I love the place but I literally made a comment about a previous shop selling expired juice and it made me cough like no other. Only to get home. Open my box and find the bottle expired 11/22/2022. Like dude, seriously?

I purchased a mod at another store on sale from $40 down to $25. Turns out that the same styles of mod are normally priced at $25 at Cloud X. Then, at the prior store, I purchased a small bottle of vape juice for $15. At Cloud X I purchased a bottle over twice as large for$10 ($17 for 2). The customer service and knowledge of the employees was beyond anywhere else I have been... …and they fix mods for FREE!!! Why would anyone go anywhere else for vaps and supplies?!

This place is awesome. Nate is extremely knowledgeable about and helpful with everything Ive ever needed, from vape mods, to juices, to kratom, and more. The rest of the staff are all fantastic as well, and the store is very clean, welcoming, and chill. Some of the best prices around, too. Worth going a little extra out of your way for.Couldnt recommend more. 5/5.

It was my first time coming in and he helps me find a better flavor of juice because I was unhappy with the previous flavor I got from a different place. He recommended a different pod for my vaporesso so that it would hit better and also recommended me a small bottle of salt nic juice because I was telling him I liked the way disposables hit better. I got a full bottle of juice a small bottle of salt nic juice and two new pods for $20. This is the best vape shop Ive been to. They were so helpful and nice.

Their shop being open late has been a life saver for me on more than one occasion, but its the staff that really make this shop great. They helped me figure out what was going on with my coil and how to remedy my problem I was having. A ton of flavors available and various pumpkin flavors as well. Very chill atmosphere always welcoming.

I moved to Utah a month ago and have been to 5 different shops. This one is hands down the absolute best there is. They have a huge selection, customer service was impeccable. Savannah got me exactly what I needed, gave me all the information and was just wonderful to be around in general. This is my go to spot from now on!

Best vape store I’ve ever been to! They know exactly what you’re talking about and don’t try to just sell you anything off the shelves. I was having problems with what I thought was my tank, I went to get a knew one and Nate asked what was wrong with the one I had, I told him he immediately knew what was wrong and saved me from buying a tank by repairing it right there in shop in minutes. He also helped me fix my mod! Thank you guys so much! They also are the only store I’ve found to carry one of my favorite brand of juices the finest. Definitely found my main vape shop. The staff here is professional and courteous, they are knowledgeable, and friendly. I love going here and they know what I am after basically before I get there. I would recommend this shop to anyone for there vape needs. If there was one suggestion I could make to them it would be so PLEASE extend hours too midnight at the latest. 🙂🙂🙂🙂

This is one of the best shops around in my opinion!!! Always have good deals and products! Never had an issue with them whatsoever. All the employees are super chill and know how to help you! Cara is my personal favorite!! She is extremely knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. I find myself often sticking around for a few when I go there just to talk with the staff.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great selection. This is my preferred location when I need more product. The prices are reasonable as well and, in some cases, cheaper than other places Ive visited. Cant say enough good things about the employees. I rarely give five stars to any business, but the staff really earned it.

I am usually very happy with this store, but I had a very irritating experience tonight. I broke the glass on my tank, and it was 5 minutes before closing... but I called and told them I was only 2 minutes away, and I showed up at 9:59 and they already had the doors and gates closed. I usually wouldnt have an issue, but its the fact that I called, and it was one minute before closing, and it was already locked up and lights out. So if you tell someone that if they make it before 10:00 (which I did) you could at least wait until 10 to lock up.

Very professional and kind. I bought a new mod and tank on Monday, came back on friday because I ran through 3 atomizers between that time and they realized they had given me the wrong tank and type of atomizers for it. They gave me the newer tank that they ment to in the first place for FREE, let me keep the old tank and showed me the works for the new one. 7/5 customer service and quality. This clouds rooms in a few puffs. Shout out to James, you know your stuff. Youve got a repeat customer my man.

Updated Review from 5 stars to 1 star based off their customer service. We were mislead about a product we purchased on 9/4/22. Its not like we purchased this forever ago. Now dont get us wrong the product works and that isnt the issue. The issue is how it was presented and the price. I was there when my husband asked if the entire product Stundenglass was a fake or if it was just the glass. I heard it was just the glass from the employee. It was cheaper than the authentic product (understandably). We were told the other parts of the product werent fake, just the glass. We were willing to make the purchase since it was just the glass. We thought we were getting a great deal until another shop was selling them for much less. When that shop was asked why their Stundenglass was much cheaper ($200 or so so vs Cloud X selling it for almost $500), they said that a bunch of the shops in the area were sold this counterfeit product, but werent aware. They were discounting the item to get rid of the products. That is the only reason we found out that we werent getting the deal we thought we were.Fast forward to us contacting Cloud X for assistance on 9/15/22 and we are basically SOL. Their defense is that Amazon was selling counterfeits for much more and that they trust their employee presented the item properly. I can give the employee the benefit of the doubt that they werent being sneaky or malicious. It could have been a mistake, but at the end of the day you are responsible for what your employees say about sales. There was not even an offer of Store Credit or anything. So lesson learned is that you should research the products a place is selling to you for them. If their supplier dupes them its on you to absorb the cost. This wasnt our very first purchase from this shop either. We have made more purchases, but this will surely be our last.

