I feel like every time I come into this place now theres a new employee. Theyre usually friendly but, Im familiar with the owner because Ive lived in citrus heights most of life and have shopped there for about 16 years. Depending on who you are the owner will treat you differently (fair enough) but, the dude sets his prices high and offers a discount that ends up being the what the set price should have been to begin with. I can tell theyre not moving there product like they used too. I think hes giving up because I hardly see him there anymore. Your new employees need supervision, you need to rotate your stock, and start offering deals on your product that isnt Bs, and is primarily focused on the consumables. Not opening until 12 makes you miss out on a lot of customers as well.

Over priced I jus went there for something they tried to charge me 600$ for and got around the corner for 400 and when I tried to call them on it the lady said she didnt try to charge me that much dont recommend very unprofessional

Every time Ive been on here, Ive always got GREAT customer service!!! Everyone that Ive come across that works here, is more than happy to answer questions, they are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and are always happy to give you a good deal on what youre buying. He was also very good with taking care of the customers that were already theres when I arrived. Like I said outstanding customer service!!!

A little overpriced but you can usually bargain with the owner and get a deal. But its still overly priced. But seeing as we dont have a plethora of options out here, they are convenient place when its an emergency. The owner is opens when he wants to be, which can be awesome when hes open on a holiday, but super lame when he decides to close early because its slow.

Product is fine, but they couldnt care less about actually making a recommendation. Calling to check if they had a product, the guy didnt even know what I was referencing when I asked if they had a pen. I walk in and hes either high or doesnt care, staring off into space while Im trying to figure out where everything is since Ive never been here before. Only slightly salty, I expect better customer service from a family establishment than the Walgreens right next to it.

Not impressed. The guy working here was not very knowledgeable. He recommended and sold me a sub par product. After I went online and determined that this product was not for me I went back the same day with my unopened product and he refused to do a return. Said it was company policy. After being a loyal customer for years I have to say I will never come back to this store. They do not stand by the products they sell.

Good prices, owner is a solid dude. You should go here, but at the very least, dont go get ripped off at Millennium.

Love this smoke shop! It’s been around forever, always friendly staff and great service, different spot, same parking lot, if you’re looking for a sign to go in and check it out, this is it!

Call the 9 to confirm that they close 10 got here at like probably 953 sounds about right and she was already closing yeah I was just really fun when its the same employee confirming the open time and then at the same time not confirming it by like closing early its wack something about the value of ones word yada yada yada honor whatever expecting a lot from commercial establishment I suppose but seriously like yall are burnt for saying one thing and doing another

Glassware selection is decent but prices are steep. Vape selection is mediocre. Went in and they dont care about masks so be cautious when entering if you care about your health. Probably wont be back.

Always nice and friendly. Only concern would be that theyve NOT had what Id been looking for a couple times. Otherwise theyre perfect!

Dont pay more for less, go here and see my boy. I loved the original owner; he sold out a couple years ago but thank God the new owners and staff are surprisingly just as good. Family owned and operated. Recently, I went there for the smallest bottle of juice I could find and dude filled my unicorn bottle for free because I told him my online juice order was 2 days out. I bought a battery for my pen over a year ago, it malfunctioned so I brought it in 8 months later, no box no receipt, ole boy hooked it up with another one for free and it was the next model up. So I spent some more with em on some Prop 65 gear. Twisted Smoke Shop, as long as you keep supporting the community out here in Orangevale/Citrus Heights/Fair Oaks we will always drive past 6 other shops to give you our dough; as I have for over 2 decades. BUYING LOCALLY sourced glassware helps everybody involved: prices are cost-effectively low, glass is of a much higher quality, and each is a unique, one of a kind hand blown piece of art. Not like that mass produced imported garbage you can find anywhere. Pipes, papers, grinders, vapes, anything vape related, a fat ejuice selection, huge collection of ridiculously lit bongs and percolators, t-shirts, Whip Its, drug test kits, system flush drinks, cleaners, kratom, stickers, and everything in between. Pricing is ON point and always at minimum a few bucks cheaper than anywhere else (cigarette shops included). Man, in 20 years Ive spent thousands. Terrible. Called ahead to make sure they had bubble caps and directional caps for a peak. Get there and they don’t even know what they are. I point out a basket of caps and they hand it over where I try them on my atomizer (that I’m glad I brought!) to find none fit.Staff has no knowledge, and most of the glass looks straight off dhgate or Alibaba.

Ok, Im rating a 4 because its roomy, clean, many items, and helpful salespeople. But there is a downside. Its targeted more towards youthful people and vaping. As a medical professional I agree that its dangerous. So that being said, they do not stock tobacco rolling supplies. No tubes or tobacco. Im not sure Id call it a smoke shop. More like a vaping Haven.

This twisted is a great place to get juice many others dont carry, least not that Ive came across. However I am giving it 2 stars for two reasons. 1)I recently purchased a new take from this shop went back in 4 DAYS!! later and tried to get a coil and was told sorry I dont carry coils for those and tried to sell me a different tank. 2) If your going to shop here bring cash the owner charges you more (PER ITEAM) if you use any other form of payment. Bought my vape pen here when I started vaping and he charged me $30 more because I used my debit card.

Never busy so its easy to get in and out. Staff are always super friendly and attentive. Good selection.

My go to CBD outlet. I have arthritis & tendenitous in my shoulder & arm and this last Winter it was the worst daily pain to date. I was looking for alternatives to prescription pain meds & daily large amounts of over the counter Ibuprofen & acetaminophen. Max has been very helpful and informative about my individual needs and has been a big influence in helping me decide on alternatives for my prescription & non-prescription meds with CBD and various CBD type products. Have had very positive results and currently taking no prescription or non prescription pain meds and will continue to visit, educate myself, and shop at Twisted Smoke Shop on Sunrise Blvd & Antelope Rd.
