolutely wonderful experience, definitely worth 5 stars!! They offer a clean environment, reasonable prices, an extensive menu of services, professional staff, and complimentary drinks.I had the Lavender Pedicure with Kim and she was delightful. She was very professional and attentive.In all of the salons that I have visited I would have to say this was the most pleasant experience I have had.I was seen as a walk in and waited about 5 minutes to be seen, but then my service began immediately. I was not left soaking indefinitely as I have experienced in other salons.I will be returning with friends and family and encourage anyone who is looking for a great relaxing salon experience at reasonable prices with extra special touches to visit Nails Couture.

This place is amazing! Jenny did a fantastic job with my ombre powder and the drink of choice is a nice touch and very relaxing. Currently sitting in the massage chair getting a fantastic pedicure and Im in heaven❤ Come here you wont be disappointed!

Ive gone to this location a few times during COVID19 in the less restrictive tiers and I feel like this place has gone downhill. I get why they cannot offer the complimentary upgrades like water and alcoholic beverages right now. In December, I came in for a Manicure and a Pedicure and Ive noticed that each person does dipped nails slightly different- some soak off the dip before filing off with the electric buffer, others pull off the dip, which like a review below said, seems to be bad for your nail bed. Today, the gal just did a straight buffer of my nails without soaking- and she didnt even get all of the polish off! I can still see the patches of blue under my new dipped nails! Seriously? I really wanted to say, are you just going to leave them like that? I mean, Ive done that at home when Im just over it, but I expect a lot more for a $45 plus tip nail job. I only left a $3 tip as I just wasnt impressed, but I felt bad because covid and all. The gal taking my payment announced that $3 was for her, which was really awkward, but the woman seemed thankful and not rude.That aside, the buffer hurt at times because they basically just filed off all the color without soaking. And this has happened many times where Ive ended up cut and hurting with my nails after visits at this place. Also- this was just a straight up color change job. There was no manicure, no trimming of cuticles, no massage, not even cuticle oil. All they did was barely remove color and trim my nails before applying the new color for the same price in which you should be getting a full mani and cocktail. I also came here for a pedicure back in December and the woman was so rough on massaging my legs that I had bruising afterward for a few days.But today just really has me in search of a new salon- I was rushed through my color selection. I asked to have specific colors and they kept putting new samples in front of me while asking if I had chosen something yet, so I ended up settling. Definitely not an experience worth $45.

Holly is the best for powder nails and fast. Full set removed and added in under 1 hour and they always look great. Huge selection of powders and gels.

These are my nails literally a day after I had my nails done... They were way too thin.. barely put any gel powder... My nails never come off like this & this was my first time coming here. Within a week I took them all off. What a waist of money. My nails usually last 3 weeks

Very nice experience overall. The nail technician was friendly but didn’t force conversation, she took her time and triple checked to make sure that her work on my nails was flawless. I loved the color she suggested, how clean the work stations were, and how fairly priced they were. I will be returning!

My girl Holly is the BEST! My acrylic powder nails last for weeks and I love that she always has something fun for me to try. Her pedicures with the hot stones are wonderful. Very clean shop and friendly people. They even offer a beverage with every service.

I got a Jasmine Tea and Aloe Vera pedicure. The massage with the specialty products lasted a long time. My technician Mindy was nice and appeared understand my questions. She did update me to this pedicure but, I enjoyed it and plan to return.

This place is cute but the service is absolutely terrible. i came w/ 2 other people, and they told us to come back 2 hours after the time we arrived to get serviced, we simply said no ty and left. as we were leaving, the receptionist came out to our car (?????) and told us he had room. despite that, my friend had to wait over 20 minutes and hers was rushed. another girl (not apart of my group) couldn’t get hers done at all because they took so long. not even an hour after arriving home, my gel polish started to peel and definitely would’ve came off in one piece if i hadn’t glued it. the chairs are uncomfortable, every single person had complaints of hot/cold water, and they were passing around polish/top coat/tools which is very unsanitary. at times some workers did not wear gloves. not worth $55, definitely do not come here.

They charged me $30 to simply paint my four year olds nails and feet with low quality polish… she is FOUR so she has no cuticles. Before they charged me $10 just to paint my daughters fingers but I feel like they just ripped me off this time. After being a loyal customer I will not be going back.

Rose is incredibly talented. She has done acrylic and dip for my nails. She also waxes my eyebrows. My husband iscomfortable getting services, ears waxed, at salon as they welcome both men and women. I drive 35 minutes because salon is immaculate and all tools they use are pre-cleaned and packaged.