Ive been going here for about 2 years and every time we go in, theyre so happy and welcoming! Ive NEVER had a bad experience with them. Robert and Nate are the greatest with whatever we need! I MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!😁

Huge selection of mods, juices, and they are the only place that carries my atomizers!! Nate waited on me and off the bat told me my mod can do so much more than I could have ever imagined! The staff is knowledgeable and very well trained on every product on the market! Oh and they even fix mods!! This seriously is a one stop shop! Ask for Nate!!

Out of all of the smoke/vape shops I have been to, this hands down is my favorite and for good reasons. Anytime Ive had any issues with getting the wrong coil, its never been an issue returning it and in fact theyll give you extra from the inconvenience. They always have a clearance rack, which some smoke shops dont have, and they are very patient with telling you the juices that are on clearance and giving you their opinion on what people like and what they dont with those ones. They have given me clearanced price juices for Clarence Price even when theyre not on clearance. The girl with the long dark hair is very knowledgeable and a sweetheart. Theres a guy with straight hair about to his ear, facial hair, and I think drives a bike. Hes very kind as well. They are all very kind and welcoming. Ive never had a problem with the smoke shop, and whenever I am in Clearfield I always make it a point to go there even if I dont need juice. So I feel like they need recognition since they are literally the best smoke/vape shop in the Weber & Davis valley.

Awesome vape shop. Bought a Vaporesso kit after finding out that my mod couldnt be fixed. Cloud X was the ONLY shop honest enough to tell me while the other shops kept nickel and diming me into new parts for a mod that would have never worked. Theyre very helpful and if theres a problem they make it right. Its a bit of a drive from Ogden but theyre definitely worth the trip.

*COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS*BE VERY WARY OF PURCHASING HERE.I purchased a Stundenglass product from this establishment. At the time of purchase, the employee advised the glass is fake. I asked if it was just the glass or the whole product? He confirmed again - the glass. Turns out this is a counterfeit product and thus I am forfeit the 10 year warranty.Upon calling the shop to discuss this misrepresentation, Manager Brittany told me she has heard her employees sell the product before and is confident they represented it as such (A copy cat). I was then told nothing can or will be done. According to Utah Legal Code 76-10-1003 Every person who sells or keeps for sale any goods upon or to which any counterfeited trademark, trade name, or trade device has been affixed, after it has been filed with the Division of Corporations and Commercial Code, intending to represent the goods as the genuine goods of another, knowing it to be counterfeited, is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.Looking at the reviews - 2 years ago John Mcnichol reported this company is KNOWINGLY selling counterfeit puff bars KNOWN to cause harm and serious health defects.DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SHOP! THERE ARE FAR BETTER SHOPS WITHIN A STONES THROW!

Every time my boyfriend and i go in, we notice this certain employee be kind to every girl that goes in. but every time my boyfriend goes up to check out or ask questions she is very disrespectful to him for no reason at all. we love this shop but we don’t love the disrespect we get for no reason at all? i’m unsure the employees name but we were just there today.

Ive been to a lot of shops in the area and I would totally recommend stopping in. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They were helpful and knew what i was trying to find. They also showed me at least three price points for my needs. Also they suggested upgrades for what I already own. Really glad i stopped in. Will definitely be back!

Weve been going to Cloud X since it opened, and we have NEVER had a bad experience once. We are always treated like we are the most important customer that comes in there. When I ask a question, I always get an answer, and they never make me feel stupid when I feel like Im asking really dumb questions. But the best thing? There is always a smile when I walk in the door and on days like today (which has been awful) those smiles made my night. I really love this place!

I wasnt treated well by the four other vape shops I have been to. The others seemed to prefer to hurry up & get the older person out of their shop. I have been here three times two & had to different young men help me. They have been amazing! So helpful, knowledgeable, willing to teach me, & never once made me feel rushed. Theyre fantastic & have won all my business for vaping. Thank you for being such great people!

Awesome customer service. Broke the glass on my mod and even though they didnt have the same one in stock, they managed to find a temporary piece that fit until mine was in stock again.

Id definitely much rather go down the road to A & H Saharah, they may not have the selection but the staff and prices are far better. I only really visit cloud x because its right next to my peircing and tattoo shop and its convenient to just go next door.

I just stopped by after work and I had the best help I’ve gotten since I worked in a vape shop. The gentleman with black nails and a white cross painted on one had great suggestions, a salesman’s attitude, but a smokers heart and knowledge. They gave me exactly what I needed and showed me what I would want once I go through another vape. Thank you, I appreciate you!

