Vilo Spa & Massage

Absolutely amazing work! My wife and I went in for a couples massage where she received the prenatal massage (being that she is pregnant of course) and I received the deep tissue massage. My wife whos been in pain for months in her hips and back has said after this massage she feels like she is floating on air and feels almost completely pain free! I had severe tension and knots in my shoulders and neck and they did a fantastic job following and breaking them apart, I feel phenomenal and practically normal again. Beautiful setup for us and a wonderful atmosphere! Great customer service and such kind staff! Thank you all and we highly recommend this place!!

*UPDATED REVIEW BELOW*I came because their website advertises a new client $49 one hour massage which is a really great deal. Spa is very clean and has a nice ambiance. The receptionist was friendly and got me into a room immediately. The room was super clean and had a relaxing vibe.The three stars is because my masseuse was nice but seemed like she had no formal training. I am not exaggerating when I say that it felt like a glorified lotion rub down. I always feel bad for asking for harder pressure anywhere I go because I feel like I’m going to make them more tired, but I absolutely had to ask this time and her “hard” pressure was not enough to make any significant impact. Im not even someone that enjoys super hard pressure or anything too deep tissue so please dont think that my definition of hard pressure is skewed. I came in with significant right neck and shoulder pain and left feeling exactly the same and if not, worse because the bed was not the most comfortable. Of course I still tipped her for her time and effort though.If you enjoy a light pressure massage, this place will be perfect for you. I totally understand that you get what you pay for and I really wish I would have just spent the extra $15-20 and went to one of my usual places. Again, the spa was cute and the staff was friendly in person and over the phone, and their website made booking super easy, but unfortunately I dont know if I would come back to risk it and give it another shot.***UPDATE***:I originally rated three stars. Irina, the spa manager, contacted me the day after my original appointment and was so kind and apologized for my experience and generously offered me a complimentary 30 minute massage to make up for my experience. I came back in and Oksana (a different masseuse) took CARE of me. I have chronic pain in my right shoulder and side of my neck. She gave me the best massage I have EVER had within just 30 minutes. She is truly talented, so attentive and in tune with your body. She stretched me out and was so meticulous. I havent had this much relief from a massage ever. I immediately re-booked with her and I dont see myself ever going anywhere else! I am SO so thankful for her and Irina because dealing with chronic pain is so difficult and can feel helpless. Thank you Vilo Spa for the incredible therapeutic experience ❤️

This a great place. The best costumer service… as soon as you get in you are greeted with a smile and they offer you coffee and/or water, the place is clean and the massage therapist are professional and friendly. Sasha is awesome. At the end you really come out relaxed and at peace.

They dont listen to what custmers want. Im a spa owner and dont have staff to massage me, so I thought Ill try this place out. But very unhappy. I went a couple of time to see if it gets better but no luck, this is corrective criticIism no attack. Please listen to ur customers. I really needed a good massage I was in pain.I got a 60min massage I asked for hot stones, feet to be massage for at lease 15mins, I got my back massage but not the legs most of it was spend on my back and the rest was very short not evenly massage on my les or feet, and no hot stones they dont listen to customers and dont speak English at all!. I dont recommend sorry just being honest.(Edit Review). After I left this review the owner has did a (Very shady thing) this business went to my business and left bad reviews and had there employees do the same on all 3 of my business as a retaliation.Very unprofessional. Bullies work here. Please stop harassing me! you could of just said how can we improve our services but not attack my business. Thats just wrong!

I usually dont write reviews as I dont have a lot of free time, but when the product or service exceeds my expectation I will. Right away, I understood these masseuses had years of experience, the way they quickly assessed my problematic areas, and skillfully worked on them. They were professional and friendly. I would highly recommended this place.

For my very first massage experience, it was wonderful! The Deep Tissue massage for an hour was $120 and worth every penny! I was in so much awe of the ambiance that I forgot to take pics of my birthday treat! Trust me soooo worth the price 💯😁

I saw some great reviews online and the pictures looked really cute so my boyfriend and I walked in to see if they had any availability for a couples massage same day. They were so kind to us and were able to get us a session right then and there (which is what we were hoping for!)The massages were wonderful! They even applied a little extra pressure for my boyfriends sore back! (even though we forgot to ask for a deep tissue for him)They were so attentive! and gave us a cute little gift bag after. We will definitely be coming back!! Also the place is pretty cute inside!

I want to start off by saying that the customer service at Vilo Spa was so professional and welcoming. My husband booked me a prenatal massage for the first time and it was exactly what my body needed. I wasn’t sure what to expect going into the massage but my massage therapist was super nice and a great listener. They have a pregnancy pillow where you can lay on your stomach which was very comfortable and relaxing. 10/10!

This was one of the best hot stones massages I have ever had (and I have had quite a few)! Although relatively expensive it was well worth the money. Also loved the free hand sanitizer I got as a free gift. My son had a deep tissue massage and was very happy. I will definitely be back!

She understands your body amazingly and relieves pain. My husband booked me a massage here for my birthday and it was not a great experience. When I arrived they didn’t speak English, which wouldn’t have been a huge problem but the communication on getting setup was not clear. It didn’t seem like they knew I was coming and they didn’t even know what kind of massage was booked. He booked a deep tissue and because we couldn’t communicate I got a very gentle rub down. They should consider coming up with a better check in process for a more relaxing experience.

I received a gift certificate from my boyfriend for a swedish massage. I was able to book a week out, which is rare for most massage studios in the area. My massage was with Oxsana and she was amazing! I liked her personal style which was using lots of variety and speeds. I will definitely come here again.

I had a 90 minute massage with Lana today. She was very professional and excellent at her craft. I fell asleep at least four times. I highly recommend and will be back. Pricing for the 90 minute was only 75.00! 10/10

My husband and daughter went here for 1 hour massages. We were all disappointed. Upon entering there was a large bug in the lobby but we all let that go because it was clean otherwise and it is summer. I had a young man a my therapist but he barely touched me. It did not soar that he was trained in message. His technique was lacking, my husband has better technique. He never asked how the pressure was. I believe he was new or not trained professionally. There were no licenses on the wall or anywhere in sight. He didnt even touch my low back at all. They didnt remove the headrest when we turned on our back and barely any pressure again. To give you some idea, Ive gone to Footy Rooty and there pressure is a bit hard for me. They walked in on all of us while we were undressing because they just knocked and came in. Mind you my daughter is 15, so I wasnt impressed by that. Overall, we will not be back, we could have paid much less for an actual massage at Footy Rooty