One of my nails is already chipping and I got them done yesterday. All I have done is type a bit at the beginning of the day. 😕

Nightmare! Never in my life; have I witnessed this, let alone imagining it happening to me! Asked for a new set. Sat down. The lady started prepping for a fill. I said new set please not a fill. She said you don’t need new set. Again I came for a new set. She is frustrated now! Left came back w/ a coworker, they both started taking off my nails when I noticed they were having trouble. I offered to do it since I can do it faster. They said yes, pleas, thank you. Took less than 10 minutes. 5 people walked in and they went to help them. She said YOU HAVE TO WAIT NOW. I said why, I was helping you with MY service. Finally, I said fine I’ll have wait .You started taking my nails off and now I have NONE. She comes back and says YOU TOO PICKY. 😩🤔🤔UH? I’m lost at this point. Then she said YOU GO DOWN THE STREET. End result, left with no nails after they stared taking my nails off. I had an engagement in 2 hours. Glad I left because the shop down the street had common sense respect and could not believe this happen. They said so sorry this happened to you.

I got my nails done for an event 3 days before the day and after a couple hours of getting my nails done they started chipping. I made sure not to do dishes or anything that could ruin the nails before the event, but the nail polish was coming off in large flakes. I asked the lady how long the nail polish would stay on and she said dont worry it will stay on for up-to 2-3 weeks but everything came off within 5 days. The polish was lifting and the whole nail polish would come off for some of the nails. I read other reviews on here after the experience and realized other customers had the same problem as well. Save your time and money and get your nails done somewhere else if you dont want them to start coming off as soon as you get them done. The customer service was also horrible when i was telling the worker my issue.

My daughter went in to have her nails done for prom. They said they didnt know what she ment by dip powder and made her nails crazy long and put them on crooked. I sent her back to get them fixed. All they did was cut the nails down. Refused to fix the crooked nails they put on and told her they would charge her to redo their mess up. They were also so rough on her nails she is in pain and they are red and irritated. Dont go to this place. Save yourselves a trip of being ripped off.

Love this salon. I have had Jenny and Taylor do my nails and both were perfect. Did a wonderful job and made sure I was happy with my nails before I left. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Will always go back to them.

Went with my daughter, a friend and her young daughter on Mothers Day for the first/last time. Our experience here wasnt good at all. The best part was the complimentary champagne. Nails and toes look ok but for the pedi she thinned my nails out so much there was pink areas where the nail was really thin and ofcourse she hurried up and painted it before I could really get a good look at them. And there was dry skin around my big toe nails! How do you just get a pedicure and have dry skin there and the technician just ignore it! Smh. Then my manicure was with a different lady and she seemed nice Intel she couldnt talk me into dip powder then her whole attitude changed. I had a nail that had almost broke completely off from the acrylics I previously had on so I mentioned it was still alil sore yet she decided to still push down and try to file it! *ouch* I quickly removed my hand and she didnt touch that nail again. Wasnt happy! And my friends nails were horrible! She had dry skin around every nail.. like they literally cut her cuticles halfway and didnt clean them up just left it like that. And the polish job was terrible! Worst Ive ever seen. Wish I would of took a pick but she literally removed it as soon as we left and honestly I didnt blame her! Worst place I think Ive ever been. Trust me when I tell you to take the reviews seriously and dont waist your money here! I wish I would of listened.

I’ve been searching for a new nail salon for about 6 months as I am very particular about my nails. My search is over, this salon has exceeded my expectations in every way. They are very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about their business. Hannah did an absolutely beautiful job on my nails and my pedicure was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I will be referring all of my friends to Nails Couture and they have gained a loyal client in me.

I was in the area and decided to give them a try after seeing good reviews and lots of pictures of their work. I saw one specifically that I wanted, so I went in and asked how much, it was $37 for a fill with gel polish and a design, to me that was affordable. They also offered a 20% first time customer discount. I had Hannah do my nails, she offered me a drink as I sat down, I chose a mimosa, it was a nice added treat. It was a very clean salon and procee well, I will for sure be going back.

My regular lady Tina was no longer there so given anotherperson. Had appt walked in , ignored me, not a hello or anything.I had an appt but they acted like they didnt know if I had one.When I did get my manicure, lady did the bare minimum, notreally friendly , tried 2 x to upsell me to other services..toldher I just wanted a manicure..Will not be back...they dont have the customer service skillsto keep a customer..nail services arent cheap so finda place that cares about you as the customer...

First time here; place is clean, nice aesthetics, very friendly people but an extremely horrible job… in and out in less than 10 minutes for a manicure. The cuticles were not pushed and cut properly. So what if I have a lot… that’s what I was there for and was paying someone to help me with that. Waste of money.

This place is ok! Nice people and they were able to take us walking in quickly. Just a tad too pushy on upselling. I’m not going to get the most expensive package on my first visit. Also super disappointing that their website is not in operation. It would also be nice to see what their patrons completed services look like. Overall it was fast. My gentleman was polite. For the sake of spending my money locally more often, I’ll probably return!

