The Spa and Lash Studio Clearfield

I got my eyelashes done only two weeks ago and I have already lost most of my lashes there’s only a few left. I paid 160 for them to not even last they started falling out as soon as I got them. Would not recommend go somewhere else

Super friendly staff, I also really enjoyed the environment, the building is very clean. But the tech who did my lash lift didn’t do a good job. The lashes looked okay immediately after it was done, there was curl but not as dramatic as I thought it would look. But, after a couple of hours there is basically no curl with my lashes and it hasn’t even been 24 hours since they’ve gotten done. I haven’t touched my eyelashes or gotten them wet, so I don’t know why there isn’t any curl. She also missed some parts of the tint that I didn’t notice until I got home. EDIT: I was issued a refund, staff was very helpful.

The place is very clean and nice. The beds are comfortable but get uncomfortable with time. The staff if friendly and professional. My only complaint is that the glue burns intensely and the tape leaves irritation marks. As shown in the photo. Its not that big of an inconvenience all you need is a few eyedrops and they will go away for the time being. As for the burning it lasts all day. I think the burning isn’t worth it for me. I dont wear makeup or rub my eyes or put anything on them to make them shed like they do. By the second week Id only have the ends of the lashes left. The price is also pretty high for the Quality you’re given.. In my opinion your spending extra money on the experience.

Im so grateful for The Spa and Lash Studio Clearfields exceptional customer service. They always go the extra mile to accommodate my schedule and preferences. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they make me feel like a valued customer every time. I highly recommend this spa for their outstanding service!

In May, I had my very first set of lashes ever. I was going on vacation which involved a lot of scuba diving and I wanted something to help me look more put together without needing to put on makeup. Alix did a GREAT job! She was fun to talk to and the lashes held up so good for my entire vacation, and looked amazing. The studio is clean and peaceful. If I decide to get my lashes done again, I’m definitely coming back here. Thank you, Alix!

I cannot say enough about this place! I travel to your Clearfield location from south Layton to get a massage done by Misty and it was phenomenal. 👌🏼 I than saw your amazing prices for your lashes and booked a set of those as well and the girl that did them was amazing! Everyone was so kind and welcoming and the spa was very nice. Will definitely be returning!☺️

I have been going to Hannah regularly since December last year to get my lashes done. She is always so friendly and welcoming! Even through masks you can tell by her eyes she is always smiling, which is contagious and makes me feel comfortable the 1-2 hours I am there. She does a wonderful job and takes her time making sure my lashes are done thoroughly and look great! I look forward to my appointments with Hannah, not only do we have fun chatting together (when I don’t fall asleep on the table lol) but I always leave looking FAB!

I went in to get a pregnancy massage from Wendy and she was awesome. Very knowledgeable, extremely sweet and easy to talk too. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole thing. I’ve gotten lash extensions all summer with Abby Unger. She has been so amazing. My lashes always look so good and she’s so gentle I could almost fall asleep every time. All of the staff are always very kind and accommodating. I always look forward to coming in to see them!

My husband and I went today for the first time, we received a couples massage. We both felt it was a fantastic massage. Susan and Sarah did and amazing job. We have had massages at different places. Seriously considering their monthly plan. This place is highly recommended by us.

Just had an amazing spa experience with Miss Amy. She took time to find out what my concerns were before beginning our session. She has a healing touch and totally relaxed problematic areas. I very much enjoyed my massage and felt very relaxed after, and highly reccomend this spa.

Everybody at the spa and lash studio are absolutely amazing and super friendly! I get my lashes done by Hannah and she does an amazing job every time, the lashes hold up great and I leave feeling confident every time. Ive never had a massage before but let me tell you after today I am hooked. I didnt know what to expect or even what I really wanted but Ken was patient and made sure I was comfortable throughout my session.The studio is very nice and they offer services other than massage. Laser hair removal, waxing, lashes and facials as well as other services. All of my questions about their other services were answered thoroughly you can really tell they are passionate about what they do.I joined their monthly massage program so I can continue to pamper myself throughout the year. Thank you so much.

We purchased a Groupon for a couples massage and the booking process was not exactly seamless, but the moment we got to the appointment was great. The receptionist was friendly, they were quick to get us back, the therapists really listened to us and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever received. Days later I still feel great. My only complaint is they’re not open for couples massages on Saturdays which can make it difficult to schedule something around work schedules. Otherwise, I’d go back.

