Chez Char Omnispa

Char is so great! Ive had a good number of massages in my life at many different places -- high-end and out-of-the-way -- and my experiences with Char were absolutely at the top end. Healing hands, both informed and intuitive abilities in her approach to working with her clients needs (my girlfriend also received a super-healing experience at the hands of Char). I went in with some really deep and entrenched soreness in my back and arm, and Char was so able and ready to engage, find out by both touch and talk what was wrong and how to fix it. If you have any body aches, Go See Char!

Spectacular experience. Char is a deeply caring body worker who knows how to make people feel wonderful. I dont live near Clearlake but I would happily travel to get a massage from her. Shes wonderful!

Char is amazing! This was seriously the best massage I have ever had and have had many massages, very extensive, lasted for over an hour and you can tell she is very passionate about what she does! I had the full body massage and there wasnt a spot she didnt miss, it felt so good and would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants a REAL massage! She told me she has over 30 years experience and trained at Harbin Hot Springs, I also had my hair cut by her and she did a great job with that too, she is definitely skilled in all that she does, is worth the price, you will get your moneys worth and then some!

Chars spa has a very relaxing atmosphere. I got a whole body massage and it was wonderful. Shes great with specific problem areas. Im prone to migraines and Char focused on the tension in my neck and shoulders. The peppermint aromatherapy (also for migraines) was a nice addition as well. I will definitely be going back for more massages!

On vacation, my sister-in-law and I got a recommendation from a local that Chez Char Omnispa was excellent. Turned out, this was the best massage either of us had ever had! Char is amazing and was the best part of our trip to Clear Lake. We are talking about going back just so we can have another massage from Char! Amazing experience - highly recommended!

I was in need of a hair cut the day before easter and char fit me in even though she was super busy. She gave me a very cute hair cut. I am super pleased with char and her shop. I will go back as well as recommend her.

They did a good job on I and my daughters nails. They were nice and polite. They down fall is we went in there for gel fills. The gel fills were listed for $35. When the nails were finished she billed us. $40 for mine and $60!!! I was in shock!!! I asked why so high? She said cause she had to shape mine and my daughters. Which didnt make no sense I had the same shape before I went in there (point tip). My daughter decided to get the coffin shape. Regardless of the shape she should had said something before proceeding or have it written on there pricing board. I have been getting my nails done for 20yrs in the US and this is the first I have heard from a salon that charges extra for shaping. I am angry and I feel very taken advantage of. I will never go there again!

Just had a back wax done there and Char did a heck of a job. Im new to the area and got lucky with the first place I went to as shes really thorough and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work she did.

The lady that was there was awful.... I went in for a trim No more than 2 in. Please I clearly asked. She decided to do her own idea and instead took 7 to 8 inches off putting my hair to my shoulders , not to mention she started cutting my hajr while conpletely dry. I was so upset by the end of the experience I dont understand how that salon stays open honestly !!!! Would not recommend !!!!

How rude!! I called to reschedule my appointment, I told Char that I been having a busy day today and I was busy to please let me reschedule for two days out. She yelled at me and told me to get a quote from someone else. She just couldn’t understand that today has been really rough and things happen. I even read reviews before calling, but thought I’d give the lady a chance. Bad business.

DO NOT GO HERE! HORRIBLE PEOPLE! I tried to make an appt and the woman just started yelling at me. I later tried again and she just yelled like crazy once again and hung up. This is no way to run a business and honestly, I wouldnt want anyone who acts like that to their customers near my head with a pair of scissors..

These people are awful! I called asking for the manager or whoever was in charge to make an appointment and in return I was rudely told no and hung up on. I instantly called back and before even being able to say a word, I was yelled at. This is how they treat their paying customers... I will DEFINITELY, 110% take my business and money elsewhere.