Would not recommend for any diabetics. Went in to get my acrylics removed and replaced. Left before they could finish removing my acrylics. The woman helping me was overly aggressive and scoffed at me when I told her she was hurting me. Her excuse was because my nails are thin. I’ve ALWAYS had thin nails and it’s never hurt to remove them. . Multiple of my natural nails were bleeding from them attempting to remove my nails without soaking first. My nails are ripped and shredded and bleeding. The woman offered to smooth my nails - when I declined she scoffed again. Why would I have to grind on open wounds? Like I notified her MULTIPLE times I’m a diabetic.Very disappointed in this place.

Had a great experience here. They always offer free drinks (like lemonade, tea, mimosas or champagne). They did a great job on my gel manicure. At the end, they had a little raffle where you draw a paper out of a box and I won a free OPI nail polish. The staff are friendly and regularly check in while doing your nails to make sure you are happy with the length, etc. Would highly recommend!

Nice job on the manicures and pedicures. It was done outdoors in the heat. Which I understand because of COVID-19. But they had very few small fans and the chairs were not at all comfortable. We chose a pink color for our nail polish. However, they repeatedly told us to change because it was too light. We continually told them no that we wanted this shade. Finally they stopped. But when we left we realized we did not have our chosen shade of pink but that they applied the darker shade that they wanted. None of our manicures matched our pedicures.

2nd time here to get another gel manicure. The woman literally tore off my original gel shredding my nails. They do nails, can’t call it amanicure. Won’t be going back

Absolutely love love love this nail salon.. Kevin is absolutely amazing. They offer complimentary cocktails and beverages in frozen glasses with ice. The make you feel like family. Conversation is absolutely way better than most nail salons very clean not cluttered. I highly recommend everyone go to nails couture in citrus heights. I am very picky about where I go thought I would try it and fell head over heels with the service and friendliness. I let Kevin choose how to so my omgre and I couldnt be happier.

This place offers terrible manicures and pedicures. Rushed service, paint (dipped nails) faded and changed colors, two nails fell off within 5 days, paint on toes was not applied to entire nail and then chipped within one day (regular polish). We were sat in back room for pedicure which was very nice but the service was rushed. You cannot confront them as they are rude and make you feel like you have done something wrong. I would suggest finding somewhere else to get a manicure and/or pedicure.

Three days ago I had a manicure and pedicure done. It wasnt a very good pedicure. The girl seemed to be new and was struggling. She also cut me during the process. She cleaned up the cut. And I was put with a person who I was told had 20 years of experience. I was getting acrylic nail, and asked for short ovil, and one nail on each had to have a glitter accent nail. She started with that. Didnt clean her brush before she moved to the rest of my nails and got glitter residue in them. She squared all of my nails. Jammed a sharp tool under my thumb and made me bleed. Left acrylic all over my fingers. And one hand was left matte and the other glossed. 12 hours later one entire nail fell off. 48 hours later a second one fell off. Four more feel very loose and will probably fall off in a few days. I will never go back here. I was so very disappointed

Worst place ever!! Owner made me leave with my hands half way redone because Kyle did such a lifting the next day so she was redoing being very rude so I said I was going to leave this review. So she said go ahead she doesnt care and to leave. Dont waste your money here vip nails on greenback can do way more and better work. I never have lifting!! Yes this owner had me leave with my nails half way done and would not finish and would not refund my nails from the day before so I literally had to go have my nails done and pay again! So no I will not remove my review you said you didnt care that I was going to leave my review everywhere I can.

Kevin is an excellent esthetician. I love that he is methodical in his approach. His professionalism, perfectionism and expertise definitely shows through. Hes the one friendly face that you can always guarantee will greet you when you walk in the door. If youve been getting your nails done as long as I have, you know that that is a rarity. I assumed he was the owner simply by the way that he seems to take control, set the tone of the salon, and how the other employees look to him for answers. He definitely deserves a hefty raise and a promotion!!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!I will never be back I got a manicure and now my finger is swollen and it looks like I’m getting an infection and gotta go the emergency room the only thing I liked was the complimentary drink my first time when the guy did my nails it was good the sound time I went I had a terrible experience I wasn’t even offered a drink the second time .. . Wouldn’t recommend this nail shop to anyone

Absolutely Worst Nail Place I’ve ever been to. I was cut to the point where I bled, she filed so deep into my nail it filed a hole in my nail, my pinky nail was in pain from her filing and it took me three tries to get her attention to tell her that she was hurting me because she was talking across the room very loudly. She used gel nail polish on my nails when I asked for regular so I was charged $10 more. Don’t go here.

