I love love love this store. It has the most welcoming, friendly, upbeat, and safe feeling. They are fantastic about answering all questions you have. I have learned quite a bit! And all of their products that I have tried have been phenomenal. They do an excellent fantastic job on getting the products, and they are priced well. Even the drops I got for the puppy were AMAZING, and I haven’t been able to find anything that works for her, but she got through the 4th of July with no anxiety attacks. I recommend this store to everyone and will continue to do so!

While doing research into CBD I found Roxys shop. I purchased in December, and I was extremely impressed on the customer service I received. The purchase was online, I quickly received my confirmation email and receipt. I was then quickly contacted by the owner and shes was incredibly helpful and offered to meet me to drop my purchase off!I was shocked and impressed that she was willing to deliver it. I did decided to pick up the product from her store, she was very friendly and seemed really nice. Ive already told my friends about her shop and Im really happy with the overall experience. Came here to see if there was anything I could get for my mom to help manage her pain. The owner met me (on Thanksgiving!) and recommended a few things. The CBD gummies are helping her relax enough where she can take little naps and the cream is helping calm down the nerve pain so its not shooting pain. Great customer service, friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and will take time to see what your needs are. Definitely recommend!!

I was not sure of store hours and when I showed up it was closed, but she had her personal phone number on the door and she responded to my call within hours! She listened and asked great clarifying questions to help me get a product for my senior dog in his last days. Then she delivered it herself to my home the following day! We had to put our sweet boy down a few days after this, but I can honestly say the CBD not only helped with his stiff joints, he was also so much more at ease and calm which made the process much easier for us, too, by not having to see him so stressed in such unfamiliar circumstances. I’ve had my Pomeranian on CBD for arthritis for a year now and he’s like a new little guy So I highly recommend giving it a try for your seniors. I’m know a fair amount of CBD brands by researching and trying them so I noticed her brands were all 3 party tested. All of these awesome business qualities easily helped me pick her as my go to for CBD products from now on. (BTW she has koi lavender/eucalyptus bath bombs and muscle salve which are amazing!)

Im new to CBD products. It was bery nice having knowledgeable people to answer my questions and give recommendations. There are other shops around but can tell here they are passionate and excited. Ive only been using my oil for a weeks so to be continued on my results. The shop is comfortable and welcoming. Definitely worth a stop!

When trying to find answers about CBD I found there are a lot of unpure CBD oils out there and the people selling it are not as knowledgeable as I had hoped. Roxy had answers with research to back it up. I had a few questions that she did not have an immediate answer to, however she got right back with me after finding the answers I needed. She only sells high quality products. Her shop is set up nicely with a variety of options to choose from. I will be going back!

We started looking around for CBD pet tincture for our Chihuahua, Turbo. Hes 14 years old and was slowing down, having difficulty walking and climbing a few house steps. After starting him on Roxys 100mg tincture about 1 year ago, we have seen marked improvements in his total body mechanics, demeanor and skin coat. So grateful we found such a wonderful product. Ironically, our vets wont comment one way or the other about such CBD applications due to lack of company policies.

I didnt realize how life changing cbd could be until I was introduced to it by Roxys cbd and wellness. Roxy helped me find the right dose and took the time to educate me about something that I didnt know a lot about. Roxy reached out to me when I was asking if anyone had any tips or supplements to help with my 10 year old Lab/pointer mix. Liz- my dog, had started showing signs of painful arthritis in her hips. She would groan while jumping on the couch (maybe 20in. from the ground), she would groan when standing up from laying down, and she was never up to go for walks longer than 1 mile and her hunting days were long over. She has been taking glucosamine tablets and having a few small walks a day. I wanted to stay away from Rimadyl (prescribed pain medication for dogs) because it can cause long term kidney damage in dogs—and I knew this was just the beginning of a long road.With all things considered, we had decided to take a skeptical jump to try Roxys Pet CBD because I was out of ideas, and didn’t know if it was really going to help anyway. The first week Liz started to get sleepy/relaxed, but her stretches looked better and the groaning was starting to quiet down. Fast forward 4 weeks of taking it consistently, Liz is acting like she’s 2 or 3 again. She jumps from couch to couch and will show interest in walks even after the 2+ miles around the block, and no groaning after. Liz will now run for the frisbee multiple times, loves to get outside and run and play with us. Her toys had started to get dusty!! This is honestly a great option if you want something healthy and safe for your pup in the long run. I am grateful Roxy reached out when she did, we have a whole new energy level at our house now.10/10 would recommend to fellow lab owners in similar positions. Even if you don’t think it does anything or will work for your dog, just give it a few weeks and you’ll notice a difference. Also Liz loves the flavor! She looks forward to taking it every day. All my questions were answered and Roxy even delivered it to us, she was very knowledgeable and her products are tested and true.
