Clinton Vape

This place has THE WORST customer service Ive ever experienced! They never have what Im looking for but they used to have it and it hasnt been discontinued but never able to get any in...and I ask why and they have no answer. I work in distribution and know that all you have to do is ASK the company why they cant get any product...especially when the next vape shop over has the very thing youre looking for. Wont be coming to CVape ever again. Note: This is quick way to lose customers and go out of business, folks!

Moved to Clinton almost 2 years ago. I have been in about maybe 4 or 5 times for various items. The glass selection has grown significantly in that time. Went in the other day, and shopped with employee Yesenia. She was great! Let me take a photo of a water pipe, so I could show my husband. I wanted it for my birthday which was the day before. 🙂 He went back and got it for me Yesenia! 😆

I went in and got exactly what I needed! I was a little trepidatious at first, but Kiley was quick to reassure me and she was so sweet and patient with all of my questions. I walked out with a lot more confidence than I came in with, and will be returning soon.

Make a point about working with any girl employee. Literally every single girl that works with is super nice and professional but I have not had a single pleasant interaction with the dude that works there. Ill just walk out next time if its just the guy.

Best Shop I Have Been Too. The Girl Working This Morning Really Helped Me Out With Great Info on a Battery. She was very helpful and sweet. Will definitely come back again.

Ive shopped here with no problem, until yesterday when the store associate was annoyed and rushed me out of the store, she had a friend inside she was hanging out with, which was more important then helping me. I walked in to get a custard and a fruit flavor, I walked out and the flavors were menthol. Waste of 80 dollars I hate menthol. Wont be back.

Over the last 2 weeks this shop has gone down hill most the employees don’t know what they are doing and often have to call other employees to help them it. It used to always smell good and be clean and every time I’ve come in the glass cabinets are always super gross and same with the card reader. With Covid you’d think they’d be cleaning more. Rather drive to salt lake to vape on main and continue being served by someone who knows what they are doing

Super sweet girl at the counter was very helpful in helping me figure out my mod was very patient when I couldnt figure out what I wanted definitely my new vape shop!Update: came in the other night and the girl working wasn’t the normal girl who helps me and was very rude and didn’t even know the devices or anything if your working in a smoke shop you should know your products and devices! Very disappointed 😞

The firsr time i came here the man that worked there was super good. But I went in to buy a few new coils and for my Zeus pod and I told the lady it was a Zeus pod and she gave me the wrong ones. I went in there and didnt even ask for a refund I just said you guys gave me the wring one and the lady said it want me I would never sho that. I said pretty sure it was you. I said can you help me fix my pod at least she said sge could just sell me a new one and wouldnt look at the problem I was having and acted really rude after that. Ill stick with the sunset vape shop because I took my pod in there and the guy looked at it and actually help me the customer and hooked me up with free coils cause he felt bad for for the terrible customer service I received.

The manager was amazing!!!!!! Definitely will be coming back here again. Helped me with everything I needed even showed me a few new things about a vape that I bought!! 10/10!!!!

Amazing customers service!! They know what they are talking about and I always leave with the best vape products! I drive 10 mins out of my way just to go here! I would recommend this store to everyone!!

Store is definitely taking advantage of being the only vape shop in clinton, their prices are well above other vapeshops in clearfield and roy areas. I buy the nasty sticks disposable vapes and they cost 8 dollars more then the place I usually shop at, 24 dollars at the usual spot and came out to more than 32 dollars here, and once I noticed the price of that I noticed how much more cost the other stuff for sale was too. Highly recommend you find a shop elsewhere. The little bit of extra drive time is worth it to not shop here.

Switching over to a new vape device - Megan was awesome explaining the difference between devices. Purchased a Nord 2 Kit and its working great! Great customer service.....thank you!

One of the best shops, I have ever visited, its really close to my house, and has pretty much everything I could ever need. Also I love the people there, always willing to help.

Me and my fiancee went in to get our very first smok vape. Aleesha was extremely helpful and professional. Dezi however was very rude and constantly would interrupt Aleesha when explaining the different vape mods to us. Dezi had major attitude and acted like she knew everything and that Aleesha was below her. Very unprofessional. Also Dezi smelled like bo. My major issue was when Aleesha was explaining things to us, Dezi would rudely interrupt and reiterate what Aleesha just said and I got the vibe that Dezi was very snobby with Aleesha. I did not enjoy talking to Dezi at all. Aleesha however maintained her composure and despite the rude remarks from Dezi, Aleesha was still very professional. Because of Aleesha we will continue to shop there for our vape needs.

This store is very rude and sells non working devices. I got 4 disposable vapes and none work. They won’t do returns and they are very rude. It’s a waste of money and time. I want my money back or I want new devices. The owner is not willing to give you new devices because the ones he gave me did not work.

I posted this review earlier on here and it was reported as fake and then deleted. Definitely will not be coming back here now after this. My review is not fake I hope the owner looks at the camera footage. Im sure this isnt the first time this has happened.

Ryan was super helpful and friendly! The selection they have is pretty decent considering they are pretty new! I think I found my new favorite vape shop! Highly recommend!!!

I spent 100 dollars and more on CBD juice called KOi, and I do not feel relaxed, or tired one bit... I wasted all my money.They will not take it back... I have to call my bank

Great customer service and open late... thankfully! I broke my battery offroading and was late getting back into the area. Clinton Vape was the only local shop still open and they got me handled.

The store has a great selection of products. But the associate working most afternoons isnt very knowledgeable. I can also smell her body oder across the counter.

Came in to get some juice and Ryan helped me, he was super nice and knowledgeable. Gave me a great recommendation on juice. Ill definitely be back!

Looking for a job in the vape industry? Try somewhere else. You will be fired for literally no reason and I’m not the only one. It’s a great store, but it’s managed poorly.

Good product sadly limited selection of smaller sized cvs gummies I prefer trying smaller sized when trying new flavors

Every time I have gone into this vape store the lady working has always been so kind and helpful. Love to have a vape store closer to home!

Some of their staff dont seem to enjoy their jobs, but others are wonderful and great with their customer service skills.

I just moved to Clinton and I went to this smoke shop and I got a higo disposable and it was $30 for 5000 hits and these puffs died after 12 hours after opening I barely even hit them and the manager is refusing a refund because she’s scared of being SCAMMED SO SHE IS TAKING $60 FROM ME FOR PRODUCTS THAT DONT EVEN WORK