I dont get to stop here allot but they have really good prices on all of their products they have a really good selection of mods juices puff bars I like the large selection of local artists did they have beautiful glass worked and they are priced reasonably they dont gouge the public to make a buck and the girl that helps me out today was super sweet sorry I didnt catch her name next time I go in Ill update

Very friendly staff, prices for tobbaco and other products were lower than gas stations. Allowed my service dog in and made her feel welcome also. ( she is a well maintained, trained, and never barks or causes problems.) This place comes highly recomended.

Horrible experience, if i could give 0 stars i would. i went in to buy a puff bar and noticed after wards that the packaging was off slightly and it did not hit right so i went to the puff website and put in the code on the back of the box and it came up invalid, then i call to figure it out and get my money back they put me on hold for 25 mins until i hang up and attempt to recall, then i find out they blocked my number after calling and having it beep and hang up without a ring voicemail or anything so i call on another phone and they answer immediately to say they just forgot and that they run into this problem all the time and that they don’t check every box after buying, horrible experience.

I had a pretty horrible experience at this place, and the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is literally because Cara is the ONLY person who acted like she cared about my situation.I bought a vape there, it was leaking pretty bad, and after going in 3 times (they replaced the O-Rings, gave me new coils, etc.) I finally asked if I could get a refund/exchange/store credit.Sunday night, I spoke to a guy, (I don’t know his name, black hair?) and requested just that. An exchange for a product that actually worked.He told me he couldn’t do anything for me, and I needed to speak to the woman who sold me the vape.I argued that it shouldn’t matter, but he was insistent on not helping me.I came back this morning to speak to Cara, who sold me the vape, and she took the initiative to contact her bosses and get me an exchange.I’ll be back and will only be dealing with her from now on. She’s professional, and gives a damn.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here in 2020 alone.A disposable vape died with a considerable about of juice left (an obvious failed product).No remedies offered just a “that’s too bad, try a different company.”What would have been a cheap fix, to simply replace the failed product, their only fix was to spend more money for a faulty product I just bought. No thank you I’ll take my business elsewhere.Customer loyalty is a big one for me.. too bad, the night shift guy is cool AF

I am a fairly new customer to Cloud X and I have received nothing but exceptional service at each visit Ive made. They have a friendly staff with approachable qualities and they make their customers visits so easy.Abhi (Im assuming the store manager) is a very welcoming and friendly person who has proved his determination to satisfy each customer.They did not carry a coil I was looking for and Abhi told me that he would make a special order through his supplier so their store could carry the coils I use.What an experience that was and I will always get my juice and other ecig needs from their store.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We have been buying vape from this place for a while. I needed to get a new mod, so I thought I would get one from them. Needless to say the mod wasnt that great. I couldnt return within the 18 hours, he said they wouldnt because of covid restrictions. I purchased it yesterday and not one of them had masks on, go figure. Thats what I get for trying to help out a tiny buisness during covid. Thanks for your great customer service.

Do not buy your mods from this place. This is the only vape shop who refuse to stand by their customers when it comes to damaged or malfunctioned mods. You would think when a customer spends hundreds with them every month they would be concerned or at least try to help with an issue a customer is having. 2 employees absolutely refused to help me in anyway and refused to stand by the product their sellingGo to cvb or vapor mania if you want customer service. Cloud x refused to help me out knowing I had just bought the mod from them. It’s sad cause I like most the guys that work here and have always talked good about them. And even though the last 3 mods I’ve bought there have malfunctioned at some point I figured I had gotten enough life out together then to not complain but for a mods tank to just fall apart and then the mod itself to malfunction within 7-9 days is too much I will be taking my business and telling all my friends to take their business somewhere else if this isn’t made right

Prices were alot cheaper than the ones in my area, except for the cashier gave me the wrong vape juice, I bought 2 didnt realize it till i was already in herriman, and didnt want to take it all way back as I live far south, other than that I do love the prices.

I stumbled upon this place for vape juice since they were the only place open on Thanksgiving- I am so glad I did. They have an AMAZING selection of vape juices better than dedicated vape shops. They also have military discount. Some guy talked me into trying a different vape juice and I was thinking it was going to be so expensive because it came in a cool case with a sticker, nope it cost me about 5 dollars less than other places wanted. They literally dont upcharge these juice by much. I will always come here for my juice now. Also, they didnt rush me and were patient because I left my glasses at home lol. Great shop!

Truck driver from Florida but my company has a terminal in Layton. I stop by here every time I come through. Great bunch of guys that work here. Will go above and beyond to help you out. They even stayed open late for me one night because I wasnt going to make it there in time before I closed. The Stay Salty blue raspberry lemonade and straw melon lemonade salt nic vape juice are my favorite.

I came into this store last week only to be sold a expired/bad bottle of Reds Watermelon Iced. I tried my friends reds watermelon iced and it tasted nothing like the sour off putting flavor I bought from this store. Sorely disappointed. Wont be returning.

I’ve bought multiple puff bars and Puff plus from this store, I always verify the authenticity of my items and 6 of 7 have been come back as counterfeits I always called the store and they said they will not do anything about them. DO NOT USE THESE PRODUCTS . You can seriously be hurt by them