Poor customer service. I cancelled and appointment day of once before and they didn’t charge me anything. I needed to cancel 6 hours plus today before my appointment and now they want to charge me 50% of fee. They cancelled on me DAY OF a few weeks ago because the therapist was sick. Where’s my 50% compensation? Plus to have someone go instead of you they charge a $10 “transfer fee”? For what? It’s the same work you would do on me. It’s not like you’re doing a whole different procedure. Not good customer service and too many side rules. Wouldn’t recommend.

I went and got a couples massage with my wife at this place. I traveled from Layton to go because they had a great deal on their massage. Amber did my massage and it was the best massage I have ever had. My wife is going back to get some eyelash extensions because she was so impressed with this place too. Definitely recommend!!

I have been coming here since November, and I love it! I was SUPER skeptical about getting a facial and the products Bc I break out easy. However Brandy was amazing!! I’m hooked on getting regular facials.Brandy also did my lashes. I’ve had my lashes done before and I picked and picked and picked. So I told her I was really nervous.She did AMAZING. I’ve had them since December and I LOVE them! She is very thorough, and just does a great job. I had a ton of compliments on them, and I don’t even feel them on!I HIGHLY recommend Brandy and the staff at The Spa and Lash Studio in Clearfield!

I loved this salon until my last two lash fills. Both times they were not that full and the lash tech blamed me because I wanted to add color lashes and it took more time which would have been understandable had I added colors both times. I only added color once so the tech should have had plenty of time on the second fill. They were nice enough to give me a partial refund but it really rubbed me the wrong way when the tech blamed me for her mistake. I’m 9 days after the fill and I have almost no lashes left and I’m having to get another set done elsewhere. I’m really disappointed the picture I’m listing is only 9 days after my last appointment here mine you these are their VOLUME lashes. I can’t recommend this place any longer.

I was very nervous going in, it was the first time of getting a Brazilian wax... but OMG Kelly was SOO nice and made me feel so comfortable. She did such a great job. I felt so welcomed at the front desk as well. The waxing part wasnt as fun, as to be expected but Kelly talked me through every step and did anything she could to get my mind off it. It was so a great experience. I will be coming back for sure!!

I had a hybrid lash appointment with Abigail. She did a beautiful job. I also noticed how peaceful I felt during and after my appointment with Abigail. She had really great energy. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get some lashes.Thanks girl!❤❤

I went in Wednesday April 6 paid $85 for a “fill” and my lashes still seemedTo be completely bald. I reached out to them the next morning asking to have them add more to have the fuller look and told them the times I was available to come in. Unfortunately I couldn’t make it ( was leaving town for vacation) and just asked for my money back. I was told someone would give me a call in regards to that Friday or Monday. and I haven’t heard from a manager! I will definitely not be going back.

I did one of the birthday special facials and it was NOT worth it.I should have gone with the massage.The estistician didnt tell me her name, did not talk to me at all, I asked of she could remove a black head that had been bothering me and she used this tool that didnt get it out just dug at my skin which was painful. The black head is still there and is hurting more than before.She abruptly ended it 10 minutes before my paid time was up so I could hurry up and get gone for her next client coming in. Apparently she booked back to back with no leeway room for herself.The products used are supposed to be all natural but they made my face break out even more after all the oil she used.The only cool thing was the heated table they offer.Definitely will not be going back and not recommending.

I literally just walked out of my one hour massage with Jordan, like still in the parking lot. Talk about AMAZING!! I mean it when I say that was probably the best massage Ive ever had!! Its super clean and everyone ses so friendly too.

My husband and I had the monthly massage subscription and we moved put of state. I told this to the front desk and she told me to just call when we move and we could cancel. I called to cancel and the girl was very put out on having to cancel and said I had to come in and sign a paper to cancel 🙄 first off that is annoying you have to do that and a poor business model. She said she would cancel but was rude. And we had 5 massages we didnt use and they wouldnt even let someone else use them. I get its in the policy bit its a dumb policy and I just had to donate my money for no service. Definitely dont recommend them.

I’ve been looking for some place close to my house .Anyhow I’ve asked a couple of time to switch from classic look lashes to hybrid obviously because I want more full looking lashes And I am not happy . I had lashes (classic) still on at the moment of the fill. And it seems like I’ve got another classic set done. I feel like I did not get what I’ve paid for . The thickness of the lashes is not enough I have bold spots and today very first day after I’ve got them done they’re failing off. :( $60 for a fill plus demanded tip for hybrid lashes I do t think it was worth it . I do not recommend.