Their customer service is awesome and the complimentary drink is an added bonus but I am not happy about my nails, I lost 3 within 2 days, went back and they repaired & replaced for free then I lost 2 that same night then another the next day, they just Poppin off so easily Im like dam when I lose that one! I Do Not recommend the Dip Gel that they so highly encourage you to try. I also got my mom a gift card the first time I went in and she went a couple days ago and said her nails look like Flinstone nails, there fat & crooked and when she asked the lady to reshape and fix it she said No it is fine you will like..but she doesnt, she also said they didnt even offer her a drink..sighh!

The entire staff is super friendly. I’ve been there twice and this is definitely my favorite place to go. I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a new nail salon or spa. They have delicious complimentary drinks. They make sure you are happy with the work before you walk out the door.

Love this place. I moved from Davis and had been going to my favorite place for 10 years. Although Davis isnt far, I dont want to take the drive out to there on weekends when I could use the time for other things. I went to 2 different places in the area and third time as the charm and my new favorite place. Kim is THE BEST. Well everyone there is good, but she is my favorite and does a great job. The atmosphere, the way youre welcomed, very friendly and great over service. Found my new home

We did not have a good experience there. Service was rushed and it seemed like they just wanted us gone as fast as possible. I think the most disappointing part though is that 6 out of 10 nails no longer had nail polish 2 days later. Waste of money.

Nice, $$$ but nice. Did a very nice pedicure, nails were ok but required a lot of stopping because she was the only one answering phones while trying to do my manicure. Hard to enjoy/relax with stopping every 5 minutes to answer a phone.

My 1st time about a month ago.(I believe the young man who did my nails was leaving for college) but he did such a wonderful job. My nails stayed on and no chips on my toes either for about a month. Going back tomorrow hopefully I get the same .

THEY WERE GREAT!! Nice atmosphere, great personality. Our nails have never been better. I recommend Jenny and Kevin. Had some great laughs. Definitely coming back!!!!!

Wobbly and uneven nails. Kim was better than Hannah, but only because her attitude was more pleasant. They didn’t tell us their credit card/debit machine was down until it was time to pay. That was inconvenient. I will never return.

This place does amazing job on the manicure, but pedi and wax would be under a question. I broke out right after their wax tx. My skin was not cleaned properly before the procedure and then after i still had wax on my face :(

The salon looked amazing but the customer service was awful. The employees were unprofessional and talked about their clients right in front of them. The only reason why I knew what they were saying was because I understood their language. The employees were incredibly rude and disrespectful.

Taylor was very friendly, greeting me at the door, sat me right down and started my nails until Kevin was available. Kevin won’t let you out the door unless your nails look perfect to you. Kevin will socialize, laugh and joke with you. Place is new, clean and the chairs are awesome!!!

Gray color selection. They definitely take their time to make sure that you’re relaxed. Everyone’s always so friendly and welcoming. I’ve been coming here for years, and I will go no other place.

This is in my opinion the best place to get your nails done, I have lived here 3 years and tried many salons in the area now I only go here, very professional and clean and my nails always look great

Came for a pedi mani. These people constantly try to upsell what you want and when you say no they keep asking and get an attitude as if I’m not already spending enough. The level service certainly changed when I declined her trying to add all these extras. Service wasn’t good and attitude was even worse. I won’t be back!

Best service around! I go for the fancy pedi but it’s so worth it- they take their time and it’s amazing. Love them!!

I Used to go to this place when it 1st opened and it was very customer service oriented and I loved the fact that they served you a drink while you had a treatment.It is like a production line now. Hurried and a bit rude. They seemed disorganized. Anything but relaxing. I was not impressed and wont be going back.

I had a very rushed pedicure. I went in trying to relax. I even upgraded the pedi. The man didnt massage my feet nor did he use lotion. When I complained he said I closed my eyes and missed it. On top of that he left my toes half polished! I will never go back.😞

I have had 3 pedicures, 2 fills and a facial. Kim is amazing at all three! Both my daughter and I will continue to use their services.

Really unhappy with the shape and paint job for both my and my daughters nails. Spent way too much money for such an awful job.

Clean salon and friendly staff but I got the “dip powder” and they have chipped and cracked on almost all of the nails in only 5 days. I would not recommend the dip powder and I will not be going back!

This is the only place I go for my pedi .. The employees are always so nice and very accommodating..

I was very happy with the service and treatment I received. They went above and beyond to make it as enjoyable as possible.

Recently 2 weeks ago I I went in their prices keep changing. First it was $40.00 and today it is $44.00. But on their website it shows $40.00 for my nails.to be done. Poor and sloppy job on my nails.

My favorite chairs ever - very comfortable. The complimentary beverage is a very nice touch. My pedicure was decent.

Tina is absolutely fabulous. She does a great job everytime. She usually does my nails and lashes.

Very pushy on upgrading services and when I declined I feel they did the bare minimum. I had to file my nails down when I got home to even them out.

They always show great patience and do wonderful work for my 80 year old mother.