I had my first ever massage from Jordan here and it will for sure NOT be my last!! The cost is crazy affordable for the experience you get. Everyone is so friendly and me feel so comfortable with my first time!

This was my first experience getting eyelash extensions. My only regret is that I didn’t know about this place sooner! The facility is very clean and the decor is inviting. Sammy was my lash artist. I am 7 months pregnant and had Wendy give me a massage. She had a very nice pregnancy pillow for me to lay on. She gave me a lymphatic massage to remove the swelling in my legs. It was Wonderful! It was so amazing that I want to go back one more time before this baby comes!

I bought a groupon voucher for a Couples Massage and an Aromatherapy Facial as a bday gift for my boyfriend. I called them beginning of May and scheduled for June 1st, knowing my boyfriend would desperately need a massage after being on the road for such a long time with a bad back, and hes always been curious about getting a facial.We had planned our entire day around the appointment and were very excited since neither of us had ever gotten a massage.When I called in to confirm my appointment (I just had a gut feeling I needed to confirm), they informed me I was only scheduled for a single massage and not a couples massage and they couldnt get us in for another couple weeks.I understand these things happen, but it sort of left a sour first impression of this place.We are still excited to get our massages, but it was a let down having to wait even longer.

Brandy is absolutely amazing! I love how she spends so much time with you and explains everything and makes sure they will last and be the best ones for you! I had my lashes done at another place before her and was not the happiest with them. Brandy helped me and fixed them and explained why I was having such issues with them. She is amazing!!

Me and my mother went there to get a massage together, it was a present for my mother and it was absolutely amazing! My back has never felt this good in so long! I work in an office so back pain has always been a big problem but just 1 hour with them it made me completely relax and I feel so free! The drive to clearfield is so worth the experience trust me!

Just had the best foot massage in my LIFE! I’m on my feet all day at work and so the soles of my feet where so sore. They made me feel very comfortable and safe, it was amazing! Definitely coming back!

I came in as a new client for a hybrid set of eyelashes. The tech was awesome. Super sweet. However. The lashes did not hold at all. They were all falling off within a couple days. Went in for them fixed and had the same dilemma a couple days later again. Contacted to fix and was given an appointment 3 weeks out for a fill? Then was told it will probably be a new set because of length of time? Expecting the full price to be paid of course. About a week later the automated system texted me tell me I had an upcoming appointment that day that I never scheduled? So of course I canceled busy working same day notice. Today I was charged a cancelation fee because I had another appointment today that I didnt make it to? And another on the 6th that was the original fix? 0 communication. I will not be going back.

I loved the lash spa and studio and have gone since July. They let go my lash artist which I completely understand happens but were unwilling to help me pick a new stylist. When i let them know I had an issue with my lashes since that artist was gone it was no longer their problem. So upset.

For the price you pay the lashes just didnt stick for me. I will say though my esthetician offered to make it right and then they stayed better when she fixed it. Went back again a few months later and same issue as the first time. Sometimes it just seems like the glue sucks or lashes they use just arent great. Ive had them done other places and they didnt fall out like crazy.

This was my first visit and let me just say...by far, the BEST facial I’ve ever had! My pores were seriously blocked up (due to the dry winter air). After one 80 min facial with Brandy, my face is so smooth and soft. I’ve already booked my next appt with Brandy...she is amazing!!!

Yall. I came for a lash and brow tint, and asked for the color of my hair (natural red) and they gave me THE reddest color. They had me leavin lookin like I had two strips of bacon for eyebrows! The staff was pretty unprofessional, burping while clients were literally right there. Like I mean, BURPING burping. Also, to wipe off my lash tint, THEY USED STRAIGHT UP RUBBING ALCOHOL. I’d be fine with that on my brows, but my eyes? No thanks. And it’s been a couple hours since since my lashes were done, and my eyes just started BURNING. And while my eyes were tearing up from the burning, the lash dye started RUNNING. Like what the actual flip. And the weird part is, they didn’t even ask me what color I wanted my lashes, they just started doing it. Don’t get me wrong, this salon could be good for other things like waxing, but NOT tints.

Did a full facial wax,, she missed couple spots once she was done she said she cleaned up my face pretty good ask her how long she’s been working she said 2months 😱fingers crossed and hoped she was good and knows what she’s doing I mean how would a company hire an employee if there is no training or experience. She looked it over twice and told me it was done,I told her “welll you see better than I” got out paid for the service got back in my car and looked in the mirror OMG!!!! Went back in and talk to the receptionist and asked her what she thought she said “I am so so sorry let me get her to fix it and make it right” and I said “Why? why do I have to find out myself that it’s not done right? It’s not my job to do that!!!! I walked out NEVER coming back here, horrible experience in Lash and now Horrible exp in waxing,!!!!Do NOT Waste your money here bunch of amateur on training wheels

My only reason for not a 5 star review is that 24 hours after leaving the spa I have had a total of 12 lashes fall out. I did not touch them, no makeup, or anything. I came home to do laundry and went to sleep. They keep falling out! From the reviews on here i see that this is actually a really common problem for this salon. Paying to have these done and having them fall out a day later is extremely frustrating.

What a shame they have good workers working for such a disgrace of management. DO NOT GO HERE. Even for the groupon. My lady went there a couple times and told me about the attitude and disrespect she received. Shes a quiet woman so I went with her for the second time to see if it would happen. Long and behold it did. My lady, melissa, just had asked what the price was including the groupon and the owner rolled her eyes and said she wasnt gonna sit there and haggle with her. I asked why she had so much attitude, she then told melissa she would not be scheduling another appointment and that shes the owner so if wed like to speak to her husband. Literally all she asked was a question. The technician we had, nikki, was amazing. Just what a sad excuse for an owner. Lost the business of what would have been a long time customer. Ill pay double the price for lashes just to never give you a dime again. From seeing other reviews it looks like its not the first time. Good luck keeping a business afloat with that attitude and smirk look on your face.

Absolutely amazing with responding to their clients. I was able to get a same day appointment. They are very knowledgeable and they dont try to pressure you into buy any additional products. They just provide great service, everyone is super friendly. Definitely recommended giving them a try.

Victoria was my eyelash technician and she was so friendly and quick. Even offered a blanket to keep me warm while she did my eyelashes! Seriously the best experience!

Went to get my lashes done on the 24th for Christmas, as soon as I got into the car, three lashes fell. Two day’s later, and they already look like they need a 4 week fill. My lashes didn’t look like they were all done in the first place, but now that they are falling off so easily and so soon after, I am definitely not going back.

For the first time in years I love my hybrid lashes! They feel like I have strip lashes on (great thing) and I feel so flawless with them! First time going and don’t regret it at all!

The whole massage experience was very professional and was exactly what I needed. Sarahs technique was spot on and she was very attentive to what I was needing. I will definitely go back for more sessions.

I’ve been going to The Spa and Lash studio since October 2018. I always loved their service and the way Paige would do my lashes! Unfortunately today made me change my mind on this place I received the worst costumer service from the lady at the front desk. (Who’ve never seen before) I understood there was a misunderstanding but there was no need for her to treat me the way she did. When I called to ask if they can remove my card from file the lady began to raise her voice at me and I clearly told her there is no need to be rude I was just calling to get my card removed from their system and to let them know I’m taking my business elsewhere! It sucks when new employees ruin a place reputation.

Its been a few years since last lash extendions and i just wanted to look more festive for the holidays. Brandy was my lash Tech and she does an amazing job. The lashes look beautiful. She provides a gentil touch and a very relaxing environment. Very pleasedThank you Brandy

I purchased a groupon deal for a couples massage around Christmas time. Covid came and we werent comfortable with booking our massage until end of july(didnt expire until 2021). Upon scheduling they told me they were no longer honoring groupon deals because of covid, even though it was purchased months before covid and they were open.

All the girls at the Spa dn Lash Studio are really helpful. They do wonderful work and very reasonably priced. This was a volume set by Nicki and I was very happy with it!

I got my lashes done by Alex on a Saturday, by Sunday there were chunks missing, and Monday morning the rest came off in the shower. I had other issues also that I will spare you the details of. I called and emailed. No one ever responded.

I received a groupon as a Present and when I went to use it 1 month later was told that they wont honor it.Pretty sad that they sell a product, then wont honor it.Their comment- you can get a refund What do you want me to do-call the person that gave me this and say hey, can I get cash instead, because the nice gift you purchased they wont honor? Pretty piss poor way to run a business!Honor what you sell!Corona is not an exception!

I booked an appointment online. When I went in, the appointment was never actually put on the schedule and the therapist went home. I was even messaging earlier about my appointment, asking if I could move it up if possible, and there was no mention of not being on the calendar.

The Spa staff is always friendly and the lash technicians such a phenomenal job. I always get a ton of compliments on my lashes.

Probably the best massage Ive had in a long time! It was a mix of a sports massage (which is what I apparently needed), and relaxing (what I originally wanted).
